Very clean and friendly staff. I took my shih tzu there to be groomed, had to make an appointment for the service. The service was very good and the groomers kind and concerned about the condition of my dog before grooming began. King is with me all the time and I dont leave him with just anyone but he seemed to be at ease with the groomers which does not happen from just knowing him and how he is. I like the fact that there is a display of the different blade sizes there so the customer can see and feel what the cut will be like. I would love to use the same person again, but I will make sure I get the look that looks best on him. Dont get me wrong I was satisfied very much so but I see areas of improvement which by going to the same person I will fine tune the cut. The price was good for the service. Be prepared to leave your pet for at least an hour.
I hate to give the whole store one star because Becky and the other members of the store as amazing. Very friendly and helpful. BUT the grooming salon is HORRIBLE! I would not recommend them to anyone! They all are very unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. My appointment was canceled on their behalf but yet get an attitude and one girl hung up in my face because I demanded to know why I haven’t been called to get service when I did not cancel my appointment. At this point I would not trust leaving my baby in their care.
Ive always purchased at PS when having a pet, but havent had one in a couple years... However, I was hoping for a fish, in which I havent had since I was a teenager, and I 50 years old right now, so go figure! Anyhow, my girl friends Beta recently died and I wanted to show her I cared. I wanted to upgrade her from a tiny bowl to a bigger one and also replaced the fish. The staff was so helpful in giving me knowledge on Beta and care. I love PS because of that, but when I left I had my Beta, a plant, and tank, but had forgotten the fish net. An employee ran outside, brought the net to me. I was like... you have know idea. My girlfriend is always scared of dumping the fish down the drain. The net was the most important piece to keeping this one alive! Anyhow, two thumbs for PS!
Emily was so very helpful. I bought a thunder shirt. I wanted to make sure I bought the correct size. She put the shirt on my dog and said that side would be the right size. The other employee ( sorry I didnt get her name) but she was very helpful also. Keep up the great work young ladies!!!
All went well and the staff was as kind as normal. My only complaint is the amount of time it took for them to run my pets specimen.I would like to mention Emily, a total sweetheart. She should be the face of PetSmart. Her genuine kindness, care, and respect are unparalleled.
My friend and I stopped in here after a quick lunch date and were welcomed warmly by an associate as soon as we stepped into the store. Everything was very organized and laid out in a way that was easy to find. Everyone had a great attitude and were just nice in general. 100% will go back soon!
Im so disappointed with one of the workers at this location. She is a lady with platinum short hair and a rainbow lanyard. She was tapping at the Betta fish causing them stress!! I know she was trying to check for dead ones but it is obvious when a Betta fish it dead! Most or yet all Betta fish lay on the bottom because they have HUGE fins they have to carry around and would like to rest from time to time. Also they are depressed because they are kept in those sad plastic cups. They dont deserve that kind of treatment they are already stressed and sad enough! Dont EVER tap at a Betta fish or ANY kind of fish! It CAN KILL THEM. This has nothing to do with the rest of the coworkers there the cashier was very sweet and understanding. But as far as the people that hired that awful woman, poor choice!
They are good to buy pet products. But I would not recommend the grooming salon at all. They mistreated my dog when we went for grooming recently. My dogs whole butt area is super red and cut up in multiple places. Which has caused him great discomfort and a few sleepless night due to inflammation back there. I will never be using any PetSmart grooming salons ever again.
I was recently in this store and found that it was a little difficult to get some help. It seems like Travis the manager and only one cashier were working. I waited to get something off a shelf for a few minutes to i realized it was taking longer than usual so when I went and found Travis the manager he was busy with a forklift unloading a truck. The truck driver was complaining that he needed to be somewhere at a certain time but Travis the manager stopped what he was doing to assist me, the customer and even gave me a discount for having to wait. This is a quality manager that PetSmart needs to value.And they should have more people working at the store. You cant depend on one or two people to run a store before you start getting complaints..
I just recently had my dog groomed by Alberto and I was not happy with the job he done. I asked for a teddy bear shape cut and I did not get that. I ask for some of the hair in her face to be cut down I did not get any of that I ask for her paws to be clean so that I can see her toenails I did not get that righter pretty much I didn’t get anuthing I asked for. They took so long I had to have someone else to pick her up did not see the haircut until late that night once I got home. This is the first time I was not satisfied with my service. It was truly a waist of my money.
