Peachtree Immediate Care - Brunswick in other cities:
The PA and the nurse was very friendly and professional. The nurse took her time to ask questions. The PA (Richard Gieck) was very concerned, professional, friendly and patient. He sat down and explained everything. I prefer Peachtree Immediate Care than SGHS emergency room and Glynn Immediate Care. The receptionist was very friendly and professional also. The wait time was a little long but overall I would definitely return if I need medical care.
The doctor was very nice and actually checked for major issues before diagnosing something common. Most doctors will automatically assume the common problem but he was very thorough and actually checked in case it was something more extreme. Staff was extremely friendly and got me back promptly. Will be coming here again if needed.
The staff was very friendly and professional. The wait was a bit long, but that may have been due to COVID protocol. We needed a negative test for my son so we could attend a concert. They were up front about pricing and we knew ahead of time what we were going to pay.
(Taquesha) @ front desk, was very nice & professional. I also liked Celeste, from the recent past - she was very nice & knowledgeable & really like Dr Geike. The tech that took my blood, did a great job - hardly felt the needle go in! The only negative, was while sitting in waiting room, a 4 yr old girl was constantly crying & running around the room. No comment about the mom! 👎🙄
The vast majority of the staff at this location were great, so my one star review goes to Doctor Peterson individually. I had gone in to get a negative Covid Antigen Rapid Test for travel and was completely asymptomatic. He came in and told me that my test came back positive. Understandably, I was shocked and had some questions. While I was trying to ask him some questions, he talked down to me and insisted that there was absolutely no way it was a false positive. He cut me off while I was speaking and had a judgmental tone. He would not give me another rapid test, and only allowed for a PCR test (which would only give me results at the last minute before my departure). With no other options, I took the test and went home. I decided to take 2 of the at-home rapid antigen tests and both came back negative. Early this morning, my PCR test came back negative as well. He was proven wrong at least 3 times. He was over confident and closed-minded. The other staff at this location were amazing, I just won’t be going back to see Doctor Peterson.
This place is HORRIBLE!!! If you want to know why you are being charged unknowingly for your visits and why your urine specimen tests are not being analyzed immediately, it’s because they have been bought out by another company. All of the policies, procedures, rules, and regulations, have been changed without your knowledge. Plus the majority of people who work there are painfully lazy. Try sitting next to the regional Director nurse who does not speak proper grammar (I cannot even understand what type of country accent she is trying to display) and is supposed to be a healthcare professional but eats an entire meal from McDonald’s during her lunch shift . But it’s the deep south…let that sink in. The good old boy network will sting you again. I would recommend finding another place in which the staff is much more friendly and they can give you your screening results without having to send them to some convoluted lab in another state. I have worked very hard to be in the future medical position that I will be in and due to this place’s unprofessional manner it has cost me a great deal of mental anguish and energy.
DO NOT go here thinking you will get immediate care. I went yesterday after they had supposedly been open for an hour. When I walked in there was one other person waiting. He and I both stood there for over 10 minutes waiting on the front desk person to come from the back to see what we needed. He was told he would need to complete the paperwork online from the text message he received on his phone but he would probably have to go outside to do so because they have no cell service inside??? I was then asked what I needed. Before I could even finish why I was there the lady told me that she had no openings for the day. She offered to schedule an appointment for me on Monday. Immediate Care? She didnt even know what I needed because she cut me off before I could explain my issue. My thought is that if she had been in place when I walked in all the time I waited for her to just come to the front desk I could have been seen before another patient even arrived for their appointment. Unfortunately most other places were either closed or so full in Brunswick I drove to Fernandina, was seen, got my prescription, and was back home in 3 hours. Peachtree needs to get it straightened out. I have never had such a bad experience at a immediate care facility.
