We really enjoyed living here for about a year. I have worked often with Merical, in the office and found her to be very understanding, prompt with communications, responsible and eager to solve problems, she is an asset to the team. I do wish they would be able to do something about the waste disposal overflow.
My name is David Bennett. I am a doable veteran. I experience the most professional customer service here at the Park Side Town Homes Apartments. I as treated with the most humble taste. it is good to know that this country still has a outstanding love fir veterans. GO TEAM Park Side.
I have been here almost a year now and I definitely love it where my apartment is it can be vary quite. We live in a apartment not a house cant expect everything to go the way u wanna. so for that I have had a great experience and everyone around me well mostly are vary kind and respectful and everyone in the office are great and vary welcoming . Only bad thing is price went up on rent but they work with you at there best ...
The apartment itself was fine. The community on the other hand was not. No parking. Loud music. Supposedly a smokeless community. Bunch of empty threats of towing cars that park in the crosswalk, illegally in handicap parking, and on the curb blocking people from leaving. Valet trash is a joke. Most residents just pile their stuff outside their door everyday instead of the restricted hours.
I moved here in May 2020 and I have had nothing but great experiences. I totally feel safe here and the security gate is always working.Last Monday, a neighbor in a different building accused myself and my dog trainer of abusing my dog during her training session. I personally called Merical, Property Manager, and she was fast, efficient and quickly deescalated the situation.Additionally, the maintenance staff is awesome and always completes work orders super fast and correctly!!
I called down to the leasing office because my hot water was not working and I got the voice-mail. I left a message for maintenance went to take a shower at a friend house because the water was extremely cold.🥶 When I arrived home the water was hot again. 🔥 Thanks for your promptness and consideration for your tenant.Ayua
I went to Parkside At Town center Saturday. As I pulled up parked walked to the door it was open for me & I was greeted in the best way. Lanarius had a great attitude was personable & provided great customer service. He explained everything in detail provided me all the information I needed. Floor plans availability 3 1br options for December. I was pleased with the service received👌🏾
Trey is amazing! He will personally do whatever he can to accommodate you. He truly cares about us as residents and wants us to feel comfortable. I don’t know what I would do if he weren’t here. He’s such an asset to the bridge family. Thank you Trey for your amazing service we truly appreciate you!
Today I had a wonderful experience as I needed corporate help. Spoke to Stephanie Porter the regional help who went above and beyond to help me. What made me feel more at home was that today she followed up on my request and checked to see if it was completed in a timely manner.
I had the joy of working with Jonathan when I had some questions around shopping for a new place to live. So professional, knew all the answers to my questions and knew his stuff. Really eased my anxiety speaking with him and I am so appreciative of the kindness and professionalism I received.
First of all I would like to start out with saying thank you to all the staff of the Parkside. This is an amazing community. By far the best. Does it have down falls sure but most things are fixed and addressed always In a professional quick manner. . But nothing and i mean nothing compared to other apartments. The manager is the best I have seen. She cares about all her renters and staff it shows by how happy her staff are to work for her. I have been sick with covid twice this year with multiple hospitals stays and she has reached out to me to ensure I am okay and encouraging me to keep my head up even asked for family contacts just incase something is needed. She Helped me with assistance in all possible means. She truly cares and has a heart of gold. She also has the best maintenance Staff I have ever seen it shows because so happy to work for you. They respond very fast and always ask if there is anything else they would be happy to address with a smile. Everytime in passing through the property they stop say hey, waive ask how Im doing. Dont believe half of what you read on the web. Some people just let the bad outweighs the good. Check them out for your self the apartments are very beautiful and very very clean.
When I say I love this property. It’s very convenient not far from much around that you may need. I just signed my second lease for a unit A little bit bigger. Office staff is always amazing when you need them or have questions or concerns. Maintenance staff always on point when you need them! Not to mention during this horrible pandemic that’s going on in the world Bridge property management, Bridge Covid-19 Relief Fund came to the rescue in my time of need!
My experience in applying and starting rent was great. Kelsey worked with me in getting myself settled in. When signing the contracts it was quick with all the information on the table. This was my first time renting my own place and it couldnt have gone any better. All employees were happy and ready to help. The pool and scenery is very nice and kept up. The apartment is very nice, clean and spacious. No complaints.
I tell you when you talk about a great experience the whole process was remarkable. The tour of the complex and unit was informative and very well explained, and the unit is beautiful. We knew the experience was going to be great by the warm welcome and smiles we received when we first arrived. The staff was timely and communicated well because we were lost and running behind. Living here is wonderful it is a quiet paradise with plenty of amenities and the community is just warm and receptive. The staff is undeniably one of the best I have had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with. So I would and have recommended this property to many of my friends. You get your money worth here. Thanks Parkside At Towncenter for such a great home and environment.
I have to say, I was skeptical about the new management coming in just 3 weeks after I moved in after spending so much time and having a rapore with the old office staff especially, Kelsey. I dont know the new ladies in the office that well, but the few times, I have been down there to pick up packages and the new office ladies have been very sweet. I do know Jerry, who is the new property manager and he is very professional and prompt with any concerns you may have about the property. He is always pleasant and smiling. The maintenance guys, are always prompt, friendly, and professional too, except the newest young kid. He still acts the same with the bad attitude and I dont want to be here look on his face. Smile dude! I remember him from my old complex. The complex has typical problems that ALL complexes have from time to time. Parking issues, trash compactor backing up, furniture being put at the trash compactor, but it happens everywhere and the management and maintenance are always prompt to resolving the issues and parking isnt that bad where my apartment is. The property is super quite, clean and nice, the neighbors are always friendly and respectful. I appreciate how strict they are here in order to keep good people here and the bad ones out. Keep up the great guys!
I just recently relocated from Arizona and Jerry, the office manager was amazing! He took great care of me and made me feel very comfortable. He addressed all of my concerns and helped make my transition easy. The apartment complex exceeded my expectations! They are absolutely beautiful. I look forward to this new chapter in my life and I am pleased to be working with a great person like Jerry.
Staying a little long was a problem For a manager. with that being said, I moved in and went to the hospital for my daughters birth. The understanding for my situation was not there honestly. For the most part a staff member indya ( sorry if that’s spelled wrong) was wonderful, full of good energy and was very welcoming. Main reason I pursued this apartment. Very nice renovation. Looking forward to my future stay!
I visited this property on a Friday and Merical greeted me. She was so personable and kind. I had been to a few properties before this one that morning and they were not the most pleasant. She was very warm in her welcome and eager to answer all my questions and help aid me in decision making. She took me on a tour and then we sat a chatted. I loved the amenities, especially the dog park! I took some information and then left. I instantly fell in love with the property and the features even with the construction going on. I loved the views and the privacy of having the gate (which is fixed). I came back for one more tour and peak of the property, this time I met with another young lady in the office who was very kind and courteous as well. She took me for my final look and I was still as in love as I was the first time.Upon moving in now, I have been here a week on the property. My move in was super easy. They got me all set up with keys, mailbox keys, gate cards and such. I am a bit confused on how to handle paying first months rent and utilities but I am sure the ladies will answer all my questions. Merical is wonderful with her response time to emails. I had a few minor issues in the apartment when I moved in but they were super quick to correct them and then make sure i was absolutely happy with everything. I appreciate the gentlemen who work on the property as well. Two different gentlemen came by and made sure everything was corrected and I was satisfied. I think/hope I am going to enjoy my next year on this property.Keep up the good work and I cannot wait to see the renovations happening!P.S. - I hope you are keeping the dog park on site, I used it over the weekend and it was just lovely!!!