I tried to adopt a gunnia pig on Thurs at 9 am the store had just opened SO NO CUSTOMERS were in store I am a experienced family who just lost pig we had for 6 years We walked in Picked out one we were going to bring into familyI went to register Said hey I’m going to adopt pig today She said someone will be with you soon REALLY THE 1 mission of that store should be finding forever homes for animals in the building My wife and I waited for over 20 mins While seeing casheir on phone and someone else talking to someone else up front So wife said We done They don’t want to find homes here SO SAD
Worst Place to take your baby for a groom. That place is a whole joke. Especially Joshua who call his self the manager. He gave my baby a bath I came back 4 1/2 hours later and she still wasn’t ready. He told me to come back in 30 minutes to pick her up. She didn’t smell like she took a bath and she was super wet. Wasted my money there. He has a stuck up attitude and they always “busy”.
The lady at the register was a little extra, everytime she did somethings ng she would complain about how complicated it was. I just wanted to return a mouse that we purchased the day before that died. Now the lady who helped us get the new mouse was amazing, friendly, and helpful.
I have been going to this Petsmart for years and I am sad to say I will not be going back. I use Banfeld and that will be the only time I purchase here.My daughter and I went to purchase a fish and were very sad upon arrival because MULTIPLE tanks had nothing but dead fish floating all over it. We were standing with a representative (who said our 10 inch tank was too small for a gold fish) while right in front of us there had to be 100 dead goldfish crammed into 1, 25 gallon tank.. pathetic. And after my daughter expressed how sad she was for the couple remaining live fish having to live in a tank filled with dead ones, we were ignored. We decided to try and save a couple of these fish so we purchased 3 hoping that putting them in a clean environment would help. But no, after 1 week 1 is dead and 2 look very sick.The last reason I will not be purchasing here, is there is a newer older white woman who will harass you about her opinion even when it is just her opinion. I have had encounters with her now 3 times where she started arguing with me over her opinion. I was buying soft cat food for my cats, she said that I should buy something more nutritious than what I picked (what the hell) and that her cats would never eat something so cheap. She also told me not to buy my cat a collar because it is a choking hazard. I told her that I got the collar that pops open easily if it gets caught on something. She insisted that it doesnt work and that its animal abuse to put a collar on a cat. This information is completely untrue and I have another cat with the same collar that I have had no issues with. And plus, I am the customer in a pet supply store. Why is she telling me not to purchase items & treating me like I have no idea what I am talking about? I have been a pet owner and going to this Petsmart for years. I am not the newb, she is.I really hope they do something about the fish because that is the saddest part of my recent experiences. I can deal with a old cat lady but maybe she should harass her management about the conditions of their animals before she starts harassing me about my choices with my pets at home.
The store was very clean and the staff is friendly and very helpful. Only negative think I can say about this store is I bought glo fish from there twice two different times and on both occasions the fish died the next day. They have a great return policy its to far a drive from my house.
Used the curbside delivery at this PetSmart and it went very smooth. I received an email stating how the delivery would occur and what I needed to provide (drivers license) when products were brought to the vehicle.I made a copy of my license, put it at the back of my van and opened the back door when I arrived. Called the PetSmart and told them I was there, gave them the last 4 numbers in the order number and described my vehicle.Within 3 minutes, my order was in the back of van, the copy of my ID was acknowledged and I was on my way.Simple and quick.
I wont mention the employees because I worked at an veterinarian hospital and some of the advice they give are corporate answers for money (not advice for the animals.) The prices are decent and the sales make those prices decent. The store is kept clean and the aisles are well organized. It is easy to find what you need.
I went in looking for a great flea and tick product for my Old English Sheepdog and my 15 year old Basset Hound. The employee immediately helped me and brought the product to me. I was so happy with the customer experience. I also had my Old English Sheepdog recently groomed from there. They do an excellent job everytime.
