The worst place EVER !!! Please do not go … forget all the good reviews I’m saying this in the nicest way possible‼️‼️ They sold me a car that has been in Louisiana Flood, AND HURICANE . I took it to my uncle who works on cars & he told me they not supposed to even have that car on the lot my uncle said “the car is being eaten up By SALT WATER “!! That’s how rusty the engine & stuff was & they never ran it through inspection while I was there & I spent 2500 on a DOWN PAYMENT !!! I couldn’t get a refund or anything ! They literally mean when they say all SALES ARE FINAL .
If I could give them a negative star, I would! Nobody greeted me while I was on the lot. When I walked in it took 5 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me. They dont offer warranties, even if just bought the car! I wouldnt advise anyone to go there!
Two stars cause they help. But yall must have thought my girl was a fool 144,000+ miles. 2013 Cadillac xts. Yall want 27,500 thats before the finance charges... Wow... It aint that serious. A rip off. Stay thirsty my friend.
Don’t go here unless you wanna be looked down upon, ripped off and told several different stories.My son went to buy a car here and they kept changing up what they could do. Took him to an actually dealership and got the car he wanted and a great interest rate.

This place deserves zero stars! My friend recently bought an SUV from them and within a week she was having problems with the truck and within a month it was completely undrivable. Now, she has a repo on her credit. These people are disgusting...selling bad cars and messing up your credit! DO NOT BUY HERE!!!

I finance a car from there a few years ago and it wasnt a bad experience but just the other day it was terrible they are truly some con artists and they are great at there craft. This experience made me never want to come back

They do approve but the down payment and vehicle selection is high miles and over priced. Same vehicle at carmax for 3000 less. In addition in the 4 times I visited my sales reps were not even remotely trying to earn or keep my business. If it wasnt for their call center employee being so attentive and trying and trying I would never have been back.
They should not tell people one thing and when they get there they change up and tell them something else we road a long ways to come pick up a car and when we got there the prices had changed. Their cars look like theyre okay though
Today we went to pars cars the person that assisted us was named Daniel. We hit a few bumps in the road, but they did there best to get us in the car that we wanted. After looking at a few cars in our price range we were satisfied. It was a long process but we are satisfied with our purchase. We really thank them because we were turned down at 2 other car lots due to credit issues. Today we are an owner of a Honda Plot.

I want you to know I was done wrong by Bert Park in Douglasville. I was trying to get a vehicle and I went to holmes auto next door to pars. I went in on 12/2/2021 and they showed me some vehicles, but I really wasnt interested in them. I told them I had $1700 for down payment and being a veteran amputee on a fixed income I could only afford $400 a month.I went back on 12/3 and Bert told me he would get me into a gmc 2008 canyon, which I really liked. He said the girl doing the contract was new and be patient with her. It took 2 hours and I sat and talked to bert parks and found out we were both Marines. He really gained my absolute trust. Needless to say after 5 hours there my leg was hurting and just wanted to get my truck and go home. Since the deal was $1700 down and $400 a month. I signed the papers and went home with my new truck. Then Yesterday I went to make my first payment and found out the $400 payments were bi weekly!Now I was going to have to pay $400 on Dec. 3rd, 17th and 31st ($1200) on top of the $1700 I just gave for down payment. Now that I was tricked and cant afford $400 Bi weekly. I am going to turn my truck in on voluntary repo, my credit was bad. Now ruined, and I will have to pay the difference of the auction sale when sold off.I am beyond hurt. I now have no money, no car, my downpayment wont be returned to me as well. I am so disappointed I was taken advantage of. There were 3 guys including very that assured me and promised me $400 a month. I hope you dont do this to all your customers. I have been ruined by pars cars in only 30 days. This is beyond my belief, and no one is willing to help me. If you took me and the 3 from your company sales team from pars in douglasville. I can guarantee, I would be the only one to pass. This is so unamerican. I am so at my wits end and stuck here with nothing.