Peachtree Immediate Care, formerly Apple Care urgent care services. Whenever I utilized Apple Care, my experience was always pleasant. The new Peachtree Immediate Care, not so much.First off, the doctor that met with me was overweight and disheveled. It always concerns me when a doctor that looks unhealthy and sloppy, is providing me with medical advice, but Ive digressed from my main point. The doctor ran me through a series of tests and X-rays, only to tell me I was fine and had a case of arthritis. This was about 2 months ago. Ive recently gone to another medical professional and have been diagnosed with a tear in my groin area.I guess my first impression was spot on. The way you look and care for yourself (or lack thereof), say volumes. There are other fairly decent urgent care offices in the Brunswick area. This is not Apple Care anymore, new name, new owners/management, and from what I see, new medical professionals. Dont let the high reviews fool you, most of those are from Apple Care.
Had a 10am pre-employment physical scheduled. I was not advised of them running late. At 1040 I asked what was going on. Short staffed. Why even make an appointment? Finally get called back at 1120. Ive never provided a urine sample in a paper drinking cup before. Nurse took my BP on the exam table with my feet hanging and not touching the floor. Nurse tells me I need a pulmonary function test for the respirator test but they cant perform the respirator test due to lack of trained staff. So I stated Ill just have the PE and get the respirator test at another facility. She said youre going to need the pulmonary fit test. This place is a joke. No privacy. You can hear everything going on with other patients.
Absolutely loved the staff! Took my 6 year old son Vash and I to get covid tests done. My son is on the spectrum, so getting him to actually cooperate was difficult. The nurses were very understanding and patient with him. We both took rapid tests and Dr Thomas Ryan came in and suggested we also get the PCR test. But, he heard the fiasco that had just went down with the rapid test with my son. He was absolutely amazing with my son. He sat down beside him and talked one on one with him and asked him what his concerns were for getting the test and ended up allowing my son to choose just the throat swab instead of making us hold him down all over again for the nasal swab. I really appreciated his kindness and patience with my son who cant handle that type of sensory stimulation around his nose and mouth. The entire staff made the whole trip as easy as possible for my son who struggles with things like this. I wish they were a primary care facility because the staff is so great! Thank you all so much ❤
Apple Care was quick in making appointment, even in this (Jan 2022) crazy period where everyone is lining up for Covid testing. My wait time in waiting room was minimal. All the people I “saw” were extremely courteous and efficient. The aide (nurse) and doctor knew immediately what my problem was. And, provided the prescription drugs I needed w/o me having to go to a drug store. No wonder Apple Care has such a good reputation!Dan - Brunswick, Ga
My primary care doctor told me it would be 2 months before they could see me; AppleCare got me an appointment that same day. Their notification system, sign in, and check in were seamless. The staff was not only competent, but friendly as well. Wish every healthcare system was run so well!
The two young women at the front desk were very professional and worked as a team to get you checked in ASAP. They seemed very knowledgeable about everything. The only con was theyre beauty elevated my blood pressure a little 😉! The nurse was supper cool/nice and worked quickly. Great visit today!
Normally the visits go great. Not sure if todays visit was mediocre because they were getting ready to close or what the deal was. I had a 540p appointment for my son. The medical assistant called us and another woman back at the same time. The woman came in after we did but the medical assistant went in an immediately started taking care of her. It sounded like he was flirting with her because he complimented her on her shirt and told her he had forgotten to take her vital signs. When the medical assistant came into our cubicle, he was spending more time singing than interacting with the patient. After I told him the events and nature of my sons illness and what had been done, his tone seemed a little rude and condescending when he asked me what tests I wanted to be done.... we saw a nice nurse practitioner, but unfortunately because it was late in the evening, the lab had already come and we probably wont have answers for 2 more days as to what is going on. We were told we were free to go and they would call me about the results. I had to ask about what my son should do about school until then and the nurse practitioner then gave us a note to excuse him for 3 days. Just disappointed by the lack of focus on the patient but maybe they were just ready to be done for the day.
We had a 9:20 appointment and got in at approximately 9:30. I was happy with the wait time. There were several walk ins ahead of me, but the receptionist told everyone the appointments take precedence over walk-ins, which I appreciate. Once we were in the back, we only spent approximately 15 minutes with the work up, strep test and waiting time. With a sick child, the least amount of time it takes, the better. The nurse and PA, both had excellent bedside manner when dealing with my 6 year old. I always choose AppleCare when I need to get my kids in quick.
