This morning, while at the gym, I hurt my lower back. I tried to use a thuragun on my back which helped for awhile but then the pain came back stronger. I tried a chiropractor but they said they could not help, but they were still happy to charge $30 to tell me that.By this point I had shooting pain in my lower back and could not walk or sit straight and I was in tears.I found Peachtree Immediate Care thanks to the reviews here on Google, and the reviews were right!As soon as I walked in the young man at the counter saw the severity of the pain I was in and got the doctor right away!The kindness and support from Dr. Jeanne Talbert was perfect. She was so empathetic and caring. Her treatment was fast acting and,…. “Just what the doctor ordered”. The doctor was truly a level above the rest. I have been to other emergency care type of centers in the area and I know that I will, if needed, be sure I come back to this one because of Dr. Talbert. Having a doctor that is not just capable but with a good bedside manner can help you feel more comfortable, even during an awkward and serious moment.I also want to single out nurse Lamees. She was the first one in the room to see me and start my vitals. She was also the one that administered the two injections I had. This was the first time I had to have an injection in my butt, and with her kindness, demeanor and her ability to relax me, it was near painless and not embarrassing at all. Her warmth, humor and respect for those she is caring for shines through.I truly don’t think I would even be able to have the power to write this message today if not for the help of the entire team of Peachtree Immediate Care. Thank you to all of you that helped me and, though I hope I don’t need to see you all again, I am happy to know you and your team are there if I and my family need you.
Fast, polite, convenient, and helpful. I was dreading going to urgent care but Id go here again in a heartbeat. Process was super easy. Also, although my test initially came back negative, they sent my specimen out for a culture and ultimately I ended up needing antibiotics. Go here!
Great experience. Very professional by all staff. It was my first time at an Immediate Care, so my ignorance will hopefully be pardoned... I did see a Physician Assistant only, which was a surprise to me. Maybe that is normally how URGENT and IMMEDIATE cares work. :) But other than that suprise, the IMMEDIATE care did exactly what they were supposed to do. :)
I went to the center for a situation of headache and high blood pressure, I was in the process of developing a virus and I was not prescribed, I spent the night with a high fever and came back the next day to have them tell me something about my fever and discomfort and I did not receive any attention because I had to PAY AGAIN... it seems to me negligence and lack of humanism. They did not give me any report of the tests that they did to me for Covid and Flu. Very bad service.
After getting past the point I had to make an appointment online after walking in and hoping to be seen I understood the system… When I came back I got in right away and saw Jeanne Tolbert NP… what a wonderful and pleasant experience. She had a wonderful bedside manner and definitely took very good care of me. She even went further to make sure that the rest of my conditions were taken care of. Something most doctors would never do.I will be back…
After waiting two hours to be seen I was giving a combo test and told it was negative (that’s it)I went in with a fever, headache, body ache and chills. After the doctor came in and said everything was negative she proceeded to walk out I had to stop her and ask what should I do!I left feeling like I wasted my time! Even it is just a cold you would think some advice would have been offered!Disappointed and still sick 😷2stars because the nurse was very nice ❤️
Easy to register online to secure an appointment and availability of multiple locations helped me obtain an appointment quickly. The on-site check-in process was perfect with no wait. The medical professionals I saw were attentive and concerned about me. Next steps and follow up guidelines were easy to use. When needed, I would go back again.
Great visit! Staff was friendly and it wasnt busy at all. Everything was very clean, including the bathroom, and the paperwork want overwhelming like some other places.I got in to see the doctor fairly quickly. They took my vitals, asked pertinent questions, and listened, which is my main concern. The nurse and doctor didnt rush me out. They provided me with a printout at the end with some helpful tips related to my visit, which was a nice touch, and no trouble with my pharmacy getting my prescription. Great visit!! Wont hesitate to go there again. Thanks!!
I received excellent care. Front desk person was efficient and friendly. Quickly taken to an examining room and an RN listened to my complaints and concerns. The PA also listened to my complaints, examined me and recommeneded a treatment plan. Treatment given and also prescriptions were sent to my Pharmacy. Thanks everyone.
