I cannot say enough good things about our staff here at Park at Johns Creek. Jen, Lisa, Wendy, Yelena, Earl, Rene and Al are all very dedicated to their jobs. We have a wonderful staff and feel very fortunate. Everyone is very friendly and nice. If you have any question or problem about anything they are more than willing to help answer or resolve it. They definitely take good care of the residents here.
Love, Love, Love - Park at Johns Creek Apartments. I have lived here 5 years and cant say enough good things about this Apartment Complex. First, let me say, its a home not an apartment. Beautiful place, the grounds have mature trees and landscaping . . . the office staff I feel are like family. Shout out to Jen, Lisa, Wendy and Yelena!!!!! Love those women. The maintenance staff, Earl and Renee are top of the line. So professional and get the job done. Honestly, if you are looking for a place to call home, you need to take a look. You wont regret it. (PS. activities even with COVID are creative and fun. Try your hand at online bingo, yoga, food trucks, parades and much more.)
I have lived here for 2 1/2 years. I’m really happy here. My favorite feature is the dog park, which allows me to have a furry roommate. I like the wide variety of activities offered, even though I don’t participate in many of them. My neighbors are friendly and the property is well maintained. Those considering moving here should be aware that is independent living: no meals, medical care, etc. are on site. However, with meal and grocery delivery available, medical care nearby, and UBER, senior adult living here is great.
The Park at Johns Creek is an awesome community. They have great amenities and activities for residents to enjoy even during Covid. We enjoyed bringing our food truck out to feed the residents. Everyone was so friendly and grateful to have a food truck come to their community to provide dinner. We would definitely work with them again. Thank you!
Lisa is very patient, knowledgeable and friendly. She is extremely patient and helped me understand things much better then I did.
I have lived here eight months and am very pleased and satisfied. The location is great for grocery shopping, plus a book store, crafts, salons, clothing, discount places and most of these are just around the corner from our complex.Great diversity of residents. Various games, movies, day trips, dinner outings in the evening, various church services, a pool, gym machines and and exercise classes. Great gatherings for holidays and special events.The staff is wonderful and helpful. Come and visit, you will fall in love with Park atJohns Creek Apartments.

William and Regina ColvinWe have been here, only, since March, 2018 and we are thankful that we have found Park at Johns Creek to be absolutely wonderful. The convenience of needs are great, the physical and social activities are amazing, the Staff Officials are, always, very helpful and the maintenance group saves our souls. We are enjoying this place tremendously and hope to continue.
All the staff here has been very innovative to try to provide some alternatives to our many lost amenities due to covid 19, while having to stay within CDC guidelines. The corn hole contests, bingo games on the green and the golf putting competition on our newly installed putting green can bring some loud cheering and uplifting during this necessary time of restrictions. My biggest compliment though goes to our excellent maintenance staff. It has been my experience to have all maintenance requests answered very quickly, solved with professional knowledge and in a courteous manner.
The office staff is always willing to listen and to respond to anything we bring to their attention. Yelena, our activity director, is full of creative ideas to keep the residents happy and involved. Earl and his maintenance staff answers the calls for assistance with prompt attention.
After looking at apartments all over the Atlanta area the Park at Johns Creek looked too good to be true. I moved from Greenville SC without seeing the apartment myself and I couldnt be happier! It is everything the reviews say it is. People here are like old friends, the staff really cares and the maintenance team come the same day and fix everything right. I am here to stay. Its perfect for active adults. Youll think youre at a country club!

We lived here for 2 years. We liked the apartments. The Office staff are wonderful. The maintenance staff works diligently. Rene will help on his off time. Grounds are kept neat. Fun get togethers, lunches are great. This place schedules activities for the tenants. We highly recommend Park at Johns Creek. Ask for Lisa in the office, she will be there to help you.
I thoroughly enjoyed my time teaching at the PJC. The staff (Yelena) is awesome. Even the residents rave about the quality of life and care at this location. It truly shows. Hope to see more of you in 2021
I moved here in Aug 2015 and I love everything about it. The activities are never ending and keep me so busy, its just was I was looking for. Everyone here is so helpful from the ladies in the office to the maintenance guys, its one big family! My son and daughter in law are very happy that I found a home at the The Park. It is truly the best place you can move to if you are looking for a 55 year old active community!
What makes Park at Johns Creek wonderful is the staff; Wendy, Lisa, Yelena, Heather, Earl, Al and Rene are always so very helpful and responsive. Am proud to call PJC home!
We moved my mother out here in January this year. Thank you for all your help with setting up Uber on her phone! She loves it here and I love it for her. Everything is right where she needs it. The walk in shower is a major blessing because shes had 2 knee replacements and has arthritis in her back. Shes made several friends, joined the crochet group and has attended several onsite activities. My mom is so happy now. Thank you!
New to Atlanta client moved there. Perfect for seniors who are mobile. Hospital and physicians of high quality amazingly close. Shopping is strong as is gym facilities. Many meeting places. She made a good choice and was happy.
Love living at Park of Johns Creek. Enjoy our comfortable apartment and the area always looks nice. The staff and neighbors are a delight to be around.
I moved to PJC two years ago and almost immediately felt at home here.The residents, staff and maintenance crew are all wonderful and the many activities we have are fun. Moving to PJC was definitely the right choice for me.

I love it here. During the Covid shutdown, it was difficult not seeing our family, but our Park at Johns Creek Family helped us through that period. You can’t find a better place to live.
I love it here! Lots of fun activities and the management staff really cares. Couldn’t be friendlier! The maintenance staff here is awesome as well. Any request you put in is usually resolved within 24 hours at the most.
Great place to live, easy access to grocery stores, shopping, pharmacies and Emory Hospital is right around the corner. Friendly neighbors and just a lovely place to live.
Both Earl and Rene give excellent and prompt service, whenever called upon over the past 8 years. It is wonderful to know that needs are met so promptly and completely, time after time!