Had a great experience here today. They got me right in whereas I had to wait two hours at AppleCare Valdosta recently. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. From Tiffany at the front desk, to Beverly and Richard who treated me. It was refreshing; I know healthcare workers are overloaded right now, so I really appreciated their pleasant bedside manner and professionalism.
Had an 11:30 appointment on a Sunday morning. The receptionist was kind and efficient. They were very busy. It took about 1-1/2 hours to see the PA. She was so apologetic about the long wait but she was the only one there. She had such a kind bedside manner and was very thorough. I was very pleased and impressed by her level of kindness, knowledge and treatment that it made the wait time worth it. I will use this facility in the future.
I have allergy issues. Decided to stop in to possibly get some relief after hours. The doctor asked how long I was having covid symptoms. ( I’m not?) covid test comes back positive. Never seen proof of a positive result. Wouldn’t prescribe me anything. Very rude about it. Had I been vaccinated would you have given me a prescription?
Pretty busy this time and the wait was a little longer than Im use too for a walk in. Only reason for a 4 star. Other than that, Id always chose going here over my PCP office. The concern and compassion they always show is the best. I appreciate them all for their friendliness, dedication, professionalism and hardwork!!
Took my daughter in for ear pain over Thanksgiving. The PA on duty wrote her a prescription that seemed low for her age and size. I called back to ask about it and a different PA (male) was EXTREMELY rude and said oh yeah, that was a typo on our part. Ill rewrite it. I asked what was wrong with the current dosage just curious because I was giving my child something that was correct. His response was, Well what do you think is wrong with it? You are the one calling us to question it! Its not going to hurt her. Even you said it wasnt enough!I then told him not to fill the prescription and that I would be taking her to her pediatrician to get things done correctly. He replied with, Go right ahead! Your copay will be more that a new prescription.Needless to say, I will not be going back for anyone in my family!
Very sweet from front desk receptionist to nurse to nurse practitioner. I listened to the NP and staff how they work together. NP is a hard quick worker. Waiting area was filled but she was positive. I am traveling from out of town so its scary picking a health facility when you need one but Im glad God lead me to this one. Thank you to all staff. 👌
I just want to Thank the entire staff for assisting me today I was in & out. The receptionist Ms. Bacon was awesome with my appointment scheduling and giving me A1 customer service. I thought apple care did not take my insurance at all but she assured me the company does with some exceptions. I will be returning here for care in the future. Thank You!
Ive been to this facility twice and both times it was a very good experience. The receptionist is kind and helpful. Both staff members I saw in the back were thorough. The Nurse Practiontioner was caring and actually listened to me. Thank you to all who made my visit great. This will always be my choice when feeling under the weather.
Apple Care is fabulous!! Each experience is better than the time before. From their very happy, informative, and helping staff in the front, to the same awesome doctors and nurses in the exam room. I have never had bad experience and will continue to visit when I need care of any level. Thank you!! Keep up the good work!!
They are the best urgent care provider!! Specially to Ms. Amy from Apple care thank you so much!!! and the rest of the team who immediately gave us an emergency care today!! My husband was in so much pain and they help us right away!! from taking him out of the car from the beginning to the end. With all the not so good service we’ve been getting everywhere these guys deserves a commendation for doing such a great job and helping people! Thank you so much!!
I scheduled my visit online which was recommended. I had to wait two days. Upon arrival, my appointment was on-time or close. From reception, to clinical, x-ray, and my PA, Ericas diagnosis, everyone was professional. This was my second visit this year. I am very satisfied overall.
The nurse and NP that I saw were both very caring, understanding and supportive as well as knowledgeable. As I waited several came in and were looking for rapid Covid test, they were telling them where they may could get them that day. To me, this was amazing! Truly trying to help! From front desk staff to Dr, I would go back anytime!
AppleCare has a great team.It was very easy using the website to get checked in. It was a longer wait this time but they had emergencies come in at my appointment time.I prefer to go here than anywhere else in Brunswick. Thankfully they can give you an appointment that day.Staff is knowledgeable and efficient. They apologized for the wait time.
