Employees here are awful, they stop taking calls usually an hour or more before listed close times and are always rude. Any time I’ve actually been into the store I see things I wish I hadn’t and they do everything they can to make you order online for some reason they literally don’t know any of the listed website deals and will say they can’t apply the promos..
I called 3 times no answer. Finally on 4th try a customer service rep from a call center took my order. I had a very difficult time understanding due to very thick accent. Needless to say after placing order and arriving at Pizza Hut there was no order in their system. Cashier did not greet me upon entrance and pretty much refused to take my order in store telling me I needed to place a phone order. When I asked her to clarify that I had to order on phone as only option she said its more expensive to order in store! I left with no pizza and a very bad taste for Pizza Hut!
10/09 Pizza was ordered a 5:55 pm confirmation email stated it would be 42-52 minutes for delivery. Did not have a problem with that. What I do have an issue with was I called at 6:59 pm an hours in and was advised that the delivery had been out for 20 minutes and there was 6 deliveries. I than called at 7:09 spoke with the manager asking for a refund on my delivery and he stated that delivery was at lest 30 minutes. I advised him that it had been 2 hours and would like a refund. He stated I would have to tell the delivery driver we do not want the order and would get the refund. At the time of this response the delivery driver has not arrived.
Wait time once I arrived at restaurant (which was 30 minutes after expected ready time) was a little long and there seemed to be some confusion about it. Red pepper flakes was left off, but that was not a huge deal. A strongly agree rating would need to be on a perfect order for me.
This pizza hut service is down right disrespectful. I knew my order was gonna be missed up ,for simple fact the cashier and another employee were playing around too much. She was not focus on her job at all. So unprofessional. I called to let them know my order was wrong and waited 30 minutes just to speak to someone. Wasted dinner. Mad as hell.
Absolute worst!! Ordered at 5:30.. said it would be delivered at 6:19. I called at 6:35 and stayed on hold for 20 minutes with no answer before hanging up listening to pizza hut gift cards for stocking stuffers are the best way to bring in the holidays...Its May! Its after 7 and theres no pizza..no phone call... and no way to call in to get things fixed. This isnt the first time weve had delivery/phone call issues with this location but it takes a lot for me to wrote a negative review.
I wanted to do no stars or maybe even a negative star...I ordered food over an hour and a half ago. Received messages of it being prepared and cooked. After awhile ( an hour), I saw that my food was not out for delivery yet., so I called to see what was taking so long because the timer showed 25-30 minutes for delivery. The guy that answered the phone told me to hold on and then came back and said Oh yes mam I had to cancel your order. Totally confused now I asked him what did he mean. He said he didnt have a driver to bring my food so he canceled my order. Im like what the heck?? You wasnt going to tell me??? We are waiting on our food. He said yea I havent got a chance to call you. Never want to see people without a job but this place shouldnt be allowed to operate at all. This is ridiculous.
A beautiful thing!!An elderly customer was trying to pay for her order and her card was declined.Thanks to the the Pizza Hut staff, we all made things work!Her total was $27. I gave $17, an associate gave $10 out of their own pocket and another associate gave me a voucher for my next visit.We all made the situation work out the way that it should!Pizza Hut, please thank these staff members and reward them for their kindness as well!I came in at 5:15 pm on 12/10/20.Small moments like this is what it’s all about!
Absolutely horrible customer service. Starts with the owner on down to the driver. You call most of the time they dont answer. I drove there while still being on the phone with the automated system. Walk in and the phone lines are just ringing off the hook. No one will answer them. I asked to speak with the manger and questioned why my calls along with others are not being answered. The manager responded that they do not have any drivers available. I told him had someone answered I could have just picked up my order.Another incident, I ordered online paid with my debit card. No pizza in over an hour. No one would answer the phone so once again I drive there and speak with the manger who stated that they dont have a driver again. I call corporate made a complaint asked if the owner would call me about my complaint. Never happened. Never received the phone call. Let another business be there who wanna serve the community!