Had a drug screening appointment. Had to wait 20 minutes to be seen in spite of the appointment time. The receptionist ignored me as I held it. It wasnt busy at all front office nor back office. The other location, near Holcomb bridge and Roswell road, more professional personnel. Very dissatisfied customer.
I came in last weekend for test, not covid. The test that people usually look funny at you. Any way I had very pleasant experience. Everyone was very nice. My special thanks to Russian nurse or Ukrainian not sure, she was just amazing. Ive been in lots of clinics and the way I was treated by this girl was just awesome. You can definitely feel that she is care taker. Her energy her attitude was just awesome and pleasant. Definitely my to go place for any medical issues. Thank you again dear nurse we need more like you.
I cut my finger while chopping onions. Talk about a bleeder! I went to an Urgent Care- not Peachtree Immediate Care - but a different place owned by a different hospital. There I checked in and waited in my car for an hour. Finally I got the phone call that I thought would allow me to enter for treatment. Instead, I was told that they didn’t have the proper supplies to handle a cut finger and I would need to go somewhere else. I Google-searched for another place, and thankfully discovered Peachtree Immediate Care. What a night and day comparison! The young man at the front desk alerted the doctor. Dr. Jeanne promptly came out to the waiting room to look at my finger. After quickly assessing the fact that I did not need stitches, I had a short wait. They cleaned and bandaged my finger.I really appreciate the care and courtesy I received! They are truly healthcare professionals!
Horrible customer service. I came in with a cut that just needed stitches. Never saw a MD or PA but was told I needed a hand surgeon and go to ER. It was an hour before closing which was probably the real reason. Went to Piedmont Urgent Care and received stitches needed and excellent service.
Second visit to this Urgent Care for Covid testing. Everyone is this medical office is very professional and very pleasant- and when you consider the overwhelming amount of patients they see for Covid, it’s amazing they can deliver their service with a smile on their face.
The communication leading up to the appointment was excellent, and the line moved quickly. The person who administered the shot was professional and cheerful and I only had to wait about 25-30 min for my test results. The woman who gave me my results was also very helpful and shared with me my options, and helped to reassure me as well. Well done!
This is my second time using this urgent care facility and each experience has been great. Able to book the appointment now online and each appointment I was in and out real quick while still getting the needed care for the two illnesses that I had. Staff was friendly and physician was knowledgeable.
I went in there because it was the closet available emergency careMind you took them 45 mins to take me inside and after that they made me wait another 30 mins given the fact I was there with my small baby who was getting fussier due to wait timeFunny thing I was the only person there. After that they checked fast and suggested me few meds I asked them if it’s breastfeeding friendly and the physician said they have to check it (for Benadryl everyone knows you can’t take it while breastfeeding )All in all it took me 1 hour 30 mins just to get myself checkedIn case of emergency I won’t visit this place
Incredible. I’m a travel nurse and find it hard to go home to visit my PCP when I’m traveling and ill. I set an appointment online, arrived early, and was out within an hour. The PA really listened to me and offered exactly what was needed for my illness. If you’re on the fence, definitely choose this location. I’ll be back if needed.Thanks for all you guys do. ❤️
Very very quick walked in and was taken back almost immediately to have my covid test done. My boyfriends appointment was scheduled 45 min after mine but they did us together! We were out of there in 15-20min! Definitely will be going back! Thank you for the quick service!
We arrived and joined the line of cars around 2:30 PM on Sunday on 6 Jun. There were several cars ahead of us. After a few minutes, one of the admin personnel came up the line to tell us that the healthcare provider was taking a break, and that there was only one HCP on-duty that day.Time passed.Eventually, the line began moving. When we got to the processing area, all personnel were personable, professional, and efficient. The HCP was very friendly, very polite, and very thorough. When all processes were complete, we were directed to pull forward, park, and wait for notification.About 15 minutes later, the HCP came to us, confirmed our names, and gave us our test results.
I had been told not to go here because it’s “awful.” When suffering from flu-like symptoms, I decided to give it a try as it close to my house. Boy oh, oh Boy was that a mistake. This was in all honesty the WORST group of medical providers I’ve ever witnessed. An intern wearily gave me a Covid test as a MA “supervised” I sat there for 15 mins as I listened to what seemed like some sort of office party going on in the other room. Then the DUMBEST & LAZIEST medical person I’ve ever encountered came in and said “Here’s your negative Covid test, just keep taking whatever you’ve been taking over the counter. There’s nothing I can do for you. It’s just a cold” Never listened to my lungs…never asked a question really. Certainly didn’t seem in the least bit interested in helping me. Well I’m writing this review shortly after being diagnosed with pneumonia. There are so many other options in the area with competent caregivers. Do yourself a favor and choose ANY of them besides this one.