The staff and doctor there are great and very friendly. I use this place as my primary & urgent care and its always been good for my kids and myself. I also like that I can get in quickly when theres something urgent I need to be seen for. I just went this week because I developed a bad ear infection and they took care of me right away.
I prefer going to Apple if I have the choice. They run their clinic very professionally. The staff have always been welcoming and efficient and the doctors, nurse practitioners, and nurses are thorough and compassionate. A couple of years ago, a nurse practitioner identified a small cracked rib in my radiographs that was missed by the specialist who read them. I overheard her on the phone with the specialist confirming the diagnosis. Everything is very clean and modern.
Each visit I’ve ever made at this care center has been extremely positive, not excluding my visit there today. From checking in with Reagan, vitals being taken by Kathryn and being attended by Caroline the nurse practitioner, I was treated with kindness, compassion and complete professionalism.I highly recommend AppleCare.
First of all, the facility is super clean and organized. I felt at ease in my surroundings and comfortable with their accomodations. The staff members were very professional and courteous. Brittany (sorry if I got the name wrong!) checked me in and made sure I would have as short of a wait as possible and was very friendly in her demeanor. I was taken care of in good time and out of there as quickly as they has checked me in. Would highly recommend Applecare for your urgent needs.
When I walked into Apple Care it was clean, well organized. I was in so much pain and they call me immediately. They took my blood pressure etc., right away. Everything was fast efficient and caring. They wasted no time. Took urinalysis and said they will call me an ambulance if I didnt have someone to take me to the hospital in a timely manner. It was my kidney stones or my appendix. They made sure someone was there in a timely manner. I was there maybe twenty minutes. I highly recommend Apple Care! My mother recommended Apple Care and she was spot on. Thank you Apple Care. It was kidney stones. I will be taking my family to Apple Care.
Defintely a 10... I am feeling so much better. Thanks to everyone there that helped me. I just really appreciate the time the PA took to explain what my diagnosis was and step by step what treatment they were going to give me, the medications, and made sure I had a follow up visit scheduled with my GP. The PA even recommended that I monitor something they found that he said could become an issue if I let it go. It had nothing to do with my symptoms and he didnt have to take the time to do that but he did. Everyone made me feel more comfortable from the time I entered until I left. I had a very short wait time and no one was in a rush. The place seemed to just flow with everyone knowing how to handle whatever they were in the midst of. I needed to get documentation of my visit for work but I had already left. I called them and there were no issues with regards to getting the information I needed. When I arrived the next morning the receptionist thought I was coming back for more care and she seemed truly concerned. When I told her why I was there she went right to it and told me she hoped I had a speedy recovery. I hope I dont need immediate care any time soon but if I do, or know anyone that does, AppleCare is going to be the immediate care center I go to and/or recommend.
Such a great experience!!! Ashley and NP Bethany were awesome!!!! Your staff was great!Ashley, who did my vitals and took swabs and gave me an injection was so good! Ive never had some give me an injection that I didnt even feel!NP Bethany has the best bedside manner Ive ever experienced! I wish I could get them both every time!!Thank you for making my experience so good even in the middle of being so sick!!
The staff was very friendly, I didnt feel rushed out of the office and I received a room very quickly. The prices are so low that I never expected the service to be so good. The nurse practitioner I had gave me advice on what to do after leaving in case the medication didnt help my neck. Everything was perfect and relieved a lot of my stress. The pain is fading as well so I can strongly recommend apple are witho or without insurance. Its not very expensive at all and they know their info
My experience work real well today I feel like everybody cared they looked after me asked the right questions and made a normally bad experience in to great one.... my hat goes off to the girl behind the desk. You never get a second chance at a first impression, Im hers was your great work...
This place is fantastic, we have been to this Apple Care location twice lately! Everyone of the employees were great, friendly, professional and thorough! The PA here was very thorough, friendly, personable, and explained everything very well! I highly recommend this medical Apple Care to anyone! I rate them 6 stars!
