Theres always a lot of shoppers with only one or two registers open it just doesnt make sense
Dont really want to but Ill never gonna go to pic n sav never again for anything even if it was free money and food this place needs to be closed to the public and Im not sure why its still open no stars 😴

This place is deceptively larger than it appears to be from the outside. There are a lot of good deals to be found throughout the store. The price of steak is much higher than Harveys but they have closed all their locations. The lines move at a good rate of time so your not watching your ice cream thaw. Pleasant staff but a small parking lot if you own a larger vehicle.

It was a great store affordable prices. One thing the lines were to long they need to open more than two check out lines, because it seems like everyone that comes in has a shopping cart full. Other than that great store.
I have to use a motorized cart . They had floats of items in the way . The meats were brown . When I tried to get help in the meat department, all three men ignored me and when I finally got their attention, they were rude and disrespectful. I asked for them to check in the back for pork cubed steak . When he came back out , he yelled no and walked away. I will not be coming back.
Do a terrific job of keeping the shelves full with great deals. As busy as they are, they have the fastest check out cashiers in the area.
They need to redo the parking lot. If they accept foodstamps, why tax🤷🏾♀️👎🏾👎🏾

I love pick n save especially their meats and their discounted meats which I get there all the time and without that I would not be able to eat any beef or most meats so I appreciate everything they do I go there every time with my food stamp card and they are gracious and kind and working through the pandemic and they should get hazard pay and Ive been going there for years and years and years and I love it
I like the store, the cashiers and department workers have always been nice. However, the store smells horrible. Im afraid to buy any meat in there. I realize the store is in an old building and that might be the smell, but it turns a lot of people off.
Butchered beef is old, turning brown, particularly the steaks. Like this every time Ive been. Other items are usually fine. Prices are pretty good.

Love being able to stretch a dollar, this grocery store truly helps individuals that cannot afford much food. The prices are great, and the the items are always stocked up. The customer service is great, and some of the smiling faces makes you want to say hello.
There is a few items that they no longer carry..mainly the Banquet Southern Style Chicken. But other than that and nice selection. Store looked clean for the most part and best deal on meats.
Low prices and great selections. Customer service was very friendly. Had a small issue with their register and my credit card. They handled it excellently and were able to get it rectified quickly.
I never go here i go in the shopping center because my drug store is connected to them. But as for as the store the smell what I hear people talk about is a place I will never patronize.

A pearl of a grocery store. I just moved to Albany. The owner greeted me upon entering store. He and his wife was stocking items on shelves. Everything seemed to have prices clearly marked. The only negative is that they DO NOT carry corn tortillas.
My favorite grocer store, they have everything I need and its easy and convenient for me to shop their. I luv the workers their, very friendly & approachable. Great prices on everything and I luv their brands Best Choice & Always better than alot of brand name items. Cashier are super friendly & have pleasant attitudes. I highly recommend Pic N Sav if youre looking for great prices.

Store was very clean, well stocked, and (most) employees were friendly. Very dissatisfied at the fact that a product that was advertised as being on sale, wasnt actually on sale. It wasnt that they were out, they just refused to honor it. I will be calling the store if I decide to revisit, to ensure that the sales are actually ON SALE.

Good prices but some items arent consistently carried.
Went to pick up some cases of chicken and one of the butchers, I think his name was Michael, was really friendly and helpful. He loaded up my cart and even offered to help load it in my vehicle. They even gave me large bags to put the cases of meat in so as to not ruin my trunk. I had a really great experience here.
Excellent variety of meats at cost-effective prices. The meats are well packaged and are always fresh. I would have given five stars, but the store has an unpleasant odor (when you first enter). Once inside the store, the odor seems to subside.
I think the store needs to get rid of the 10% store fee. Other stores here are doing great without it. You have to check your dates on the meats when it is on sale (pork chops). Ive gotten some a few times and had to return it. But never had a problem with them letting me get something else, even if the price was not the same.

I was told to call to put in a meat order being that it is close to July 4th. This is the only place that sells this meat in this size. I called for almost 3 days straight and no one never answered the phone. Not to mention it is still open. The meat staff is very helpful. But front end has attitude issues and barely greet customers. Not all of the cashiers are this way. But some act as if customers arent important.