They got me approved !Update : sold me a raggedy 2016 Dodge Charger . Only lasted about a month . I’ve been getting the run around . Nobody comes to the phone . Do not go here . Bad car . Had to replace all tires . Paid High insurance . Paid my car note and car wouldn’t even come on two days later
They are scammers I bought a vehicle from them and less than 24 hours there was something wrong with the vehicle I put down $3,000 and the vehicle was listed at $20,000 to sell somebody a vehicle that has issues less than a day after is ridiculous they also told me every vehicle that they sell is sold as is

Just stopped by to take a peek at their inventory.Most cars were in poor condition, very high mileage, overpriced and low-key nasty (hairs all over the seats and ceilings, random stains, nail clippings). Immediately left when the salesman told me the price of the cars around the lot. Unbelievable.This dealer seems to take advantage of vulnerable customers with predatory financing and unreliable junk auction cars. Their ideal customer seems to be someone with poor/no credit so they can charge you ridiculous interests rates with an inflated sticker price and possibly repo the car back from you once you either miss a payment or the car breaks down.
They advantage if you have no credit or bad credit. I DO NO RECOMMEND AT ALL

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER. They sold a car without the title and made zero effort to fix the situation. When I expressed that I had grounds to sue they tried to talk over me. Customer service is terrible. They think that because you’re black you don’t know your consumer rights or the GA laws. As a used car dealership they shouldn’t have taken any payment for a car that cannot be registered. They are scammers and will waste your time and money. They even had the nerve to say they don’t do refunds when the fault is completely theirs.
My car broke down after a week the check engine light came on I went to them to get it fixed they told me it was my responsibility because its sold as is. Ive only had my car a couple of weeks to a month. This isnt right at all dont buy your car from here it may look good but its not good for you.

I gave two stars because the lady who answered the phone tried to be courteous. But I took three because I asked a specific question about financing. The lady gave two answers saying the financing is in house and then said there was a bank. She tried her best to stick to her script, but it is not legal to mislead anyone in a purchase. I would never allow a buy-here-pay-here to penalise me for my credit, or gouge me for a larger down payment. I decided to take my cash and buy a cash vehicle to carry me through bankruptcy so I can purchase a brand new car. I know some of you guys can’t wait, but for the ones who can hold on a little longer, just fix your credit and get something brand new. I promise you it’s worth it.Update: at the end of June, I was able to purchase a brand new vehicle while still in bankruptcy. Just 4 months later. If you read this review and still come here, you are clearly not thinking and need some guidance. Go file and get what you deserve!!!

I was hesitant of walking inside, but I was greeted by G Money, and with confidence he tak care of me. After going to several dealerships and being turned away G money did exactly what he said he would. Im driving away in a 2009 Toyota Corolla and Im happy. I went here about 2 weeks ago to look for a car. My sales rep was Jay. He was nice but doing too much. You can definitely easily get approved but the prices for these care out RIDICULOUS. They tried to get me to finance a 2012 Toyota Camry for 16000. It had over 130000 miles on it for almost 500 a month. You are better off going somewhere else.

Everything was fine until I bought the car.. couldn’t get more then 25 miles before the car cut off. Issue was was bad fuel pump and tank, they changed that free of charge. Fast forward 30 days, now the differential is going bad and quickly. Last time I talked to the service manager he told me the car was as-is and I will have to fix anything else myself. Price quote for the differential is $3500!! I may have to return this car and get a repo on my credit which will destroy my credit! I’m highly unsatisfied and at this point I can’t recommend pars cars on mt Zion at this time

Phone customer service is excellent. I worked with 2 different people by phone and they both did their job very well. They should be the people selling cars instead of setting as appts. I was instructed by phone to sign in and have a seat in the lobby. I sat and waited for 15 minutes and no one even acknowledged me. There was no one at the desk to assign a sales person. After i decided to leave, i went ahead and walked the lot just to see the quality of vehicles. The cars look terrible. Interiors not detailed, bad odors inside, dog hair everywhere, no paint correction, bad tires. Who buys these cars? You cant be serious. I hope they run better than they look and smell. The web site is no better. They dont post the vehicle prices on the site. That should have been a red flag for me.
It was such a pleasure working with Thomasover at Pars Car on mount zion. No credit bad credit he was able to get me in the ride I wanted. With that being said if youre looking for a good deal and the best sales rep go over to Pars Car and ask for Thomas he will get you in the ride youre looking for. Also I didnt have to spend all day at the dealership either.