I received a text while in route and confirmed we were there upon our arrival. We were greeted at my car by a sweet gal who explained the process. My child was swabbed by the nicest man who made the not so pleasant experience much more tolerable. She also had her vitals checked by another lady who was so friendly and kind. We parked in a designated parking space for the results and waited maybe 5 minutes to be seen by the Physicians Assistant. He listened to my childs lungs and gave us her results which thankfully was negative. I have never experienced an entire group of the most professional, kind, sincere Healthcare professionals in one location. Id give 10 stars if I could. Best Experience Ever! Thank you!
I arrived at 8:00 AM in an agonizing amount of pain from a long night of migraines and nausea. I was quickly seen and carefully cared for by the provider. I wish I knew the gentlemans name, however he immediately recognized the state of pain I was experiencing, diagnosed and assisted with providing a shot which immediately relieved my pain as well as provided helpful suggestions moving forward.I highly recommend this clinic and appreciate their service.
I didnt have an appointment and they took me in with no problem. Hesitant at first, then I explained we had an outbreak at work. At that point, the staff there took me in with no problem. Thank you Peachtree for allowing me to test there. The staff was extremely nice and professional. Thanks for the fantastic care, its appreciated!
For one mom to make an appointment online (to get COVID tested) for herself and three kids is no small task. I had tried at one other area Urgent Care but the online process was extremely tedious and by the time I would get through the process to make an appointment the time slots would all be taken for the day. Peachtree online appointment scheduling was a breeze in comparison. We also had a great experience during the appointments. I have always recommended Peachtree Immediate Care. Having four kids means a lot of urgent care visits and we have always had nothing but positive feedback to give.
Every person that took care of me was very nice and compassionate. They are working hard. Please be kind. They are front line, trying to help the best way they can. Just get there 10-15 min ahead of time and park in the parking lot next to the entrance to the tent. They WILL come out and let you in the line when your time is due. Bring a mask to help protect them.
The service was EXCEPTIONAL, efficient and very professional friendly staff. My results were given to me in approximately 20 minutes. The head nurse practitioner, Tim, was great. We were so thankful to be able to so quickly get an appointment and results within minutes. All staff were polite and efficient. The testing situation in this area has not gotten good press so we consider ourselves fortunate. We are leaving in a few days to meet a brand new grandchild in another state So it was critical to be tested. Thank you!!
My family came to get tested here as we wanted to safely see elderly family members. Took us about an 1.5 for the three of us, but it seemed like they were having a bit of an issue with their tent (we came the afternoon after Tropical Storm Zeta), so I dont think it would have taken that long otherwise. Every single worker we came into contact with was incredibly caring, nice and even funny. They were all truly rockstars. I cannot speak about how great they were enough. One thing I have to mention - please DO NOT be the type of person who acts so entitled to get out of your car to figure out how long it is going to take. There must have been FIVE OR SIX individual people that walked up to the workers trying to figure out what was taking so long. Not only did it not change the order in which they were being served, but it was slowing down the process every time they had to appease someone. Just my two cents. :) This location is a true gem.
Great experience here. Very organized. Extremely kind and attentive staff.I was very sick with a cough/wheeze, sinus, so I went here for a drive through COVID Test. They checked my oxygen level & temp. I tested negative for the virus, but they said my cough sounded bad, so offered to listen to my lungs with the stethoscope , all while I was in my car. Because of this, I was able to tell my doctor my lungs, oxygen & temp were normal during my tele- visit later in the day, which helped him with diagnosis and treatment.Very appreciative of their services.
I went to Peachtree for a Covid test and was greeted immediately and taken to my room after a few minutes. After vitals were taken; The test was administered and wasn’t a big deal at all!☺️ After 15 minutes a staff member came in with the results and a certificate of my negative test. I would definitely recommend them for any kind of health concerns.
