Straight forward with pricing. The quality of used tire was very good; the tire thread looked new. Installed was quick as well. Ill return when I need another set.
Absolutely amazing service! Mechanics are knowledgeable and show you what the issues actually are. The ladies in the office are WONDERFUL. A local parts shop delivered the wrong part and they PERSONALLY went back and got the right one. They stayed late just to get my truck fixed because I had work the next day. Amazing customer service all around. If you need any work done I highly recommend P&J Tire!
Great prices, great service. I had to stop by because my front end felt like it was going to come apart, the mechanic there was very nice, helpful, and honest. He didn’t try to upsell me, he just told me what I needed to do to get on down the road (which it turned out to be 2 bad tires the belts were separating). I will definitely be going back when I need brakes.
My son took his vehicle to have his wheels mounted and balanced. They said they were able to do it and damaged all the wheels. He has rather expensive wheels and when they tried to fix the issue they caused more damage. The owner is not willing to even try to come to a conclusion to settle this matter.
Got a flat after the Trump rally in Dalton GA. Called P&J the next day for a used tire. They were so friendly and had Fantastic customer service. Would definitely go back and absolutely recommend. Support your local owned business! Thanks for the wonderful help🇺🇸

Paid 40 dollars for a tire 2 weeks prior to this review . They gave me a side punctured used tire that went flat in 30 minutes . They refused a refund bt insisted that I come back every day for the next week 1/2 . After being rude over the phone I decided to drive there and record my interaction . At that point I was given another tire and was told they don’t want to do business with me anymore . I would not recommend them out of anyone in cartersville
I needed some assistance recently when I found a nail in my front tire. I called and was told that I could come on in and they would take care of me, they were true to their word.It was a Saturday afternoon and I was about 10 minutes away, as I drove up I didnt even get out of the vehicle and I was being assisted. I love the attitude and the quickness of their assistance, and I thank them for getting me back on the road so quickly.
On July 29th while driving thru Cartersville, Ga, off of Interstate 75, I ran a several nails and screws causing 1 flat tires damaging 2 other tires. Unable to continue home to Florida safely, I decided to stay and got a motel to rest until the morning. Upon my awakening At 8am I began to call the local tire service centers for assistance. I called P & J new & used tire service center to see about getting a new tire or used tire. The lady that answered the phone told me that they didn’t have anyone that could sell me the tire nor could anyone put it on for me as they were unloading a load of tires. She said they probably wouldn’t be done till after lunch in which I had to check out of my hotel by 11 AM. I am very disappointed that there was no one to help me with my tires! What kind of service is are they really providing if there’s no one to put a tire on my car so I can get back home to Florida? 🧐🧐🧐🧐 I would not recommend this place as they have no help.To your response, if I sounded rude it was due to the stress of needing to go 500 more miles and desperately needed help with my tire. maybe since your business hours say 8am to 5 pm on Thursday I called you first. Since you had the best reviews and being I’m from another state I thought I couldn’t got wrong. Now you are blaming me for your neglected responsibilities? Hardly any good reason? As I’m sure the public can see it clearly states your business hours are from 8 am to 5 pm on Thursday. If your business isn’t open when it’s posted then change it on google so the misunderstanding won’t happen to another traveler passing through Cartersville, Ga.
Took care of me when others didnt. Also next door to me doesnt hurt.Update: went a second time and got 2 new tires. Saved me $150 off what discount tire wanted to charge me and discount tire wouldnt rotate/balance my tires for a second time. Never again discount tire.
First off they’re selling USED TIRES with patches & plugs and have the nerve to charge almost $50 dollars for them I went one day got a tire go home it’s flat so I take tire back up there they try to tell me it’s my valve stem NO it’s your tire I seen where it’s been plug so they replace the tire only to give me another PLUGGED tire which went flat in 2 days no I’m stuck with a flat tire for thanksgiving thanks if you stay in Cartersville don’t go here plenty other shops in the area that won’t rip you off
I got some used tires here around Christmas time last year. The day before yesterday I had a tire losing air. Pumped it up and went to see them. They looked quickly but didnt see anything in the tire. Thought it was a slow leak. Yesterday the tire was as flat as a pancake. I finally got it changed to the spare. Took it in today and they found a hole and plugged it. Everyone makes mistakes, but overall everything worked out and I have been happy with their services.
Had a blowout on the way home from work, googled this shop and stopped by. Excellent service, knowledgeable, friendly staff, was very quick, could not be more pleased. Stop by here for all your tire needs 🙂
You dont find places like this anymore. They do what they say and say what they do. Ive been here three times to get a used or two. Reasonable and dependable. Ive been other places in the past, but if you need a tire or tires, this is definitely the place to come. They will do you right.
If you need work done or tired this is the place to go. They are super wonderful and family oriented. Gloria is the absolute more wonderful person. She helped us with everything we needed. Call them if you need anything. You wont be disappointed!!!
Was once a great place for tires and service but sense old fat guy has been there service and quality has gone down hill quick. Tried to sell a low tread cut tire at not much less then a new one from walmart. When trying to explan my problem with the tire and price was told to leave and never come back. Was a customer for over 7 years. Will never return. Go to Latinos Tires, at 107 e. Felton Rd, instead.
BUYER BEWARE!!! Very poor service and customer service! I bought 4 used tires and two days later found that 1 had a slow leak (It was completely flat). I returned the following weekend and asked for a replacement tire but they did not have a similar tire to replace it with. Since the other three tires were still good, I asked for a refund on the 1 bad tire. They refused and became defensive, agitated and hostile towards me for asking for a refund. They said they would provide me a refund if they kept the bad tire back. How can I drive on 3 tires? In conclusion I was forced to leave on 3 good used tires and 1 bad tire. Keith the manager says P&J Tire/Auto Repair has been in business for 15 years. If this is how they conduct business then I dont see how.
Communication is horrible. I had an appointment for an alignment and oil change. At 2:15 I was informed they werent able to do my alignment because they couldnt get their sensors to work. Thats entirely too much time for an apology. No one even apologized for my wait. The office is filthy. Ok place if you need some tires
Horrible service. My husband and I took multiple vehicles for oil changes at P&J tires for months. Then my husband bought 4 used tires from them. 2 out of 4 tires blew out within a couple weeks and almost caused his truck to roll over. It ruined his rims when the tires blew so he called to ask them to replace them. The manager said he would but never got back with him. The last straw of when I had my oil changed and they poured oil all over my motor and car bumper. When I went to pay their new machine wouldnt read my credit/debit card with a chip. So I had to write a check. They required 2 forms of id, my ssn# and address/phone number. For a $25 bill she got enough information to steal my identity which I found ridiculous. I would not recommend this place to anyone for oil change or tires!