Do Not I repeat do not spend your hard earned money here, the cars are lemons the price is high they sell these cars with NO warranties because they know they are no good they will try to talk you out of having your own mechanic look at the car and say ours will look at it and of course he is going to tell you its fine HE WORKS FOR THEM!. and the big one on south Parkway dont listen to him he is the main one selling these fall apart cars! If you just have to have a car go to American Financial at least they have a two year warranty. this company is horrible I thought owe these people lying on them oh no theyre not!! DONT DO IT!

Mr. Mark was very helpful. Mr. Mark helped me find an affordable vehicle and he was the first to say lets take a test drive to make sure the car ran smoothly. He provided me with great information to be able to drive off the lot. If I recommend someone to pars cars I would tell them to ask for Mr. Mark.

I’ve had the car almost 2 weeks and noticed the problems I have with my Nissan Armada. First, I was driving down the highway and the dashboard light came on that said lift gate glass open. So I pulled over and tried to check to see what was going on because I’ve never used the trunk. I open the lift and the whole glass came out. It looks like it’s missing some parts, and the hinges aren’t sturdy enough to hold it. And then the gas needle is off. I can fill the truck up and it will say I have X many miles to go. I drive maybe 20 minutes away and it’ll say I have 30 miles to go. I understand the cars are as is, but it would be great if the salespeople would point out what’s wrong with the vehicle before someone purchase instead of just trying to make a sale.

I wouldnt but from them. Seems very shady.A salesperson called and I told them exactly what car I had in mind. They told me that it was still available.I asked for images of the vehicle. They couldnt supply that. I asked about the vehicle history. They couldnt share any details about service records or previous ownership. This is basic information any reputable dealer should expect to have and share with a potential buyer not just get them approved for a car.Dont get trapped. Be smart about your purchases always.

My experience was very pleasant at first. I purchased my car April 24th 2020. The fuel pump went out May 17th. Cool no pressure I bought the Warrenty so it only covered the fuel pump. So it was wires burned out as well the auto shop said those wires and the fuel pump was bad when I purchased the vehicle, which that burned out my PCM. So I ended up paying 1300 out of pocket, got my truck back 7/3/2020. By 7/25/2020 it started trying to crank on its own with no key in the ignition so I said screw this im going to send it to the GMC dealership I got my truck back 9/3/2020 after spending 1180.00 to find out it’s still having issues. While maintaining my payments of 575.00. I’ve been calling and calling in a time frame of 5 months I’ve only spoke with a manager 2 times. I leave messages no one calls me back, but they can send me letters about my service contract. Beware everything that glitter is not gold.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. After speaking with Grandon for at least 3 hours, test driving the car I wanted, and him reassuring me I’d be able to leave with a car, the exact opposite happened. They tell you what you want to hear to get you to come to the dealership and want to you to put $2000 down on very old cars. I suggest taking your business elsewhere. I’d never recommend !!!
I walked in an no one helped me. The store was empty. When they did decide to help, they attempted to charge me 18,900 for a 2010 SUV with 195,000 miles on it. Not what I was expecting at all. Very disappointed

They basically told us “sorry. that sucks. but we wont fix this or assist you purchasing another vechile”got 2 cars from them and was very satisfied until this incident. I was in a perfectly working car, but they offered me a lemon as an upgrade and then had the audacity to give me the run around when i tried to amend the situation.

So on 3/11 my Wife and I can up to Pars Cars looking for a new vehicle to purchase. With that being said we were walking around looking and Patrick(Pat) walked out and asked if we needed help to let him know. We looked at one car in particularly 2014 Kia Soul. So we did some paperwork and I did not come with anything we needed to have, but they put a deal together for us upon us returning back 3/12. So before we left Pat and Tony had a deal put together and the numbers looked good, we had to leave for a softball game so we couldn’t complete the deal until the next day. So long story short Pat and Tony are friendly and Great to work with. It’s a great place to purchase.