At the end of August, I went to get a COVID-19 test at the Peachtree Immediate Care because I had an immediate family member test positive for COVID-19. We were able to have the family member isolate in another part of the house, but the rest of us were advised to get tested as well, so I went online and scheduled a time to get a drive through test at the nearby Peachtree Immediate Care.When I arrived at Peachtree Immediate Care, I was instructed to wait in a parking space in my car until it was my turn. This ended up being a 1.5-hour wait although I arrived 15 minutes in advance of my scheduled appointment time and had completed all the necessary paperwork the day before. We were given no explanation for the delay and when asking if we should come back in 30-60 minutes because it was in the middle of my work day, we were told to wait. After this delay, I was asked a few questions about if I had been exhibiting symptoms and my temperature was taken. All while I remained in my car. After the test was conducted, I waited 30 minutes for the results which were provided by one of the staff. The results ended up being negative which is great, but I now have additional charges that have been incurred even though COVID-19 tests are 100% covered by insurance companies.When I logged on to my Aetna account a few days ago, I realized that there were two claims: 1. For the COVID-19 test which is 100% covered by my insurance company 2. A claim for an office visit in the amount of $317.54. According to Aetna, this charge is associated with the COVID-19 test I got at the end of August. The member rate for Aetna policyholders ends up being $190.65, which is a savings of $126.89, but there is still a cost associated with getting this test even though COVID-19 tests should be 100% covered by insurance companies.I spoke with Aetna and they were able to provide me with additional information and show that they covered 100% of the cost of the test ($49.75 member rate), but not for the additional office visit claim since I havent hit my deductible. I have filed an appeal for this office visit claim because I don’t think this charge is valid. I’m not sure what the definition of an office visit is, but I don’t see how taking my temperature and asking if I’ve had any symptoms while I remain in my car qualifies as an office visit.Undoubtedly this has been happening to others besides myself. I’m not sure if this is just a localized issue or if it is more widespread. If this charge is correct, I will not be getting any additional COVID-19 tests. I think it is important to get tested frequently and would like to, but I simply cannot afford to pay $190.65 every time that I get tested until I hit my deductible. Maybe this charge is incorrect, but I suspect that it is another way that healthcare providers are attempting to add additional charges that are unjustified.
It was very easy to set up my appointment for a Covid test online. I arrived a few minutes early, had zero wait time, and 15 minutes later I had my printed results and was driving home. It couldn’t have been easier — except for trouble that I had filling out the online application.

Heroes for sure.If you’re booking a COVID test on their website, be sure to navigate to one location and refresh every ~5 seconds until a time shows up. You need fast hands as people are booking them incredibly quickly.
Our experience getting rapid covid tests at the Alpharetta location was great from start to finish. Booking an appointment online was easy and appointment options were updated regularly. There was no wait when we arrived and the professionals who administered our tests were kind and efficient. We only waited about 15 minutes for results. I highly recommend this location for covid testing.
Check in was fast and friendly. Waiting area was comfortable to sit in and had several TVs going. Staff was very informative and kept me posted as to wait time and when the doctor would see me. Initial vital signs and medical information taken by the nurse upon entering the exam room happened quickly and was very friendly as well. Doctor arrived quickly, made the examination and asked good questions. I would say I was in and out in about an hour and overall had a very good experience with this doc in the box!
Very good experience. I scheduled my test on 8:25am. There was no line and I was the fifth person to take COVID test that day. It took less than 30 mins to get tested and rapid test result. Staff is very professional and friendly. You just need to stay in your car to get tested and wait 15 mins to get antigen result.
Were running behind schedule, but that was understandable. Only real issue I had was that they seemed unorganized. Some little leprechaun in the parking lot was chasing people out of line and not telling us what was going on or what the process was. I get that he probably has to do it all day and gets tired of explaining the process, but he should understand its the first for the rest of us. Aside from his lack of communication, the rest of the process was fine and Im glad I got it done. (My wife went to the Johns Creek location and that seemed to go much more smoothly)
Scheduled COVID test online for the next day. No wait at all when I got there. Rapid results and I was completely done in about an hour. Huge improvement from the last time I was there in May 2020. That was a 6 hour wait in line. Very happy and appreciative of these hard working essential workers! Thank you!
