Needed to fix a broken window at my place. I contacted many places from Google and this one quoted me $100+ less than everyone else. Granted, it took them 3 days since they had to come measure the window and then order it. I wasnt in a rush so it worked for me. Victor came at the time he said he would and fixed it in about 20min. Window looks great and matches with the rest. Definitely recommend.

I was there to replace a Red Couch that I had bought 16 years ago. The Manager was so very helpful, not only did I get what I needed, but I came out of there spending less than I expected. Would shop there again.

The service at PierOne is normally not the greatest but this store is the worse and the selection is frumpy when compared to Sandy Springs and Smyrna stores. I wont be returning.I visited the store during my lunch break to return a $40 wreath. I had the receipt but not the debit card I used for the purchase (my son had it). Im a PierOne Preferred member. Apparently the purchase couldnt be credited back to my account without the card so I asked for cash since it was a debit purchase. The cashier said she didnt know how much cash they had on hand. She called the manager on the phone and after a long conversation she told me that she couldnt help me without my debit card in a rude and dismissive way. Did they really not have $40?!? I asked if I could get a store credit and she said yes. Why did I have to ask for the credit instead of being offered the option? The woman waiting on me was not helpful and treated me like a criminal and the manager was too busy in a deserted store to come out and talk to me. In the future Ill stick with Home Goods!

Fantastic inventory and great prices ( everything is 25 off) at this huge airy space in Buxkhead. I cant decide what to buy such great inventory. And they are so nice, fantastic customer service!

There is A LOT to look at here. Give yourself plenty of time to browse. They have all sorts of home decor items; definitely something for everyone and every style. It was really well organized for how much stuff was in there.

Thanks to apartment living, my dining room space had a quirky shape. Though I bought many pieces at Pottery Barn, West Elm and Ikea, my table ultimately came from Pier 1. The staff was helpful and the delivery was exceptional. Other merchandise includes: dishes, table linens, throw pillows, art decor, candles, outdoor furniture, and glass-wear. My favorite store on Earth and customer service is excellent here. They always constantly have new items and if you cant find something you want you can always order it online.