Grandon G Money seems to be a decent person with good intentions. He was able to get me approved but we found out that Pars Cars wasnt willing to repair a broken radio/cd/entertainment system in the car after we were told that it would be taken care of if we purchased the vehicle. The initial down payments are also pretty steep, especially considering the age of most vehicles on the lot. Id recommend them if you are in a bind because Im sure you can leave with a car of some sort. Caveat Emptor, though...
Malcolm and Mark did an outstanding job for us. They were patient, honest, worked hard to get us the deal we needed for a member of our team and made things happen. They had a nice selection of cars at reasonable prices and were honest with us every step of the way. This place is for people with less than good credit so if youre expecting 8% when you ON YOUR OWN have ruined your credit standing you cant be mad anyone but yourself. And not them. They gave our team member a badly needed second chance with a TERRIBLE credit history due to bad judgement in her youth. She stood in the need of a blessing and they gave it to her. She has a nice Toyota corolla to get back and forth to work on her new job that the Lord gave her for a fresh start and I am thankful for them. Ask for Mark and I cant see him doing anything other than treating you fairly. Take your time, test drive, do your research..and get your blessing from PARS CARS. Thats what we did and we are happy. Me and my mother came in today. The cars that they have are already used. They get your Hopes up make you test drive the car and reassure you that your gonna drive off with one. Sat there for almost 8 hours poor coustomer service. We test drive the car, and was told our downpayment was $500. Turn around and say that our down payment was $1,000 for a 2009 car its 2020! Very shady business. And for it to be a black car lot smh black business already have a bad rep for poor coustomer service and communication do better.

Do not ever purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Their customer service after purchase is terrible. I bought a 2007 H3 Hummer, had it for 2 days before engine light came on. It needed a transmission, intake manifold, exhaust manifold, steering column, etc. I put down $2000 and only drove it for a week. It was in the shop 3 weeks. The salesperson who sold it to me quit the week she sold me a car. I took the vehicle back and Malcom promised a call back the following Monday. No surprise, he never called. On top of that, when I turned the truck back in, Malcolm asked if I could put down an additional $2000 for another car!!! No customer service and no management integrity.

So I bought the car that I have always wanted a Lexus Sc430.. Now my Salesman Brian was amazing. I have already told him he should be selling Porsche’s or Tesla’s some where.. His customer service is amazing and he is very patient and not to pushy and Also he is a honest person.But on the other the other hand I have been there twice and each time I have came in the I have witnesses the Manager Malcolm Disrespect the salesman’s and yell at them and just be flat out rude to people. Malcolm yelled and I mean yelled at Brian for taking me on a test drive on the Lexus I bought.. I have been in sales my self for 16 years and the key to selling a product is to let the customer feel, touch or ever drive what they are purchasing. But honestly Malcolm made me not want to buy from them the first time and I went and bought a Range Rover from CarMax that same day and so I wanted a second car and I bought the Lexus only cause of Brian’s great service and I felt bad because of seeing how he was being treated by Malcolm.

2022-05-14Sold my mother a 2012 for 17k with a blown head gasket and bad transmission. Dealership said they had to know and erase the codes temporarily prior to selling.When she took me to see their cars I warned her. Their cars are extremely overpriced averaging 10k higher then dealership certified used inventory at highly rated dealerships. Not only that many ran as though they have issues.So beware they sell junk cars at high prices. The outside looks nice while the inside is normally garbage. If you have bad credit just go across the street. That is the best land mark for people on a budget or whose credit needs work. Pars will sell you anything. Old run down poor internal condition vehicles.

2021-09-04Please please please!!! Do not go here ! They will sell you janky cars and you will still be responsible for dealing with everything and your payments or they will take the janky car! Just money hungry smh no regard for peoples safety they sold my daughter a car that broke down a week! After her buying it she’s a teenager and has a daughter they took advantage of her please never go here listen to the bad reviews please. No emission test was done on my daughters car at all doors wouldn’t even lock stablitrak light on day 2 headlights stopped working and the car just shut down the 2nd week my daughter is crying her eyes out because she’s a single mom and cannot afford to fix this smh taking advantage of children.