Website was a breath of fresh air in these covid times. Appointment was easy to book, no line when I arrived for test and results were available while I waited.Only issue was I received a false negative, which is worse than not getting tested at all. Just wish there was an accurate rapid test verses having to wait 2 days for the gold standard PCR test results.
My family and I got a rapid COVID-19 test and the staff made our experience so Phenomenal. From the first staff member to greet us, from the nurse to swab us, to the doctor who was so knowledgeable they all made our experience great! Peach tree Immediate Care is the best place to go.
We had an emergency type situation where we needed a covid test to be admitted into a mental health facility the next morning. We managed to get to Leonard who got us scheduled at 5:03 pm that same day. We registered on-line. Staff came to our car and gave my aunt the test. Pulled to our assigned parking space. In a short while we had the Doctor come out with the negative test results, offered to answer any questions, and wished us well. They were awesome!!!
Visited for Covid-19 test today. They were fast and efficient. I drove up and drove away within 45 mins. The test are rapid, so you get your results before you leave. Nurses and doctor was friendly and professional. You are even social distanced when parking. Will go here again if I need to be tested again. Made appointment online. Tip - just keep refreshing if you are looking for appointment times. They only show up 24 hrs in advance, so if you need appointment at 9 am tomorrow, get on before 9 am today and refresh until it pops up. Maybe in a less busy time, more times are available and listed, but as soon as a time popped up they were taken when I was making my appointment.
Absolutely the greatest. Everyone treated me with the utmost respect and care. They helped me more than I expected. I really appreciate everything they did for me. Prompt, courteous, and the best service.The company should be exceptionally proud of them. Made an appointment online, arrived a few minutes early and was greeted by a friendly office attendant. After a very short wait a nurse was collecting vitals and the doctor came in as soon as the nurse left. This was the fastest medical service I’ve ever had. They got me fixed up and sent me on my way quickly and feeling much better!
I feel like they did an amazing job considering the sheer volume of people coming in to have their tests done.They were organized and very professional.I felt safe knowing that the healthcare professionals did everything they needed to do to keep the standard of safety required by the CDC.
We were greeted and tested promptly. The website is super easy to use. We were able to submit insurance card and preliminary paperwork very easily online prior to appt. This is our second COVID test here and will continue to use them for any immediate healthcare need.
DO NOT GO HERE FOR COVID TESTING.I got here around 8am (they open at 9am) and got in the already very long line. Waited until around 9:30am and got told for fire hazard reasons that I had to leave but that I could come back at 1pm and that I and the other people who were being turned away would have first priority.I get back slightly before 1pm. I then waited 5 hours before being told that they had reached capacity. (Specifically, the car in front of me was the last one.) To be clear, they waited to tell me until 6pm, after I had been waiting 5 hours, and at no point before. I explained the situation in the morning. I was told that that didn’t matter and that they had reached capacity. To be clear I had gone on their website to sign in at 8 so they could see that I had been there. It became clear that after they told me I had to leave that morning, they continued to let other cars get in line, and their promise that I and the other patients turned away would have priority was a lie.I understand this is difficult for providers, and I don’t resent being turned away by itself. However, they have had 2 months to figure out testing and how many people they can test a day, and the fact that they made me wait 5 HOURS before deciding that they had too many cars shows a disgusting lack of empathy, professionalism, and organization. I was in tears, shaking, and running yet another fever as I left. I am sick and could have spent the 5 hours they made me wait in bed with Tylenol and instead spent it sweating and dizzy in a hot car.I will never return to this establishment for any reason as regardless of circumstances, the clear disorganization and lack of empathy for their sick patients is unacceptable to me.
The staff there are wonderful. Friendly, kind, thorough and calming. I would go back in a heartbeat. However the charge of $175 is criminal, insulting and completely unnecessary. My family has been in The medical sales business for years. Shame on you for price gouging us this way. The only reason you got three stars and not one is because of your wonderful staff.