Parkside has been my home for 2 years now and I truly LOVE my apartment. Modern finishes and a clean, quiet, friendly neighborhood make it awesome. The cherry on top is the wonderful, caring, and very efficient management team. Patrice, Kelsey and Rafael you ladies and gent all rock!! Thank you for one of the best rental experiences I have ever had. Im very happy and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking in this area! Worth every penny.
Do not move here! I can’t wait until my lease is up. We have had some many problems from ants and roaches to unwarranted eviction notices when our lease as been made on time each month. I do not recommend. The complex is dirty and there is always trash everywhere. Definitely not what we paid for.
This is truly a hidden gem. I love so many things about Parkside. First of all, the staff is awesome! Patrice was our leasing specialist. My husband and I had viewed so many places and were exhausted. She really took the burden off our shoulders when it came to choosing our new home. Patrice did not hesitate to show the apartments, provide information and most of all welcomed us with a sincere smile and an upbeat personality. The entire staff is great. Each and every member is willing and ready to help. Kelsey and Rafael are great too! They will stop what they are doing and attend to your needs. Maintenance is on time and willing to ensure concerns are well taken care of. I must say, out all the communities I have visited in the area, this has been the most delightful. We truly feel at home. The apartment is cozy and well-maintained. The view is perfect and most of all, I love that the community itself is tucked away. Neighbors are respectful, they speak and go about their way. I would highly recommend Parkside at Towncenter if you are looking for a new home. They truly know the essence of great customer service!
I moved in the end of July & love my apartment and the environment. The only complaint I have is that the parking situation is awful. If i come in late from work, I have to park on the opposite side of the complex. Not a fan. Other than that, it’s in a great location, and the staff is always so nice. The manager is fabulous too! She always has helped me immediately with any issues I have ever had!
Best customer service I’ve ever experienced with an apartment complex. Everyone in the office is genuinely nice and are a pleasure to talk to. I had a very poor experience with my previous apartment and its maintence and management teams. I’ve been living here since the beginning of May now and I couldn’t be happier. The maintenance requests I have had here have been dealt with quickly. The complex/neighborhood is very clean and safe. And the trash valet service is a huge bonus to living here.
Living here for almost a month, and the experience has been good, this place has no big issues and you would have to be pretty picky to say you have a place that has 0 problems. Yes the apartments are not upgraded with granite countertop and fancy fixtures, but the quality is decent and livable. Also the rent is very fair, the leasing staff is friendly and honest. Overall the community is very quiet, and neighbors ive met so far are friendly and helpful. After reading other reviews, I must say I have never had the gate come down on my car, nor seen trash laying around and I am always able to find parking. Granted if you come home later than 8pm its a given to expect parking a few steps further than usual.I could see myself being here long term, the only reason I am moving is because of work relocation, and the commute is too far. Also, i believe they mentioned renovation of the pool area soon. If you work nearby, and are considering this place, I would highly recommend!
Moved in just a little over one month and ago and have had issues with the new leasing office from the beginning. I understand that it is a new management company but I truly do not think they are organized or have the correct training to do what needs to be done. Jerry was supposed to look into a matter dealing with the wrong dates of service on my rent payment. He never contacted us back and a week later we received a notice stating that we were late on rent. Obviously there is no communication in the office because once I called in and spoke to Alexandria she had no idea what was going on either. The light in our kitchen only worked for two days and Brenda promised she would put in a maintenance request but here we are 5 weeks later and still no light in the kitchen. I went down to the leasing office just yesterday to address my concerns and Alexandria said that the maintenance man Chris would be down that night. Once again no body showed up to fix our kitchen light, but a very sketchy looking man did slide another rent notice on our door demanding payment and threatening a late fee. Jerry never even fixed our rent issues, I will not pay a bill that states I moved in weeks prior to when I did. Do not believe the good reviews you see here.Update:I called back and surprisingly someone did answer the phone. Usually it is a hit or miss calling into the leasing office. Brenda after hearing that our lights still were not fixed, called the maintenance man and informed me the lights are out of stock and that they will contact me personally when the get into the office. This of course, still is not the answer Id like to hear. But I do greatly appreciate her promptness and nice attitude over the phone. I wish everyone at the leasing office will take heed of this.
I recently moved to Parkside @ Towncenter and absolutely love it. I needed a very roomy and spacious place, since I was downsizing from a 3 bedroom home and Parkside delivered. The staff is exceptional and very accommodating. Patrice, the sales manager, worked with me for over a month, while I made my decision on whether or not Parksides apartments would work for me. Her patience with every call and every visit were amazing.
This is a beautiful property!!! I just moved in and everything was smooth sailing. I personally worked with the rep Patrice and she is EVERYTHING! Professional to the core, Kind, respectful, warm personality, inviting and went above and beyond to make sure my expectations were met. I would highly recommend this property for your rental needs and the space is more than enough. I had visited over 20 properties in the Marietta area and none compares to Parkside. I love how the two bedrooms are on two different sides of the apartment with the open kitchen living and dining area and extra mini room and powder room. Not to mention the extremely large patio. So far so good and I am overly ecstatic I made this choice.
I honestly cannot say enough about my time at Parkside At Town Center. The view of Kennesaw Mountain is beautiful and the location is ideal. While the apartment itself is well-designed, the best part of my residence, without a doubt, has to be my neighbors and the staff. I could not ask for better neighbors in my building, who are friendly and know both my dog and I by name. The staff have been incredibly helpful since the beginning, from my moving in all the way to a roommate dilemma involving a sudden cross country transfer for her program. Being a student doctor is stressful as is, but the staff has always made themselves available and offered phenomenal service. Patrice and Kelsie went above and beyond for me, and actively demonstrate the same level of professionalism throughout the community here. The maintenance department is efficient and timely. And the serenity and sense of security I have felt here have been much appreciated. I will miss my time residing at Parkside, and can only hope that as I move on in my career my next home will be comparable. I highly recommend this community to anyone as you will not be disappointed here.
I would recommend anybody who is interested or decides to move into Parkside At Town Center to ask for Brandon who is the Assistant Property Manager. He made this process so much more easier to get through. I love my spacious 3 bedroom apartment and love the management team.
I’ve lived in Parkside since August of 2018. In the beginning it was a very pleasant experience. First the community is gated which ensures the safety of residence and guests. The groundskeepers and landscapers keep this complex up to par at all times. I love love love how big my balcony is. I stay in the two bed two and a half bath and you honestly couldn’t ask for a better price for the amount of spacing you get. I did have some issues with the previous rental company and the misplacement of money orders. That is not a reflection of the present rental company at the moment. They are great always answer the phone during office hours and the maintenance men always fix my issues within the same day (24 hours notice at the latest). I gave it four stars because of how many kids they have in the apartment. When I first moved in there was an absence of children which I liked, because I do not have children of my own. But in the summer months you won’t be able to enjoy a quiet pool because of the commotion paired with with the children. I will not be renewing but overall I had a very pleasant experience.Update: Since my last posting my overall feelings have changed about parkside. For instance, the parking is a major issue. I had some neighbors move in and they have taken up four parking spots with cars that dont have license plates. There is already a limited amount of spacing so with four cars (two of them being broken down) with no license plates i usually have about a mile hike to my home. My electrical issue in my bedroom never got fixed. All in All im glad im leaving in a month.
I took a tour of the property and I’m excited to be moving in! I met some of the residents that have been here a long time and they had nothing but good things to say. Merical was outstanding in explaining everything the property has to offer. I feel as if I will be safe in this location and looking forward to my move in shortly in the coming weeks.^^UPDATE^^Adonis in maintenance is the guy! I’ve need somethings fixed, nothing major, and he’s been on it with handling my apartment needs. Definitely a great maintenance guy.
