They are the best. They do a wonderful job and all of them are great with your pets. Ive been using them for over 15 years and have never had any problems. They treat my babies just like they were their own I couldnt ask for a better place to take care of my babies. They are part of my family.
Pampered pets is not only the best groomer Ive ever been to (my mom was a groomer for 18 years and feels the same way), they also seriously under-charge for their service. I suggest a generous tip, because youre getting a service for around half of what its worth. Cant say enough good about pampered pets. Ive never heard of dogs being excited to go to the groomer, but mine always are. Highly highly recommend.
Amazing.We had an appointment for one of my granddogs that was visiting fron Savannah and at the last minute my othet granddog needed grooming b4 Thanksgiving,and they took them in and treated them like royalty.They live up to the name.We will be back!
Very happy! Our normal place cancelled our appointment to get our dog groomed due to the social distancing going on. We called Pampered Pets to see if they could fit us in. Without an appointment, they squeezed our dog in today. They did a great job grooming our baby! My wife commented its better than the other place.Thank you Pampered Pets for squeezing us in without an appointment and doing a super grooming job on our dog!You have a new customer!
We used Pampered pets grooming services today for the first time. They were amazing! The customer service was great and my fur baby Troy (6yrs Shih Tzu) looks amazing! The price was very reasonable. I will be back for sure! Thank you all so much!

All my visits was great but my last visit my dog came out smelling worst then she did before she went in she looked to be clean but the smell was just awful

My Shih Tzu Pippy got his first hair cut. Pampered Pets took good care of Pippy. The cut is fabulous. All 3 of Shih Tuzs and my Poodle are groomed at Pampered Pets. Theyre the best in town. Ive been using them over 20 years and wouldnt think of going anywhere else. Love them😃

LOVE THIS PLACE!!!Dropped off my dog, explained what I wanted and got it!!The looks of the outside and inside of the building is old.When you walk in the door, there is a HUGE parrot in a cage that freaked me out at first.The price is right also. When I went to pick up my dog, the place was packed.This gem is quite the secret.Will be back!!!
I really enjoy taking my puppy to Pampered Pets. They are friendly, remembers customers as well as their pets. The prices are affordable and my dog always come out smelling fresh as ever.

I am certain that pampered pets has the best groomers around. I asked for a tour and I was greeted by the most beautiful woman Ive ever seen with my own two eyes. The girl with the amazing tan skin, lol. She took me on a tour of the place and it was even better than what I would expect. It didnt smell funny at all back there. Also, where else would u put a dog when theyre waiting to be cut????? In a cage or kennel, duh!!!! And ofcourse most dogs do not want to be bathed or groomed so, of course they would be resistant to going inside the grooming salon. Some people are just plain foolish morons!!!!!!

2021-07-21Animals: Two 60lbs double-coated dogs.Services requested: de-shedding treatment, bathPros: they got a bath and smelled good. Prices would have been acceptable had services been completed.Cons: services not completed to expectations (if they completed the de-shed at all)The picture below is from ONE of our dogs that supposedly just had a recent de-shedAbhorrent communication skills, records keeping, and timelinesEvery call was met with “who is your baby,” followed by a hold time to see whether the dogs were ready yet. Dogs were dropped off at 8am, supposedly weren’t complete until closing, though an estimate of 1pm had been given. Received no phone call on their completion of service.Lack of itemized billThe services are charged according to how much product is used and time required. Why then am I not in possession of a bill annotating these amounts? What exactly did I spend $165 on?Of additional note, both my dogs drank nearly a full large bowl each upon returning home. It seems they had not had access to water in a long time, although this may be behavioral and is unverifiable.Overall: not happy.

2019-07-11I love Pampered Pets! I cant even think of words to thank them. My dog was so matted, couldnt see, and just miserable because she had not had a haircut in a while. They did the BEST job ever!! The best part about it is no matter how your pet looks the price NEVER changes! I will never take Asia anywhere else. I am truly thankful! For the person that groomed her today, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! I love you guys! Also they will try their best to fit your dog in around your schedule. Best dog groomer in Columbus GA hands down!
