Experience depends on who you end up dealing with. There’s one employee who is extremely short, hostile and rude.The pharmacists need to understand that if anyone is calling them, chances are that they are sick and in need. We get you’re busy but we wouldn’t be calling you if we weren’t sick in the first place. Being rude to patients on the phone isn’t just not good customer service, it’s apathetic to the people you’re supposed to be helping.That said - two other employees I’ve dealt with, including the one who gave me my booster shot were very nice and courteous. (Why I’m giving two stars instead of 1)Honestly though if you can choose which pharmacy to deal with - don’t choose this location on the off chance you get the one rude and unhelpful employee

I constantly feel hostility visiting this pharmacy and often its by an employee named Jaz. They need a friendly and helpful person working with customers and not someone that is being inconvenienced. The pharmacy is a huge profit center for CVS and should be well staffed. Find someone who will be gracious and helpful and not borderline abusive and rude to many who are there for illness and necessary medications.

Came here to get a replacement vaccine card printed as CVS says can be done at ANY location on both their website and their vaccine hotline. I was told this could not be done by pharmacy staff including the manager. I went to another location one mile away and got it done with zero problem whatsoever. I despise liars!!!

They are always nice and helpful.