Very disappointed!!! I went here for my son a while back and they were kind and attentive at that time. This time I went back for a Rapid covid test. I called and asked if I could come in earlier than my appointment time and the girl that answered the phone said yes. I went in and the guy at the front desk (did not get his name) was EXTREMELY RUDE and very, very unprofessional!!I had accidentally set my appointment for the next day. They were not AT ALL busy as it was early in the morning and he refused to let me get a rapid test. Won’t be going back and will let my friends in this area know.
As a disable Veteran, I was very pleased when the Mission Act was implemented just recently (this month). This act allowed me to visit a medical facility (urgent care) that was 1) close to my home and 2) receive quality care. The facility was very clean! The staff Taylor, Karen (if you have to have shot - ask for Karen - the shot was absolutely painless) and Dr. Horowitz (who was there, despite not feeling well), were all very professional, thorough, kind and just overall pleasant! (characteristics that are sadly absent at the Atlanta VA Hospital). Multiply my rating by infinity and that is how I feel about my visit. Thank you all for your dedication and professionalism. Keep doing what you do!
I set up an appointment online for Covid testing at the Alpharetta location. I expected to be waiting in line for a long time but there wasn’t a single other car. I pulled right up, no line at all. I got tested and had my results within 20-25 minutes. Great experience!
I can not say enough about my last two visits. The staff treated me fast, respectfully and I truly felt that they cared. I came in late almost close to closing and the receptionist was so friendly. The doctor and nurse assisted me with a quick exam related to the flu and I was discharged quickly. I then came in today as a recheck and to have major ear pain checked out, the NP on staff Ms.Adofo, was amazing. She was so kind, so patient, and walked me through the whole appointment. She made me feel so comfortable while I was in so much pain. After leaving later in the day I called back related to a few questions based on my visit and the receptionist again was so sweet and the NP actually got on the phone and walked me through what to do at this point! Having the flu, ear infection and just being miserable, this team went above and beyond and made me feel better by just being kind.Thank you!
Have been here twice in the past week. They got me in quick and helped address my situation rapidly. Also good to follow-up. On my first visit the greeting was warm and the Dr did a good job with diagnosis and presecription to help me out. The receptionist was not too warm on the second visit and there was only a nurse on duty but she did a great job addressing my needs.
Everyone was super friendly. Front desk lady greeted me with her name and welcomed me. Waiting area very clean, crisp and inviting. Tech was great with the procedure. Very thorough and was available at all times if I needed anything. They all made the complete process painless.
Ive been to Peachtree Immediate Care several times over the past couple of years for minor problems. Without exception, I received excellent medical care on each visit. The staff and doctors are very caring and professional. The facility is immaculate with all the latest equipment and very convenient. I have, and will continue, to recommend this clinic to everyone I know. They are fantastic.
Everyone here, from the sweet blond girl at the front desk, to the attending nurse who not only comforted me but also was informative and reassuring, all the way to the knowledgable doctor who saw me and referred me to an outside imaging company to help us find the answers we would need to get me back to feeling my best and knowing what was happening with my body. Everyone was wonderful and exactly the kind of people I would hope to trust with my wellbeing. I will certainly come back to this location. I felt very safe and well taken care of.
The test preps and testing was done good but as the parking lot is small and the volume of people coming in for testing is pretty high, its hard to maintain the appointment timings and people without appointments try to sneak in and take your spot. So talk to the guy who lets the car in the line.
Hearing you’ve been exposed to coronavirus is unsettling. Having to get tested is worse. The staff at Peachtree were friendly, efficient, and they made me as comfortable as possible. My test turned out negative, which of course helps. But they made an anxious time more bearable.
Excellent experience for COVID testing.I registered online two days before I wanted to get tested, and when I arrived, I had a 20 minute wait at most and got tested and my results within 30 minutes. My experience was wonderful, and the staff was great. I know theyre all doing their best.The GA DoT had been shutting down many COVID testing locations because the long car lines caused hazards on the road. Additionally, the staff can only handle so many people which is why they had to send people home. They also have lives and families to go back home to. As of about two weeks ago, almost all COVID testing is is by appointment only, so the problems that other reviewers complained about have been resolved.
Everything ran very smoothly. And tour nurse practitioner Teon (Alpharetta) went above and beyond when I had reported a cough but my covid test was negative. He listened to my heart and lungs to make sure everything was ok. I was so impressed. Thank you to Teon and to your organization.