The pizza hut visited to pickup a carry out was chaotic. None of the employees were friendly. They were very rude to the customers. They all acted like they hated being there. The kitchen workers had the orders confused. There were 6 people waiting for carry out and they couldn’t figure out the orders.
This place is a dumpster fire. We ordered at 535pm online paying with a card. At 8pm the person answering the phone said it was on the way. The online app said your order is on the way. At 915pm I was standing in the store to get a refund hearing every lie possible. These people running this store are completely incompetent.
Always on time and polite, the colorful haired male manager is always a pleasure no matter when I come in! He even knows me by name now! Will keep coming for this excellent customer service. I even heard a couple customers give the same compliment before I left! Give him a raise! (:
Cannot get anyone on the phone to complain about my pizza that I hate, ordered a large with 3 toppings, instead of calling me to ask what other topping I wanted when they were out of one I picked, they just made without, bacon topping was minimal to. Fine but they put marinara sauce on it and I ordered it with creamy garlic sauce cause I cant stand marinara sauce on pizza, cant stand it to even eat the pizza so the pizza I got was inedible to me and cant even get anybody on the phone to let them know. Employees need to pay more attention to orders and do better, out of something call... we give phone numbers for a reason.. but getting the sauce wrong? Thats the simplest thing
Shut this franchise down or at least clean house. The management seems to be clueless on how to run a restaurant. It is impossible to ever get an answer on the phone, their menu is usually out of stock of several items like cheesy breadsticks or pzones all the time, delivery often takes a significantly longer time than advertised on the tracker (yesterday I had an order that said expected total time 25-30 minutes, but the pizza was out for delivery for over an hour before it finally arrived)), and the overall taste and quality in the food has gone downhill every time Ive ordered from them since about the time the pandemic started.I get that they probably have a shortage of employees, but again that falls on management & ownership of this franchise location that they need to fix. And ordering items so your menu isnt out of stock squarely falls on management.Sadly this is the only Pizza Hut that delivers to our house, but I think now Im just going to have to boycott this location and order other chains for delivery until this Pizza Hut gets it together. And judging by reviews from most other people here theyve seem to be a problem for a long time now.
If I could give -10 stars I would. I have NEVER had such a bad experience with any food establishment. On Halloween night around 5pm I placed an order online for 3 large pizzas, and 40 boneless wings. When placing, I let the website assign me a time to pick up my order. We were given a wait time of around 25 mins. So, after about 30-35 minutes had passed I went to pick up my order with my grandmother. When arriving and giving my name for my pickup order, the guy working was IMMEDIATELY rude and snapped and said “next time you place an order this large we need an hour notice minimum”, sets down our food and walks off. I reply “oh your website gave us a time” and received no response. He disappeared. I then looked down and noticed we were only given 2 out of our 3 pizzas. I tried to call after him and say we were missing a pizza and got no response. One of the guys clearly walking out to deliver a pizza tells us there was an extra pizza laying around and he didn’t know who’s it was, maybe it was ours. The guy initially helping us walked around the corner and I again tell him we are missing a pizza. He then takes the “random pizza” checks it and realizes it isn’t ours and goes on to tell us he can refund us or we can wait a minimum of 30 minutes. Obviously this is frustrating. So I ask how that could happen that a pizza is missing. He snaps “well on a busy night with all the orders flooding in we managed to only miss one pizza, it happens”. I then am frustrated and tell him this and also tell him I I don’t appreciate his customer service. During this period another family walks in and he was extremely rude to them as well. They of course expressed their frustration and look at as and tell us they are “always rude at this location”. Well when that family leaves, I ask Im if I can have the missing pizza delivered if I am willing to pay for the delivery fee. He tells me “no”. I said ok but why not?? He tells me it’s a safety hazard. When I questioned this and reminded him you guys deliver in general, and reminded him this is y’all a mistake, I am only asking to receive what I already paid for