The surcharge is taken even on cash payments. And from my understanding thats not suppose to happen unless its paid by a credit or debit card. The surcharge is on the 2 liters sodas. They say these sodas are on sale but to me the surcharge adds right back to the price, making the sodas higher than what the price actually shows
Decent enough selection of groceries at this small town store. Conveniently located within fifteen minutes of my house (so is our local Walmart), so Ive stopped in a few times to pick up a select few food items. The prices at Pic N Sav are, on a whole, favorable to other grocery stores in the surrounding area. The employees are friendly and the store is fairly clean overall. There were some items present on the shelves that were clearly heavily outdated or expired, but I suppose thats par for the course given the nature of the store. Overall, I may end up visiting again on occasion, but Ill be sticking to the Walmart right down the road for the majority of my grocery shopping needs.
Decent grocery store prices are ok, but the downside is they take ten percent off the dollar or cent something like that, that alone make you want to shop around.

I went again today with my mother. She is a 72 year old woman using a motorized cart . The meats were brown . The workers in the back were disrespectful to her . One smirked at her and another snapped at her . Customer service is awful.

I just visited this store because i was in the area. I think the prices are a save wont walk out broke. I personally wouldnt buy anything frozen it doesnt smell right in the store and food shouldnt be bought at the store if it smells bad.

There are a lot of people when you go to pick n save , the people need to clean the store because when you enter you can smell a bad odor. The store has pretty meat but they need to clean the store up. The smell is offer at times.

The prices are good until you get to the register and they add 10% to your total. That makes the items better at a local grocery store.
I heard they had a very big verity of meats. When getting to the meat department most of the meat looked brown. I got a seven bone in roast, picked up a value pack of smoked pork chops and they smelt like maggots. Told the meat rep. And he showed me to some other smoked chops he just got out from the back, or so he had said. When I went to look I found MOLD growing on the fat side of the smoked pork chops! I am very disgusted and will be contacting code enforcement.
Prices are good you actually get a lot of food for your money , when you go buy groceries you are getting good stuff for good prices.

Fruit&Veggies are reasonable&can goods&frozen foods.Meats are the normal prices. The customer service is terrible,but I preface it by saying,generally the younger clerks give the worse service. One young lady checked me out, no greeting,which is fine but not only that she starts drinking a bottle of milk while checking me out, doesnt give me the total because if drinking said milk, is still drinking milk while I try to hand her my money. Then slaps some change in my hand. Very poor customer service. But cheap food, bad customer service, I guess its an even trade off.
People in the meat market was willing to help you with your services, but the cashier was not polite and they dont take your groceries out for you.

I think they have great prices! Now they have a coupon machine located inside the store, just login with username and password, select then print out some coupons that are offered that you may need to use towards your purchase!!
The place had a bad oder. They mark the prices down then add 10 percent back to the price at the register so really its not worth the stink 🤮

Well pleased with my shopping experience there today, everything looked fresh and the shelves, coolers, freezer, and meat department was well stocked.
The back of the store where consumers cant see, is nasty and filthy. I would not give them a penny for anything in this store. Employees are rude and lazy. They also claim to sell products at cost plus 10%. This is false advertisement. The manager Darryl said on some items they make as much as 30%. This store doesnt even deserve 1 star. Im very surprised the food they sell hasnt made everyone sick! From a retailers view do not purchase meats from here!

It used to be a great place to shop cheap prices, I used to drive all the way from Thomasville ga to shop til the changed over to the 5 for 19.99 deals which isnt worth it.
Was in store the day before thanksgiving....very crowded....the employees were friendly and moved customers as quick as possible.
The store was very clean , I went in just to get what was in the sale flyer , tbe prices were so good I ended up buying 100.00 worth of groceries . I didnt realize I spent that much since i m single ,and , don t require much , but , they had things I just couldn t pass up .I will be going back when I need things . Prices are great ,and , meat is fresh . I am one proud shopper :)

2022-07-04Pricing is ok but ummmm the smell that hits you when you walk in the front door is like the smell decaying rotting fish and meat. Never again! I was nauseous the whole 2 minutes I could stand to stay inside

2021-02-01Meat prices here are the best in town but you have to shop. I stop in a couple of times a week just to check what they are offering on a day to day basis. They sell T-bone and NY Strip at good prices and the quality is some of the best. Ground beef is another item that I normally buy from here because it is always fresh and the price is right. I did not discover this place until Harveys closed. Id say the deals are about as good as Harveys were. Pretty good.

2022-07-21I like going to this store at times as they have good sales on meats (if you watch them online)which means i can fill my freezer up at reasonable prices. Meat prices are much cheaper than food lion and quality just as good if not better.The staff are always friendly from the stockers to the guys in meat department to the cashiers. Maybe part of the reason why theyre like this is its an employee owned company which means that Im giving back to the community and not some megastore -