Just moved in recently and loving the quiet atmosphere this apartment has. Its great for my dog and myself and theres a great view behind us of the mountain. The rooms a great sized and the AC works wonders down on the terrace floor especially at night which is a major upgrade from my last apartment. Kelsey Blanc at the leasing office was a huge help and very professional. Kelsey helped big time when we had questions and was always available to make free time to answer anything, she even calls us periodically just to make sure things are. They know how to get work done here and that I can appreciate.
Parkside is a great place to live for a couple of reasons. The apartments are spacious, homely, and nice. It’s also a quiet neighborhood. But the best part is the friendly staff especially Angela! She helped me from day one and is always reaching out to see if I need anything. I rate this apartment a 5 star!
Let me start off by saying that although my husband and I have only been here for two weeks I have no complaints and it has been the best decision in our 10 years of renting it has given us everything that we had asked for in an apartment from storage space to the kitchen to closet space to beautiful views overlooking the mountains. Also did I mention the loft upstairs omg so beautiful and so much space I have turned this into my office. Patrice leasing office have been nothing but helpful loving caring and the best customer service that I have ever experienced. She and the other leasing staff if so inviting I feel like family every time I walk in the door . Patrice please never leave us. LOL. the only complaint that I have is due to maintenance they kind of take their time on doing things but that is the least of our worries due to the fact that nothing was really wrong with the apartment when we moved in just a few minor things but other than that I have no complaints and I look forward to the year ahead.
I was lucky enough to find Parkside when I was trying to get out of a terrible experience with my previous complex, and I havent looked back since! There are not enough words to describe how grateful I am to everyone in the leasing office that has made my Parkside experience so far absolutely amazing! Knowing I was coming from a bad experience, they really went above and beyond to help me out any way they could. (Special shoutout to Kelsey in the front office--she is genuinely one of the friendliest people I have ever met!). Ive been at Parkside for a couple months now, and I have loved it since I moved in--the location is great, the apartments are amazing, and the people are incredible! I am happy to call Parkside home, and I would encourage anyone to check it out if youre looking for a good place in the area!
In all of the years Id been renting, Id NEVER felt compelled to write a review, until now. The staff at Parkside are hands down the most attentive people Ive had the pleasure of dealing with. The managers are, unquestionably, the most respectful, polite, and helpful people I could hope to interact with, and not a bit of their pleasantness was lost after signing my lease. Maintenance issues are few and far between, but anytime Ive had a problem arise, someone has showed up in 10-30 minutes and handled it. I thought it was a fluke the first time, but theyve been consistently quick and absolutely professional. Additionally, the maintenance staff themselves are far and away friendlier than at any other complex Ive lived at.In short, my apartment feels new. It has a view of Kennesaw mountain and another range in north Georgia that never gets old. No stone was left unturned in getting me the best price for my lease, and what I pay is entirely fair. They pick up my trash right from my doorstep twice a week. The complex is well maintenance and landscaped, too.I had never lived somewhere that made me actually want to write a cheesy, embarrassing Google review, but Ive had entirely too good of an experience not to share. Thank you, to everyone Ive dealt with at Parkside at Town Centr.
This notification is posted today Sept 04 2019. Under the new management and ownership Bridge Port many things have improved: The pool area was remodeled...good job. The breezeways were cleaned up. The new soccer area very good. Very good job Miracle and Cynthia...good Customer service. Now...there are things that need improvement: cars are parking in illegal places constantly...even on handicapped places and have no permit. Like most places...they give three days to pay the rent. You guys give one day only. Please remember...we are the Customers. Would recommend to put cameras at the Gates to catch the people that break the Gates.
I had the opportunity of having both a negative and positive experience here. My first tour and experience was with an employee that no longer works there. She was rude and abrasive, after voiding my concerns Merical took it upon herself to apologize and validate my concerns.SHe then offered to give me a rundown on the property. She is very kind, willing to give as much information as she can provide and always with a smile. I ask a million questions when I am considering a place. I did the same here and she did not seem irritated in the least. Ive had a few people give me a look when I pull out a pen and paper. The property is beautiful and you can tell it is kept up well. I am currently moved in and I am always greeted by the maintenance workers with a smile as well as the other office staff members. My maintenance requests are handled quickly and diligently. There were a few issues with gate cards and mailbox keys, but the office is going through a transition so I did not mind. However, they are working on it. I have my gate card now as they had to transition to a whole new system. My move was easy, and even after move in Merical gives fast responses. The staff is very kind and I value that when I am looking for a place. I am looking forward to my year here, hopefully more.Edit: Had problems with being charged for vacant fees. Not completely their fault. Combination of CobbEMC and Conservice but it went on for quit a bit of time.
I love living here! It’s the perfect first apartment. The women in the front office are great and very helpful.I only have two concerns: My utilities bill are higher than what I was told. I am paying utilities for a two bedroom instead of a one bedroom. I was told that it would be between 80-90 dollars and its always more than 90 dollars. Another concern that I have is every time it rains or snows my window leaks. Aside from those two concerns I am very happy living here!
Wonderful amazing staff!!! And a beautiful great place to live!!! I had to edit my review because this last year has been such a struggle for my family and we really thought we would end up with no where to go but the office manager Merical refused to let that happen yall!!!! She helped my family push right through the storm to the SUNSHINE!!!! The staff at this complex really cares about their residents!!!! I will forever be grateful for Merical and the rest of the staff at Parkside!!!! I cant thank yall enough for everything!!!
I have spent a month looking for an apartment. I keep coming back to ParkSide at Town center.Grounds are kept nice. Pool is awesome. Good playground for kids.Rooms are very large with huge closets.Kelsey is an amazing patient person that takes her time answering all of your questions. Such a fun and bubbly person to work with. We just rented here and are so excited. So glad we will get to see Kelsey everyday!!!!!
Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This place looks great in the outside (and inside the apartment) and a couple leasing agents are very nice, BUT its all a facade. Unless you have an a/c problem or flooding maintenance will not come to fix issues regardless how many work requests you put in or how many people in the leasing office you tell. You have to fight people for a parking spot anywhere near your building. Parking enforcement is a joke, they will never tow an illegally parked car no matter how many times you call. Heaven forbid you have a security emergency because the security officer will never answer her phone nor will she call you back if you leave a voicemail. Put aside all of that and other minor things, the main leasing agents are two-faced. They will tell you one thing then charge you later. Then on top of that instead of look into the conflicting story they argue to your face calling you wrong. Might as well call them Concast because their customer service is on the same low level customer is NOT ever right, and DO NOT be helpful to ensure your residents are happy. You can easily find a living situation more pleasing and for a lower price if you look elsewhere. *HINT* They pay residents/give perks to residents if they write a review, so I guarantee any 4-5star rating for this apartment complex is a current resident being paid to say only good things.
I moved in last month and I have to say I enjoy living here. The office staff (Angela, Patrice and Kelsey) are friendly and helpful. The maintenance crew (Sheila) is on top of things, jus awesome. Most importantly, its very quiet day and night which is very important to me. Awesome place to live!
Just a few weeks ago my wife and I were in a rock and a hard place trying to figure out where we wanted to move next. Throughout our journey looking for a new place, we came across Parkside at Town Center. Not only were they able to get us into an apartment ASAP, they were beyond welcoming and pleasant. This property is so perfect and Im so glad they were able to accommodate us. Though weve been living at their sister property for 4 years, we are already off to a better start!
