Very nice shopping plaza, lots of different options
Parkside Landing is an old standard shopping Square in East Cobb County, GA... The mix of shopping and eateries is changing in a very positive manner!!! It is great to see a shopping Square changing with the times and area demographics! Stop by soon!!! Respectfully: Alton K Edwards
From the street, Parkaire Landing seems small, but once you enter, you realize that it has a lot to offer. In addition to Kroger, you will find the East Cobb Library branch, a UPS store, and an ice skating rink. There are also a variety of restaurants and a host of other great stores.
My favorite library is here along with Dollar Tree, Tuesday Morning and Kroger.
Shopping is full of great shopping and restaurants... Management does a great job selecting what the community looks for in a neat center.
Ted’s Montana Grill is alway perfect.
We visited Moes for one of the best burritos around. No language barrier here either. These folks know how to build a hefty and delicious burrito--and lots of other good things too. Always clean and welcoming and a super meal!
Went to Tuesday Morning looking for replacement spices.
5 stars for traditional Mexican rather than fine dining. Always busy but always able to get a table with no wait. Good filling food, quick service. Outside seating. A happy place.

At times parking is difficult. They dont really have enough handicapped spaces and now theyve taken many spaces away by putting in those grocery pick-up spaces which Ive never seen more than 2 cars in. But its one of the better Krogers in the area so I go there anyway.
Pretty good food and really good margaritas. I prefer another Mexican restaurant but this one is still good. I liked my chimichangas but the queso was too watery. Even the salsa falls off the tortilla chips. My friend had the fajitas and said it was really good. Will go back because it is so close but hope the queso improves.
I went to get some crab legs and asked the older... white haired man, if they had anymore? He immediately got an attitude. I also asked him, if he could steam them? He said, it will take a long time and there are people behind you. There were two people behind me, just like I waited for the two in front of me. He asked, how much, I said 3 lbs with cajun seasoning please. He said, two and I said no 3 lbs. A lot more attitude. He weighed them so I couldnt see them. He then poured a lot of seasoning on them. I mean a lot. I never got them steamed before, so I was not sure. If that was normal. But, right before he streamed them, he poured a lot more seasoning on them. They are not edible and he only gave me two pounds. Its obvious this man is miserable and if he doesnt want his job....thats between him and Kroger. Now I have to go up there on Thanksgiving day.... to talk to someone and bring them back. I have NEVER had to complain about a Kroger employee and I have been shopping with Kroger since they opened here. I am very disappointed...
Good shopping center. The Kroger there has one of the better beer selections - especially for a chain grocery.Loyal Brew & Q is also good.

Krogers is the main stay of this place. East Cobb library, Dollar store, UPS store, pizza, Chinese, Taco Bell etc here as well. While leaving, getting to Lower Roswell Rd westbound or Johnson Ferry Southbound, go to SouthWest corner (near Montana grill/ice cream place. Can get a little backed up...
Its a decent shopping center with a grocery store, public library, and some good restaurants
There are some nice shops here. Kroger and the Bottle shop are pretty much the only stores I visit. I would say that overall the options are decent.
Kroger supermarket is the main store in this strip mall, which also contains discount stores, hair salon, library and several restaurants. Plenty of open air parking.
As Ive said before in my reviews I am a native of Sandy Springs and I used to ice skate at parkaire mall which now is called parkaire Landing and I will say without a doubt there is lots of variety here from liquor stores to find food to Great authentic Mexican food good supermarkets grocery stores and also special boutiques
One stop shopping. Nice variety of businesses in one convenient location. Fun trivia: was a tiny airfield years ago, thus the name.
If your student or u love reading books tgen this is the place u have library to study and u have Kroger to stop by for groceries and subway for your stomach and dollar tree here have wide collection when compared to others so can give a try

Very nice area. We stopped at a new restaurant there called Loyal Brew & Q which was outstanding. Great food, service, and the most complete assortment of bourbon and whiskey.

Its a perfectly fine shopping center. The Loyal Q is quite good. The Kroger is a little weird. Looks like they tore the place up for a remodel then forgot the remodel part.
A really nice kroger with a cheese market, a new bbq place (Loyal Q) with a huge selection of bourbons, a good Pizza place and Mexican restaurant and even a library. Everything is kid friendly, clean and fairly priced.

Went to Tuesday Morning. The store gets such great items in periodically. Now is the time to buy gifts for the holidays. They have a good selection of dog and food gifts - for others and yourself.

This is where my Kroger is. The Parkaire Kroger is the best Kroger in the Marietta area. The employees are very helpful and friendly and check out is always fast. And I always get fresh food there.
I visit the Kroger once in a while, never been to other shops, but the parking lot is clean and the location is conveniently located next to the road from my house.

2022-03-11Snazzy shopping strip with just about everything in one convenient location @ Parkaire Landing🛩️ Groceries, wine & dine, ice cream, library, gym, juice bar, pet store, Kroger, Tuesday Morning, UPS & Dollar Tree, plus The Flying Biscuit & a consignment shop. All of this, plus next door is a Goodwill & the Altitude trampoline park🦘 Well kept facilities with nice artwork & signs. They even have electric car charging & designated curbside pickup spots. Good vibes🥰

2021-01-27Ive been shopping at Parkaire Landing off and on for 30+ years. Convenient, centrally located, and the Kroger here is the best in the area, by far. Great restaurant selection like Johnnys NY Pizza, Teds, and Moes. A few salon/haircut options, including one tailored for children. Lucky to have a reliable place like this nearby.
