This is my absolute favorite location for Pizza Hut!!! I literally only come to this location because, not only is their customer service on point, but the food is exceptional. I really fell off of buying from Pizza Hut for a long time, until I came across this East West location! Im so glad GG took over, ever since this place has been soaring!
This is my second time ordering from this store and it’s the second time my pizza it’s lost somewhere.and this last time it was delivered with door dash and nothing was delivered I call pizza hoy they said the can’t do nothing because door dash was delivering I call door dash for my refund and I waited like 45 minutes for someone who could help me with the refund
I ordered pan crust but got a call that the store was out and they had just opened. Was given the square pan and was told it was the same but it wasn’t. Then I was told my order would be delivered by 11:39am, and it arrived at 12:20pm. I called the store to inquire and was told that the person I spoke with was the only one there and he only had one driver and I would get it when I got it. When it finally arrived, it was cold and soggy. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Pizza Hut and I will never return. I will take my business to another place that appreciates it.
This place just needs to shut down completely..im a regular customer at this place and i cant believe that they would treat there customers the way they do..i ordered food at 7 oclock pm online and it was suppose to be delivered at 7:30pm . i didnt get my food until 9:45..and i called them three times to check on my order and they said that they were preparing it..the last time i called she had the nerve to tell me my food was delivered by door dash at 7:30..so my food was put outside on the porch for over an hour in the cold without knowledge..
We waited 1 hour and 45 min. for a large pizza, bread sticks and cinnamon rolls. When the pizza was delivered...it was ice cold. We took it back and the people were rude. It was nasty in the store and a child was behind the counter. This was so disappointing because my family and I really wanted the Pizza. But, we will never order from this location again!
THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I EVER EXPERIENCED. I PLACED MY ORDER AT 7:00 AND TWO HOURS LTER STILL NO PIZZA. I CALLED AND SPOKE TO THE STORE MANAGER GI GI SHE TOLD ME THEY ARE NOW DEALING WITH DOORDASH. WHEN I TELL THEY PUT ME ON HOLD TWICE BOTH TIMES TEN MINUTES LONG WITH NO RESPONSE. I FINALLY CALLED BACK AND ASK FOR A REFUND.. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!!! SHUT IT DOWN ALREADY!!!!
Placed two orders within an hour and food came quickly and hot both times. I originally ordered sides / dessert from Pizza Hut and ordered pizza from domino’s but domino’s said it will take 3 hours for food so I canceled. I ended up ordering pizza from Pizza Hut and should have did that in the beginning. The food was so good and hot I almost ordered a 3rd time within the same day.
STAY AWAY THEY HAVE ROACHES!!!!! I placed a delivery order and it arrived within the given time frame which was great. When I opened my box of pizza I found an unsuspecting roach crawling out of the box. I immediately killed it and threw the pizza away. When I called the store the employee didnt seeM surprised at all and said This generally doesnt happen like it happens but not on a daily basis. I will never visit this pizza hut ever again and I advise you not to as well.
Did my order curbside after waiting 15min sitting in the car waiting for pizza went in and one of the worker said oh somehow we made the pizza bit it went missing so im going to make the pizza which took 45mins told her to do refund she said i cant since i already paid! While i was there worker just walking around not doing anything just smoking outside doing to the next door vape shop while at work! Just didnt feel it was sanitary enough to place my order there again!
After receiving an initial 2 hour wait at 19:41, I called 15 minutes after the scheduled delivery time of 21:36 and was told that my order would be delivered any minute now. After not receiving my order I called again at 22:15 and was told that all the drivers had gone home and my only options were to cancel my order or come pick it up. I had to cancel my order because it was too late to bring my young child out of the house.
I should be able to select one star! It kind of is my fault for looking pass all the other horrible reviews about this place. A few nights ago I placed a $47 order. 2.5 hours passed and no delivery. I contact the store and they apologized and said the driver was in route. This place is literally 5min from me driving. More hours passed and I was aware that they’d be closing at 11pm. I called a million times and even spoke with an at home agent about this. Still NO F*%#ing PIZZA! My kids and I had absolutely no form of transportation that day and we haven’t eaten! THIEVES!!!