We had a nail in one tire while traveling. We drove in, without an appointment, only waited about 10 minutes to get helped. They were fast and efficient. Pleased with this place.
Fast, cheap service. Only tire store anywhere in the area with a used tire my size and it looks brand new. Incredibly kind people who genuinely care.
I have been here a few times and would recommend them highly. They are fast, very reasonable and honest. The mechanics do not try to sell me on anything I dont need. The women in the office are friendly and hospital.
I hit something on the interstate and wanted a tire that would get me around for two days until I got paid and could buy new tires. They had the used tire but they couldnt mount it right. I couldnt go over 45 mph and the thing went flat. Im not a happy person because I spent the last bit of money I had. Now Im running g on the little doughnut and its keajing air slowly.
I was in the area for a basketball tournament and unfortunately ended up with a screw in my tire. Pulled in and they fixed it immediately. Very friendly and fast. Reasonable price. Very thankful and appreciative of their service.

I feel like they tried to over charge me for used tires. Over $150 for two used 225 75 16 USED TIRES!!!! Not new...USED!!!

Nope never again! They said they could do an alignment on my car, after he was finished he told me the tires were straight but he couldnt get it all the way in line, I pulled out of there and couldnt keep the car on the road and the tires were constantly screaching!!! I was stranded, been in town all day trying to fix what they messed up!
The service was ok but when I went inside a FLEA jumped on me. I wasnt very happy that they have pets inside and dont have the things treated. Customers shouldnt have to deal with the pests related to their animals

I went to get some tires put on, i got a half a mile away and my started to fall off due to them not putting the lugs on properly. Mechanic says why didnt i come right back. I said because you close at 6 which thats not what the hours says. He said only thing he can do is tighten them up

I came in for two used tires for the Sixes Tavern shuttle you sold me two used commercial grade tires when one wasn’t in the best of shape you went above and beyond to give me a great price on a new one ..the staff is extremely courteous and I’ll be telling folks to get all there tires there,The people will get home safe thanks to Pj’s🙏
The technicians are fine but the old woman that handles money is rude and acts like she doesnt know how to do math.Save the headache and get your tires elsewhere.
P&J tire have done my oil change and minor auto repair for about 7 years. I have always been pleased with their service.

The site is bn the service is fast and all but once you change a rubber and charged me a price then I went again to change the other rubber and charged me another higher price for the same rubber the same size of rubber and everything and they only told me that the rubber was another more expensive brand and it is used but nobody asked me if that rubber was wanted or not only they put it and already

2022-07-09These guys are so great. I was traveling from Florida to Tacoma with my dog. My tire light came on and I was very worried. I am a Senior Lady traveling alone. Not only did they give me a nice cool place to stay with my dog, they checked all my tires, lifted my car and spent over an hour. When all was said and done? They wouldnt bill me. I did leave some money for them as I was so grateful for their service. Nice to see honest, caring people in this world.

2021-10-07They have went above and beyond to help, I originally went to Latinos tire and sold me really bad tires but I was also having problems with my bearings, it was fixed the same day at a affordable price. Although I had to come back the next week because I was having minor issues the younger guy test drove my car and knew the exact problem and once again fixed it the same day! I would totally recommend this place. I have been back 2x and they have fixed it with no charge! This place has definitely made a turn around! Thanks guys you now have a loyal customer!

2022-04-09I had a blow out on 75 and called everywhere in town and was told that the one tire I needed was around $250. Thankfully I called P & J tire and they said it would only be around $45 for the tire and cost of mounting. This place saved my life. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great price for tires.

2022-02-13Took a car in for an alignment here and it seemed like they just guessed instead of using a machine. When I left the rear end of the car was very loose and both rear tires ended up being towed in. Had to take it back just to make it driveable. 2 stars instead of 1 because they are the cheapest place around and tried to fix their mistake. Come here for repairs, not an alignment.

2018-11-12Great place for new and used tires. We needed a spare fast and they had a really good tread heavy duty used tire for a very reasonable price. Staff is fast and friendly as usual and we went ahead and balanced our tires while we there.

2021-10-19Great service always tries to get you back on the road quick. Dewayne and the lady in the office are there to help everyone that comes in. I have been there at least 5 times in the last year even when they are the only two there they do what they can to get you back on the road. The only bad experience I have had is with the Owner she seems more interested in the junk she sells that is not tire related. Several times I have had to deal and she forgets what she tell the customer and does not follow though. She did not write down appointment I made with her and caused a great inconvenience for me. If it was not for the lady in the office I would not have come back. Thanks guys for the Great job you do there are people who appreciate your efforts.
