Workers are not professional i did my order online estimated carryout time is 30 min i do understand it was friday busy but after one hour waiting my order still in prep even i was on the top of the line on the screen and people come after me and took their orders they skip my order many times after more than hour the manger he said your order still gonna take time after that i asked him to cancel it
Absolutely terrible service. We were on the phone with them for nearly half an hour to order and no one was picking up. So we decided to come to the location instead. They said that they could not accept the deal that they advertised for a reason they were unclear of. Truly dissatisfied and disappointed in this place. Weve been coming here for years and its been ok, but this was just really frustrating.
Look… I understand it’s not the lost luxurious job in the world… but damn… hire people who will at least do it happily and not give below bare minimum customer service, we all had to start somewhere but if the drive that these people have is suppose to take them to the next step they will forever be subpar citizens… I can’t stand interacting with people who hate their job, but EVERYTIME I deal with this location it’s a guarantee I won’t meet anyone who care about ANYTHING. Smh
After ordering pizza online for delivery to switching to pickup - the team working this evening was so great. I’ve seen such a decline in the hospitality industry since Covid, but the crew working tonight at Dominos proved all that to be wrong. The manager was extremely helpful when changing our order to pickup, the employee at the register was extremely friendly when greeting & charging me, and the guy making pizzas tonight was quick to offer making a new pizza on the fly when I thought we had ordered a large. Shout out to this team - they truly understand hospitality and should be appreciated for such. Thank you! (Also - if any of those workers are looking for a second job, contact me for an opportunity in Atlanta!)
For years I have enjoyed Dominos Pizza right down the street. Sometimes I pick it up sometimes they deliver but its always delicious. I cant say that about the other chains. Love you Dominos! Big box pizza place, you always know what youre going to get. And I dont mean that in a bad way!Anytime Ive ever had any issues, the store has been prompt to correct it and make up for the mistakes. Something I very much appreciate!Always delicious! Love the contactless delivery!
Update:It’s became better. No complaints for last few ordersOriginal:Way too many incorrect orders lately. Very often they just forget some ingredients. Today ordered pizza with Philly Steak, Mushrooms and Spinach. They forgot to add Philly Steak. Ordered souse for chicken wings, they forgot to put it. It’s not the first time. I’m not sure what happened, maybe changed management? But last 4-5 times I order there something always done wrong
This place has recently had a problem with delivery drivers being scarce, but the food itself is amazing. Mushrooms and spinach always taste super fresh, great garlic parmesan sauce, the bacon is absolutely glorious, and honestly the spinach and feta stuffed cheesy bread is delicious and filling enough to be a meal by itself. Extremely hard to beat for flavors and value, but you also get lucky every now and then with surprise frees, where they add free food to your order. Ive received it twice, free stuffed cheesy bread once and a free medium pepperoni pizza.
Awesome employees all around, pizza is always perfect!People need to understand they cant control how many people order at the same time and they dont have unlimited resources (ovens, drivers) so it may take some time but they always make sure to let me know when they might take longer!10/10
If I could give them negative stars, I would. Customer service was terrible today. I placed an order at 8:30 pm today for my kids so I could go out and have a nice dinner with my husband... To my surprise, I get a call from Dominos asking if Id like to cancel my order or wait two and a half hours to get my order delivered. What?! My kids were hungry..I get it, they were backed up; however, they couldve handled the situation differently. I could tell the employee on the line was young. He said his manager told him to call. Why couldnt the manager call or at least apologize for the delay??? The babysitter had to go out and get our kids food...Dominos, you truly let us down tonight. Next time, please let us know youre backed up upon placing our order, not an hour later.
I was jonesing for a Philly cheese steak pizza and Dominos is the only game in town for that. I dont know if something was up with my taste buds, but the pizza seemed super salty this time around. However, the last time I had one of these was a couple of years ago or so and I dont use that much salt anymore in general, so I just may not be used to salty food anymore.Also, I just learned that the types of coatings pizza chains - as well as other fast food chains - use to prevent their boxes (and paper that wraps burgers from McDs, BK, and other fast food sandwich places) from becoming saturated with grease is carcinogenic. So 🛑 using that stuff! Just use cardboard boxes with a big enough sheet of wax paper on the bottom to prevent the grease from penetrating the cardboard. Easy peasy; if it means I need to pay a few more cents so I or someone else doesnt get cancer, so be it.