We normally order our pet supplies from Chewy for the convenience. But after our dogs food was discontinued, we made a run to PetSmart to explore other options. This location was clean and well-kept. Friendly staff greeted us at the door and another associate helped us find a high quality replacement dog food. I wish I could remember his name!! We left very pleased with new dog food and healthy treats in tow. Great shopping experience.
Went there for liquid hip and joint supplements. The staff didnt know, the vet on staff told me to speak to the staff. Absolute waste of time. Went to Chewy.com and ordered exactly what I needed. And they wonder why brick and mortar stores are going under. Educate your employees.
I know I give alot of places 5 stars but it is easier for people to point out negative things than positive. However, I did not have anything happen bad or negative here. I was greeted at the door by the cashier. I was greeted by the staff standing around. I was acknowledged and greeted by the little lady who groomed my kitties I was greeted by the staff working and with a smile. I was assisted by the cashier with help finding a lower price for an item. I didnt find it but i didnt care. I was happy to shop here cause they actually acknowledged my existence and cared to help me. This is rare in my area.
Customer service could be improved. Had to wait in a ridiculously long line while the 2 cashiers counted their drawers and the other 2 employees said they werent able to open up a lane so they just stood around and talked as the line got longer and longer. Definitely not the location to go to if you have any questions or need help deciding what to purchase. The store was clean though.
Not the best selection or prices, but the employees are helpful. They remember my dogs name. They always try to help. What I love about PetSmart is they care and give back. They have many things I cant get at Target and larger volumes. The location is convenient even if it is a bit hard to see from the road.
I’m a STEM Lab teacher taking care of a tree frog at home since COVID happened and needed crickets. I called the store and was told they had crickets. So I drove there to get them. ( not that close to me) I asked for 1 dozen crickets and the girl working in that department said no I can’t sell them to you because we need them for our reptiles! I told her I would not have come here if I had known you really didn’t have any for sale! I asked for just two crickets and she said sorry I can’t do it! I have been buying crickets here for years for my school pets and have never been disappointed and treated this way! Give and it shall be given...
UPDATE: This place is under new management AGAIN! I took my dog back for grooming 5 days ago, and the groomer kept asking me what I wanted done for my dog. Finally I asked him to please take a look at my dog and let me know his professional opinion. He stepped out and still never touched my dog, but gave suggestions about using a ferminator on him. After asking him if he had experience, he became very upset and told me he had been doing this over 20 years, which I find hard to believe. Anyway, I then requested to speak to the manager, and he told me Good luck with that.I knew then, this place had gone backwards and this was not going to turn out good. I then spoke with the manager Geoff about my experience with the groomer and he seemed very unconcerned. No longer are the staff friendly, and the manager could care less. I have definitely decided not to ever return to this store. Why has it become so difficult to find good customer service these days?!!!I had been taking my 8 year old dog here for grooming since he was 8 weeks old. I stopped about a year ago because of very poor customer service. However, I found out they were under new management so I decided to give them another chance, and Im glad I did. Wow! What an improvement. Customer service is great, and even though one of the groomers forgot to put my appointment in the system, Teresa gladly added my dog to her schedule. Teresa did an awesome job grooming my furbaby! Prices are more than reasonable and I really like the way they keep you updated by text. Even sending you the invoice by text before you pick up your pet. I will definitely be going back!
Pet smart has always been my favorite pet store,they have everything you need for your pet,when I took my babies in there for there grooming and I went back to pick them up they was so happy and that made me happy,they were clean and cut perfect as I expected!! Thanks so much to pet smart grooming salon!! They will be back, that I promised !!!!
I love this PetSmart! Not only do they have the usual great supply of pet products and pets such as fish, hamsters, guinea pigs, lizards, etc, but also on Saturdays they have a great selection of rescued cats available for adoption. The ladies are extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable. My girls love to visit just to see the cats :)
The associates here are always helpful. Each time we go they are there to assist us. I am sure they do so for all. Pet supplies of all types for all pets. Prices can be slightly higher than big box stores . However, the selection is much larger where pets are concerned. Petsmart has what you need when you need it for your pets.
