This place is a joke as its easy to schedule a boat rental but try cancelling it and they will ignore your emails and voicemails. I tried to call the office again and I had to hit 1 for sales and spoke with a manager (Bailey) who is very rude and couldnt help me and wanted to send me somewhere else which wasnt working for me so i told her ill just dispute the charges which she said she didnt care.
We purchased our first boat in years April 2020. All my previous boats were on trailers. This was our first large lake locked boat, 37 cruiser/yacht.The staff at Park Marina is amazing. We drive past two other Marinas to use Park. From choosing a slip to excellent service from the repair and maintenance team; these people are top notch.Bailey in slip leasing and Dan in maintenance run there departments flawlessly.We would not dream of keeping our boat anywhere else.
Great place to rent a boat! Staff was super friendly and helpful, too. Easy online boating course sped up the rental process, too.
Rented the 20 pontoon for 4 hours. Unlike some other rentals this boat had extras like an anchor and a Bluetooth receiver with a nice sound system plus an auxiliary jack. The staff is very helpful. We just pulled into a cove and swam for a few hours. Great time.

July 24, 2020. Annual trip to Allatoona to rent a boat and the experience was great as always. Was told this year though that Park Marina changed insurance companies and now as part of our check out for the boat we had to look at a picture of a partially severed foot from a propeller injury. It was just as gruesome as you could imagine. What is the point of that? If I rent a car from Avis they dont force me to look at a picture of somebody who had been ejected from the car for not wearing a seatbelt. I understand theyre trying to send a message, but making me look at a severed foot before I went out on the lake just seemed like way too much.
We rented a pontoon that hold 10... along with a tube to pull behind for the kids...it was a wonderful day at the lake, equipment worked perfectly and couldnt, ask for a better day. Will keep Park Marina Boat Sales on the FAMILY CONTACT LIST TO DO THIS MORE OFTEN.. GREAT DEAL AND WHAT A WAY TO ENJOY THE FAMILY AND FRIENDS... THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFUL DAY

I had a great experience while renting a boat! Only problem was I wasnt sure whether I should tip... turns out youre supposed tip almost the same as at restaurants... otherwise perfect results!
Get place to rent or drive a boat
Filled the boat with gas. Zero help from the teenage staff. Went inside the ship store and received no welcome or can I help you?. Left without making a purchase.
Hard to drive to, but worth it. Employees were friendly and helpful. Costs were reasonable and boat was nice. Very enjoyable time had by all.
Located just off I-75 north of Atlanta. Red Top Mountain State Park joins the marina property. Park Marine has all the services that you would expect professionally operated and courteous staff.

Boat rental was good and had no problems. We also got a jet ski and a wave runner. We had no problems with the rentals and the price was reasonable .

2021-07-22We had a fabulous time out on the lake. Weather finally cooperated for our booked excursion. Check in process was smooth and simple. Orientation for the rental was thorough but simple enough to follow step by step. Be sure to have completed the online boating safety course prior to arrival. Map posted of lake for those not as familiar. Clean boat, a-c and generator worked perfect. Paradise Boat rentals located in Park Marina. Plenty of parking for our 9am rental.

2022-06-21First time for me and my family coming here. It was very nice. I liked the atmosphere of the area. Kind of made you feel like you were out of state . The boat rental wasn’t that expensive and you get 4 hours or more on the lake to ride. It was a fun experience

2021-06-28We rented a platoon boat here! Easy process and not too far from the city. We enjoyed it. The staff was helpful and gave us an overview of how to use the boat. Kids were allowed but have to wear their life vest of course. We didnt catch any fish though!! But overall fun

2021-07-25Awesome place. We rented a ski boat (deck boat) here and had a great time. The boat was in very good condition and plenty powerful to get me out of the water. I was a bit worried because I was considerably less heavy last time I skiied 15 years ago, but weighing almost 250 pounds now, I was able to get up on the skis after only a couple of tries. Going back again next week to try wakeboarding!

2021-09-07I rent a boat slip. The location is great. The Asst. Manager Bailey is not so nice. She has no customer relation skills. She has threatened to tow my car, cancel my contract, and even had an employee put his hands on me. Very Very unprofessional.