I recently picked up an order on Saturday 10/3/20. I was absolutely APPALLED when I walked in and the MANAGER was NOT wearing a mask or gloves and screaming at his employees. Now Dominos promises our safety even contactless delivery. It is all over their commercials and everything. Well how will that protect when going on in the store the manager doesnt practice any kind of safety protocols?? I would NOT order from this location ever again. Just to let you know your food is not as safe as you think it is.
Delivery was punctual and driver was very nice. Order was still wrong thanks to those at the store. I have found often that when I take carry out at this store they tend to miss a sauce ordered and of course, they did so on delivery. Driver was quick to go back to store and quick to return. No fault of his at all. I hope he got all of the delivery charge!
Terrible never coming here again! Terrible customer service. I ordered pizza and specifically told them to make sure there is no pork or any kind of pork product in it. And when i went to pick up my order the pizza had pepperoni which was pork. And when i went back to the store to tell them about it the worker was being so disrespectful and rude to me. He didnt even listen and care about what i was saying. They didn’t try to do anything about the problem
I rarely write reviews. However, it would be an injustice if I failed to inform others of the poor customer service exhibited by the Jones Bridge Road Dominos. Last Saturday I used the Dominos corporate website to order 2 pizzas. The website worked properly and the graphic indicated that my pizza was checked and out for delivery at 8:47 pm. Then, I waited the usual 10 minutes for delivery, as my home is proximal to the store. And I waited... and waited... and waited. Periodically, I would check my email or the website graphic for a message. But, there was none. Fortunately, I was busy working on my laptop while watching TV. Thus, I was occupied. However, by 10 pm I was VERY hungry. I said to myself, Screw Dominos... Time for a new strategy. Then, at 10:05 pm, right when I was about to click an order for Papa Johns, the doorbell rings.The young girl hands me my pizzas as if everything is ordinary.I said to her, Are you aware that it took well over an hour to complete the delivery?With the sincerity of a politician, she responds, Im sorry. I had problems with my tire.I ignored the obvious prevarication and stated, I really wouldnt care, provided I received a phone call, text, or email. However, there was no communication from you, your store, or your company. Now, you expect me to accept cold pizza, as if everything is normal. Its not.The girl stands there nonplussed, figuring that all would be forgiven because she is a young woman, she smiled, and she apologized.I continued, I really couldnt care about your apology. What I care about is performance and communication. And your company did not complete its responsibility to deliver the pizzas in a timely manner nor did you or your company communicate there would be a delay. I wouldnt care about the late pizza if I at least knew you would finally arrive. However, given that you were over an hour late without communication, and given that the pizza is now cold, I expect that you will at least take something off the price.She said, I cant do that.I riposted, Call your manager.The manager gets on the line, says he can give me a credit for a future order, and tells me that its been a very busy night. He of course didnt mention about the girls tire, since the story/excuse was likely fabricated.I responded, A future credit is not good enough. I like to live in the moment. And if youre busy, all you had to do was send a text that the delivery would be delayed. Plus, your company is advertising nationally about indemnifying customers for mistakes. I expect you to live by your companys standards. So, here is your choice. And I will make it simple and binary. Either I get the pizzas free tonight and I continue as a customer or I return the pizza to the driver without payment and you permanently lose a customer. Let me remind you, its not like you dont have competitors.He repeated, I can give you a store credit on a future order.Therefore, I gave the girl the pizzas, didnt pay a dime, politely told her goodbye, closed the door, and Dominos permanently lost a customer.If the driver, store, or website communicated, I would have willingly paid full price and pleasantly tipped the driver. I understand. Maybe a driver called in sick or they got slammed with orders. Things happen.However, after hearing a probable lie, receiving cold pizzas, and not acknowledging error beyond the delivery of an unctuous apology, I expected reasonable compensation. At the least, I expected the professionalism Dominos portrays in its commercials. Next time it will be pickup from Verrazanos, as they always earn 5 stars..
We have ordered from here from years. However, tonight was a terrible experience. This is the most pitiful pizza I have ever seen. We dont order cheese (odd I know!). But the two toppings are almost non-existent. Literally, I was tempted to take a picture of it because it is so sad! I dont know if they have new staff or new management, but if this happens again, we will go back to Papa Johns after 7 years of being with Dominos. I didnt order bread and sauce, but that is basically what they delivered.