and I will even pay extra for delivery, he looks at me and tells me I may rob his delivery driver and “chase after his car”. Keep in mind I am a biracial woman who he is telling it won’t be safe to have food delivered to because I may “rob them.” I have NEVER dealt with such TERRIBLE customer service and I have never been so insulted. In short I left with a refund. (During this process he was extremely rude) and I will NEVER return to that location. Which is pretty sad when one terrible employee ruins it for all. I also asked for his name during this period and he said no. Which is ok because I called corporate to report my experience and they said they didn’t need his name due to being able to see when I placed my order.I am not one to do google reviews. However, the experience I had with this Pizza Hut location was unlike any other. I’m telling you, unless you want to experience terrible customer service, mediocre food (the food was cold and tasted old), and to be racially profiled.... DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
Ordered two pizzas and cookie about 7:30 pm, said it would be about an hour and a half. Using delivery, our food got here at 11:07. The driver offered another pizza for it being late, nice; but the pizzas were so cold it was like they had been made hours ago and just left laying around at room temperature. I was trying to be nice about it, tipped him anyway. So I decided to call to see what happened.. a guy answered.. then said pizza hut, were closed right now and hung up in my face... 😑. Ive ordered there several times, but this right here.. completely the worst service and coldest dish, besides ice cream, ever gotten. Very unsatisfied with this crew tonight and the way they handled themselves and the food.
Wow ok just ordered my pizza an hour ago and said after confirmation it would be almost 3 to 4 hours for delivery. So called them and waited 3 minutes to talk to someone and then got hung up on... So... Lol we just moved to the area a week ago so will be contacting corporate in the morning. Never again dont make an order from here. Ridiculous
It is almost and sometimes Impossible to get someone to answer the phone. I dont see how they have ANY Business!!! I have been on hold listening to how great they are for a LONNNNG TIME!!! I was hung up on after more than 5 minutes. I called right back about 15 minutes ago and now I am going to hang up. Plenty of other Pizza places that actually Want your business!!!!
They forgot my drink, brought me cold pizza and undercooked bread sticks. When I called to get a refund they offered me a 3 dollar credit. I told them I didnt want that and that I wanted my money back. The male manager hung up on me twice and had the female manager deal with it for him. She offered a full refund and sent a driver to come get the pizza. Needless to say I will never order here agan. Hire a new staff quick. Tell your male manager to get it together.
Horrible. I waited 3 hrs for the pizza I ordered online. Then when I called I was put on hold for 30 more mins. Well until I hung up 30 mins later. I had to go up to the store to finally talk to someone. And when I did the man working the register said Oh, your order is right here. But since it had nearly 4 hrs since Id placed my order, my family and I had already gotten something else to eat. So I just asked a refund.
This is a TERRIBLY unorganized edtablishment! The minute I complete an online order they call to tell me THEY CANT DO A DELIVERY and it will take 3-5 days for a refund! Not the first time that has happened... When they do have a delivery driver it takes 3 HOURS to get 10 minutes down the road!! Ugh! The only reason I gave one star is because the food is good... They just dont have their $#!+ TOGETHER!!!! I will never order here again 🤬
Horrible service and theft!! Hwy 29 in Athens Ga.We received coupons for 50% off menu priced priced pizzas as long as the order was placed online. We called up to the location on 3/26 to verify the coupon. they verified and said it would be honored in store since all orders were carry out only right now.We got there and they refused acknowledgement of the coupon, made us pay full price, and refused to give us their names.We followed up 3/27 and THREE different managers on staff refused to identify themselves and said that if we had a problem with our order to call corporate.David from cooperate said he would contact district manager about a refund, but no contact has been made yet.If we’re getting petty, we both also payed for extra cheese and didn’t get it. And our wings were also bone dry with barely any sauce.Regardless, horrible service at the Hwy 29 location in Athens. We’ve never dealt with this from any location near where we used to live in Gwinnett county.Hopefully we get a refund or I’ll be getting creative as to where this review ends up.
