I am a customer for years with no complaints. Today I picked up my usual order and it was clear that the pizzas were old and reheated. The cheese bread was the same. Even the marinara sauce was horrible. When I called in to complain, I was put on hold for a long time while I hear the store employees talking and they kept me at least 5 minutes before I hung up extremely upset, and store was empty! First time I got really upset at pizza hut. I guess we will take a break for some time. Definitely not a behavior or customer service I have expected from pizza hut
I placed an order for curbside pickup and arrived after the app said the order was ready. I arrived and followed the instructions on the big sign in the window for pickup and waited a half hour in the car, I couldn’t leave my car or I would have gone in long before. I called, it went to an ordering line and they tried calling and sending a message to the store which were ignored. Was finally able to run inside and was ignored by the delivery driver. Asher another ten minutes someone came to the front to say they couldn’t do curbside pickup due to being short handed. The least they could do is take down the sign in the window.
Wouldn’t work online so i place Order for delivery cash called store to tell them my debit card number over phone and said “do not honor” ok…so i drive up there at 1015pm to just pay with that card maybe if i awipe It it will be fine. I get to store and try to swipe same issue. At this point i said forget it then decide to just go get cash back from Kroger next door. Keep in mind it’s 36 out which is a main reason i wanted delivery so i go Get cash and return to store to pay for food when i tried To pay the first time i was Told 12.37 when I went back with cash i was Told 14.00 i dont Know what the difference came from but I was to tired to argue over a 1.00 and sun change…i asked The girl for Mariana sauce thinking for all my trouble they would just give it to me for free no she charged me full price! Next time I’ll jus let the pizza go to waste or order from papa John’s like I normally do!
This was my 1st delivery from pizza hut for the pizza delivery from 12/12/21 to dan quinter 10680 branham fields rd. johns creek, ga. 30097 took 50 minutes to get the pizza and it was cold and the cheese was stiff like carboard. Keeping it warmer on longer deliveries would help to make it more edible. thank you
We love buying the pizzas at Pizza Hut no matter the location where we are while ordering. The pizza we get will be delicious made perfect as ordered. They are good people serving the community by making yummy pizzas. We will buy again and again the pizzas from Pizza Hut.
I am most likely not going to be ordering from this pizza hut ever again. This is the third or fourth time where our pizza took roughly 2 hours to show up. By the time it got to our house I had already given up and made something else to feed my kids. I called the pizza hut and they said that the driver that had my pizza is a very slow driver. I will be ordering pizza from somewhere else for the foreseeable future.
The pizza was over cooked and the extra toppings I paid for were one Little piece per piece of pizza, I did not see any extra cheese that was paid for and when I went to pick it up the chicken flavor I ordered was not available but was not told until I got to the store - very disappointing
The worse place ever!!! I will never order from this unprofessional place again. The manager was laughing because I said my kids have been sitting at home hungry after I never got my delivery and we were waiting over a hour and half. I actually had to call multiple times to check my delivery and they claim they ran out of the order but didnt ask did I want anything else other than that. Very unprofessional, rude, and he was nonchalant and hung up the phone on me. Never will pizza hut rude selves have me as a customer again......
Placed my delivery order. When it arrived, it was missing the Pzone. I called the store and they said that the item was discontinued and was supposed to be removed from the website. She is not able to credit my money back for the missing item. I will not be ordering from this franchise again. MultiBillion dollar company cannot take items off of menu and keeps the profits?!?!?
Poor customer service. I ordered a pizza and got the updates that Kate was preparing and it is now ready for pick up. I was waiting in the car outside when I got the notification that the pizza is ready. I walked in the store and no one can find the pizza. Pizza Hut confirmed the order was already paid for but no one can find the pizza. Where is the pizza that you gave me step by step update on less than 1 minute ago? This is unusual, I place order at this location for years and now this experience. Horrible experience.
Very difficult to find in google maps.. not so easy to find.. taste wise it is good .. chicken and veg pizzas are delicious .. don’t use google maps while driving to this location!! No disappointments with given order.. fast and location address needs to be updated properly!!
Terrible attendance. Totally unprepared to cater to people who have allergies to certain types of food, even if you ask them to withdraw the product and say they will pay the regular price of the product they refuse to do. Im an anks customer and usually order online, but this time I went personally so my son could have a moment with us. They are totally discriminating against immigrants, even though they are documented in that country. I have my business here, I pay my fees and I try to serve each client in the best possible way, because I know that the best advertisement is the personal indication. I dont even indicate this place to my enemy. Bad, bad and bad
Seems like all Pizza Huts in Alpharetta are way below what I hope the standards Pizza Hut strive for in their franchises. Whether it be at the service or quality level they miss the mark and this location is no different. Ordered cheese sticks which upon my disappointment was just a sprinkle of cheese masked by what seemed to be a container of Parmesan cheese in the middle of the order. Might as well have been an order of 4 breadsticks and one poor attempt at a cheese stick. Won’t think twice about passing over Pizza Hut in the future.
Horrible service! ordered a pizza to the pool, said it would be delivered in 20-30 minutes. After 45 minuted and no update on delivery status, we called to change the delivery address as we were tired of the pool and wanted to go home (which is not even .1 mile away from pool). Worker at the store seemed like this was completely fine. Not even 5 minutes after calling to change the address, the store called me back frantically to confirm the address as he needed to call his driver who had left a long time ago and was trying to find us. Driver arrived, i walked up and started to apologized profusely, he just gave me a sarcastic eye roll and didn’t say anything. I feel this could have been avoided if they just update their darn app to avoid confusion. Pizza was cold too! Don’t order from this store unless you want a bad experience - save yourself the trouble.