We usually get pizza from Marcos and it was our first order with dominos after so many years. I mistakenly ordered Brooklyn style pizza thinking that it was a thin crust pizza. But Chris at this location went beyond his way to make it sure that we get what We really intended to order. I was very impressed with the service here and will be coming back here again. I ordered the pan to be well done and it came soft and doughy. The description said that it would be buttery and crispy. It was far from that!!! The dough didnt have any taste and the pizza with bbq sauce didnt have any flavor. I dont normally order from Dominos now I know why. I should have gone with my first instinct to order my pan pizza from Pizza Hut. I thought I would give them a chance and I just wasted $25.00 for something that wasnt worth $5.00. Dont waste your money
My kids like it, and it is very convenient, but I have to admit Dominos has stepped up its game with the thin crust pizzas. Got the 2 for $5.99 deal and they were delicious! On time, hot and ready when I got there (Monday night).BTW - always pick up, its ready on time and counter help is usually pretty courteous.
Not happy with this place at all. I ordered two pizzas and they took more than an hour to deliver. I told them during my order to make sure they had change for a $100. They still forgot and we didnt get our food. 40 mins later they leave a voicemail saying they STILL dont have change! I called them and they said its company police to not change 100 dollar bills. It would have been nice to know that BEFORE they accepted my order! Very unprofessional. Big thumbs down. I would give 0 stars if I could.
This location is awful. Always late, and not by a few minutes by at least 30 mins to an hour. Same excuse every time, “we’re short on drivers, but your pizza should be there in a few mins”. I placed today’s order at 3:23 pm for a 5:50 delivery. Pizza arrived cold after 6:30 pm. Should’ve ordered from somewhere else, I will from now on.
The worst dominos location that I ever ordered from. Went to pickup my order when the app said ready and only half of the order was ready. The guy said it will be ready in 5 min, but it never came. Looks like the guy just left. Had to wait an another 23 min to get my complete order and the taste was awful. Never again.
My experience was beyond horrible!!!! The manager on duty was taking my order and had me repeating myself five times on the numeric part of my address as she says it each time!!! When I proceeded to give her my credit card number she hangs up and each time I called back she hung up. Id recommend you find another place to order pizza, otherwise prepare yourself for the ultimate frustration dealing with an air head!!!!
I havent ordered dominos since early last year when my pizza arrived cold and under cooked. Thought it may have been an outlier. This time I picked up the pizza and they screwed up myborder so I had to wait for them to redo the pizza. The pizza has no flavor. Never again!
Food is always good if only their drivers would quit cutting through our parking lot hauling ass. Had many close calls where they almost hit me and other coworkers. I even called 2 times about the issue and apparently they dont care.... That is till one of their drivers hit one of us.
This is the Worst Location I have ever went. The boys and the girl working there have no manners to treaat the cutomers fairly, they lack the decency and they are very arrogant with cutomers. They do not take orders property and always they mess up.Today int he evening at 630 pm went and ordered boneless chicken and bread sticks. They asked to wait for 10 minutes. After 15 minutes went back to pick the order and both the girl and boy are busy on phones, and one person is preparing the orders (messing up) in front of me he has torn/changed the order numbers and names several times, have to wait 10 minutes to find out that my order is lying on the floor along with several orders like which are on printer roll lying and waiting to some body to pick up. After ten minutes this person came and searched for the order and found out on the printer paper which is touching floor and mine was the first order in that pile un touched. He wanted to make that then. I asked him how come the order was not done, he simply shrugged and said they are busy. Still the other two are busy on phone!!!!!!! I asked him to cancel the order for which he was very happy and immediately cancelled my order !!!! Oh lord Miracle after 30 minutes of wait.... he simply cancelled the order... no apology... no sorry face...no feelings at all...With a schok asked him how come you have missed (messed up) he never bothered to answer, the person who took the order asked me to wait to talk ... and still on phone....for 15 minutes....This is simply paining...and I will never go to this place... not only this time..several orders i placed ... they messed up... Today my order number was 252850...Server is 5041 the location is 4163... I am surpised how Dominos advertise that they server fast and better..... this location shows the state of so....
It was unbelievably difficult for the person to understand a very basic order when I called it in. Got to the store and they never had placed the order. Had to give them the order again probably five times before they understood it. Worth the drive to go somewhere else.
They messed up my order but even worse was the disgusting attitude when I called to get it fixed - said they’d give me a credit but wouldn’t cover my order and then it was going to take an hour as I sit there and watch my family eat theirs. Have used them for years but never ordering from them again.