So I went into Petsmart today hoping to buy goldfish or fish that can cohabitate with the goldfish I already have. Today is 7/27/20 and the time is 8:25...Im so sorry that I dont remember his name but I put the date and time so he can know that Im talking Bout him. Please promote him. He is so good at his job that he refused to sell me any fish at all because he felt as they wouldnt make good aquarium mates with the fish I already had.....I kept insisting but he kept respectively declining and even susgested where I should go to find what I was looking for. I stood in the store for 15 minutes waiting but it was all worth it for your outstanding customer service....also I still ended spending more in the store in aquatic plant than I would have just purchasing the fish.
This PetSmart is a little difficult to get into and out of if coming from certain directions, especially during rush hour. The place is always clean and well organized. My only complaint is that the cashiers, 9 times out of 10, seem to not know what they are doing or they are distracted.Also, years ago, I adopted a cat from here and more recently met people here to adopt a cat. Both times were great. Everybody was nice, accommodating to schedule, etc.
Nice staff, not knowledgeable at all about fish. Gave me a lot of wrong information...luckily, I have been in the aquarium hobby game for quite awhile so know what I’m looking for, know about proper care, etc...if you’re new to the fish keeping hobby, i suggest you do your own information before starting an aquarium!Good selection of fish and common aquatic plants though.
This is a pretty good location to visit and fairly convenient.. theres plenty of parking always and the store employees are pretty helpful..they can usually get you in and out of there pretty quickly with normally what you want or need. Not my favorite location but I dont think anyone could really beat the Loganville location as far as being helpful and understanding. I made a return last week to the Lilburn store here and I had the receipt which showed the item being purchased on a debit card and the employee insisted on giving me a store credit since my wife had the debit card. To me that is a bit extreme and very stuffy seeing as how they already received their money from my bank soon as the purchase was made. I will not be returning any items to this store again. If these employees could read the back of the receipt and please stick to it then things would be a lot smoother. It clearly states if the item was purchased with a debit card or cash then you can receive cash back. Just one of my pet peeves..stuffy people who act like their pulling the money from their piggy bank.. anyway I didnt argue I took the card and even made a donation 4 the kittens😁 sorry for the long winded explanation. Had to vent..
Service is horrible. No one doesnt care about our fur babies at this location. Banfeild nurses are rude and snappy. The groomer dont do a very good job grooming. The last time I was there with one of my fur babies that suffers from anxiety. The groomer snatched her out of my hand and told my fur baby that she wasnt human and to get over her anxiety. Safe to say Im never going back to this location.
👎Terrible customer service by 1 particular worker. As Ethnic people my spouse and I feel the young lady (ethnic) was unconcerned when asked about weekly and holiday discounts and she had a bad attitude. Upon returning the following week we asked again and she got very smart with him and refused to check for any type deals and was argumentative. We shop bi-weekly, sometimes weekly at Petsmart and are very loyal customers and wont return to this particular store based on poor service and bad attitude by this employee.... Better luck to all! 😏
Don’t ever take your dog there...My experience was horrific!! I just moved to this area, my service in Florida has always been superb. The young lady was specifically advised to cut my dogs hair minimally and give her a basic service. My dog Chanel, a Yorkie is groomed often and well maintained. So when I came to pick her up and saw that she was completely shaved down, I was speechless for a moment. But the drama didn’t stop there...they handed me a bill for almost $100 dollars. I pay that for both my dogs when they go together. I never asked for any so called premium service. They claimed to be looking at her profile from Florida but that wouldn’t have been on there. The manager at this location further angered me by trying to convince me that the services rendered were asked for. He was very dishonest and there was no accountability for the screw up. My husband called me a couple of days later from the PetSmart in Florida and said they put something in the system to flag us from getting future services. That location was advised of what happened and provided the regular service for my other dog without issue. They mess up and have the ardacity to attempt to penalize me for their screwup. Stay the heck away from this location!!
I booked a grooming appointment online for a $17.99 puppy trim. When I showed up they told me the price would be $25.00. The price was more because it included a bath. I told them I didnt want the bath. Puppy was just bath that morning (he is a digger and I caught him digging that morning and so had bathed him). She then told me the trim only included a face trim because cutting his fur at his age could damage it - he is 41/2 months. Not true. I said forget it. I can trim his face myself. Not paying $18 for a face trim. Beware - dont trust them - false advertising.