DO NOT GET COVID TESTING DONE HERE.Waited in line for 5 hours. The line was all the way down the entire shopping center on North Point. After 5 hours at 4:30 pm, they told me to go home, that they were at capacity. They close at 7, and the car two cars ahead of me got to stay in line. Communication for patients waiting was awful, very under staffed. Don’t waste your time on this place.

The website let me know how long the wait was and how to book an appointment. The staff was friendly and efficient. Dr. Yost was awesome and did not rush; spoke to me like a person not a number, and I appreciate that. I would definitely recommend this Urgent Care clinic and I will go back again if necessary. The NP there is beyond words of awesome! I have been ill the last week and went to a different location first but NEVER AGAIN! I am already starting to feel confident that Im getting better because of the excellent care I received here, thank you a million times and more! Highly recommended!!!
I appreciate the process and turn around time.I did not notice cleaning of pulse oximeter between uses.I noticed this as i awaited my results, and how the pulse ox gets tossed on a table.The only cleaning between patients i noticed was the FNP cleaning the stethoscope after auscultation Of the person in the car next to me.... whom looked very ill...-and was the car ahead of me-Where just had pulse ox right before me...So i have a serious concern of potential cross contaminationI am a provider as well and can easily detect nuances of presentation and interventionsThat is my concern.Here are my suggestionsAddress pulse ox cleaningPlace Long hair and or ponytail in capsLoose hair needs to be addressedOpen toe shoes adds risk to the health care worker
Young lady at the front desk was not very helpful. Went in for a simple drug screening and I was waiting for more than 45 minutes. I was one of two people in the lobby. No information or anything was given. Finally I told the young lady to please give me my paperwork back that I did not want to wait any longer. She responded with a negative posture and attitude. Could not be less concerned whether I waited or I was dissatisfied. Strongly do not recommend this company.
I am convinced Teon Ameer saved my life. I came to the Northpoint location 11/28/2020 after being exposed to Covid. My rapid test was negative but Teon Ameer came out to my car and talked to me about my symptoms. He listened to my chest and insisted I go either to the ER or to the Roswell location so I could have a chest X-ray and EKG. I went to the Roswell location and the X-ray showed either bronchitis or Covid in my lungs. the Roswell team put me on an antibiotic, steroid, inhaler, and medicine for my cough. My symptoms continued to worsen and after 10 days I started running fever and my oxygen levels were low. I followed up with my primary care physician he confirmed from the x-ray that I did have Covid in my lungs. It has taken me five weeks and three rounds of antibiotics to start improving although I’m still struggling from some of the after affects but I am so appreciative of the quick action taken by Dr Ameer.
Took Covid19 test through drive up system after pre-registering for it online 3 days prior. There were maybe 7 cars in line but still took 25 mins waiting to get to actual tester tent. Testing staff was friendly and efficient once that began and took 5 minutes tops to administer test and take vitals. Overall decent job but they really ought to be able to speed up checkin process especially if you have taken time to pre register. Was about 2pm on a Monday when I completed mine.
My family just moved to the area and my daughter got sick. The staff was very helpful and kind, the Dr. was wonderful she looked my daughter over gave her a prescription. The wait wasnt bad after we were called back we were seen very quickly. The Dr. was very down to earth and family oriented. I wont hesitate to go back.
On Tuesday, March 5, I visited this facility. When I arrived, there was no one in the waiting area. I was there for approximately one hour. Front office woman was reasonably professional. However, the exam room was not clean and is in need of renovation. Specifically, there were human hairs on the floor and the tile grout looked especially unsanitary.Dr. Horowitz is an interesting character. While he was pleasant enough, I did not observe that he cleaned his hands before he touched my skin, though he did after. As well, he seemed uncomfortable treating me. I wont speculate as to the reason; its just my instinct for picking up on microagressions. At the end of a rather strange experience and just before leaving the room, he asked me What do you do? If this was his way of establishing rapport, it should not have been his last question on the way out of the room after concluding his exam.Not the worst experience, but a far cry from the best. I could almost overcome my rather awkward interaction with him if not for the unsanitary and outmoded space in which I was examined. In my mind, a key indicator of medical care quality is a clean and bright space.Needless to say, I wont be returning.