Ordered food online just to get a call saying that they would not be delivering to my home and I had to come pick it up if I wanted it. Then when I asked why I was informed that I could just wait 3 to 4 days and get a refund. When I asked why I would have to wait the manager (who she called herself, never gave a name) got even more rude and started yelling, then proceeded to hang up on me. I called customer service only to be told it would be next week before I could get any response to find out about a refund or even talk to anyone about a complaint. So now here I am with three kids who were promised pizzahut and money is spent and no food coming. Worst experience I have ever had and still have no clue what or if anything will be done. Its like theft by they were paid and then didnt deliver on their end so Im just supposed to wait and see if they will make it right. Pitiful excuse of a restaurant and even worse management.
Incredibly disappointing experience Pizza Hut corporate needs to help this store out majorly. Ordered a pizza, asked for light cheese online, I tried calling just to make sure it was going to happen... couldn’t get anyone on the phone for 27 minutes... show up to the store, and I comment on the way to much cheese on the pizza, and couldn’t get them on the phone manager says “we are to busy to answer the phones” I state maybe you should hire more people, he then walks away..Whoever owns this place needs to step in majorly.
In short, the pizza was good. Not great, not bad. There was virtually no cheese on it. I asked why, and and employee explained that the distribution of ingredients by Pizza Hut Inc.is all messed up and they didnt get any cheese delivered so the poor manager was having to buy it at a local grocery store. I tipped him well and wrote this review. Corporate dropping the ball once again at the expense of employees and customers...
I ordered an on-the-edge pizza. It had 1/2 to 2 crust that was as hard as a rock. Even the middle had very little filling. It was the worst pizza I have ever gotten and Pizza Hut had always been my favorite, this was the worst I have ever gotten any pizza place. So, so disappointed.
They hang up on potential customers. I placed and paid for my order via the app and then got an email stating there was a problem with my order. When I called I waited on hold for 10 minutes, someone picked up, then hung up the phone. I kept calling and after about 6 tries someone picked up and said they were not taking phone orders and hung up again. Since my card had been charged and my husband was on the way to pick up the pizza, I called again and yelled “don’t hang up I’ve placed an order already online” so he would actually speak to me. My order was fine so I’m not sure why I got an email. This place has zero customer service or perhaps needs more staff to actually answer the phone.
My second time getting a delivery order WRONG! First time they gave me $15 off because they got my order wrong and the lady who gave me the $15 off had an attitude. Today I used the $15 off and they still gave me the WRONG ORDER! The hiring manager needs to re evaluate his team and be sure the people who are making the pizzas are actually TRYING to prepare the orders correct.
This place should be shut down! No customer service and never have stuffed crusts. (Which is what my husband likes)Our order is never accurate and there is always an excuse as to why the order is wrong.We will drive to Barnett Shoals Rd. from now on. They did an awesome job on our order and customer satisfaction last night !
I personally love the pizza from Pizza hut, and I like to pick it up as fresh as it can be. I sat waiting and extra 25 minutes past there expected time. Had to ask a few times on the status, and there wasnt any sense of urgency from the staff. My order also ended up being just a bit burnt as well. Im not angry, Im just disappointed.
Every time I try to order from this location every thing is out. No matter the day or time. I have never seen a pizzahut or any food place be out this many times. Why not order and or make more of the items that are always out?The item I have seen out the most is crust. Why stay open when out pizza?