Ive really enjoyed living at Parkside the past couple of months. People are very friendly and any of the minor maintenance issues weve had, were taken care of within 24 hours. The apartments are very spacious and the office staff, especially Kelsey, make living here pleasant!
Management seemingly went through some changes about half way through my lease last year, and most everything has seemingly gotten much better. The problems I had in the early months were resolved promptly by the new crew.I’d have renewed my lease if my roomate wasn’t seeking another place. The grounds do seem to be cleaning up and parking problems have significantly diminished. Kelsey always helped me out, and correspondence was always prompt.
I just moved to this property about week ago, but I love it so far. The apartment is very spacious throughout and I love the garden size tub. I was able to get an apartment facing the mountains. BEAUTIFUL VIEW!! This property is the perfect location to I-75/575, Town Center Mall, KSU, and other stores and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Georgette was especially helpful with showing me and my roommate different apartments, processing our application/credit/background checks information quickly, and making sure everything was ready for our new apartment on move- in day. She was a great assistance in helping me and my roommate get into a apartment within a week of our lease ending at our old apartment. I would recommend this property to anyone!!!
Well lets start off with the front office staff particularly Patrice, I wish they had more managers of this caliber. She walked me through the whole validation process and even went above and beyond. She showed me my apartment I submitted an application and I didnt feel forced for once. Great staff and the ambiance is superb there! Keep up the good work!Michael Garner, MBA
I moved here in June of 2015 and have been here ever since. The community is eye appealing and full of greenery, not to mention the mountain in full view. The office staff has been helpful, especially Patrice. As far as negatives, my only issues are:-You are required to pay for valet trash even if you dont want it. I really dont like this at all.-Maintenance is pretty hit or miss. Ive been waiting on upgrades for my unit since I resigned in July and have yet to receive them. Yet when my AC went out back in June, they were there to fix it almost immediately and lent me a portable AC while the part they needed to fix it was shipped.-There is a train that can be loud that you will hear more than once a day. Honestly, it doesnt bother me at all, but I call it a negative because a lot of people will not like that. All in all, I love living here and would recommend it.
I have stayed here for the past two years and I love it! The new management company that recently acquired the property is fantastic. Tiffany, the property manager, is very professional and helpful; she seems to have a more firm grip on the status of the property than the previous manager. The apartments are in great condition, the grounds are well kept with beautiful landscaping and a wonderful pool that we are going to miss:-(
Nice Staff- But The Property Maintenance is Sub-ParI have lived here for some years and the cleanliness of the property has never been up to the standard to which I have been accustomed. Unfortunately, it has become progressively WORSE. At a glance, it appears to be well kept (the leasing offices grounds and the building that are easily viewable from the leasing office), but if you were to survey the COMPLETE property, the breezeways, the shrubs etc. you will find that it is NASTY.Unfortunately, there are some people who live here that DO NOT respect where they live. Trash is discarded in the Shrubs, the parking lot, the stairs. You have some pet owners who DO NOT clean-up after their pets. When you call the leasing office, they are always nice and promises to have the ground crew do a better job of cleaning the ENTIRE property. Unfortunately, that has not happened. I know it must be HARD for them to stay on top of this rather unfortunate situation, but as the tenant who lives here; I expect them to do just that.As I previously stated, I have lived here for several years; that is only because I am so BUSY that lease renewal time comes and I have not had time to find a new place, and moving is expensive. I keep hoping it will get BETTER.However, this last year has been WORSE than the previous years. My family and I HATE living in filth and getting EMPTY Promises from management. Therefore, we are convinced that we should move on.If you are accustomed to paying HIGH rent and living in FILTH - then this is the place for you.
My family and I have not lived in an apartment in over 20 years of course things are so different now but it was an absolutely pleasure working with Patrice and Rafael. They are great at their job and I really appreciate finding these apartments. They made our transition easy and painless I would definitely recommend these apartments great management. Thank you.
I have lived here for almost a year and cannot wait to move. My top 6 reasons not to move here. Im sure I could think of more if I tried a little harder1. The fact that you cant break your lease under any conditions is absurd (not even being able to pay extra months to break it). They actually sent out an email basically saying even if you die your lease cant be broken.2. The barriers between apartments is super thin. I can hear my neighbor just walking above my head and her total obsession with watching Family Feud. Right now I can hear her cell phone on VIBRATE.3. There is not enough parking here at the building. My building has at least 20 units with only 10 spots in front. If I get home after 7 I have to park across the complex.4. The trash area is infested with rats. They are finally sweeping the breezeways regularly after I had to complain to them that mine hadnt been swept since I moved in (this was after 7 months).5. Note that you only have the first day of the month to pay your rent. If you forget, are sick, kidnapped, etc... they immediately charge you an extra $100.6. They have had many break-ins since Ive been here. I wouldnt be surprised if it was the maintenance staff. I was at home one day when they knocked briefly on my door then immediately tried to open it without waiting for me to answer. Thankfully I had locked the top lock so they couldnt get in. I have also had issues with them coming in to fix something and leaving my door unlocked when I left. I told the front office and their attitude was less than caring.Management here is horrible. If you are OK with feeling like youve been taken advantage of and there is nothing you can do about it then youll be fine here. Otherwise I would advise you go somewhere else. Counting the days until I move....
I have been living at this community for 3 years and have enjoy my experience here. when it came time for my lease renewal, I had a very pleasant visit from Miss Patrice, she came in and did her inspection and gave me the great news about my upcoming upgrades for my apartment. she made sure that all my needs were met, and everything done in a timely manner. I just loved her energy and her warm spirit. Thank you Miss Patrice and to the parkside community:)
There was an incident that occurred two days ago. There was a peeping Tom at my window. He ran into the vacant apartment across from me and locked himself. The Cobb county police officers had to force their selves in. I called for the property security and did not get a call back. The Cobb county police officers called for backup and they too did not get a response from the property security officer .Since this incident I left my apartment . I have requested screens to be put on my windows and a set of blinds. Don’t know if this request was completed. I would like to have that vacant apt secured until someone moves in. I don’t understand why the door is unlock. I feel as though I should be compensated for emotional distress. Thank you.
I had a tour scheduled for 12:30 and when I showed up to the leasing office right at 12:30, the doors were locked and there was a sign on the door saying they’ll be back at 1:00. I tried calling twice and no answer. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and waited in my car for 10 minutes and saw an employee open the door for a man (possibly maintenance worker) and she locked it right back. Very unprofessional. It would have been nice if they could have at least tried to reach out to me to reschedule my appointment before I wasted both my time and gas. It shows how much they care about prospective tenants.
I am new to Parkside. I got my new apartment and went to the office and found out they sold the place. I was very upset then I met the new staff. OMG this has been the best staff I have ever worked with. I was asked for the manager and was thinking i was going to be told no. The young lady said she was the Assistant manger and that she would get the manager. I was able to talk to Jerry and he was able to get my need taken care of in two hours. Adonez is the best tech I have ever seen. Please keep this team here.
This place used to be pretty decent. I have lived here a few years and its went downhill. It used to be fairly quiet except for the train, now you can also get used to waking up to someones loud bass/music in their car at 2am or your neighbors yelling at each other (thin walls/floors). This place is about the age where things need to be replaced but I doubt they will. My AC has been a huge problem for almost a year now and its never really been fixed. Look how rusted out this stuff is. Its already been recharged with Freon 3 or 4 times this year and needs to be done again. But guess what? They are out and wont have any more for a couple of days! Its 91 out today so thats great. When new management come in they changed the utilities billing to CONservice. I kept track of it and over 3 months when they switched to this CON the water, sewer, and the common electric scam all went up 150%, 155% and 181%. I uploaded a photo of my utilities costs so you can see for yourself. The only good I see from the new ownership is that you can get out of your lease, where as the other you were locked in no matter what. I stayed here for school, but now that Im done I plan on getting out as soon as I can.
