My dog Sandy loves to go to Hollywood Feed. The staff are friendly. The selection is wide and affordable. Most importantly, Sandy gets a lot of attention and belly rubs. I have always reached out to the staff for questions and they have been very helpful and are quite knowledgeable.

AMAZING customer service!!! We came in looking for no-hide chews and Madison was super well informed regarding their products explained how each chew and company differentiated. We have a Hollywood Feed location closer to our home but make the trip out to this location each time since the staff is always very friendly and the store is well stocked!

The people at Hollywood Feed were very helpful. The took me around the store to get everything I needed for a new puppy. They also left me alone enough so that I could explore and enjoy the experience.

The staff here is ready for you and your four legged family members. They are so good about providing recommendations based off of your pets needs. Theyre always running specials on different items which is super wonderful. Their frozen bones are my dogs absolute favorite treats.
Went in to buy food. I am a very loyal customer but not any longer. Suffice to say 2 cashiers told me I was wrong about my Primal loyalty program. Then when I called to complain today, they wanted me to drive back to the store an hour away.
Love this place! Best selection of natural foods and treats for your dogs and cats as well as other necessity items. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. And if there is not something in stock, they will order it for you and have it shipped to the store.

Very helpful for new pet owners. Had a checklist that was given to us for a new puppy. Of course they have the best, but did not poo poo the quality food purchase we made somewhere else. Baught a candle for no reason.
This is our go-to pet store. I love the way it is set up. All of the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They have the cutest collars and leashes and REAL bones for our dogs to enjoy.

I popped in on Sunday evening, Nov. 24th at about 6:15 p.m. - 15 minutes before closing for some CBD oil, recommended by a friend, for my aging dogs. Both have arthritis pretty bad, and the chihuahua cries out in pain just from moving in her sleep in the bed. I cannot tell you her name because she didnt have a name tag on, but the young lady behind the counter who helped me was absolutely delightful. She was well informed about the product, was well spoken, looked me in the eye and provided an overall excellent shopping experience for me in her store. She made sure to give me a couple of complimentary chew treats for the dogs to try out as well. I was actually working (I drive), and didnt have time to look around, but we did have a very nice chat, and I will be back to check out the store and the products in more detail when I have a day off. I buy my dog food at Costco, and usually dont go to the pet supply stores because Im kind of a bargain shopper, but the experience alone that I had with that sweet young lady makes me want to make it a point to go back and check it out in more detail. Job well done Miss.
Local family business Rucker Pet sold their stores to Hollywood Feed last year and they made an excellent choice! Everything is just as good as it was with more locations. Still has helpful people and the best products for my pets.
Tonight was my first time in Ruckers, and I stayed 20 minutes past close (oops) but the staff was so friendly and kind and patient! They didnt rush me out the door at all, even though its a Saturday night. They have a great selection of dog and cat food and natural treats. I already cant wait to go back!
For raw feeders this is the only game in town. They have the best prices and they are super helpful. My only wish is they carried frozen (fresh) organ meats -- not just a mix with heart and liver. Ordering from a place in Miami is a hassle.

I went in with questions about feeding our dogs the raw diet. The manager that I spoke with was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The store is clean, well lit and everyone is very friendly. I definitely will return!
Staff seemed knowledgeable enough. Recommended a product for the pup that actually worked the first time. They also have some dog food that is ridiculously priced. That was fun to laugh at. Be sure to check it out.
Was somewhat disappointed but also surprised when I asked if they would price match Chewy on 1 of the 4 items that I was buying. They gave me a spiel about how they have to add Chewys shipping charges to the item and then if its still lower then they will price match the difference. It was a small dollar amount but I just wanted others to know the caveat to their price match policy
Good selection of dog & cat food & accessories. There are some differences between what is carried at the stores. Example - The ones that used to be Ruckers Pets carry Earthborn dog food (what I buy) while the others dont.

Awesome pet store with very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Would give 10 Stars if possible. I used to be a Petco consumer, but after this experience at Hollywood feed I will never go into another Petco or Petsmart again.
Has dipped significantly since hollywood feed took over. I miss the homemade biscuits. And the all natural treat section has all but disappeared. Its sad watching a solid local business be swallowed up by a more corporate entity.

Keeffee and Sissy LOVE Hollywood Feed for their friendliness, helpfulness and treats when they visit! Also where they bought their Christmas PJs. Fun place to visit on a rainy day when we cant walk at the park.

2022-06-01Great location on variety of things the have vs the other location. Like the raw tunes of meat are sold at this location vs the other location so its a inconvenient drive from where I live. Also the employees here are not as friendly as the Snellville location is.

2021-12-05First I love Hollywood Feed. Its a cozy store that is pet friendly and is stocked with quality pet items. However, I went there to buy some Xmas gifts for my pets while taking advantage of some holiday deals they were having. Honestly it was very confusing as the specials were not clearly marked and the buy 2 get 1 toys were very scattered. I did my best with my daughter to pick out items that were on sale. When I got to the counter I asked the associate to help me identify which items were on sale so I could be sure I picked the right items. She assured me it would all ring up. Only one item received any discount as the other items were not all from the special items category. My bill was $100 for a handful of dog toys and treats. I plan to return most of the items. Be careful if you are shopping thier deals as their team will not really help you.

2021-04-18We are getting a new puppy and needed to pickup items for the first few days. Anne greeted us at the door and walked us through their new puppy list. She was friendly and knowledgeable about all the products we needed. She was honest and kept us within budget. We have been back many times since and the staff is always plesant and helpful. Especially as we grow as dog owners. We will continue to shop here!