Pizza was cold ingredients were stale like the pizza was reheated from days before the thin crust was hard and there was no visible melted cheese it was dried in the sauce stuck to the crust….. just make a fresh pizza I actually thought the pizza came from Domino’s…uggghhhh‼️
Yesterday I completed an online pizza order @ 8:12pm est. I never received my pizza nor did I ever received a phone call from a Manager/Supervisor letting me know anything. This is unacceptable. I had to discover this morning (6/4/21) that my card was refunded. My kids were looking froward to tjat pizza...as was I.#VeryDisappointingExperience
Placed order oinline for pick up, the place was unusually busy it was only 8PM and the lady had told me that they had already reached their quota for the day and they still have 4 hours to go. With that said my order was ready and it was correct, I was expecting some sort of mix up, very satisified.
First and last time ordering from this location. Delivery was slow and while they put the pizza in a plastic bag to protect from rain I assume, it had obviously been in the bag for a while because the box was smashed into the toppings. Pizza definitely was not fresh and not worth the $30 I paid for a medium pizza be delivered...should have held the tip until it arrived. Just awful.
Is there no manager at this location or at the one on Windy Hill? Two + hours for cold pizza delivery or dealing with Ashley at the counter? Which sword do I want to fall on? Neither. Too many other pizza houses with hot, delicious food without attitude. Run consumers, run!!
App told me order was ready at 8:25 pm as I arrived at 8:35 and as walked in building a young man said all you people your orders are not ready so you know it will be 15 to 30 minutes , his tone sounded very frustrated and as he went back to preparation are you could hear he was throwing pans around, poor guy.
AWFUL. Took over 3 hours to get my pizza and it was all messed up in the box and not that fresh. Kind of like they made it, forgot about it, heated it up then delivered. Couldn’t even get in touch with the store so we had to call some other number, like the district manager or something and they had to get in touch with them 3 times. (which they were great help). And on top of that the delivery driver was super rude.
If you have a choice, consider NOT ordering from this location. Exercise caution here.Tonight I interacted with a shift supervisor named Ashley. During our entire interaction in the store, Ashley was unmasked. According to Ashley:1. The store is NOT required to answer incoming calls unless its a double ring for a manager (Im not sure what this means.)2. If youre doing curbside delivery, the store often does not receive the Im here notification. So if you have kids in tow or youre hoping to social distance, youre more than likely going to have to leave your vehicle and go into the store.3. The store typically does not receive the alerts from the customer service call center.Tonight was my first visit to the Austell Pizza Hut. I placed an order for curbside pickup. Upon my arrival, I selected the Im here button in my order confirmation email. I waited several minutes but no one ever came out. From my car, I could see a middle-aged woman sitting at the counter eating Funyuns and playing on her phone. I assumed that they were putting the finishing touches on my order and since they had my vehicle information, I continued to wait.After several minutes, I decided to call just to check on the status. I selected the store option a couple of times, but no one answered, and I was eventually transferred to the call center. The customer service representative was convinced that my notification had not reached the store, so he asked me to wait with him while he sent three additional alerts. He told me that my order was already ready and someone would be out right away. From my car I could see that the woman at the counter continued to play on her phone, chat with coworkers, and gobble down her Funyuns. Finally the customer service representative offered to transfer me back to the store. Still, no one answered, so I was forced to go into the store.Once in the store I discovered that the woman at the counter was Ashley. I shared my experience and to my surprise, Ashley was indifferent and unconcerned. I asked if this was the usual experience and she threw her hands up. She explained that they are not required to answer phone calls and the curbside notifications are often not received. I asked as a customer, what recourse would I have in this situation. Ashley shrugged so I asked for the manager. Ashley insisted that she was the manager, so I asked for the General Managers information and I planned to follow up with a phone call. She provided the information, but became very antagonistic with me.She tossed the pizza on counter and went to return to her seat. No pleasantries, no thank you, no apology. Ashley explained that she did not like my attitude because I came into the store already frustrated. Admittedly, I was frustrated with the situation- but respectful- and I expected to find an ally in the manager. I agreed that yes, I was frustrated, but as the manager I honestly thought that if I shared my experience with her she would offer reassurance, assistance, or at the very least, an apology to diffuse my frustration. Ashley became enraged by my remark and began the raise her voice with Dont tell me how to do my job! You dont get to tell me how to do my job! At this time I realized that Ashley was becoming quite agitated and it was not wise it to continue the conversation. I took the pen and decided to write down the General Managers information. Ashley asked me why was I still there. Shocked, I explained that I was writing down the information. She told me that I could take my food- or not- and get out of her store.I did not feel appreciated as a customer nor was my time valued. Moreover, my experience with the staff was beyond unprofessional. I will not patronize this location again.