The store is your average PetSmart store, employees are very nice and helpful. The reason it is not a 5 star is due to the fact they are often out of crickets, superworms and other live food AND they do not answer their phones in a timely manner. Often they have given out incorrect information, example, Do you have crickets today?. Answer Yes, arrive 10 minutes later to find out they had not had any onsite and wont have any until the following Tuesday. I understand supply in demand and it is difficult to keep live food but an honest answer would be better customer service.
I called about getting my pups nails cut. They said come anytime because walk-ins are acceptable. So I go in early and no one was available to cut their nails. They said come at 1030. I called ahead to make sure and no one was there. It was super inconvenient and time consuming. The service was Less than ideal.
The absolute ONLY reason Im giving two stars is because the store was clean and well organized. Live animal selection is nominal...only fish they had were a few feeder goldfish.Although I went in to get Timothy hay for my rabbit, Im the fish lady so when I saw the front bow tank and other impressive displays I had no choice but go give the fishies a look see. My kids had popped into this place a few weeks before while I was in HD and they told me the lady was mean and when they asked if they could see the cats she said they couldnt because she was cleaning, then she walked to another part of the store without cleaning anything smh. My oldest daughter is 14 and she was asking but I figured maybe she did that because it was the kids...NOT the caseSo I walk to the fish department and the lady is helping a group of young girls with there fish so I stood looking and waiting for her yo get done. She seemed so helpful, responsive, friendly, then they left and I turned towards her and she turned and walked away. So I thought, well maybe there was some pressing matter until she came back and I turned from looking at the lucky bamboo plants I was considering purchasing to ask my questions. And as she approached I turned and this woman walked right by me, after making eye contact as if I dont exist. She then stopped at the front to Stand and wait while a young woman with a dog finished up at the register. She hugged that woman and proceeded to tell her how beautiful the dog was and at this point I decided Id like to just get the hay and bail (pun intended:)But at the register, it was the same story...the girls that were purchasing the fish received a warm and gracious reception complete with a yall come again...i had to ask could I have a bag and she took the bag off and laid it stop the hay for me to do it myself.The difference in me and the other customers that were treated better? Not only am I a black woman (AfricanAmerican if you will) but Im also muslim...the others were white (caucasian if you prefer). I am well aware that Im in the deep South and unfortunately in some parts, racism is alive and kicking, but check this IF YOU DISLIKE SERVICING CERTAIN GROUPS OF PEOPLE DONT WORK IN A CUSTOMER SERVICE FIELD because Im a consumer and i expect to be treated as such...atleast acknowledge my presence, dont shun me or my children because of our religious preference or our ethnicity because people (even those who may not make a big deal instore) do notice and they tell others.The employees that were working in this store on 2 separate occasions were clearly racially biased towards people of ethnicity. There was another black couple there as well and I observed they received the same treatment as I did, I will NEVER patronize this store.Petsupermarket is much better all around
Crazy! I had a 10:00 appt. my dog was ready after closing they took all day then blamed the dog because he pooped in kennel. However I was told they would not charge for having to bath him a second time...which they said was what they usually do. Price went up $38.00 but I was given a discount.Never use this one again. Obvious they overbook.
Edgar did an awesome job with by baby yorkie! After having a horrible grooming experience at the scenic hwy petsmart I was terrified about taking him to ANY petsmart but when I met Edgar he assured me that he would groom him to my liking and he absolutely did!! Thank you Edgar! We will be back to visit you soon!
Bought a Guinea Pig from them and was told he was healthy then not even 4 days later he showing signs of being sick, possible ring worm etc. Went to take him back and they gave me hell just to get the vet to look at him. Will never buy another animal from a petsmart again.