After having the hardest time with our apartment search, and being showed a model that looked nothing like the unit at another property, I went with my gut and called Parkside. I had spoke with Kelsey who was beyond helpful in getting us into a beautiful unit at the last minute. Her professionalism went a long way along with the fact that the property spoke for itself! We are very excited to move in!! Thank you Kelsey for everything!!
We came back from vacation on 8-14 to a paper stuck in the door that just said they changed management companies. It wouldve been nice to get an email with that info but its been almost two weeks and nothing. Rent and our utility bill are due in a week and they havent told us how to pay them. The letter says we will be informing you of your rent paying options soon but it was dated 8-8 and still nothing. The old company used First Billing, but our account with them was terminated when I went to try to pay the utility bill. Hopefully this company will be better but so far it doesnt seem like it. Also, its Saturday morning and Ive been up for hours because they chose today to do loud landscaping. We moved here specifically because of the good reviews. Then we found out they take $25 off your rent for writing a review. The utility bill (water/communal power, trash valet) is $90 for two people, way more than they told us it would be.
The new management is worse than the previous one. Alexandria is very dishonest and unprofessional. Upon move out she falsified charges and kept threatening to send us to collections if we do not pay the made up charges. We have never been late paying our rent and we even paid the overpriced cost of over 1600 to go month to month right before we moved out. Our apartment was heavily infested with ants which came from every possible opening on the walls and windows, Please do not lease apartment# 5101, it should be a storage room. This unit should not be occupied. No one will ever call you back even though they say they would. I regret living here, please be warned, the charges are exorbitant for the quality, nearby apartments offer a much better deal.
This property and staff is absolutely amazing. I had to do everything via phone or email and my friend now ATOYIA was awesome. Everything was done in a timely manner and I felt like a priority, not just another applicant, even though we were not face to face. She provided all info that was needed the first time and the consistency of the information was even more comforting. I cant wait to be a part of the family. I cant say that I looked at thousands of apartments, but I can say God lead me here. Thanks again for everything and making my transition so smooth.
5 stars was my original review. Beautiful apartment! Love walking outside seeing kennesaw mountain. Kelsey is fantastic!New review 3 stars! Complete swap on property management with no notice. The previous office staff were amazing. The new people are ok. We moved here partialy because it was Connor group. Still love my home but I am very disappointed in the swap.
I am Happy with new management that actually care about the property and all the residence. It takes time to change a lot when your new. Thanks for bringing in a caring person like the new office manager we just got recently. Thanks also to the great manitance staff also. So helpful and always right on itWhen something needs to be done.
First and foremost Id love to give this property 10 stars for aesthetic appeal. Lovely property with stunning view of Kennesaw Mountain. The tall ceilings, spacious floor plan and garage options are worthy of an additional 10 stars but specifically and most importantly, I give the highest rating to the property staff for being the friendliest and most professional leasing staff Ive encountered since moving to Ga! Very happy to call Parkside home!
I lived at Parkside for 2 yrs. and overall it was a nice experience. The staff was usually very accommodating and friendly. The work orders were addressed in a timely fashion most of the time. The only reason I would not give 5 stars, is because if you live near the tennis courts, it gets noisy in the summer. When I was there, a Basketball goal was stationed inside the tennis court, so be prepared for the unaccompanied underage kids and teenagers to show up and bounce basketball balls in the early morning hours on Sat & Sun. Some even conjugated at late hours, sometimes up to 12:00 midnight holding their social skateboard gatherings. Otherwise, Patrice was always a pleasure to work with and followed up with me to ensure that work orders were completed and things in the apartment were operating efficiently.
I have resided at Parkside At Towncenter for about 9 months now and the area there is very nice. The apartment is spacious and the staffs are amazingly helpful. One of the staff members that helped me recently was Atoyia. She helped me get some paper work done for me to be able to get cable and I appreciate her for that. Other than that Im glad that I moved into this community.
I used to live at Parkside several years ago and recently found myself in need of a new place to live so I went by the office to see if there were any available apartments that would be a good fit for me.. Kelsey was working and from the moment I walked into the leasing office she was warm and friendly and I could tell she had a genuine desire to help me. I explained my rather unique situation and without missing a beat she offered me a great solution and we got the process started. I was in need of a place to move into immediately and didnt think there was any possible way for that to happen especially because I walked into the office at around 4 on a Saturday afternoon. Kelsey told me she would do everything she could to try and make it happen and sure enough she was able to hand me keys to my new home by the close of business that day. I couldnt believe she was able to make it happen because my situation truly was unique and I felt pretty hopeless. She has continued to exceed my expectations with a couple of minor maintenance issues and she is also on point with her follow up to make sure each situation was handled to my satisfaction. Kelsey is a definite asset to The Conner Group and to the residents here Parkside!! Thanks again Kelsey for all of your hard work getting me in to my new home and for turning a pretty bad time in my life into a positive one. You are the best and I appreciate you more than you know!!
I have lived at Parkside for the past 2 years and have loved the time Ive spent here. Its a great family-oriented community with very friendly staff and residents. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice apartment in the Kennesaw area. If there is ever an issue, Kelsey in the Leasing Office solves it quickly.
I havent actually moved into my new apartment at Parkside yet, but I just wanted to say that the process was effortless in getting everything done. This was thanks to the young women in the leasing office, particularly the manager Atoya who has handled my 100 questions prior to my moving in like a pro. She has made the transition smooth and I cant wait to move in and call this place home.
I recently moved to Parkside from out of state. While the move itself has been stressful, the service I have received from Michelle and Kelsey has been amazing. Both of these ladies have went above and beyond to make my relocation experience as smooth as possible. It is this level of customer service that prompted me to choose this property over the other dozen I considered. Thank you both!!
Just moved to GA and into the Parkside Apts. My transition has been extremely stress-free working with the Consultants at Parkside. Kelsey Blanc in particular has made this experience in a new state, city, and apartment community so wonderful. The complex is beautiful and quite peaceful, the unit Im in is a decent, comfortable size, and the amenities are great. I would highly recommend this apartment community for anyone looking to rent in Cobb County.
So, I moved into this property about 4 months before Bridge took over, and I had nothing but problems. Many times promises weren’t kept, or I’d be told this will be taken care of ‘soon’. Had billing issues TO many times to count, while Kelsey was certainly easy on the eyes getting things done was SUPER hard to many times.I see a lot of postive and negative reviews since Bridge took over, speaking with my neighbors MOST of them are super happy with the new management. As far as calling the office goes, sure there’s times it’s hard to get through, but WHY exactly do you need to call that many times? If you go up there, the phones ringing off the hook. Bridge is nice enough to provide an app and a website that Jerry was more then happy to help me setup when I had some issues with figuring it out. The app allows you to put in your own work orders, (And seems to make them accountable, from what he said if it’s in the system that way they can ALWAYS find out what happened.) pay your rent, get notifications when your work orders are completed. (This works GREAT!)....THe times Ive been in the office, they are busy helping people who are there. Are there occasional issues, of course, I’m thinking any time there’s a company change over who runs a property there’s going to be speedbumps. The one thing I can say is this team TRIES. If you have an issue, bring it up with Jerry or Alexandria, the whole team seems to care, is it possible things once in a while fall through he cracks, sure. YOU try keeping track of 200-300 apartments and what everyone wants or asks for, I think it’s inevitable. But, if you bring it to their attention, I’ve had no issues getting things DONE. I applaud these folks for what has to be a super tough job, many of us were anxious and angry about the change, but personally, I think it’s 1000% better then Connor ever was.
