I applied in September with a move in date of 10/5. Needless to say my move in date has been pushed back 4 times. I’ve been living with friends for a month ready to move in my apartment only to find out a week prior to my move in date that it’s pushed back another time. I now have to look for other housing. The staff does not communicate well and they could care less about leaving you out in the cold.I would NOT recommend anyone applying to live here as they false advertise move in dates and they have yet to received their certificate of occupancy from city of Kennesaw. So either the apartments are badly built because they have not been granted their certificate over at least 4 visits from the city. Or, they are being deceitful about this entire process. Either way it’s not worth the headache to even apply. They will string you along without a for sure move in date. If they can manage to open I can only imagine how management will handle maintenance issues. The apartments are beautiful but not worth the hassle. Do not waste your money applying to live here.
First of all I would like to say Sonya and Jasmine have been doing an amazing job with all the changes that have taken place with my parents move in. My parents were supposed to move in a month ago but with issues that are out the control of the office the date has been changed. Yes it can be frustrating but it’s not something the office staff can change. Every contact I have had with Jasmine has been very professional and courteous. Jasmine and Sonya dress very well and seem to work well together. I am definitely waiting for the confirmation of my parents move in date. I will also make sure to take a nice plant or delicious treats to the ladies since they are the ones taking all the heat for the delays. Jasmine and Sonya keep up the great work.
I toured the community and loved how unique the buildings look. They are different styles and colors and are nothing like the communities I looked at earlier that day closer to campus. I haven’t made a leasing decision yet but more than likely I will be applying this weekend. My agent Sonya was very nice and professional and answered all of my questions.
Too fresh to understand how to work a business. Move date got pushed back twice and my Wife and I still waiting for our Deposit money back. I dont believe its the Manager but their worker Jasmine who tells you information and later on it is something else. I like to know the real deal, no sugar-coated information to get me Rollin. Nice property but it seems like It needs to learn how to manage. I can see price fluctuations happening since a lot in my contract has been edited. I found somewhere else thankfully. Maybe in a couple years when they figure out how they want to go about rent and have more professional workers, I’d consider it again.
My coworker Jessica is moving in at the top of the year and she is so happy with her 1 bedroom apartment. I saw a virtual tour on her phone. Her apartment is huge and has so many windows! I am going to apply when my lease is up in mid-May. She worked with Ms.Roberts and said she was very helpful and patient with answering her questions.
I would love to just take a moment and brag on the new staff. I previously rented with the prior team and was just a number to them to get it leased. I work with Caitlen now in the office and she is a dream. I am so happy to call this place home for now and for the future.
Move date got pushed twice, a couple weeks before moving in. The first time was ok. I would have been homeless for 3 weeks if I didnt find another apartment. They offered me a lousy $500 gift card as if its easy to find a hotel less than $50 a day here in Kennesaw. Jasmine is very unprofessional, she says one thing and then its something else later on. Its been over a month since I got my deposit back. They are so quick to take my money but takes forever getting it back. Sad, I am so glad It didnt work out.
The property is so nice and different from your typical cookie cutter communities. I lived in several communities around Atlanta and Lewis House top them all. There arent that many people living here yet because of construction in some buildings but the people Ive met so far are very friendly. Dont let the negative reviews deter you from moving here because those people are irrational. The B3 is my favorite.
Huge shout out to Caitlin at parks at main apartments in kennesaw! She is the best and helped me get my mail situation under control and a maintenance emergency handled ASAP. Caitlin took over from Lewis house and has made it her goal to have residents feel at home and always has a smile on her face! Thanks Caitlin and the bh property team.
I am excited about the Lewis House! Sometime God allow things to happen for a reason. I wanted a townhome feel unit. I cannot say apartment because they are nothing like apartments. These units are brand new, just like a house, changes happen when moving into something brand new. I hope they could sell them like apartments in New York. Thank you Sonya and Jasmine for all of your help!
This community is beautiful with a really convenient location. The girls in the office are very pleasant and helpful. I with the community offered a gym but it’s fine. I plan to apply next week.
I applied in August for September move in(Advertised on their website).The move in dates got pushed 4 times and everytime the excuse is the same, if you try to email back youll get the same generic response.Ive never seen or experience this level of unprofessionalism.Please dont make the mistake I made, I backed out from this place a month ago and still havent receive my deposit and the application fees.Believe the reviews , or come experience this mess yourself. TOTALLY NOT WORTH IT.
LOVE!!!! This community is beautiful!! I love the area as it is close to the town center area. The apartment I viewed had very tall ceilings which I loved. Everyone was so friendly in the office which I didn’t encounter at other communities I visited.