The waiting room and medical areas are very clean and organized. The reception desk employee greeted me pleasantly but most importantly was knowledgeable in insurance. Im from Michigan. The medical team were knowledgeable of what I needed done, did an excellent job on my wounds and they worked as a team. Additionally, they listened and answered all my questions without making me rushed. I highly recommend Apple Care.
ALL the staff were great, from front end reception and back. I was seen by NP Cindy and she was wonderful! She diagnosed an issue that had been overlooked by several other medical professionals. She took the time to listen and calm me when I became emotional from the helplessness I had been beginning to feel. The clinic itself was clean, sunlit and very welcoming.
The young lady at the front where you sign in was pleasant and very professional. It was impressive to see how conscientious she was about the germs coming into the office.I watched her cleaning the front area to ensure the sign in area was clean and sterile.Prefer AppleCare over our local hospital, always great service and clean!!!!
I arrived and Apple Care was busy. The people waiting were spaced apart. I was told they were busy, 9 waiting. Please go wait in your car and we will text you when we can see you. It was a long wait, over an hour. I was very please with the professional service I received. I would return if need be.
The owner only responds to the 5 start reviews I’ve noticed however we have one of the best insurance out and yet for my 10 year old child to have a test per her SCHOOL it was $50 that’s ridiculous not to mention when COVID first hit my wife and I both had services here with testing and didn’t have to pay a penny. Now suddenly there’s a $50 copay for a kid. I asked the receptionist about that she said that changed at the beginning of the month. I call bs!
I was very satisfied with the treatment I received at the Apple Care urgent care. The staff was professional and polite. The wait time was about 1/2 an hour. Once I got to the exam room, time spent waiting for the doctor was minimal. He was very thorough and I was on my way in no time at all.
Excellent experience all around. The office staff was very helpful and the nurse and doctor took great care of my young daughter, who had an ear infection. We were on vacation, so asked for a pharmacy recommendation, which they kindly provided. I would highly recommend this location.
Really impressed! Being sick on a Saturday morning isnt convenient however the receptionist got everyone checked in & back with the doctor asap. She was aware of the wait time & kept everyone moving forward, expediting things. I was extremely impressed with Erica Garcias bedside manner. She took time listening to my concerns associated with a deep cough & explained her treatment/rx plan with me. Being able to get an Xray on location was especially convenient. Im feeling much better thanks to Erica & hope I wont be sick again however next time Ill definitely visit Applecare again!
It took a little time because they have a new system. I love the new system I wish a lot of places would have that system. The staff was kind and very proficient. I highly recommend AppleCare and if youre in hurry its the best place to be,the wait time is way less than places
Ive been to Apple Care on several occasions once for personal care, the other times to take friends and family, and have received prompt and courteous service. Its helpful to have previously been seen, but only takes a few minutes more depending on staffing to get your information into the system and insurance verified. True story though....On Sundays..and in the Flu season.. there DEFINITELY needs to be more than one sweet girl at the reception desk handling all the sick irritable people coming in and out the facility all day.
Was welcome when I arrived. Wait time was minimal. Nursing staff was professional and friendly explained everything they were doing. PA was excellent, friendly explained everything in a manor I could understand. Appeared to be happy doing her work. Genuine caring and not just doing a JOB drawings a paycheck. Very devoted to her profession. VERY HAPPY going there. Never had a bad experience. Visiting since they open there doors. David Young.
Had to come here for pre-employment drug test. Been here since 10:00 sitting in full waiting room with very sick people coughing and sneezing and allegedly Ive been next to see the nurse for 15 minutes. This isnt designed for my type of need. Staff is friendly but this should not be a full service place or they should have separate area for sickness and mere lab work. So far, one hour and 45 minutes waiting to pee in a cup!
This is my go to urgent care facility during my visits to this this area. They have treated me and my sons before. As always, the staff is very courteous and prompt. I have had nothing but good results every time. My experience on Monday was nothing less than phenomenal once again. Three days later my sons infection is healing. If in need of urgent care, this staff is what you need.
