Panda Express in other cities:
February 2021I’ve been twice this year and the food is accurate and yummy. The service is also fast too!I’ve been a few times and each time I go I wait just a few minutes and the people are super sweet. Very helpful and nice. The food is always good.. super fresh!!!!!. I like it! They just need to get better at giving out sauces and that sort of stuff. Now Oct 2020. I had to call in since they messed up my order but AB was nice.I’ve gone back and the food is perfect and taste great... just the way I like it...
Went thru the drive thru, signs covering up most of the menu cause they were out of a lot of things, ok ordered the honey walnut shrimp and the lady was really rude about us having to wait for it to be cooked cause they were out. Pulled up to the window and she rolled her eyes as she took my card. Came back and told me to pull around as she shut the window on me. SMH, if you cant be nice to your customers find another job!!! 😡
I’ve been sitting in the parking lot for 30 minutes. Waiting for my food that they said should take 10’minutes. After 35 minutes I had to go in before they put my veggies on the stove👎. When I was asked to pull up and she would bring my food out a family was walking in. They left 10 minutes before I did. They took the express out of Panda Express.
-=WARNING=- this was my first visit and my last visit to this store. They failed to ask me if I wanted white rice or Mixed rice. I tell the young lady I’d like white rice so they pour my chicken out and into another bowl mixing the rice and vegetables in instead of remaking the meal. I go back through the drive through and ask for a refund and they said they are unable to provide a refund. So I handed them back the food which looked horrible and went about my day. I know times are tough with Covid but the leadership at the location doesn’t exist. The employee are also rude.
Food was great. Everyone was friendly inside. One of the girls checked on us to make sure everything was okay. Also my daughter had ordered wrong thing and I went back to replace it and they replaced what she didnt want. And because Im handicapped she carried it out to the table for me I really appreciate that. Thank you
These girls (and giys, although all of my interactions have been with women) are awesome. Consistent with Pandas brand, the staff at this lication ate always friendly and helpful, serving fresh, hot, delicious food. I always love Panda, but I love this location in particular!
I went there last night 30 minutes before they closed. They were out of chow mein so I ordered the fried rice instead. The rice was hard and didnt have any flavor. My friend warned me the food was bad but I didnt listen. Please work on having better food. I would like to return there. Express is one of favorite places to eat. This was the worst one I ate at.
The food was as expected for a Panda Express. Good as normal, however the facility disgusted me. I used the restroom and the toilet was unable to flush and other people had used it already. The water also would barely run. They have one restroom off limits and only have one available, this seems contradictory to covid guidelines. No napkins or trash cans are really available. I’m shocked the dining room wasn’t open with a limited capacity either. Needs some cleaning maintenance for sure! Employees were great.
This was not a positive experience for me. I went through the drive thru and the person taking my order was not paying attention at all. I had to repeat my order twice then told her I was going to skip the drink cause they were out of coke zero but she didnt take it off and still tried to charge me for it. After I paid she asked me to pull forward.I waited a good ten minutes at least maybe 15 for them to bring my food out. If I would have known there was a wait for the firecracker chicken I would have picked something else but nobody bothered to tell me that until after I had paid. Finally I took my infant son into the restaurant with me so I could find out if my food was almost ready and I was met with blank stares and confusion. Only reason for any stars is because the food was actually good and hot. Customer service was terrible.
Recently ordered through the drive-thru. Server taking my order was very rude and short tempered. Was placing an order for my family so it was relatively large. It’s was well before closing but I had to change my order several times because they were out of many things. When I got to the window, I paid cash (but not exact - so should have gotten back change). She gave me the cash but no coins. But she never said a word about it. When I asked for a receipt, she rudely said”I can’t give you no coins but because the machine won’t spit it out”. That was it- no apologies- just that’s it. I asked for a receipt a second time- she reluctantly gave it to me. Now the young lady that handed me my order was very pleasant. And even though it was less than a dollar, she just kept my change and that was supposed to be it. Got home and the portions were pathetic- you could tell that several items were the scrapings on the bottom of the pan. One entree had only a few pieces of chicken- the rest was sauce and fruit/veggies. And to top it off, they didn’t put the cookie in for my kids meal. I will not eat at this panda again. Left feedback and have even tried to call but the number on the receipt is either invalid or they just don’t have a phone any more. Call won’t go through. Poor service, subpar food, inconsistent portions, but higher priced fast food- lost my business
This was not my first visit, I usually have great food and service here but not this time. On the website it says dining room closed, they should let people know you can still go in and order for takeout. My mother and I went through the drive-thru. I informed him that I had a coupon code for a free entree. He said I had to order 3 items to get one free. I have been to this location many times in the past with the same coupon and only had to order a 2 item plate two get one free.No sauce was in the bag and we had to wait about 15 minutes for the 3rd entree to be cooked.I went inside to get the sauce and the third item, asked for a manager and he said he was. I wanted to know why I had to order three items for this coupon and only received 1.95 credit! He tried to tell me it was for inventory, I didnt understand that but he offered no other explanation.I know this is a long post but I really believe this was just an off day. The guy at drive-thru seemed new, it took him several minutes to give us a receipt.I ordered pepper beef , mushroom chicken and Kung Pao. The beef was very hard to chew, the fried rice was mostly rice, and the rest was okay.