This is the worse customer service ever! I called in my order (1 large pepperoni and 1 large supreme pizza) tonight at 5:09pm. They said it should be ready in 20-25 minutes which I believe is very reasonable. I got there a little after 5:30. I paid when I got there 30.00+ dollars. I waited and waited and saw people come and go. I had to go up there and tell them that I am still waiting, but no one seemed to check to see if my order was finished. I was totally ignored by everyone. Then when I looked down at my phone and saw it was 6:10 pm, I then up and told them that I thought they had forgotten my order, since that it had been 1 hour since I called. I then gave them my receipt which shows the call in time, he grabbed it and looked in a heated compartment and pulled out my two pizzas that had been sitting there all along. When I left and got in the car, I felt them and they were stone cold! I will never order from there again, and I plan to tell everyone I know. If they were busy and acknowledge me from time to time, I would have understood,, however no one acknowledged that I had been in there waiting for a long time or even cared to find out why I was waiting so long.
This is the biggest joke of a food establishment ever. Ordered food at 8:30 and by 10:30 after calling ove 20x with no one answering the phone the manager answers and tells me with an attitude that , We have one driver... You will get your food when it comes my food arrives at 10:45 cold and uneatable.... This is whats wrong with America.. Ppl spend their hard earned money to corporations that dont care about their customers or the service they provide as long as the money is in their bank. I used to love this Pizza Hut for my family time and football Saturdays until today. In the past two days I spent $100. I placed an order online, a Meat Lovers, Super Supreme, 14pc Boneless wings and a 18pc Traditional Wings. When I picked up my order the young man at the register didnt open the pizza boxes or wing containers like they usually do.. I didnt think anything of it because they would always get my order right... When I got home I noticed that instead of a Meat Lovers they gave me a Supreme Pizza. I called and asked to speak with the Manager and I told the young lady my problem. She put me on hold for at least 5mins and told me the only thing she could do was credit $5 towards my next purchase and would not give me her name. I told her that it may not be a next purchase and she hung up on me!! Well I called back and asked for a manager and the number to corporate. Speaking with the same manager that wouldnt give me her name she told me that she didnt have to give me her name and if I wanted the number to corporate I could find it online. She then offer to credit $7 towards my next purchase and I told her that earlier it $5 and now youre offering $7 and I laughed it off.. She got upset and hung up on me once again! That was not professional and you never treat your customers like this if they are spending $5 or $100
Great Pizza Hut pizza and relatively quick. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because on a busy Friday or Saturday evening with planned sports events such as a UGA football game or the Super Bowl, they never have enough people working to handle the demand. The pizza has always been made exactly how it is ordered, but I have waited 30 minutes past the expected completion time for a pizza to be ready.
Ordered a pizza to be delivered this morning after the store opened. 30 mins after it was supposed to be delivered I finally got in touch with someone at the store who told me that my order had been cancelled because a STORE MANAGER no call no showed. Then when I began to ask a question, they hang up on me. Absolute BS. Will never get anything from here again.
Ordered 2 cheezit pizzas. Did NOT include the marinara sauce, not to mention the size of the pizza. Which wasnt a pizza at all.Customer service was a joke- upon entering the store to pick up my order, I wasnt greeted. Instead, one of the workers finishing their shift as I approached the register looked at another co worker and said I dont know what that is, looking at me. I stood there waiting to give my name. Im a 45 year old female who isnt normally taken back but this is not acceptable service!
Walked in, they were not busy. One of the employees just looked at me and walked back to wherever he was. The cook acknowledged me and asked if I had been helped and I said no, he tried to help but couldnt access the drawer. The cashier looked like he had no idea what was going on. You can tell this isnt a busy location.. I was craving PH, and the pizza I got was good but it doesnt mean anything when the customer service isnt good.
I notice that all the 4-5 star reviews are generic, from “local guides” with no comments. This location is disorganized, sometimes rude, always slow, almost always incorrect with the order, and very stingy with the amount of ingredients. I once even had two pizzas delivered with all the ingredients having slid off into the side of the box. We give up on this Pizza Hut. It’s actually worth buying pizza from a real pizza joint in Athens and having it delivered in by a 3rd party.