Waited on my big box and one large pizza for over an hour and 30 mins. I called multiple times and no one game me a straight forward answer. A simple”oh sorry, we made a mistake” would have been fine but no direct answer on when I will retrieve the pizza for my family. On top of that, the man who came and drop off the pizza , gave us COLD pizza. And he immediately left without us having a word. I will never order again, and will be sure to let ALL of my friends and colleagues know to never come to this location.
It was a nightmare.Ordered a pizza to be delivered to my niece.2 hours after delivery time I couldnt get a hold of anyone to talk to me about what was going on.i was bounced from store to store and I would hold on for manager and the line would disconnect and I am kicked back to the central customer service.The one star I gave is for the kind customer service manager that eventually came on after a long wait and tracked the store manager.They claimed they went to deliver amd there was no one.The kids had been at the door for hours waiting, only God knows where the delivery guy went to.Terrible experience
Ordered some pizzas for my gathering and the pizza never came. When I called to inquire about what I ordered, the establishment treated me like i never ordered anything at all. I finally managed to get them to pull up my order and now they are giving me a hard time about my refund. I’ll never order food from this Pizza Hut again.
We placed an order at 6:46 pm and expected delivery within an hour to hour and a half. After about 45 minutes the tracker still showed as only receiving the order. At about the hour mark it finally switched over to we are making your order. After 45 minutes and still no additional movement, I began calling the store. No one answered. For 25 minutes I tried getting in touch with this store. Im starting belive no one is even working there tonight. So I called the corporate number and they referred me back to the store. So... 2 and a half hours later no pizza and im unable to even talk to someone to see whats going on. This is not the first poor experience weve had with this location. Well be disputing the charges with our bank and sticking with Dominos. Not like Pizza Hut cares.
One of the worst pizza spots I have dealt with. Driver calls the gate , I let them in and they never showed at the door. Called the store asking for a credit since the pizza was two hrs late. The manager says I’ll give you a $5 dollar credit, what the hell I am going to buy with that! Last time I order Pizza Hut and especially from this store.
The worst service ever. I did an order for curbside pick up they say my order was ready and then I had to wait additional 30 minutes. For them to then tell me that they gave my order to someone else. I asked for the complaint number they told me I had to Google it. Worst service worst customer service ever
I did an online order for delivery and it did not get delivered I went to the restaurant to pick it up and it was not ever made canceled the order cuz it had been over 2 hours sence I placed it and my money has yet not been refunded to my card very disappointed with the service
I ordered a medium 2 topping pizza from my pizza hut rewards, Im signed up for the delivery updated Pizza tracker they said that my food is out for delivery at 5:06pm here it is 1 hr later food still isnt here called the store and come to find out my order never left the store , so they delivered the order, the pizza wasnt hot it looked cold and the delivery driver had the nerve to get an attitude with me.

2022-01-18I had an employee tell me on the phone that she was 100% sure my pizza was indeed a hand tossed pizza. But this is actually 100% a thin crust pizza and instead of admitting the mistake they made she decided it was a better idea to tell me that I’m wrong. This is the second time I’ve received bad service and quality and accuracy issue at this Pizza Hut and I will not be coming back here. They offered to redo the pizza and I guess that was supposed to make it better but to call a customer a liar over a pizza is disrespectful to say the least.

2022-06-04You’ve been warned! Single-handedly the WORST experience I’ve had trying to order a pizza. This was supposed to be a “meat lovers” and it came with no Italian sausage or beef and no extra sauce or any that I could taste. No receipt at all from the driver. It all tasted bland. Was given a refund but had to drive back to the store to hand them back their messed up pizza which I shouldn’t even have had to do. Needless to say, I won’t be ordering from here again.