Its a very good place to move. There are many nice office people who work in the clubhouse. Its very affordable. Everyone is nice in the complexes, and they have many beautiful buildings!

Your staff is very understanding and prompt when it comes to responding to issues one is having. rather its personal or maintenance issues. Thanks Rene for your quick response changing the garbage disposal leak.
Beware! They stuck my 80 year old mother with unexpected charges two months after she moved out. No bill was provided. Nothing in writing at all, and they turned her over to collections immediately.
People are friendly and supportive to each other. They make living here very comfortable and easy. I love it, and ill keep coming back.
I can’t say enough about everyone that works here, they are the kindness and hardworking staff. There’s a few residents that tattletale over silly things, but this is an awesome place live.

2020-12-04Overall the Park at John’s Creek offers the best in independent senior living. I have lived here 3 years total having left after a year but missed it so much I came back! The apartments are lovely and amenities are great! The staff, I must say, are exceptional. Always gracious and helpful, they have gone beyond in creating fun yet safe activities to keep us busy, should we choose to be. From Lisa, rental agent, who pays attention to our needs, to Wendy, most helpful and Jenn who has kept this place “humming”, and Yelena who has utilized the best features of this site to offer golf and outdoor activities especially during this pandemic! Earl and Rene are a pleasure to work with when needed.I must say also that we are not only encouraged to participate, but offer our own programs such as the Knit Wits!

2020-12-13What an AWESOME community! I have had the pleasure of working with the entire staff at The Park at Johns Creek for over a year and cant say enough good things about them. Lisa, Wendy, Yelena, Heather, Al, Earl, Rene and Jenn are the absolute best team out there. I have worked in many properties but never have I witnessed/experienced the professionalism, friendliness and partnership than with this team. And they are just that - A TEAM! The residents at this property clearly appreciate the managements level of commitment to them as I have heard over and over again from them, how much they love all the staff and how blessed they are to live in such a wonderful community. It is clear, the staff at the Park at Johns Creek Apartments set the bar WAY high. Kudos to the entire staff!!!

2020-12-10What more can I say about The Part at Johns Creek!!What a fabulous place to live!! I see first hand as a vendor how the staff go above and beyond to be sure every resident is happy!Lisa, Wendy, Yelena, Heather and Jen are always busy keeping the community running smoothly in the office. I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve been in the office and a resident comes in just to simply visit or ask advice and the girls put all aside to take care of their needs. They definitely go the extra mile to ensure everyone is safe and happy!Earl and Rene ensure residents will have any maintenance issues handled immediately and again do big or small projects for residents without hesitation.Lastly, Al the groundskeeper is always busy keeping everything looking great! You notice this first when pulling into the property!!!Apartments are beautiful but this 5 star staff is what makes this community become your HOME!

2020-12-08I moved in to Park at Johns Creek. 3 years ago. It is a wonderful place to live, we can be as busy as we want with all the activities that are offered.The office staff is very nice and accommodating. The maintenance staff is outstanding, I have mostly had Rene doing work in my apartment, he has never left without cleaning, always asking if he can do anything else. I have talked with other residents, and we all agree, he is a bright spot in our community

2020-12-03I’ve been lucky enough to teach yoga here for the past 5 years. What a wonderful place to work! The residents have become close like family to me. The staff is always cheerful and so helpful. Yelena, the activities director is great! She’s friendly, personable and so easy to talk with. Rene has been there to help countless times for both me and the residents. One day he’ll join us for yoga practice. Until then, we’ll settle for his smiling face as he waves hi to us.

2020-12-08I have been the Xfinity rep for Park at Johns Creek as well as 89 other properties for the last 5 years. I have enjoyed working with the whole staff; Yelena, Lisa, Wendy, Heather, Earl, Rene and Al. They are all very supportive to me as well as the residents and extremely professional. You can tell the residents are very fond of them as well. When I have events and stop by the office, you can tell the residents feel it is their extended family at this community. The facility and grounds are always impeccable and offers so many opportunities for the residents. The hard work that the staff provides is something that shouldnt go unnoticed.

2021-04-10My husband and I moved to Park at Johns Creek in June 2015 from North Carolina to be closer to our family. It was the best decision we ever made to move to PJC. There are so many wonderful things to say about our apartment, staff, grounds and the residents. Our apartment is great and maintenance (Earl & Renee & Jack) are extremely quick and efficient in fixing any issue and tending to the entire complex. The staff is amazing they are helpful and friendly, plan many trips and activities and we are so lucky to have such a caring office staff. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained especially in the summer. The residents are very friendly as well.

2021-05-10Ive lived at Park at Johns Creek for one year., mostly in my apartment due to the COVID rules. The people that I have met were all friendly and seemed happy here. The staff is terrific, administration and maintenance all work together very well, and any problems are quickly taken care of. I have to move in order to be closer to my sons family. However, I will be sorry to leave PJC - its a great place to live, and now that they are able to bring back more and more activities, it will be even better.

2020-01-21Moved here June 2019, so seven months a resident. My spouse is employed and I am retired. She cant attend as many activities I can, but we both love what is provided to us as amenities.Staff is great; always helpful with a smile. The residents we have met are wonderful people, so nice and pleasant. I have already made some good friends.Our apartment is great. Wonderful top floor view, quiet.As others have said, there is so much to do in our community, stores, restaurants are close at hand.