I really like the food from Panda Express but tonight I had a very bad experience with the young lady taking my order at the window/drive thru. I dislike it when workers don’t want to do their job therefore creating a hostile environment and that is bad for the company. So my order is taken but throughout the entire time she seems upset and tries to hurry me up to leave! Don’t know what is wrong with the peeps working at these places anymore and why they’re not held to higher standards! Management, teach them some work ethics! She literally got upset for her getting my order wrong.
Have been going to Panda Express for years in Texas first experiences here. They were not real busy, we went inside thinking it was open however; thats not the case. Anyway, we ordered which was an ordeal because of the masks and how loud the cooks are. The staff was a little rude and curt. The food however is still good and worth the visit just use the drive thru. Dashboard dining at best. Also check you bag, they almost forgot our spring rolls.
I ordered delivery through Uber eats and when the food arrived I was surprised on the amount of food they gave. I ordered 3 entrees and 2 sides and the bag was very light. Every time I go to a Panda Express, the portion sizes are quite generous where you dont even finish the food at times. Not this time. The portion sizes were very skimpy here. Ive eaten Panda Express many times for so many years and this is the first one that disappoints. Ill never order from here again, Ill still stick to small mom and pop asian food as they are always more generous and not trying to save a buck.
The food that I ate was excellent. Is definitely get it again. Unfortunately, there was an issue. On my end, it wasnt a surprise. I was with my Mom, its Mama- so I gotta love her. She usually finds something to complain about though, and this visit, it happened to be the covid policy. I was not present for the entire order, yet arrived before the payment was made. Again, I know my mother is difficult. It doesnt mean the employees have to be. Brown has apparently never heard the expression the customer is always right... Which is ok, technically, the customer wasnt. Yet, I was IMMEDIATELY disappointed with the service when I witnessed the way she was treating her employer (the customer, darling, she pays your check...). I dealt with it for a short period before I asked the employee to please not be rude. I TOLD my Mother. No one wants to have dinner and be a referee at the same time, though, and I didnt appreciate it. I dont want any trouble, I do want a supervisor to speak with this employee and advise her what to do when she encounters situations like this. She definitely should have handled it differently. Thanks again, for the good food.
I enjoyed the choices and the taste of the food. Things were better in the early days at this location. Employee turnover is high, but I can deal with that. However, food preparers have gotten away from using gloves. They are picking up vegetables for preparation with their bare hands. Ill go back when they get back to good preparation practices.
Don’t know what’s going on with this place but last three times I’ve gone there the food tasted like it had been sitting awhile. Asked for a double order of orange chicken and got 8 pieces, noodles tasted old and under cooked. The help at drive thru acted like she cared less about giving me service. Will not go back there and will tell my friends not to go there, they skimp on portions but charge high prices nit a good experience!!
Not so good could have been better if fresh well over priced and some taste like it was from the the day before your prices could be a little cheaper especially if its going be from the day before please improve your food and at least let the customers know when your serving food from the day before because you can definitely taste the difference possibly never eat there again and if your a new customer beware trust me
First time ever at any Panda Express and the very last. I threw up all night bcuz they got my order wrong and gave me walnut shrimp to which I’m allergic and there is NO value for the price. I ordered through DoorDash so maybe prices were inflated but even the dine in prices would be more than it’s worth. Go to Wok n Roll for a real Chinese food meal. (It was that bad)
We were traveling and pulled off the Interstate to eat lunch. We had never tried Panda Express and decided it was time. What a great surprise. Delicious Orange Chicken and Teriyaki Chicken. The staff was helpful and nice. Georgia was especially helpful. We will definitely be eating at Panda Express again!
Went to this location pulling a long trailer and couldn’t get threw the drive threw. So we went inside to order to go orders for 15 people. We got inside and we’re asked to leave because we didn’t have a mask on. No big deal, we called chick-fil-a, ordered and they welcomed us and our money.
Horrible customer service! The cashiers cashed people out at the register, handled cash, and returned to the line to serve food—without washing or using gloves. Not sanitary! When I asked to speak to the manager, he casually started, “ok, hold on” and continued to do what he was doing—which was having a conversation with the cook. As a result, I didn’t have the opportunity to share this feedback in person so I’m leaving it here. This is a fairly new establishment that should want to maintain business with return customers. But—this was obviously not important to this manager. GM, please note. This is damaging to a new business. I hope that this motivates them to do better.
Visited this place last week, fast service. Friendly greeting upon entering. Food looked very fresh, you get a large plate of food for priceMe and my husband ate and had drink and egg roll for $20.veggies was a bit tough and food needed tad bit warmer but was delicious. There was no wait at all, the young girls working were sweet and smily. The restaurant itself was very clean.
The menu is clear and the presentation of the food is novel ans different compared to what we normally have here in Brunswick. The service speed was wonderful, employees were nice, the restaurant was clean, and overall the atmosphere was good. That being said, the food itself was lacking in the taste department when you compare it to the other Chinese restaurants we have here. Everything was sort of bland and comparatively you can get better tasting food in a larger quantity for a better price elsewhere. The fortune cookies were good though.