I highly recommend this apartments to anyone whos looking for a quality place to live. The customer service is one of the best Ive seen. I know because I work at a place where customer service is top priority. Do not take my word for it. Go and see for yourself. Ask for Kelsey. She truly is amazing.
There are people in this world that are just phenomenal and the Community Manager at Parkside, Merical Lewis, is definitely one of them. From the time that I met her a year ago, she’s always been pleasant, helpful, and goes above to help her residents. I would definitely suggest speaking with her. She makes the community at Parkside better. Thank you Merical!
James was absolutely wonderful. He came to my apartment for a specific issue with my fire alarm. Upon his arrival, a few other issues came up and he took the time to fix them during his visit, carefully explaining everything. He was extremely professional, thorough, and kind. By far the best service Ive received from a maintenance technician!
This property is beautiful and has huge spacious rooms. The maintenance crew is always on top of things and comes promptly if there is ever a problem. The property manager, Atoyia, is awesome and is always there when I need anything. I have thoroughly enjoyed living here!
Everyone in the office is so helpful. New management is fabulous! Kelsey and Patrice are just awesome! They always are knowledgeable and available to help on phone or in the office. Leo in maintenance does a great job as well and always helpful. Five star+ all around!!!!☺
My sister and I were told in a short span of time that we needed to be out of our rental house. Of course we were in a frenzy, having a month to move ourselves as well as our animals. We took a look at a couple apartments until we came across Parkside. We then met Patrice and let me tell you, she was absolutely WONDERFUL!!! The stress vibes were radiating off of us and Patrice empathized with our situation and within a short span of time, we filled out our application! We fell in love with the apartment complex, the fact that its gated, roomy and has a dog park for our animals too! Patrice was on top of everything from the time we filled out the application, employment verification, our welcoming letter, etc. All of our needs were met and we are so grateful for Parkside at Towncenter!
Place sucks.. Floors are paper thin. Thomas the train runs by all hours of the night and day. The billing services are a ripoff a single person is charged for water and utilities the same as a family. The leasing staff is nice enough but I asked if the place was quiet and they said oh yes never disclosed the train and the poor construction. I only signed a six month lease and I was so happy to leave this place. Dont believe the 5 star reviews this place is poorly constructed it is a joke how thin the walls are. Check reviews on Yelp.
I would say that young man Brandon is great at his job. That young man acknowledged so much about parkside, made me fall in love with parkside. I’m moving in from out of town. H town in the building! Lol. The virtual tours was awesome. His tone and the jokes that came with our conversation was pleasant! Young man you will go far. I thank you so much!
Ive recently moved to this location and thus far have found the experience quite pleasant. Management has been very useful and polite and were able to assist with any questions that I had. Only downside is the parking. Maybe assigned parking for the residence would be useful. Overall the apartment is very spacious and the pool area is inviting.
Had a great experience shopping with parkside this year!! couldnt ask for a better rep than Patrice, I told her what I was looking for and she had me set up in 30 minutes...not to mention the fact that I got caught up in some terrible traffic in Atlanta (you folks know how it gets) and she stayed an extra hour to help me finalize my paperwork. Great staff, great maintenance, and a great choice for ANYONE looking for a new home! -Steven Kiser
I have resided at Parkside at Town Center for almost three years and I have to say that it is a great community to live at. I appreciate the staffs willingness to help and render assistance whenever any unforeseen issues arise. I would like to give a shout out to one staff member in particular (although they all do a great job) and that shout out goes to Jeff ! Jeff is the maintenance engineer on the premises. Jeff is very knowledgeable with every facet of fixing issues and has a great demeanor. Jeff is very prompt, courteous and resolves issues quickly as well as doing what he says he will do (dependable) so you know you can count on Jeff. Thanks Jeff,Keep up the great work!
While the staff was helpful when I moved in and took care of any maintenance issues I had in a mostly timely fashion, the complex needs help. I had to move due to a job transfer, they were unwilling to work with me in any way. So if life happens, dont expect any help. I was told that I could do a lease takeover, then all of a sudden I get an email stating that it’s not possible and it’s against their regulations. Then why did you tell me that I could do it in the first place? Also, the two main problems I have is the fact that they allowed contractors to come into the apartments without any personnel from the complex with them. Strangers were entering and exiting with keys, leaving alarm systems going off, leaving a security breach with all of us that are trying to feel safe in an area that became unsafe during my time at the complex. Due to an increasing number of break-ins. They added an extra gate on the side for residents I personally witnessed the gates being climbed so that was a charge to residents for no reason.I originally complained about my A/C because it was running all the time due to the sun shining on the thermostat making my bill go up. “Oh no, that’s not right we need to have someone look at it”. Well after their maintance people messed with the A/C it was no longer worked. They consider your A/C not working properly as an emergency call. Well if it was such an emergency, how come I was left without A/C over the weekend during the summer with floor coolers that didnt work? They didnt have freon, but a distributor is 4.9 miles down the road 1811 W Oak Pkwy, Marietta where it could have been picked up. I am sensitive to the heat, and as a result I got sick. Also their First Billing Services is a complete rip off. They allocate water usage based on square footage. So basically if you maintain a normal water usage amount but your neighbor has a family of four visiting your water bill is going to go up. After I moved out my bill remained approximately $100 per month. And after closing on my apartment my final bill was $159, which is outrageous. No bill should be that high for water and trash. They charge you to begin service and to cancel service once you move out. They also decided to provide these huge trash cans for valet trash. They were not requested in the first place and you had to keep 20 gallon trash cans in your apartment, well there is no room for one that big. And I refused to keep it on the balcony to allow bugs to get in it, because then I have to drag them through my apartment which is nasty. They had to be kept clean otherwise you got fined, kept inside or you got fined, and they had to be with the apartment when you moved out or you got fined. They have no consideration for the residents just what they feel is necessary. If you want residents to have a valet trash can, which is ok, get one that’s a reasonable size. The only positive thing I have to say about this apartment complex was the view of the woods and the wildlife. That’s it.
Nice apartment great people. I leave in this apartment for a year and I have never seen such gentlemen like Adonez and Donte. I call the apartment cause my sink was not working and I couldnt reach them, so I decided to go to the leasing office and I found these two gentlemen . I told them what was going on and they immediately fix my sink. Thanks guys I really appreciate your service👍👍👍👍
First impressions matter. I called on a Monday to schedule a tour and spoke with P. On Tuesday, I called back to cancel the tour because the floor plan was out of our budget. P suggested another floor plan and suggested we keep our appointment time for 6:30pm the following day. She said the office would be opened until 7pm anyway. I had to leave work early and my husband and I were 10 minutes early only to find the office doors locked and no cars in the parking lot. A maintenance worker showed up 5 minutes later and told me everyone was gone for the day. We waited until 6:40 just in case, but it appeared true. The next day I called back to bring it to Ps attention that she deserted our appointment. She immediately deflected the issue by saying she wasnt even in the office that day, but failed to mention on Monday and Tuesday that I would not be meeting with her. She said the manager was there until 7 and must have been showing someone the property. I doubt this is true. No apology. She made it seem like it was my fault for not waiting around a locked office with lights out and computers off.My problem is that if I made time to make an appointment, got off work a little earlier, and called both days prior to the scheduled appointment, I should have been written in the books/schedule. If I call to bring it to their attention that my appointment was not honored, and there is no apology or attempt to make it right, and then it is deflected back to me as if I was in the wrong, then why would I want to pay that establishment $1000+ per month and have issues down the road that will be deflected as MY problem??Like I said, first impressions matter. We will continue our search elsewhere.
