I drove from Memphis Tn and entrusted feeding my family from you all! We waited almost to hours and they ended up closing! My family and I didn’t get anything to eat cause by the time they stated that they were sorry and they could remake it and send it back out were food place around was closed! I was told he’ll be there in 5 minutes three times! I’m so unhappy with this! Then to top it off I have to wait 3-4 days to get my money back
I always order from this place!! The pizzas are always delivered quickly. They are warm and delicious every time. They didn’t make me hold for the phone, and the person on the phone was very nice. I just love this place so much!! I would never order from a different location.
Thank you Alex!! We ordered 5 pizzas at work, for a total of 40~$. My boss went to pick it up, and she was a bit tired, meaning to leave at tip to total up to $60. She accidentally left a 60$ tip, and when she came back to work with the pizzas she was too embarrassed to go back. I placed the order and left my number, and Alex called back 3 times (I didn’t answer them, sorry) to fix it. We really appreciate it!!!!!
Absolutely the worst service that Ive experienced. Ive been waiting for over 2 hours for one pizza and bread sticks. Definitely do not order online. Calling the store is pointless because they will leave you on hold for literally an hour apologetically. I am very disappointed. If youre smart, youll avoid this particular Papa Johns.
I know is a big game day and all, but that is NO excuse for messing my order up the way they did. I told the young man on the phone SEVERAL TIMES that I wanted a total of 4 (four) pies and chicken poppers, and 2 (two) of those pies were under an offer. They got the pies that were under the offer and the poppers, but had no record of the other 2 pies, and charged me regular price for them. I just took the pizzas and left, not wanting to cause a scene. I am NOT ordering from this location ever again.
Ordering online is decent, however this location always sets delivery times to 120-130min.If it’s staffing I suggest getting on that ASAP!!Nobody has time to wait on pizza for that long.As for the phone call to cancel my order...It was like I interrupted something more important.Dominos wins every time.
A month ago, order two pizzas and breadsticks. Was told 45 minutes. At the 1hr30m mark, I called to check. Was told it would be there in 10 minutes. We received cold food 30m later. Had to heat it up ourselves. Called and spoke to a manager, comped us a free pizza. Sounded fair. Last night, ordered the comp pizza and I pitched in for breadsticks and apparently a delivery fee again, since it seems right to charge your customers to deliver something you are giving them as a good will gesture. Was told 45 minutes again. Called to check at the 1h30m mark again and was told the same thing, it will be there in 10 minutes. This time we preheated our oven so at least it was ready for the cold pizza. At least they are consistent. You would think that they would try harder to get a comped pizza out on time to show that they have improved. It’s too bad. This location has been awesome in the past, and I’ve ordered from them a ton. Looks like I’ll have to go pickup my pizza from a different Papa Johns.
I order a light cheese pizza almost four times not even one time they delivered the correct order. Worst service that I ever had. Not even good response from the people who work there and try to protect themselves by saying that they are correct. I request Papa Johns to give us an other store who can deliver to our resident. I am fed up with this store.
I just ordered 2 pizzas. The Italian hero pizza was so awful. There was way too much salt in the sauce. Combined with the meats, it didn’t taste at all like a hero. Just tasted like a hot mess. The gluten free pizza tasted like cardboard, even with my favorite toppings.
They make a great gluten free pizza! Always quick delivery, nice drivers and made correctly, this time they even brought plates and napkins for us without us having requested them, AWESOME! Not much experience with carry out, but incredible delivery service.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL! I placed a delivery order and the girl on the phone kept saying that my card was declined after running it twice when I looked at my banking app they’re was more then enough to cover it. I gave her a different card number and she informed me it was declined as well. So my husband decided to go to the atm and while on the way looked back at the app and saw that the transactions weren’t declined after all. We were charged 3 times for our food & when we called up there the girl(Bre) on the phone lied about being the manager when we arrived at the location a man stepped in with hopes of correcting everything after hearing what took place.
Totally and completely messed my pizza up. It was made completely wrong and looked as if someone just half way tossed stuff randomly all over. One side was basically just cheese and a couple mushrooms and then all the rest of the toppings piled together on the left side. Obviously didn’t read the order or really pay it much attention at all. Trashed pizza. What a waist of money!
This is a nearest store for me so i choose for store pickup every time. I have complain on the guy who is in counter. He need to learn how to talk to customers.on 29th i ordered Pizza online to pick up at 8:30 PM but when i went to collect pizza but pizza was collected by some one. when i asked they guy in counter he is saying someone collect. I am not sure how this is possible. What is the use of ordering online when you guys are not verifying the order number. Please correct this.
Ordered 3 pizzas for carryout, they said maximum number of peppers and seasoning are 2 for each order. Even if we order 10 pizzas they said they can give maximum of 2. I checked with other locations, they dont have this limit. They didnt even follow instructions correctly for making pizza. Avoid this location if possible.
Why in the world do I even try to give this place a chance? One more than one occasion I have attempted to order what I thought was the best pizza only to be disappointed with the product upon delivery. All the toppings slide off to one side. This sucks and if you cant do any better then Papa should consider closing this lackluster facility. Never again will I order from this damn place. Too bad I didnt take a picture of the pizza upon delivery..
Papa Johns were the only pizza place who agreed to prepare vegan pizza for us for a birthday party. They used Daiya cheese that I provided. Their dough and sauce are great too! They only get 4 stars because they were cheap on the toppings! We had onions and mushrooms and we got very little of each.
A delivery person, not wearing a mask, tried to ride the elevator in my apartment building with me. When I said, No, (one person / family is the property policy) the response was that I needed to “get faith.” I’m fairly certain religious solicitation and harassment aren’t PJ policies. Be wary.
Drivers are so greedy, I placed orders two different days. One time the total was around 21 dollars and I gave $30 and the driver asks are you good? He expects 9 dollars in tip. I said 5 back should be goid.The second time it was 32 and gave 40 the driver say , are you good. I say 5 back is ok. He says, I have to go to car to get the change. Funny. Driver at least carries some chamge.
I don’t know which was worst the pizza or the customer service , female working up front is obviously having a bad night and it clearly is shows, she also didn’t take my order incorrectly. Horrible customer service, incorrect order taken and pizza overall was poorly made.