I love this location! The food was fresh, hot and delicious. The customer service was amazing. There was a little bit of a wait because they had just opened but it was so worth it. I have never had better service in a drive thru before and I am traveling from out of town so it made my trip even better. I recommend this location 100%.
I have been to this location a few times and the employees are already at a good start. Every appearance, Ive always had an excellent experience. The food was outstanding compared to other locations. I have been to the Pooler location and the food was only sometimes good. However, at this location it is good continuously. I hope the service and food will remain good.
If I could give a 1/4 star I would and that is being generous. The crab Rangoon was cooked in old oil. The lomein was fresh out of the wok tasted like it had been in the bar under the lights all day the server was going to give me the bottom of the bin I said there is no noodles in there do you have more so I waited a second for fresh that had no moisture whatsoever. Should of taken the remnants in the bin. Never been to a Panda Express and will never go again. Didn’t even offer any sauces worst service ever. The zucchini in my chicken and mushrooms was mush hope I don’t get food poisoning
I have been here a few times and it is a well managed restaurant. I went there yesterday and they messed my order up but the the Asian lady which I think is the manager went out of her way to make sure I was happy. If I owned a restaurant in would try to hire her to manage it. I know young people around here does not want to work any more. I wish there was more Asian people working there but the Asian manager there goes out of her way to make her customers happy. The manager gives Panda Express all she has to give. If ever they get rid of her I will not go back to this restaurant.
I was expecting typical service that I would get from Panda. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. To be fair I arrived 30 minutes before closing but they only had 1/2 their menu available. They forgot my spring roll, forks, and straws. I was on the road and didnt realize until I got back on 95. So I couldnt turn back.
Food - Got Some? Honestly, its a hit or miss when and IF they have food. Theyre constantly out of orange chicken. My personal favorite was when they were all out of sides. How does an American Chinese place run out of rice and noodles?! Who is FAILING at being a good kitchen manager to make sure there is food to sell?? Take a look at the picture, you cant make this stuff up...
I personally love Panada Express until it came to our area I had never tried it and fell in love with it from day one. However with out fail the last 5 times I have gotten the teriyaki chicken I have no teriyaki sauce. It is Teriyaki chicken how do you serve this without the sauce unless someone was to ask that it not be on there. I have asked for it to be on my food in a cup and I still get nothing. Much like tonight when my husband stopped to get us dinner on his way home from work. He was told they did not have any hot teriyaki sauce but they had packets. He gets home and to no surprise there is no teriyaki sauce. I think Ive been fair in my chances as they have been spread out in complete disappointment over the last year with the same result. This truly saddens me because I love it so much but I literally cannot take my favorite meal being ruined every time I go there. The sauce is what makes teriyaki chicken, teriyaki chicken. If I wanted just rice and chicken I could have made it at home. The sauce literally made the whole meal. I will not go back there anymore.
I’ve been to a few different Panda Express, and this is by far the most inconsistent one. I just left there with my meal and got home to find they didn’t put one of the entrees on my plate. I also ordered spring rolls and got two egg rolls and one spring roll.I’ve gotten grossly over cooked rice as well as severely undercooked rice at this location. I’ve gotten chunky teriyaki sauce and often times they forget something I’ve ordered. It’s really a shame this location is giving Panda Express a bad reputation.
If I could give this place a zero or a negative I would!! Came in at 6:30pm on a Sunday, the couple in front of us placed a huge order that wouldve fed 20 people, almost everything was gone. We were told they werent going to be making anymore tonight and that what was left was all there was going to be. We walked out and the extremely rude woman behind the counter yelled out have a good night very nastily as we left. Would NEVER come back to this establishment!!!!!
Slow rude service. Always out of or waiting on something. Spent 10 minutes in the drive through line waiting on one meal. Drive through lady is rude. This is the second time coming here thinking maybe the first bad experience was just a bad day for Panda Express. This second confirms their customer service is junk
Absolutely great! Great friendly service, Went through the drive thru, was fast fresh and delisious, I had the plate with chow main orange chicken, and teriyaki chicken. There is an academy sports in the shopping center so be careful, hooters is going in next to them so choose wisely,😂,
Well its great food . Just dont come here on a Saturday because they open at 1100 but its 1130 and the hot bar is still half empty......well I waited a few months to try it again and now its getting worse on food not being prepared for the walk in crowd.,......its going. Downhill quick.......
The Panda Express employee hollered across the kitchen something to the effect of no mask no service. When I asked if this was company policy she said it was however a week prior to this I went to the same Panda Express and no mask was required. I WILL NOT BE BACK, HALF THE TIME THE FOOD HAS BEEN UNDER THE RED LIGHT WAAAAY TO LONG ANYWAY!!! DISAPPOINTED IN YOU PANDA...
I ordered several items over the phone last night around 7. When I arrived to pick up said items they were not ready so we waited for them it was right at closing time when they finally brought food out at 830. They failed to inform us that they didnt have are items we ordered and that the food they gave us was old food and cold from who knows when.
Very disappointing..i tried the general tso chicken, firegrilled chicken, fried rice, black pepper chicken and green been chicken none of which had flavor..the chicken roll was the ones that you buy from the frozen food section at the grocery store..the chow mein tasted like half cooked ramen noodles and the rice,omg..the bejing beef was good though ..oh and they had something called walnut coconut chicken, guess what that didnt have any flavor either..smh..not my idea of chinese food ,more like a knock off..sorry guys i wont be going back...