Was told my order would be done in 15 - 20 mins. Showed up 30 mins later and was still not done for another 15 mins. When it was finally ready they called my name but as I made my way to the counter, they completely ignored me and put my pizza up, then proceeded to serve other customers who had not even paid yet and whos pizzas werent ready until after mine. Finally when I got my order, there was no marinara sauce when I asked if it came with marinara sauce and was told yes.
Dont go to this location if you want any help from the staff. I tried to call ahead while driving to order pizza and asked if there were any deals for 2 pizzas. I was told only special was for large pizzas and so i waited until i could look on the website. Clearly a special for 2-2topping pizzas online which was less than 1 large with special. Even if it was an online special only thats all the guy had to tell me. I talked to the same guy when picking up my order and tried to make the suggestion but it was not well received. Pizza is not hard but it seems like customer service is! Only order online at this location!!!!!
My husband and I have ordered from this location several times. Weve had mixed experiences. Sometimes, our food arrives quickly and is hot and delicious. Other times, it has taken over an hour to receive a single pizza. Today, our pizza arrived on time, but we did not receive the drinks we ordered. The delivery driver was apologetic and stated she would return with our drink momentarily. As she was leaving, we opened our pizza to find it was literally a pile of mush. The crust was completely disconnected from the pizza and it was folded over on top of itself (this is a problem because my husband is a vegetarian and his side of the pizza was now covered in pepperoni). She did return quickly with the drinks, but because of the mixed experiences weve had with this location, I will not be ordering from this establishment any longer.
Spent about $50 there tip and all. Ordered at 4:55 PM didnt get here till 7:45pm was marked for delivery at 6:47pm not only that I was missing an order of bread sticks when I called to ask about it they said for future reference we arent allowed to answer blocked numbers and my number wasnt blocked. Never eating here again. Ill give dominos my business now. I never post reviews. But the service was that bad I had to let everyone know.
Whatever happened to good customer service? I ordered from this location and gave the street address including zip code as requested. They asked if it was Athens or another location close by (don’t remember what city because I’m not from this area). I told her that it was Athens. I placed my order. I told her that we were at at large even venue and to have the driver call so that he was able to find me. The driver called and I told him the name of the location and he said that they gave him the wrong address in another city. He said that he had another delivery in that area and that he had to complete that delivery then he would contact the store. He said that when he contacts the store that they would tell him one of two things. To either continue with the delivery (which would mean our food would be cold) or if they were busy they would tell him to cance the order!!! He told me that if I called the store that they would automatically cancel the order!!! So basically they screwed up and according to him they may not deliver my food at all!!! Being on a tight schedule and very aggravated I told the driver to cancel. I then called the store to talk to the manager who said the driver did not know what he was talking about. I told him that he needs to address that driver because he costed them a customer. I got no apology. I have never been told that I might not get my order at all. There was no option given to wait longer and they will be sure that we get our order. Very unprofessional!!!
I called in a pick up order, I was told it would be 45min....when I picked it up it was cold, in the warmer! Cheese was dried up. The place was filthy. This was my first time ordering there, I will never go back. The employees were rude and inappropriately dressed to be working a business.cents owed to me in change.
If there was a way that I could leave an zero star review I would. Our office spent almost $80 on pizzas that where almost uneatable. Once a call was placed to this location, the manager was very rude and a complaint did not seam to bother him. He has the money and did not care. We will not be ordering from this location again.
Very poor service Im a military niece and my aunt was not allowed to use her military Id for a discount. The lady on the phone said she could not take my card number bc she was Dyslexic. On top of that we have been waiting a whole hour for our food when we alwere told a half an hour. This is very poor customer service as I actually work for a food company and make sure to show great customer service and fast service with a smile on my face. I even had the privilege to speak to the manager and was disappointed at her attitude. Idk I think its a bad idea to order from here. Also Ive walked in there store and watched the cook touch money than touched food before he washed his hands. Idk its up to u if u wanna order at this horrific place. But me no thanks. Pappa Johns will get my service from now on.
