I visited Peter Glenn because I have a challenging fit for ski boots - rentals just dont work for me. I was fitted in a rear entry Savor Atomic and couldnt be happier. My sales person (Peter H) made sure I sat with the boot for a while for the shell to mold and even offered insoles for my high arch. I spent 5 days on the slopes and the boots were PERFECT. Very happy with the service, fit, and patience of the staff at Peter Glenn.

I purchased a pair of ski boots at the Sandy Springs location in preparation for my very first ski trip. I have very wide calves and was concerned about rentals fitting. After about and hour, I left with a pair of Atomic Savor 75 in size 26.5. During my very first day of ski school, I learned that my boots were way too loose around my foot, which is not something that can be adjusted on the atomic rear entry boot. Being that it was my first time I did not understand how tightly they really needed to fit. Looking back, I get very pressured to get the boots since “it was the only way to fit my legs - to get a size up”. I had little control of my skis and now, after 3 days of school, understand how tight they need to be. I got re-sized and a shop at the mountain and they told me I needed to be in a 25. I communicated to the fitter that it was only tight at the calf where the binding was - not at my foot. I’m disappointed with my experience as a beginner with a challenging fit and don’t think I’ll be trusting a Peter Glenn location with boots again.The overall selection of gear and boots was great which is why they get to stars, but I feel very much that you have to understand what it is you need when it comes to boot fitting at this location.

I was making my first snowboarding trip after years of being out if it, so I needed new boots. Shawn (Sean?) helped me find the right pair. He was super relatable, friendly, and had the perfect demeanor for a ski/snowboard shop. The rest of the staff was all excellent as well.

Would not recommend coming here, I came in to buy a snowboard and the young man working in the snowboard section spent 25 minutes speaking about real estate to another person when there were 2 customers waiting for him.. The customer service is just not there. I left to Rocky Mountain Ski and Board. The service there is second to none. It is a totally different experience. If you go ask for Keith! He knows his stuff.

I would totally recommend coming here! Rocky Mountain was no help to my husband and I. They had no clue what my husband needed for snowboards and gear. We walked into Peter Glenn and Vince was amazing to us! He took his time and was so patient with my husband and I. We really appreciated his customer service and the level of knowledge he had. Go see Vince!

UPDATE: David reached out to me after I explained what happened and assured me I would be refunded my money and apologized for the inconvenience. He put me in contact with the store manager and I was able to get the issue rectified immediately. They actually care about their customers and have earned my business back.

Im always a kid in the candy store at Peter Glenn. Mark was very helpful for the entire family to find the perfect goggles and gloves. Lots of options and great pricing on top brands. The parking in the new location was limited.

Ordered items online which came back as out of stock 2 days later (right before my travel plan). It’s been over a week waiting for my refund confirmation. Called them twice and emailed a few times too.