2021-07-25July 24 visit at 9:00 PM They said they closed at 8:30 and so they couldn’t cook anything for us. After a bit they agreed to make some fried rice and unfortunately they did not pound out the clumps enough because it was very very clumpy and also lacked any flavor. The orange chicken was dry and tasteless. They originally offered us teriyaki as an option but when they brought it to us, they gave us honey shrimp instead which was soggy and gross!!! Very disappointing. We go to ALOT of different pandas. This was by far the worst we have visited. Such a shame. If the business closes at 9:30 PM, YOU COOK UNTIL 9:29 PM NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!! Who wants to go order food from a place that’s going to serve cold, soggy, dry, plain leftovers???? You will drive your guests away. Manager on duty, please take heed.

2022-05-14Everyone was nice & service was quick. I want to particularly praise Ms. Susan. We told her of our toddlers anaphylactic food allergies & she was very thorough & knowledgeable about cross contamination on the grill top. She made safe suggestions & our girl was able to enjoy it. Honestly, I had to hold back the tears right there b/c it’s such a relief to have someone take FA seriously, especially when it’s your child that is so limited & you just want them to enjoy something & not have to eat the sameOle same ole. Thank you so much, Ms. Susan!!

2022-04-19Too focused on portion sizing. Multiple customers ahead of me had to complain to the manager about the portion sizes. She was insisting that 4/5 pieces of chicken was the correct portion for a kids meal. I have never seen such a determined focus on portion sizes at any Panda Express. Typically they are very, very generous with their portions. After seeing how other customers were treated, I chose to simply leave rather than continue the same argument that the previous customers were having.