I have ordered from them several times hope it will be better than the last.....WRONG. just order 2 pizzas and double order of bread sticks... large pizza all toppings on one half and nothing but cheese on the other. No sauce for the bread sticks. Called and was told I have a 20.00 credit on my next order. When I asked for a name all I got was a huhhhhh. And then finally a name. Guess I done with this location.
Called in an order at 7:00 PM, pizza didnt get here til 10:00 PM. Called twice, got two different awnsers from two different folks. Customer service is by far the worst I have ever seen out of a business. I wouldnt reccomend this to a zombie and they have absolutely nothing to do!! Please leave the business in the capable hands of an infant, as they would run the business much better.
I give it actually 0 stars I was on hold for 20 minutes to place a order the they hung up on me. Then I got to store to place an order, Lobby had 4 people waiting and employee said he was not taking any new orders they are 2 hours behind!! Usually I order from Dominos I was going to try something different. Not today Pizza Hut! Very understaffed 👎🏼
They usually have really good pizza however they should have informed me they were experiencing a sauce shortage before allowing me to order and getting a disappointed dinner experience. The pizzas had sauce in some places and none in others. It was just cheesy bread with some meat on it.
Thank you for not taking my phone order with the special.i explained I couldnt do online in car, but you were very rude and laughed about it tried to charge me almost double. I called PAPA JOHNS AND GOT.TWICE FOR WHAT YOU WERE TRYING TO CHARGE. Got much better FOOD anyway. THANKS FOR YOUR SERVICE. Wont make that mistake again.
I have ordered from this location several times because it is convenient. We have experienced everything from the order being wrong to delivery time was quoted as 30-40 minutes and we didnt receive the order until 2.5 hours later, to the employees and management being extremely rude and unprofessional, to the phone not being answered or answered and immediately hung up. I have tried to give this location a fair shot and multiple chances to improve, however each time it just seems to get worse. Please save your time and sanity and order from anywhere but here.
How is PIZZA HUT gonna run out of PIZZA DOUGH!!!!! And after waiting an hour and a half and no phone call from them and no pizza I had to call and cancel my order and the reason I was told as to why I hadn’t gotten my pizza was because the staff wouldn’t do what they were told to do! Poor poor management! Would rather pay the extra money and order from Dominos from now on!
Ordered online and am here now for a 6:45pm pick up. It has been 20 minutes and I cant get thru on the phone line to tell them I am here for curbside pickup. Every time I call, I am on hold for several minutes and then they hang up on me. The store is packed, customers not wearing masks, and not socially distanced.
Allen the Manger on hwy 29 in athens ga is so rude and disrespectful.We placed an order because we were not happy about the wings. We explained to him the reason why we didnt like them. Allen yelled through the phone telling us to never order there wings again. His customer service skills are awful. We will not be ordering there again. Its always a way to handle things in the proper order,,,,,,which is why I cant understand how is a manger........Manging skills awful!This is the type of manger that represents Pizza Hut! So sad!
Poor customer service and a spotty delivery radius. For some unknown reason they will deliver to Colbert, but Hull is out of their range..I literally live 4 minutes from this location and yet they refuse to deliver a pizza to me. Guess Ill be calling the Dominos next door! They always deliver.
Very rude workers!! Tried to complain about worker on phone who cancelled my order because i couldn’t answer my phone while they called back because i was trying to find my card to pay, but the manager was just as rude and said he could nothing about it. Do not come this store. If i could rate 0 i would.
I am so sick of this place I tried to place an order and was kept on hold for over 10 mins 3 times and then was hung up on. I will not and I repeat will not order anything from them again. I wish you could give less than 1 star. Toddlers could run a restuarant better than they can.