Worst customer service experience of my life. I had picked up some pizza that we ordered on the phone but after getting home and actually tasting it we realized it was really dry and seemed doughy...almost like it was undercooked? We called in and asked to talk to the manager, Stefan. I explained to him that the pizza seemed dry and maybe undercooked and he answered by saying So...?. From there in the conversation continued in a downward spiral with him telling me that theres no way the pizza was dry because he takes every pizza out himself. He told me he was not 5 years old and knows how pizza works. After talking for a while, he rudely asked me what do you want me to do and I asked for a refund and an apology. He refused to apologize until i did first. Literally the worst customer service ive ever had. We were astonished that pizza hut would have this kind of service. When we went to return the pizza, Stefan didnt come out to complete the refund but instead remained in the back and told one of his employees to do it instead. We returned the pizza and went to dominoes across the street - a much better choice anyways - atleast i didnt get yelled at there.
This location is very poorly managed. Im a pretty understanding guy and often give the benefit of the doubt where I can. Ive ordered from this location 5 times and have had problems each time. Tonight was the last straw. The app estimated 1 hr 50 min, but it took 3 hours to get my cold pizza. The delivery guy apologized and told me that hes the only delivery person scheduled today. This has been a consistent issue for this location. Believe me, youre better off ordering from Papa Johns or Dominos.
Horrible horrible horrible. I called to order a pizza and they would answer and put the phone down. You could hear them in the background, I called over and over and each time they wouldn’t take my order. I finally went to the store and told the manager, he just looked at me with a crazy stare. He offered no apology just a crazy look. I realized he was the one answering the phone.
Weve had many problems with this location. The only reason why we order is because we like Pizza Hut, if you can choose another location please do. Weve had wait times as long as 2 hours several times, they bring the wrong sodas, always forget the dipping sauces, and they never answer the phone. We dont have issues with the Dominos or Papa Johns in the area and if there is ever a problem they fix it instead of ignoring you. Something needs to be done at this location.
Ordered pizza for the job, it’s a business that’s opened 24/7, and pizza NEVER arrived. While delivery person claims correct address wasn’t given. Overall poorly managed because the door was opened to the facility. They didn’t even attempt to deliver us our pizza . Just terrible. And we’re only ONE mile away.
3 times we have ordered in the last month and a half . I live less then 5 min away and it is always something . The last 2 times items where missing and this time its been over a hr and 20 min . Let your customers know if you will be late not just not show up. Ive called 3 times and all they can say is hes on the way . I could have run there and back. I will no longer use this place and do not recommend anyone else to. I get no apology or nothing! I know no one is perfect but 3 times back to back is just sad. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!
Horrible customer service. Placed an order at 4:20pm and still didnt receive pizzas until 5:40pm, even though site stated I would receive in 25-35 minutes. Made a call and spoke with manager who didnt apologize. Simply made excuse that he just has 1 driver for the afternoon.
Ordered online. They still got the order wrong and pizza arrived cold. We do not live far. Driver also forgot Pepsi and marinara for breadsticks. He went back for Pepsi and we tried to call to tell them about the marinara, but I was on hold for 10 minutes and he got back to the house before I could even get through on the phone. Will be ordering elsewhere from now on.
Its been over an hour and a half since my order, called the store and asked for an update I was told it will be delivered shortly. When I inquired about the reason for the delay - I was told when you have only one driver the wait can take as long as it can. I was very rudely told by the store person its ok for pizzahut to not have me as a customer anymore. Pizza hut just lost a customer.
Horrible exp with the online order for carry out. The online order confirmation shows wrong time for pick up, when I called to the store they changed to right time. But, when I am there to pick up, the store team says they dont find my order on the screen....Pizza is not ready!!!! very unhappy and disappointed.
When it takes over 3 hours and 5 phone calls and you still dont bring the food, there is seriously something wrong. The woman (girl) working the phone on the night of 5/2/2013 should be fired. She was rude, lied repeatedly, was unprofessional, and the reason we will never order from Pizza Hut again. It took 3 trips over 4 hours to get our order (of which, we had 1 pizza, 1 order of crazy bread, and 1 order of wings). Save your time and money, go to another pizza place, as this place is poorly managed and the staff are rude and lie.
Absolutely pathetic. I order pizza literally 7 days a week & tip $10 on a $15 order. Yet these morons (delivery drivers) have admittedly hid in the bathroom to avoid my gate code. Apparently its too hard to find my last name yet Ive caught a few of them at the apt next door. They also refuse to deliver past 10 when open till 11. Rude staff, who said they can do nothing when my order was canceled because the delivery guy couldnt find my complex yet my 80 year old grandmother could... & work the gate might I add. This isnt a normal hateful review, this is fact that this is the worse run establishment Ive ever had to deal with & I feel sorry if you choose to continue ordering from them.

2022-01-24We ordered 1 pan and 1 hand tossed large pizza. What we got was a flat pan almost like a hand tossed but hard crust and a thin floppy New York style crust. Called and was told all we can do is give you a $15 credit. Never got the credit. I would like to have what was ordered and the a restaurant to better own up to the terrible mistake they have made. There are 100s of other pizza places around.

2021-12-07The place is small, but the staff is nice and kind. The guy who attended us was very friendly and patient with us while we were discussing about what to order. He also explained us every doubt we had. Our meal was hot, fresh and delicious. A very good customer experience! Thanks everyone for your service.

2022-05-02Normally, food is prepared fast and you get what you ordered. This last visit, when I returned home after pickup, it was not the pizza I ordered so we ended up throwing it away. Dissapointing

2022-01-12I have used this location three times ( order for pickup) and all three times the pizza was excellent and service was good. The only thing I dont like is ordering online process. Even the advertised specials doesnt list the cost untill you add it to your cart which wastes the customers time. If the pizza wasnt so good the online ordering process would be a deal breaker.
