I had an MRI done today. It wasn’t my first so I knew what to expect. I’d like to compliment the tech, her name was Carla. From the time she called me to the waiting room with a smile and a warm voice my experience was great. She was courteous and warm. She was also very professional. There were things Carla did that weren’t offered in previous visits such as a bulb to squeeze in case she couldn’t hear me. Overall she made the experience a lot easier. Well Carla!

We got to the ER at 3am with a respiratory event in a toddler, one of the most nerve-racking event for parents. Even when it is not a pediatric ER, everyone immediately jumped on it, and we were in an ER room in minutes. Lee Rambo in the front desk was just amazing! Tough looking former Army personnel but one of the most compassionate staff members I had the pleasure to interact with. He even visited later in the ER room to check on us and bring a Hot Wheel.Everyone was so diligent and helpful. They had so many life-threatening events in the 5-hr period we were there, including an incoming stroke, a code-blue. Despite all pressures, they kept us posted and taken care of.Sandra, RN was so energetic and friendly. Dr Gordon was also really nice, as well as the 3rd shift staff. To top it off, on the way out the Manager of Facilities Security offered him a little stuffed animal. We are so grateful for diligent care and stellar people skills!

If I could redo anything about my pregnancy, it would be choosing this hospital. The best part about the hospital was the nursing staff DURING delivery. My nurse Savannah and the anesthesiologist were amazing and helped make me feel safe and comfortable. I would give them specifically 5 stars. The room we stayed in wasnt bad, and the food markedly good for a hospital. The Bad:Prior to giving birth, I was given a document to sign stating my wishes for delivery. I marked that I did not want extra observers in the room due to anxiety (the document specifically mentioned students/research purposes). There were two occasions where a student was brought in to observe - once while I was being stitched, and again with a breast feeding consultant. We were billed for an emergency room despite having a completely normal pregnancy and not requiring any urgent services. (Emergency room - $2,938). We were instructed to wait in a room because they did not have a recovery room ready yet ($4,974) - we were there less than 10 minutes and could have just waited in the room we were already in?Once in the recovery room, they will foist products on you at every opportunity, even ones you already have brought, and then charge exorbitant prices for them. They were scanning my wristband before I even knew what they were doing. An $8 tube of Lanolin ointment cost $40.35. A $6 tub of witch hazel pads cost $78. $26.26 for a can of dermoplast, I dont even know why they gave me... At multiple times they tried to bring me pain medicine even after I denied it, and thank God. Its probably $200 for an Advil.I saw a lactation consultant twice, although I didnt ask for one either time. The first one I saw (sadly I did not catch her name) was very fast, but thorough and I felt satisfied with what she showed me. The second consultant (Jackie) went over the same information but was rude, and talked about me/my baby to the student that was with her like I wasnt there. Like saying things about his latching/feeding issues that they did not bother to discuss with me.All in all, being stuck in the recovery room was the worst part of the experience. People were coming in and out and it was an exhausting experience. I could not wait to get out of there, and each time they called to tell me they had to keep me another day felt like I was in prison.

This hospital is amazing. The staffs was more than friendly and supportive. They took their time and made sure I was informed about all my test work, what they were looking for, what they discovered and how to go about it. They answered all my questions, took great care of me, and made sure before I left that I was satisfied. I would give this hospital 10 stars times 10. Thank you Piedmont Fayetteville!!

My mom broke her hip and was admitted through the Emergency Room. I can not speak more highly of the care she has received. Every single person that has been in charge of her care, has had such a warm pleasant attitude. I could not be more grateful to such an awesome group of caring wonderful people. I wish I could put 10 stars on this website. They deserve it!

I cant say better things about this hospital, well atleast the labor and delivery unit. They are absolutely amazing and have the best staff and bed side manners. I delivered all 3 of my babies here with Dr. Quinn and she is such an amazing doctor. The hospital is clean and the staff is beyond friendly. Highly recommend!

I would give zero stars if I could.I have a family member in this hospital. His wife has been treated horribly!! I guess his family and children that doesnt too much care for her have been controlling everything and keeping her out of the loop. The hospital is going along with it. Shes not been able to see him, cant get updates and she has made complaints several times and nothing is done. Hes been there for over a month. Theyve been married over 20 years! Its sad to think that being married to someone for 20 years that you get this treatment because your spouse is unable to speak for themselves. Im going to go with her to speak with someone to possibly take legal action. This has been very hard for her.

My daughter was born here and they were very professional the whole time and very helpful. This was my second child and I loved this hospital a lot better than where my first was born. They were a lot more quicker and always made sure we understood everything that was going on to the point we never really had questions. Highly recommend

Im leaving a different review. It seems this hospital is a ball of big mess. Again a different review. My daughter had 2 separate interviews with this hospital. One on June, only to be told on time of arrival, they went with another candidate. Thats after HR, was called first directions and the interviewers info. Second time was today 2/03/22, after being there early for a 10 am interview, we arrived at 9:30, the individual at the front desk of the hospital, was unorganized, not knowledgable about HR or where it was. My daughter repeatedly called the interviewer for 15 mins, only to get voicemail and told you email. It was very very unprofessional. Its seems covid has brought about unprofessional people who really dont care. This isnt a hood poke for a hospital. But as I read reviews I see it a common practice in thus hospital. For those whove had horrible experiences I would seek to gather as many folks as could and file a HUGE class action lawsuit. Km do very glad n have encouraged my daughter not to pursue a career with this organization. Its clear ALL THE WAY AROUND, this hospital isnt one to go to or be affiliated with. This us our experience from the other side. I so hope that the families are gathered a class action suit ensues not only against the hospital but the doctors as well. Sounds like administration is lacking also that theres a HUGE issue with race here. Go to class action.com, see if u get an attorney to take the case. If they do, Id locate all in this review and see other complaints filed against this hospital to make sure NO ONE especially hospital directors and board of directors get away with ignoring these issues and that they are greatly affected. Especially in their pockets and to either shut It down or make drastic improvements. This is morally disgusting.