2022-04-03The food is good, like at any other panda-restaurant. but the weird was on when one of the staff explained to us, that she was sure, that she had seen us before. i mean: no, we never been there before. but if we were...why would that be such a surprise? i mean, dont they have regular customers? if not, why?

2022-07-06Yup. Accurate reviews. Unfriendly staff. Poor customer service. Charged .99 for a tiny ice water. Asked for plates and forks for 6. Gave us 6 forks 4 plates. Good thing we dont live here and just traveling through..

2022-06-10This place is a joke. Kiki and her friend are BEYOND rude. We were traveling through the state and wanted dinner. To our surprise as we are walking inside we are greeted by Kiki’s friend (who they both chose to talk about us over their headsets) to tell us they were short staff we could order in the drive thru if we wanted to eat. We asked if we could use the restroom and order inside and the girl said “I guess since you’re already inside”. Once again, we are traveling through the state and we’re told we couldn’t eat inside because they were short staffed. So we chose to eat outside. We knocked on the door to see if we could throw our trash away and the girl that originally spoke to us said no. So I left my trash there. Poor customer service. Will never stop here again just because of these two girls.

2021-07-23Went thru the drive thru ordered and paid and was told to pull up and wait. 20 minutes goes by and I still have not received my food. I go inside and have to wait since there was a line. After receiving my food and making me late for work. While driving to work I open my food and notice theres more rice than anything else. There was literally 8 pieces of orange chicken. On top of that the food was called because it was sitting there for 20 minutes and no one even bothered to bring it to me. I would like my management to reach out as I would like a refund for my $8.37

2022-05-06Went through drive thru, it was almost 5pm, I couldnt get any sweet tea, the lady at the window said she didnt have any sugar in her teas right now, as I was the only car in drive thru, I asked can she sweeten just one urn, I was told no, that if another car came thru, she could not have them waiting,, the food really aint that good. When I was done I asked for my receipt, said I would like to take the survey, she told me that they dont give receipts & they dont have surveys, well I found a survey for them, but you cant take them if you dont have information thats on the receipt. Not happy with them at all

2022-04-30Been to Panda Express in Brunswick at different times of day.. It used to be good and plate size portions were well above minium. However this is the 3rd time we have came and they refused to cook anything like teriyaki chicken.. 1st excuse was they were about to close, but it was only 530 pm.. 2 nd time was 630. Today they said they only cook it in the morning now .We wont be back for a 4th time for the Brunswick Store. Also the AC wasnt be working.