If i could give half or zeros stars best believe I would. I just bought fish from here Sunday and by day two the first died and completely got my other 2.5 year old fish sick these asshats had the sickest fish ive ever seen all infected with some bubble thing. THE SERVICE??? These clowns. One woman. L something walked away while I was at the counter, when I get there she just holds out her hand for the fish bag and then puts her finger in my face to answer the phone and then leaves. NOT A WORD WAS SAID. Just holds out her hand no hello or anything and then just leaves to talk on the phone doesn’t say she’ll be back or anything. A FIFTEEN MINUTE FISH RUN LASTED 45 MINUTES BECUSE THEYD LEAVE WITH OUR FISH OR JUST LEAVE ENTIRELY AND NOT SAY A WORD.The lady in charge of the cats was rude to my TEN YEAR OLD SISTER who just asked to pet the kittens (the door was open anyways) Woman looks at her and sighs and pretends to ignore her. My sister had to come and get me to ask the lady again. This time she wanted to answer. It was a line of a good four to five people, all of us standing around laughing in confusion and shock because the cashiers would just abandon us mid check out w/o saying anything. PETSMART IS WAYY BETTER AT LEAST THEIR ANIMALS ARE DISEASE MAGNETS AND ARE IN GOOD CARE! The crickets were running around the store too! The conditions of the fish was just horrible. Absolutely horrible.?Walmart didn’t treat their fish this bad. Want sick, disease ridden animals, HORRIBLE service , and an all around bad time hit up these ridiculous clowns by the Home Depot. Worse service and animal conditions I’ve ever seen and been through. Screw all of you.
I just had an incredibly unpleasant customer service experience with the PetSmart Lilburn stores grooming salon.I had 2 dogs in need of a bath. I made an appointment for both of them. After making the appointment I realized one of the dogs needed to go to Banfield (the vet) because of anal gland issues (she very recently had them expressed but continued to butt surf/scoot). I called the grooming salon, explained this, and the representative I spoke with was super helpful. I was asked if my dog was getting shots at the vet. I explained no she didnt need shots and just needed anal gland attention. I was told this would not be a problem. Once she was done at the vet, the grooming salon could then take her for the bath. I was told as long as the Banfield folks finished up with her before 7pm the grooming salon could handle the bath.On the day of the appointment I called because I was running late and again the representative who answered my call was incredibly helpful. I arrived and dropped one dog off for grooming. I explained that I was the customer who called in and was going to take the other dog to Banfield. Once I dropped the second dog off at the vet I came back to the grooming salon to complete the necessary paperwork. I also explained I wanted to pay for the dogs baths in advance because I had arranged for someone else to pick them up. I was told I could only pay for the dog currently in the salon. (Up to this point all interactions were pleasant.)Once the second dog was done at the vet I called to let the grooming salon know. I was told they could not take the second dog because I had not filled out paperwork. I was baffled because no one mentioned this during all the discussion of transferring the dog from the vet to the grooming salon. In addition, when I explained I needed to pay in advance this could have been explained but it wasnt.I called back and tried to arrange to have the authorized person who was picking up the dogs also sign the paperwork to allow the 2nd dog to have a bath. The grooming salon representative (JESSICA) who answered the call identified herself as the person who had previously spoken with me via phone and in person. She was angry and proceeded to argue with me about the facts of the situation. When I said at this point I just wanted to have the same person who was picking up the dogs come down and sign the one page form/document needed to authorize a bath JESSICA told me, she did not feel comfortable and basically would not help any further. She gave me the option to speak with a manager and then proceeded to put me on an extremely long hold. (I could go on with a few more details but this review is already far too long.)Overall it was an awful customer service experience. A simple miscommunication/misunderstanding that could have been easily resolved was not. When the dogs were picked up -- one from Banfield and the other from the grooming salon -- JESSICA reiterated to the authorized person picking up the dogs (who had no knowledge of the details of the situation and made no mention of having the second dog bathed) her refusal to assist with the second dogs bath.If I could I would give a negative star review to explain how dissatisfied I was with this experience.
After overhearing a friend having a heated discussion with an employee named Judy, I suggested that my friend contact a supervisor. Of course the person responded saying that they were the supervisor. I contacted the store from my phone and spoke with Hilary asking to be transferred to grooming. After asking to be transferred, I heard Hilary whisper oh it sounds like its just a grooming call. She then told me that the groomers were gone for the day. I asked to speak with a supervisor and she informed me that she was not the supervisor but the manager and the only manager in the store. I asked her for the number to corporate and she gave me a random number, then I asked her for her name and she said Judy. I asked for a last name......and this manager HUNG UP IN MY FACE! Truly innappropraite and disrespectful and unprofessional and Im going to take my personal matter all the way to the top because people like that should not be working in customer service!