I had to wait until after my husband got out of work to stay with our kids before I could go in to be seen. By that time it was almost 7PM. I asked if I could still be seen and I was answered with a friendly Yes, Maam. After filling out the crazy amount of paperwork I was seen very quickly. Everyone was very kind and gave great explanations for things (Reception Desk, Nurses, NP Student, and Doctor Faudree). They took their time and gave me all the treatments that I needed without being rushed even though at that point it was after 7:30 closing time.I feel better already waking up this morning and appreciate the care that I recieved.Thank you for what you do daily to help others!
We were in town for my nieces wedding on Jekyll Island when my elderly mom took a horrible fall and hitting her head on the marble counter in bathroom at hotel. We took her to Applecare as they were close to us. Not knowing anyone in the area or anything her care was completely in their hands. They were AMAZING. From the moment we walked in, the nurses were quick to respond to her...immediately assessed the situation and knowing it was such an important day for her grand daughter, they were so compassionate and so forth. The doctor came in and immediately recognize that we may need more aggressive treatment including a cat scan so referred us to the hospital. They called ahead for us and as soon as we arrived at the hospital, they too took immediate care of my mom. What a situation could have been much much more serious, their attentiveness helped my mom receive top notch care. Everyone was so kind and work expeditiously to get her well in time for the wedding. We cannot thank you enough for taking such good care of our mom!
I am a nurse and we are on vacation. My husband has had a terrible cough and I knew exactly what he needed. We went there and the check in was easy, staff very friendly and proficient. I didn’t say a word about being a nurse or what he needed. The PA prescribed perfectly after a thorough listen to his chest and lungs. You could not ask for better service! 😊
Went in with my sick 2 year old, arrived just after 7 and was leaving by 7:30 that includes all new patient forms. Not sure of our doctors name (or if he was a doctor or PA or what his title was) but he gave my daughter a second to compose herself after an onslaught of attempted temperature and O2 level attempts, came in smiled at her and she was fine. Good experience .
I go here all the time♥️And I absolutely love NicholeShe’s the sweetest everShe really cares about youI took my granddaughter there today and they was wonderful with her and she’s 3I highly recommend going here over the hospital 💯Too many people know how great she is so they was super busy today
I went to the AppleCare Clinic in Brunswick, Ga on 1/9/2018. I arrived right as they opened. The check in was very easy. I was then seen by the nurse and promptly by the PA. I was quickly diagnosed and provided a prescription to fill. The staff was very professional, friendly, and nice. I would recommend the AppleCare Clinic for medical treatment. They do a great job
On visit on February 18, I was treated with very professional treatment from the front desk employees to the physician. I saw Dr. Grizzard and was very impressed with his knowledge & professionalism. I was treated very quickly even though they were extremely busy treating patients with the flu, even though I didn’t have the flu. Thank you for your kind care!
Good luck with their billing department. Paid more money BECAUSE I have insurance. Not a joke...that was confirmed by two people that work for Applecare. I was inappropriately charged the upfront $129 after presenting my insurance information then billed again for the visit. I asked for a bill to be mailed to me so I could see what I was being charged for and never received it. They refused to refund me the $129 and after talking to 3 incompetent employees. I had to pay the remainder of the bill so that it did not go to collections. Do not go here.
Only one star bc there’s not an option for zero stars. Husband and daughter needed doc. On vacation. I Picked this one from positive reviews. They got there around 9:30, so were expecting a “normal wait”. But after 2.5 hours in the waiting room- they left. Only one patient was called back and only 2 left, during that time. Ridiculous. They got the co-pay back without any explanation of what was taking so long. Never again.
Received excellent care yesterday during the lunch hour. I was unable to get into my regular GP and Came in very sick. I was treated with urgency and sincerety by the entire staff. not your typical immediate care center, felt like my GPs office, for which I am so grateful!
Kind, careful and quick! Couldnt ask for a better visit with the sure hands of PA Cara Housden and the wonderful nurses on staff. Had a painful splinter removed from under my fingernail, but thankfully didnt feel a thing. I was in and out in under 45 minutes. Thank you AppleCare for taking such amazing care of me!