I thought these were townhomes, the community is amazing. It is not full of trash like others and even though I was not able to see the inside of a home, I was still treated like family and taken on a tour of the community so I could see why this should be my new home.
The leasing staff were very friendly during the tour and quick to respond over email. The apartments are beautiful!
I really loved my tour at the community. The best part is the building set up. There are only a few apartments in each building which I Really liked.

It has been a draining process,My move in date was pushed back 3 times.I sign the lease and received my keys on 12/29.Unfortunately Xfinity was unable to install the internet and cable due to wiring issues.So I haven’t been able to completely move in because my children need the internet for school.I notified management concerning the issue with the wiring.They suppose to be working on it.My son was waiting outside for the delivery guy,the maintenance man approached him stating that he can’t be standing outside of the apartment.I knew at that point I had made a huge mistake by moving to this community.It’s suppose to be a pet friendly community but no designated area.If anything change or become worse I will update my review.
My overall experience has been horrible.Lewis House Community is not a family oriented place to live.If you have kids or a college student.I don’t recommend Lewis House Community.It should have been more of a senior living community.I have been located in NW Georgia for over ten years,I must say this is the first place that I encountered problems.Its very disappointing that this community is located in Kennesaw because Kennesaw is known for being very family oriented.
Could be better... thats all Im gonna say. Regret moving? Yeah i do. Thats it. Think twice before you apply. Looks are deceiving.Edit To your response. I have tried to communicate and nobody has done anything. Ive tried contacting a supervisor and that has yet to work. So i dont see anyone helping.
Moving in and setting dates from the beginning were a problem, but I believe they worked out the kinks now that they are up are running and the team is very polite and get on top of work orders quick
Great location and floor plan options. Within walking distance of the downtown bakery and cool summer hang out spots.
The construction of the apartments could be better especially considering the rent price. Brand new apartments and the flooring is already coming up.
Do yourself a favor and apply when they get a grasp of how to handle things as a new apartment complex....
Worst experience ever!
Johanna was great throughout the whole leasing and move in process. Highly recommend. The apartments are very clean and put together.

2022-01-19We just moved out after living there for a year. And we had a great experience with the previous owners but it was bought out in the middle of the year and the new management was not so friendly. We left the apartment in an excellent condition only a small tear in the carpet, we even deep cleaned the apartment before our inspection. We did an inspection with one of their managers on our move out and she told us we would not be discounted much for the tear, if anything. After they did another inspection on their own and they made up that there were stains in the carpet and gouged our deposit taking more than half of it, which is not what we were originally told. Did not have a great experience.

2021-06-04If you like city/suburban living, this is the best place! The units are completed and very unique looking. The new Property Manager Caitlyn and team are great and very responsive! Maintenance responds to request quickly and efficiently! Its hard to believe they are apartments as they look like condos.

2022-02-16Location is awesome.....Cheaply built, doors slam shut automatically so the entire building shakes. I am currently trying to find a solution for the door slamming, maybe a special spring or no springs at all. After being dragged along for over a year, having to find other living in order to move in here, because for some reason I really wanted this location. I am very disappointed in the noise level. Once this issue is solved I will review again. I would definitely give this place a 5 star after doors are fixed.

2022-06-14The facetime showing with Johanna was such a great way to view the apartment layout I am interested in without having to drive around to get to appts. Johanna is very pleasant and knows how to view apartments virtually so that the viewing is as if I were there. Bravissimo!

2022-04-15EDIT: The new management team are rude, they really do not know how to talk to people at all. I was told to speak up about any issues last time I had an issue, took their advice this time and was talked to like I annoying them. I really wish I had not renewed my lease.This review is for Sonya! She answered all of my questions and was very helpful and kind. It’s a beautiful neighborhood and I hope me and my boys get to call it home soon (I would still recommend even if I didn’t).

2021-10-11I like the community and the complex is nice. Big and tall apartments are all ways nice. The only downside would be the lack of amenities for the price that you’re paying. Would be nice if there was a gym and a bigger and better lobby amenities that stay open at a later time. Overall the place is nice, I just feel like I could get a little more somewhere else with the amount of money I’m paying.

2021-10-06I just helped my daughter finish moving in. The apartments are clean, fresh and the lovely property manager was so helpful. She gave us all of the best places for coffee and lunch and recommended multiple ways to get to school. We are new to the area and feel so welcome thanks to Cait.

2022-03-02Its a mixed feeling. I scouted the place way back in July and applied back when it first opened. Needlessly to say,the move in date got pushed many times but Sonya helped me throughout the process.Time will tell ,but so far I like it. Some flaws in the finishing ( gaps in the baseboards,damaged doorframe then painted over) but its hard to notice unless you looked hard.-----------------------------------------------------Lewis house is now Park at Main.5/25/21: new management———————————————————————11/16/21: Caitlin and Gerald are great--------------------------------------------------------