Most of staff..not so much...they dont greet you..dont even look at my little fur baby..& she is sooo cute..people are drawn to her..but not there..Grooming is questionable..I paid to have her teeth brushed..but it doesnt look as if it was done..They need to re staff..I did notice a new face..maybe he will enjoy his job..Heidi & couple others look miserable b eing there.xto them I say ..Go work where you dont havre to work as customer service.
Was about to purchase an item that said it was available for online purchase and pickup today. Decided to go to the store instead.Could not find the item and asked for someone to check in the back. The lady asked Thomas to check in the back he immediately said they didn’t have it.I proceed to the register and ask for the manager. The manager happens to be the same Thomas who was so called in the back but was actually at the front of the store.I asked if he physically checked for the item or did they lie to me he said he would show me if I walk over to the shelf. So therefore they did lie to me and no one checked in the back. Upon being caught in his lie he kept trying to have me walk over to the shelf. I told him I would not. At this point he had one of the groomers I guess walk up behind me and stand. Felt very threatened. It’s like they have a bunch of thugs working there.Waiting to see now how they are going to make this right
Ive always taken my dog to PetSmart to be groomed but I recently moved so I had to switch PetSmarts. The groomer was Moe. He kept my dog there for over 6 hours and when I finally got him back hed been butchered. His fur is completely uneven, his ears are scraggly, he ignored my instructions to blend his head into his body and just shaved my poor dogs face, and his paws look ridiculous. I am so upset. I will never ever take my dog to this location again. If you do decide to go here, dont use Moe!
The store itself has everything you could want, and the staff are freindly. They have cats, birds and fish for adoption all week and feature foster cats and rescue centres on the weekends who bring in animals. I highly recomend visiting on a saterday. HOWEVER, banfeild is terrible. Dont take your pet there. They do a checklist to assess your animal and dont even hit all the key areas. They dont care, just want your money. There are better vets within a few miles.
This place is horrible. Dirty and the rudest staff ever especially the managers they dont know how to treat a customer or staff. Only employee to be good at their job in this establishment would be the short blonde girl i believe her name was megan. Who was the only one to treat my family like a person instead of trash when we came in a couple days ago

2022-06-24This was my first time at the Stone Mountain location and I was high satisfied with the service I received. Sierra took very good care of my dog. I scheduled online for the next day, but she went out her way to call me and asked if I wanted to come in same day which I said yes. When I got there she explained in detail what she was going to do and gave me a lot of useful information for my dog. The Stone Mountain location is a little ways from where I live, but I don’t mind traveling out my way because Sierra was awesome!!

2022-04-18Really they over book and make nothing but excuses...we came early as asked just to be told she wouldnt have time... We have a new puppy and as we all know dogs cant be groomed in most places until they complete their shots meaning most come in needing a hair cut a shave or even just a trim depending on breed. If i made an appointment for a full puppy hair cut...(because i have a shihpoo with long fluffy hair, its the beging of April lots of rain and spring has begun which means hes rolling in grass and having a field day out side) ( which is why I set his appointment for a full hair cut and bath) we arrived early as asked by the groomer. Their is no excuse except lazy and not wanting to do the job she opted for the easier appointment she had scheduled after us a dog who has been groomed and only needs simple services...yes i saw the dog beautiful well kept animal...which means you just dont want to do the work...just disgusted

2021-12-26I’ve taken my pet to a PetSmart groomer over the past 14 years and recently, I had a horrible experience. I vowed not to ever take my pet back there again. However, i decided to try another location and I was pleased with the outcome. Karma was very attentive and didn’t experience any of the problems with my pet that I’d been advised of before :The Lilburn location has won me over.. Thank you so much!

2022-01-30Always nice to be greeted with a smile. And that happens every time. I bring my 160lb Burnese Mountain Dog here for grooming and bones and they always treat him like family. Two thumbs up.

2021-12-19Completely dissatisfied with my grooming. They said that my dog didnt like to be groomed, so they trimmed her hair which doesnt look like a trim at all. Her hair is too long and they charged me $96 for what essentially only looks like a bath. I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDED FOR WHAT I PAID.