I have had to visit Apple Care of Brunswick often (unfortunately), but the staff there and the doctors and physicians assistants are always so professional, scientific, well explained, and kind. It helps so much to have compassionate and educated care givers when you arent feeling well. Ive had a very difficult time finding a general practitioner in Brunswick and Apple Care is so good I may just go to them instead.
On a scale from 1 to 10 with 10 being the best, I would without hesitation give AppleCare a solid 10. I was greeted with an extremely pleasant receptionist named Victoria who always had a smile on her face. When I met with Ed (cant remember his title), he made me feel like we were lost brothers being reunited since birth! Basically ALL the staff and personnel will make you feel warm and cozy because everyone is usually nervous about going to a clinic. Id go again in a heartbeat and I hope you will as well!

2022-05-29Peachtree Immediate care has an online registration if you wish to have an appointment and register ahead of time which was used very easily. We were here from another state and I was able to put in my information, my symptoms, and get an appointment set up fairly quickly online. When we arrived there, everyone was very courteous and nice, and they take walk-ins as well as appointments. They immediately informed all of us that they were short-staffed and would help us as quickly as possible. This was s holiday weekend. The doctor and nurse listened to me and we discussed my symptoms, and after a lab test, I was given a prescription and was on my way in a short amount of time. The clinic was very clean., aa well as the lab and bathroom. I would highly recommend Peachtree .Immediate Care.

2022-02-25The waiting time was pleasantly short. They took me close to my appt time. Didnt wait long at all. The waiting rooms are very clean. The staff were very nice. Katherine, the practitioner was also very pleasant and seemed caring and gave good advise. I was very pleased with Apple Urgent care and would definitely recommend them to anyone. Personally i think they are the best in Brunswick. Also find them to be organized and i like that you can check in on line. Very good system.

2022-07-09All staff went above and beyond. They made you feel very comfortable. PA took the time to sit and listen to whatever you wanted to discuss. One suggestion: it would be great if a walk-in patient was told how long the waiting time would be if at all possible when calling to come in. Will definitely share of my good experience there. Thank you all so much.

2022-04-26Every one in the front office at Peachtree was very nice and friendly. The TV was on HGTV or Magnolia Network and that was interesting. I didn’t have to wait too long. I’m terrible with names so I cannot remember the names of anyone I saw. The nurse and practitioner were both very thorough and helpful in my needs and referrals. I’m grateful for the help I received. It was a pleasant experience.

2022-06-02The PA that I saw, Josh was excellent! He listened to my symptoms, examined me and was very thorough. He showed care and concern and was very explanatory of all medications and things I needed to continue to watch for. Staff was very easy to work with also. I highly recommend them!

2022-03-15Visited for ear pain and possible infection, I called them up and they set an appointment the same day for less than two hours later than I called! Miss Brittany was very sweet on the phone. They were very up-front about the pricing, telling me itd be $99 to have someone look at my ear and $149 if there was blockage that would need to be removed. Luckily there wasnt blockage, but the doctor, Richard G., was incredibly helpful and covered all possible bases with the medications he prescribed me. I could tell immediately that he really cares about his job and his patients! The prices I listed are the ones they charge you without insurance, so if you dont have any yourself, dont let that stop you from getting the care you need! I will absolutely return here any time I need to, but of course I hope it wont be necessary. I highly recommend this facility for anyone and everyone!

2022-06-28The best convenient care I have ever been to. Online check in makes so much sense! I hardly had to wait at all once I got there and they were so kind and professional when they saw me. Will definitely be back If I need unexpected medical care in the future!

2022-07-14Wonderful experience. The nurses and the doctor were great. So caring and kind. Very concerned with our situation and how it might affect us. Will go here again if needed. Highly recommend this Peachtree Immediate care location.

2022-06-01Very good experience! I preregistered online so that saves time. After a short wait I was taken back and saw Josh, the nurse practitioner. He was very professional and thorough. I would definitely go back if the need arose again.
