I have been going to this gym for almost 2 years now and it has been incredible. The coaches really push you to be better without making you feel self conscious. You can tell all the coaches are there to make you better. You also support an amazing cause here with the large amount of after school and youth athletic programs. It has been an amazing choice to have my fitness journey here

Performance Initiatives has encouraged me to believe in myself on & off the platform. I have forged friendships with the other members & I am part of a bigger community that I am very excited & proud to be a member of. The coaches are very knowledgeable. Equipments are up to date. They offer olympic weight lifting & crossfit.

The gym was very welcoming, at short notice. The people were friendly, and went above and beyond to help a weightlifter from another state, passing through. Would definitely recommend and if Im in the area again, I will be back. Thank you!

Great place to do a drop in. Friendly staff and athletes. They have Olympic lifters as well as CrossFit.
