I went to two different palmetto moons in Charleston looking for a specific yeti tumbler and neither one had it. Decided to make the Augusta location my last try while visiting family. They didn’t have the yeti I was looking for but called and found it at another location and had it sent directly to me! They went above and beyond and made my day! Neither of the Charleston locations offered to do this for me. Thanks Augusta palmetto moon and more specifically Aaron! You guys are awesome!!!
I am so so Sorry I have to take AWAY a star!!!Not because I dont LOVE EVERYTHING about the store because I REALLY REALLY do but because I just spent $96.00 on 3 t-shirts & 2 stickers!!!! So it is ONLY because of the prices!!!

Within 7 minutes of being in the store, i had 3 people come up to me asking if i was finding everything alright.one employee walked up a little too close to my face and asked ARE YOU FINDING EVERYTHING OKAY?i felt uncomfortable and constantly bothered, not being able to browse in peace.
Im from Columbus, Ga but now live in San Antonio and visiting my daughter and family in Augusta. I wanted some shirts like what I had been used to and found exactly what I wanted at Palmetto Moon and at a great price.
You don’t need a mask, but dressing rooms are closed and you can pull whatever you want over the clothes you have on.. Just stupid
So I bought a pair of shoes here for my girl. Short story short. The shoes were either defected or fake. We return them and got need ones and was makes me upset is, that I was browsing the store a couple days later and noticed they put the defected shoes back on the shelf for someone else to buy.
It was great really want to give a great shout out to the Richmond County Police for dealing with all the folks support the police back the blue baby
My granddaughters enjoyed it. Im a Yankee. Im not into the Southern stuff.
Lots of overpriced stuff like Yeti cups and shirts with so called Southern sayings on them. Collegiate section isnt bad. Not a fan overall.
Great Variety in womens kids and mens and very helpful staff. They had a great sale going on so that was a bonus to.
Very helpful employees. Didnt have the type of mens sandals I was looking for, but purchased a nifty hat instead.

2022-05-252022-05: Came to Augusta Mall with a few specific stores in mind to visit, but started with an unplanned walk into Palmetto Moon after seeing the storefront outside. Being it was my first visit here, I got the vibe of small, expensive southern boutique meets beach/summer apparel souvenir shop. They have really cute womens clothing, but the focus is definitely on t-shirts in the apparel aspect, be in womens, mens, or childrens. They have a lot of nice quality vinyl stickers, a small shoe area (sandals, flip-flops, and Crocs), small you section, some souvenir/gift areas, hats/caps here and there, and definitely a Yeti and Hydro Flask presence. I spent a while looking at everything and the employees were pleasant. I ended up buying some t-shirts, stickers, and some other random items, but you definitely want to familiarize yourself with sales trends here. Its very pricey, in my opinion.

2021-12-28Waited in line about 15 minutes while the associated worked in a computer issue. This part wasnt a problem for us. Its when the girl with 6 inches of make up on told the guy that he was to wait on someone else that was on hold. She didnt even bother to explain why. So I put my stuff on the counter and walked out. She was yelling at our backs while we walked out the store. While she wasnt ugly you could tell she was being a smartA $$. If you want people like her in your store you will continue to lose customers. Simply southern now has our business.

2020-06-24Jasmine is the bomb!!!! I honestly didnt even know this young lady is the store manager! Definitely deserves a raise. She had went over and beyond her job to make sure I got these Kan Can shorts I purchased! Every store she called (bless her) they were sold out! Finally she was able to track a pair down for me. I was so happy I didnt have to leave empty handed!!! Im just praying Ill have them for the fourth! Absolutely the girl to talk to about anything. Shes got one personality thats amazing! Simply! She was also very welcoming, I see why you all made her the manager. Ill be glad to come back bc shes not stuck up! Made me feel good the whole time I was there. The experience is Ill never forget!!!

2018-12-12My favorite store. Whether Im in Augusta or Charleston I have to go. Always have great selections and great prices. I have the best experience every time I go. They are always helpful and even take things to the counter to hold until your finished shopping it helps when your buying gifts for those shopping with you.

2019-05-23This store has treated me so well every time I have gone in. The staff has been warm from the greeting to the exit. If they haven’t had what I needed, they were quick to offer to have it delivered straight to my doorstep. Thank you for the great service and experience every time we visit.

2020-08-09I love this place the staff are always kind and very helpful, it is moderately expensive but they have awesome shirts, me and my friend got matching ones, they have so many different colors in all the shirts, all in all a great experience.