This location is not useful for delivery call and order a pizza wait for an hour and call to ask and they tell me that they do not have any and their solution was to reorder and wait 50 more minutes, very poor attention by phone
When I called to make an order the guy on the phone was extremely rude. I don’t know why he was being so rude but I do know that you should not go to work with that type of attitude. I asked him a question then said can you give me one moment please and then he hung up the phone on me.

I ordered online with card and then the driver shows up asking for cash and I stood there for thirty minutes working it out and then while Im paying he says dont forget the tip and I also ordered NO ONIONS and my pizza is loaded with onions.

2022-09-13Youve got to be kidding me. The young lady who works here needs some serious training. Ive encountered some very friendly employees here, but have come across her at least twice and shes horrible. Bad attitude and will likely drive good customers away. This is what she tried to give me tonight (never seen garlic knots look like this and they smelled like cheese). She got an attitude when I asked about them and even worse when I asked for a refund and gave them back! She needs to stay away from customers!

2021-04-24Not exactly a The Works I ordered and was expecting. Looks like a thin crust with added jalapeño. My brother grabbed some slices, but still not the same as the regular Works. They said I get a pizza credit next time, but that means I have to call in and order. Not sure how they keep track, since they did not ask for my name or number. Maybe caller ID???

2021-11-06Pizza promised to be ready in 35 minutes, but I waited an hour and a half. I ordered a extra large pizza, but I got 2 inches of empty crust and very little toppings on the rest of it. Ill never go to this Papa Johns again. The people working there acted as if I was a nuisance when I tried to pick up my ordered at the multiple stated times.

2022-01-01Ordered a pizza tonight and got the wrong order. I called and they said for refund or can send a new one of the actual order I made. I asked for the new one and waited for more than an hour and to call and the place said it was now closed. .. terrible service all around

2020-03-26I use to live next door to this location, so whether I had it delivered or picked up I always received my order in a timely manner. Since then I’ve moved further away, but when in the neighborhood I still order from here. Today we conveniently placed our order online, and within 15-20 minutes it was ready for pickup. Our pizzas were made to perfection, and tasted great! The cashier was also very nice and provided great customer service.I chose to give this rating not only for today’s excellent service, but for all the years I’ve ordered from this location without complication. Thank you!

2021-06-27Driver pulled in front of my house never got out of the car or delivered the pizza, called the store said they would take care of it, 25 mins go by and nothing, called back manager said person who said they would take care of it left with nothing done. Driver lied about delivering pizza!!! Then they say 90 mins later can get a pizza to you in 30-40 mins. Last time we order from there!!!

2019-09-14My experience with this Papa Johns is by far the worst pizza experience Ive had. I ordered a pizza online to get delivered to a friend later that day. 20 minutes before the pizza was supposed to be delivered, a manager called to tell me they didnt have a delivery person, so my order couldnt be fulfilled. This is already a problem, since you advertise for a delivery service. I had my pizza changed to be delivered the same time the next day. I look later at my bank account to see that I have been charged 4 times for this pizza, & the charges are different amounts. I call that night & the woman manager on duty is extremely rude & unprofessional. She just kept saying, you didnt seem to have any issues this morning when I called. Well lady, I hadnt seen I had been charged 70 dollars for 1 pizza until now, not to mention I was at work. Anyway, I talk to Andrew and he fixed my charges and told me my pizza would be delivered free the next day. Finally, a professional manager. I called my friend the next day, & found out her pizza was never delivered. This place has a lot to work on before they ever get my business again. Definitely disappointing. All over 1 pizza for a friend having a bad day.

2019-10-14Just ordered a pizza from this location. I live less than 5minutes away and when the delivery driver brought the pizza to the door she wasn’t friendly. However; sounded tired and aggravated to deliver the pizza. The cheese pizza was cold and had no marinara sauce whatsoever on it. My husband had to go back out in the rain to return the pizza. I spoke with the manager and he said they would refund us for the pizza and apologized for the error. I just don’t understand why quality of service isn’t a priority anymore in establishments. Do you think people won’t go elsewhere for business? I better get a refund as stated by the manager because the way that pizza looked; it had been sitting for a while.

2020-04-19If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a pizza online. 45 minutes later a driver who couldn’t speak English tried telling me he was in the correct place when he wasn’t. After 10 minutes with him, I called the store and got a manger. She put me on hold for over 10 minutes and I had to hang up and call back to tell them to cancel the order. No communication on if the order has actually been cancelled and my money refunded. Terrible experience from beginning to end