Ridiculous establishment... delivery guy didnt have a phone to call and tell us he was here (from out of town on work) but the time we got the pizza 1 and half hours after we ordered it was cold and grease filled to the point it was a waste of money strongly recommending everyone to stay away
As I walked in the door so did an driver he walked to the and just started handling food I was unsure if he washed his hands as was the manager on duty when I asked her so then I asked him and he nonchalantly answers no while slicing an pizza that was mine then the manger asks me if I won’t her to remake it uh yeah all while he’s still handling food without washing his hands his name is William by the way I urge to come in and order your food or pick it after this visit I will no longer visit this store because the negligence and poor customer service this location should be wiped of all current employees or shut down it’s not my first issue just my first time speaking on it because I’m very disgusted
Extremely upset I ordered tonight for delivery and after 2 hours I called to see how much longer and was told oh sorry we can’t deliver our driver is about to get off they didn’t try to contact me and even let me know so after ordering at 730 I find out at 930 we are getting our food delivered I am very upset and the guy on the phone tried to make it seem like it was a miscommunication umm no u heard me say delivery bc you told me it was about an hour on delivery orders I would have really been ok with driving had I not found our 2 hours later by having to call myself after trying to be patient
If I could leave 0 stars I would it took 3 hours to get my pizza and stay 2mins away on top of that they brought me the pizza cooked 3 hours ago the lady offered me a full credit but when I called to use it I was told I would only receive a 10.00 credit very rude and unprofessional I do not recommend this location

2022-06-01Called today and the lady told me the wait would be 45 mins to an hour… that was okay with me but then she asked if I was sure when I wanted to continue with my order. She seemed bothered that I didn’t just give up and not place an order. After that she said her computer went down and asked if I could call back later. She didn’t even attempt to just put me on hold and try to resolve the issue. She clearly didn’t want to be bothered. I ended up ordering Papa Johns instead and I had the easiest time. I won’t be attempting to order from Pizza Hut again … not worth the effort.

2022-06-04The experience started with the staff. They were extremely rude and using profanity. The person that cashed me out was sitting down behind the register in a bonnet and a T-shirt. No uniform in sight. I’m not sure if she was an employee or not but she saw my personal information. Neither girl bothered to show me my food. When I got home I discovered that the pizza was wrong but it was almost 11 and my daughter was in bed. Worst Pizza Hut experience to date.

2022-06-19As of 06/19/2022 I will not be eating from Pizza Hut and would not recommend any to eat from this pizza especially. I stood in the store while they prep my food and others food as well. Two of the workers was making and touching the food with their bare hands. One of the workers took his hat off and ran his hand through his hair and prep my food. The other worker was a cashier who went from touching the cash register to making food with her bare hands.The cashier also was turning people around due to a 45 minute wait time. And was making them not feel welcome. Because they was busy.

2022-07-04I ordered carry out on the app which went smoothly. 15 minutes later I went to go pick up. Only took a few minutes to get my pizzas. 4 stars only bc the breadsticks were over cooked.

2022-06-03I’ve gotten pizza from this place a few times over the last 5 years, tonight was the last time. Stale, like free pizza on a Wednesday night Bible study thats actually left out leftovers from the previous Sunday. The box it came in was easier to chew through.

2022-09-05This is the last time I use this Pizza Hut. Ordered my food two hours ago and have not received it yet. Called and no one will answer the phone. I will take my business to dominos for pizza from now on.

2022-08-09Food took 20 minutes longer than expected. Door was locked st 4:30 pm when I got there. Tool 5 minutes of knocking for someone to open it. Employeed didnt care. Place was dirty.

2021-01-14This is one of those, wish i could rate it 0 stars. Purchased a Big Dinner Box; they gave us bone in wings instead of bone-out, didnt include marinara sauce with the breadsticks, and the pizzas were absolute travesties, barely fit to feed to swine. Ill attach a pic, but they were basically slabs of burnt bread with a splash of sauce and cheese in the middle - oh, and maybe just some of the requested topping, as an afterthought. They also forgot to season the crust, which would have at least made the majority portion of the pizza palatable. Hope new owners or management take over this location; I will happily spend my money on a Totinos Party Pizza instead.