Went in at 8:45 pm the other night with a minor emergency and they treated me quickly, and efficiently! Staff was polite and quick! I was able to make it to Walgreens to get my prescription before they closed with time to spare! Thankful to have avoided a long and arduous ER trip because we have such a great facility so close!
On Friday, June 27th I wait in line for a covid test, this is what the website instructed. After a bit of a wait I was told by an employee that in order to get at test, I need a ticket. They give out 150 tickets starting at 9am. He told me people start lining up at 3am for tickets. The next morning, I arrive just before 5am. I’m the 80th car In line. 3hrs pass and I notice an employee walking from car to car telling people to go home! His reasoning “we aren’t doing tickets anymore, we are now by online appointment only”. And “we updated our website at 6pm last night so you could have checked”.How about this simple solution, you could have put a sign up at your location so when people arrived at 3am, they didn’t stick around needlessly for hours.You all really need to get your act together!!!I do not recommend a company that treats their patience this way to anyone.
I am from out of State and needed to be seen for a cough/cold symptoms. I was treated quickly and found the staff to be very kind and caring. Dr. Petro quickly diagnosed my symptoms and appropriately prescribed the correct treatment regimen. I felt better immediately and am so thankful that I was able to be seen right away. I appreciated the doctors confidence and for being so efficient.
Start to finish it took over five hours yesterday for us to get tested and receive our results. While we were waiting in line it seemed disorganized and inefficient. However, once we got to the testing area we understood all that you were doing. I suggest you provide more information to people waiting in line about why it takes a long time. Communication is key!
My wife and I wanted to be tested for Covid-19 but the county health department program had ended that day. My primary care physician’s office recommended Peachtree Immediate Care. We completed the on-line registration forms and headed out for the Alpharetta location for our tests.The entire process at the testing site was professional and well run. The medical professionals were friendly and caring - the best. We were glad to make the trip to Peachtree Immediate Care.
On Saturday afternoon I was planning to relax with my wife and son, but after trying to go down the stairs too quickly (in socks) and taking a nasty spill, my plans changed.I had a large gash on my right arm that obviously needed stitches.I found physicians immediate care online.Everyone there was super friendly, accommodating and the doc stitched my right up quickly.I hope I dont have any more incidences like this bit if I do, this is the place I will go.

2021-12-21This facility is phenomenal! The care and concern I received from the staff what is above and beyond! I had previously went to an urgent care and was not getting any better and my daughter made an appointment here for me and when my husband and I walked into the facility we were first amazed at the cleanliness. The PA that took care of me prescribed new medicine that kicked in so much faster and helped me heal finally from my bronchitis. The complete staff was amazing! I highly recommend this caring place!!I returned to this facility again as I was sick again. Once again they were all wonderful!!!!! So caring and patient. I highly recommend them!

2022-03-28Went to two other urgent care centers. One had people waiting for hours, the other suggested we go to the ER (for a splinter under a fingernail!). We called this place and they said Come on over. Dr. Cameos steady hands were perfect and she put my son at ease. Friendly place, great staff, and a skilled and kind provider!!!! 10 stars.

2022-06-23Urgent care is a viable option when an appointment with your PCP is not possible, and the issue does not require going to ER. The staff of Peachtree Immediate Care are all very professional, personable, and pleasant. The appointment and registration processes are proficient. The only area needing attention is return of a request for a follow-up call. Overall it is 5 star medical service.

2022-06-24When I sliced my finger with a newly sharpened kitchen knife, the team at Peachtree Immediate care was responsive, upbeat, and efficient. Both the PA and RN were compassionate and attentive, clear about their course of action and how I could best care for the wound going forward. Im sure Id driven past it a hundred times, never really seeing it. After all, nobody plans an urgent care situation. But if this visit is representative of their approach to care, I would return if the need were to arise.

2022-03-21I had the best experience at this place! I came in 45 mins before they closed because I was not able to leave work sooner and had a temp of 103. I felt so bad getting there before they closed but Tatyana and Cameo acted quickly and told me they weren’t leaving until I felt better. They took the best care of me and even gave me several blankets and a pillow while I waited for test results. I’ve never experienced such genuine care at an immediate care before and I’m so grateful for them!