2022-05-22Pizza showed up completely incorrect. Had all different types of topping that I didn’t order. Looked like it flipped upside down in the car and it took 2+ hours to get there…. And when I tried to call the store to tell them just to cancel it they wouldn’t pick up…. All around horrible service and horrible experience… I wouldn’t recommend anyone ordering from here ever again….

2022-01-26Im forced to edit the ratings from 5 to 2 (deserves 1 only but giving two for past dealings). We ordered 4 pizzas and first we got only three and when we called them they agree to send one. When we opened the boxes we found pizzas badly damaged, with missing pieces, we called them again, they asked us to send the pics and then didnt respond, we took the boxes to the store and showed them, still instead of replacing them, they insisted to fix the shape. After 15 minutes of dialogue, finally agreed to give us fresh ones. Attaching the pics.

2022-06-02I always loved dominos pizza in NJ and UT. It was good here too just that I hardly found enough topping on the pizza. In half portion of pizza I hardly found half of the mushroom and half strips of bacon crushed in it. It was not disappointing. Waiting time for curb side always been on time everywhere except here. I and everybody else had to wait 30 min extra on the Estimated pick up time. It is probably because there was only one person to prep the pizzas and hardly 1 or 2 oven for the orders flowing in. I am going to skip this center for my future orders. I prefer to drive 5 min extra to other location to get the pizza on time...

2022-09-14When I do carry out, the staff is always nice. When I order delivery, the delivery times can be 45+ minutes, BUT, they usually compensate with a free pizza. On a few occasions, the dough tastes like it hasnt been cooked all the way, so just tell them that you want the dough cooked all the way, but not burnt. Overall, we love ordering from here, and the chocolate lava cakes with icing are sooo delicious!

2022-09-10This was the worst experience!…. I ordered for a birthday party for my kids. The pizza was supposed to be ready by 2 pm….They were so understaffed, and slow, that my pizzas too more than a hour and half to make…. Do not ever order from here again!…. Dominos is doing a very poor job with timeliness!.,, I am start ordering from somewhere else…. I had similar issues with other dominos lately…. This company needs to get its act together or it will loose a lot of customers in the future..

2022-09-10Ive been sitting outside the store waiting and watching the chaos for a gooooood while. I gotta brag on the staff working the dinner service on 9/9. They are SLAMMED and theyre in there working super hard and giving great service. Everyone in there deserves recognition for keeping their cool and working together. ❤️❤️❤️

2022-04-29This location is definitely horrible. Delivery or pickup, they serve cold. Garlic bread not completely cooked, chicken wings not completely sauced and tasted stale (had to trash). Ordered extra ranch and blue cheese; received none. Called multiple times, no one picks up. And this is not the first time but definitely not going to order again! Horrible experience.

2022-05-31ZERO STARS!! I ordered online at 9:48pm, delivery time 53-63 mins. After 2 hours I call and call and call the store. Nobody ever answered. I even called up til 12am when they closed. No answer. The online order stayed on prep. Nonexistent communication, absolutely no customer service. Just didn’t bother to pick up my call or call me and never showed up. It’s now 12:25am, 3 hours later, and I’m eating a TV dinner instead. Absolutely terrible location. All those domino’s commercials saying they pay attention to their customers and do better is a laughable joke. What a joke that location is. Don’t take the orders if you cannot fulfill them. Or ever bother to communicate with the customer. It had been years since I ordered Dominos. I figured I’d give them a chance. I’ll never order from any domino’s pizza location ever again.

2022-05-14The wait was extremely long in spite of ordering food online. They messed up the order for pasta and the pasta was not cooked. Very horrible service and will not recommend to anyone.