People havent been cleaning up their dogs waste and management doesnt do anything about it other than continuously asking them to pick it up. Makes me want to leave. They either need cameras to see whos doing this or fine all dog owners since literally no one picks up after their dogs until the message gets across.
The management is almost impossible to contact. I have left messages and emailed for days trying to get someone to contact me as my lease is ending. They lost my rent and tried to charge a late fee even though the check had been cashed and they even lost my lease agreement. I would absolutely not recommend. The staff is unhelpful, unkind, and unprofessional.
The new management for this complex is in needing of customer service training!!! I explained to her that I have ants in my apartment and she didn’t want to help! She told me that I should call the pest control company myself to handle the issue. I did and they were more concerned then the office manager! Shame on you guys! Bridge property management should be ashamed of having such an uncaring management team! I woke up to ants all over my bathroom and she says to just wait a couple of days! I don’t think so! If you want me to do your job then I should expect your pay check for the day! Completely unacceptable!!On top of all of this... I called the pest control(as told to by the manager on duty) and she sent them away!! She told the tech that the work has been completed.
Parkside has been a great place to live for the past year for these reasons:-Location-Price per square foot-Ameneties (pool and dog park which are small but nice to have)-Large one bedroom floor plans-Grrounds - it kind of feels like you are set back from everything which is niceThe only things I could change if possible:-There is only one entrance to be properly which requires you do a u-turn every time you are driving north on Cobb-The expense of the valet trash, while nice, it is money I would prefer to save-Maintenance is allowed to enter your property without your permission-You CANNOT break your lease - be careful with this!!You can expect the normal annoyances such as noise through he ceiling, slamming doors, etc., but overall the property is pretty nice.
The Staff of Parkside at Towncenter are extremely helpful. I went there with my girlfriend to inquire about a 2 bedroom they had available and they were very nice while helping me find the right one. I would definitely recommend speaking with them about any of your apartment needs.
Where do I start! We just moved into a three bedroom and it is super nice very spacious. I also have to mention the best leasing agent Patrice taylor....she is awesome when ever we need something its done at the snap of a finger. Will stay another year because of her!
Service has really gone down since new management. Not enough parking and gate comes down on cars. Been waiting 3 months for maintenance in apartment being finished.Since the last post I have decided to move and they are trying to charge me 2 months back water even though the first two months were paid 8 years ago. They are trying to charge me for damage done from them not responding to maintenance...stay tuned.
$350 rent increase in 2 years.Residents pay for community electric and water used by other residents. Trash and water bill is $100 per month - on top of paying property ultilities you also pay your own. So add $200 to your rent to gather true cost of residing here. The pool is closed September through May~ 9 months with no pool access. So the only months you can use the pool you pay for are the months you can have a heat stroke trying to do so. What if residents want a hot cup of coffee on a cool January morning by the pool? The pool is covered with a black tarp most of the year yet its the highlight of the website photos. Unless you can brace yourself financially for $150 annual increases I recommend you look elsewhere. The community is beautiful and the schools are great but I strongly advise all to look elsewhere.
Very pleasant, professional, delightful and secure experience from the begining. Beautiful place to live and work with clarity and unstressed transition. I feel like this place is a home away from home, only better. The staff is warm and welcoming as well as helpful. This experience has so far restored my faith in society.
Cannot say enough about Patrice!! She helped me from the moment I started looking for an apartment and she continuously goes above and beyond to make it feel like home! She is a wonderful asset to this property. Thank you, Patrice, for all you have done and continue to do!
Well I reported my issue at 3pm & called the office to report it... The person advised they were sending someone to take care of it... a little after 4 pm, I still had no power... I drove to the office, after calling up there several times with no answer... the office was dark & no one answered the door bell... I was confused because I thought the office closed at 5pm... so I go back to my apt and called in another request through the ivr... after 5pm, a maintenance guy came... stated he was just advised of the request... so why was no one there until 5 pm or answering the phones? Why was my 3pm request, never sent to the maintenance guys...Had it been dispatched on time, I would not have had to deal with my power going out ALL NIGHT & having to have maintenance come over several times... then they said because the supply stores are closed, I can’t get an electrician out here until the next morning... once again, had this been handled during business hour when I made the initial request at 3pm, we wouldn’t have this issue... so I had to stop washing & drink w clothes for the night... I had to keep my heat off for the entire night to keep the breakers from tripping...All the maintenance guys that came here were not wearing masks... there isn’t even a safety questionnaire regarding COVID when you submit a maintenance ticket... So how do I know they have not been exposed to someone in one of these other apartments... are they not taking precautions?!!!... I was glad to see the electrician had a mask on... and the electrician was there right at 11am this morning, just like they said... and I definitely appreciate that...
I had to make a quick move from out of state with limited time to get everything squared away. Patrice at Parkside really helped me feel comfortable and get into an apartment I really like right away. Im so thankful for the friendly staff who helped me with this transition.
New management (out of the blue) since Jan 2015, not the community we all fell in love with. Very disappointing. Not all apts have cell reception and no satellite reception depending on building placement. They will try to tell u its not true. Pump in pool breaks down every week, cloudy, bug filled. You HAVE to use valet trash service that is near $30 every month but pick up is scketchy. Rent rates go up by $200 without warning. Have had to get a security company that we never needed before unsuperviised teenage groups roamed free friendly staff unless you ask a hard question. Quick maintenance. I never fill out reviews, but wanted to warn people who heard it was great. It was.
My rating is solely based on a complaint that has not been responded to. I had an ongoing issue with my shower knob falling on hot everytime I turned it on. After the 4th maintenance attempt someone came to take another look at it and ended up breaking some knob that would leave me without water. Instead of telling me this the man said he had to run to the store and get a part to fix it! So hours later I call him and he then tells me he broke the knob so I wont have water until the next day. Well the next day comes and he says itll be fixed that night. That night it cant be fixed and he tells me the property manager Merical is now involved and she is getting me a hotel since they dont know when it will be fixed. All this is going on and Im super patient and its now the third day. I finally talk to her and she says shes waiting on her boss to arrive and allow her to get the hotel for me. Pshhh that was a lie because she then asked me to buy the room myself and she would deduct it off my rent. Now im beyond the point of patience and I want to speak to someone else. This management team left me without water for three and a half days and kept giving me excuses. TO THIS DAY I AM WAITING ON SOMEONE FROM CORPORATE TO CONTACT ME!! I was calm through it all and I really just wanted someone to hear me out since this was a huge inconvenience for my life! My knob is still falling on hot to this day. I am still getting ignored to this day. I have emails asking for contact information and updates. This lack of care is worse than the fact that I have to park outside the gate every night since they dont monitor parking.
I moved up to Kennesaw from Florida and Parkside at Town Center was the perfect first home for me. The location was amazing being so close to Barrett Parkway and the view was not half bad either sitting right at the bottom of Kennesaw Mountain. Great property and Tiffany was especially helpful and professional.
Loved the property, we toured with Jennifer and she was very enthusiastic about the property and its amenities. My husband and I were looking to relocate for his job but they ended up keeping him in Ohio. I was disappointed we wouldnt be moving into the property because it was beautiful!
Thank you Patrice!!! Give this lady a raise please. She helped me find my first apartment, walked me thru the whole process and has the patience & grace of a saint. Patrice answers all my odd questions and solves problems for me since I am just learning the ropes of apartment living. I am so GRATEFUL to you PATRICE! I would still be so ill and stressed from apartment searching with out you. Also thank you to Atoyia, Will, Omar & Chris for fixing problems that arise, keeping our community looking nice and continuing to be there to help. I recommend this complex to everyone. Thank you Patrice for finding a place my dad to come and stay the winters and a space for me to start fresh in this next part of my life.
I called and was met with discouragement. You posted this special online TODAY and i call about it and all i was met with was i can only tell you the price depending on when you move. then when i picked any old date i was met with we dont have any of those on notice. i just felt like every question i asked i was met with discouragement to be interested in your complex. In closing dont post to online platforms if you dont want interested calls regarding your specials OR let your staff know this is being done so that if people call inquiring about them we are not met with the attitude of you dont want people who are looking for specials to move on your property! Wait of my time even calling!!
Patricia is the best . She is the reason i am here .She follows up and gets the job done . Super Pleasure to work with her .My apartment is great and has lots of room . Nothing is perfect but i give them a thumbs up . Parking is a little tight sometimes but they are working on it . When it comes to safety ,i am very pleased .
Horrible horrible management ever since they changed. Whatever you do, get what they say in writing the DAY they say it. They love to lie.I’d take the slow maintenance crew of the last management over the unprofessionalism of this management. Be cautious with these people, especially the front desk lady.
Pros: Bright, clean, feels secure, fair price(while on discount and not including utilities), spacious, friendly office staff (even though they may be quick to give to a notice to vacate after a day of misplaced payment)Cons: lack of enough parking spots especially in evenings and at nights, noise from train line at back, expensive utilities (water/trash/sewerage ~$90-100/mo, Electricity ~$150-200/mo(not sure if apartments are well insulated))

2022-07-06When I first moved to this community back in January I was soo excited about becoming a resident of this community! The process was extremely smooth and the leasing staff was very kind. Unfortunately, my perspective did change. First, I immediately noticed significant imperfections in my apartment. These imperfections included: toilet running very loud for long periods of time after use, terrible tub sealing, painted patio door lock, mold in the window seals, handles on both kitchen and bathroom cabinets not upgraded, kitchen faucet missing the aerator, doors chipping paint/not painted correctly, front door all scratched up, ice maker in the refrigerator not working properly, pipes leaking and so much more!!! Next, I showed proof of renters insurance prior to moving in but yet I am still being charged for it. I went to leasing office on several occasions and even submitted a request via the portal. 4 months later and I have still yet been accommodated regarding this matter so I gave up. On top this our mailboxes were broken into once AGAIN so we have to drive 12 minutes just to pick our mail up. Also, the gate has been broken for a while now as well. This results in cars coming through the exit of the gate and potential car accidents. Oh, and some of the residents legit litter everywhere!! I cannot even walk my dog without her finding some food on the ground. In addition to this, residents do not pick up their dog feces and as a result my dog now has a parasite infection. I have been living in Cobb County for years now and never in my life have I experienced these type of matters in an apartment complex. I pay roughly $1700 for my one-bedroom apartment. Although, I really love my spacious apartment I am very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this community to anyone…Update: I’ve been without hot water since June 18th and my furnace is STILL not working properly. I will be terminating my lease as these are unsafe living conditions.

2022-06-03This place is too expensive for what it has become in a matter of the four years weve been here.If anyone is looking to move to Parkside at Town Center right now I would say DO NOT! My roommate and I have lived in our apartment since 2018 and we can definitely tell you, by experience, that this place is rapidly proceeding downhill (While the rent is going up). We went from rarely making a noise complaint about noisy house parties or worrying about how the trash would overflow to the following:Pros:- Lanarius (Trey) and Jasmine are sweet and always assist me as best they can even though none of this is their fault.- We have rarely ever seen any bugs in our apartment. I will give this place that.Cons:- Incredibly little parking for certain buildings. Parking passes did little to nothing. If you come back after 5 PM you might not have a parking space.- Currently no maintenance available for residents. (Our air conditioning has not been fixed in 3 days and the temp has been over 85)- Mailboxes have been broken into and are still not fixed. My roommate and I have asked several times via email and by coming to the front office to have security installed or to be compensated for our travel to the mail courier that is 12 minutes away. There has been no resolution and the mailboxes are still broken. It has been over a month now.- Exit gate has been broke for over a month and the middle gate does not have an arm so everyone who is not a resident can literally get in before the people who are actually paying to be on the lease. This has been broken for maybe almost a year now.- Trash is horrendous nearly all the time. - Sometimes it stinks badly.- The computers in the front office space for residents are incredibly slow so they basically are unusable. If you want to print there is no ink and if there is ink there is no paper.- The steps / outside area of your apartment are unclean and pressure washed only once a year.Honestly, now that the rent has gone up, living here is no longer worth it which is what really is unfortunate. Before, I would always recommend that people move here but now, I have been turning people away. The Owner(s) have to know that the way they are treating their residents reflects neglect and unprofessionalism. The reason I wrote this review is literally due to the fact that we have been complaining for months and the same issues either keep recurring or have never gotten resolved.Thank you

2022-05-10Absolutely the worst! I’ve spent the last 9 months at this apartment and the list goes on about my negative experiences. The entire bathroom mirror fell and caused major damages to my personal property. Up to this day not a single person from Bridge Property management has return my email complaints. Also, about four property manager changes / quitting have occurred while I was temporarily residing here. Ooh and the front gate and mailboxes are always broken. Besides Trey being their saving grace, please run the other way 🙄

2021-08-19Unfortunately I had to move to another state, or else I would had loved to stay here longer. Beside some normal Apartment issues people deal with, I did enjoy my stay. The view was amazing, and one of the few apartments with a soccer pitch, which I heavily enjoy. The staff was always friendly, and held fun events to make you feel like a community. The only real bad thing, was parking. But o well, I got a bit more exercise with the walk.

2022-04-09Apartment is gorgeous and much more spacious than originally anticipated. However, upon moving in there were a multitude of things that either needed to be repaired or replaced. Thankfully the leasing office and maintenance people are rockstars and are working to get everything fixed ASAP. Overall, very happy with the move in!

2022-01-15Trey is that guy! Very welcoming and friendly! I set an appointment and he was already at the door by the time I pulled up. I loved the neighborhood, especially the view! So peaceful. I plan on renting here before the end of the year once some more units become available.

2021-07-23No guarantee of quiet enjoyment. Ongoing disruptive nuisances, stomping, jumping, apartment shaking, literally have had pictures fall off the wall due to people above. Who simply say “not my problem you live under me.” How dense can you be? Uncommon to get uninterrupted sleep/ work. Management (although very nice people and pleasant to talk to) don’t do much if anything about it other than an email. They will tow your car (I didn’t have my place card visible) even though they have your license plate, car make, and model on file. Had to replace breaks and rotors due to this and missed a day of work.Dog waste bags hanging in trees. Garbage drop off area is nasty. Bad sockets lead to fridge turning off and losing hundreds of dollars of food.Art the maintenance guy is great.I do not recommend living here.

2022-04-25I visited 8 different apartment complexes. Parkside was the only one that had high quality with reasonable rent. The staff made the leasing process extremely easy.

2022-06-21Extremely high rent, broken exit gate, pool closed every other day, maintenance request not being completed. You can’t even get your mail you have to drive 10mins away to a post office & most of your mail isn’t there. Understaffed & over priced. The corporate office should be ashamed of this property!