2022-03-15I ordered at 6:15pm on Saturday. I ordered two large pizzas(one with regular sauce and one with light sauce), cheese sticks, 2 liter Dr. Pepper, 2 liter Diet Pepsi, and used 150 rewards for Cinnabons. On the website it said that it will take 25-35 minutes. I understand that times vary for delivery especially on a Saturday night. I was notified that my pizza was out for delivery at 6:58pm. I received another text at 7:28 that my order would be delivered through door dash instead and it would be delivered at 7:45pm. At 7:50pm I received two large pizzas. The door dasher confirmed that was all that was given to him.The pizzas that were sent were cold and hard and they both had barely any sauce at all on them. I immediately called the store. I spoke with a lady who never gave me her name. I explained the situation. She never once apologized but instead explained to me that i must be mistaken because they generally used two scoops for light sauce and three for regular. I told her it looked like there was one scoop on each. She said she could have my order remade but it would be over 2 hours to receive it. It was 8:00pm already and I was feeding my kids. I asked if I can just bring it back and have it remade. She said it would take at least 45 minutes for that. I asked if I can just get a refund and she said yes and immediately hung up the phone without saying anything else. I called back to make sure she had my information. I called back once and she answered and put me on hold over 10 minutes without coming back on. I called again and no answer. I called a 3rd time and when she answered I asked not to be on hold, and was immediately placed on hold for another 15 minutes without her coming back on. By this time it was almost close to 8:30. I gave up for the night. I filled out a survey and said everything that is stated here and asked for a manger to call back. Still nothing. I called today to speak to someone and no one ever answered the phone. I just would like my money back at this point. It was charged to my card and it went through today for food I didn’t even receive. I understand that the service industry is short staffed and I don’t usually resort to posting a bad review but I cannot seem to get anyone on the phone or a call back to refund my money.

2022-04-22Ordered big box dinner. Waited 2 hours for our food. When the food finally arrived, not 1 item of the 4 in the box was correct. My 2 under 10 grandsons were at the house and had started in on the pizza and chicken wings (I didn’t order wings) before I saw the box. I called the store and they wanted me to bring the food back to the store - on a delivery order!!! Then because the kids had grabbed a couple of pieces of pizza and chicken wings they couldn’t bring us our correct order because they couldn’t get the full order back from us. I have a feeling they might have been planning on delivering it to the person who actually ordered it maybe???? I tried to explain that 2 boys under 10 had already been waiting over 2 hours for food that was lukewarm at best and had already dug in because they were very hungry. Made no difference. If we couldn’t return all the food, we couldn’t get our correct order. Then they hung up on me and wouldn’t answer calls from my phone number any more ( my family is from Chicago area so our phone numbers start with a weird area code so they could easily recognize all our phone numbers). I have never been asked for food back on a restaurants delivery screw-up before.

2022-01-26Requested my pizza be brought to car and extra crispy. Been outside since 6:07pm Went inside at 6:47pm and pizza been ready since 6:12pm. Luke warm, not crispy. When I went inside I said hello three times and finally had to yell hellooo! Guy in the back acted like I was lying about curbside and him gave a lame excuse about making pizzas in the back but the staff came to the door and front at least three times. Pizza is gross and had to order something else from somewhere else. I really wanted this pizza. :(

2022-05-24Ordered delivery after waiting an hour decided to call.. called for 25 mins kept being forwarded to the answering line. Finally went into the store the manager told me the online computer order put my order in wrong Ive been ordering pizza for years never heard of that before pizza was supposed to be delivered at 740 got there at 8 the manager was rude and combative said I called him a liar when I corrected him he apologized... didnt leave out from pizza hut until 913 with LUKE WARM PIZZA that supposedly was cooked fresh... then at 1013 the delivery driver calls saying hes outside with my food absolute TRASH i will be contacting them first thing in the am.... I still have the pizzas that I went in to get they can take them back tomorrow. The girl who was making the pizza was really trying but the manager was all over. I stopped ordering here for a while and I see why.. take that trip to the other locations coming here isnt worth it no matter how convenient it may be . Oh and I placed my order at 707... !!! The meat lovers pizza wasnt supposed to have any pork and they put it on there. If they dont answer in the am I will be going in for my refundUPDATE: was promised a credit called to use the credit the mamanger never put the credit in refused to honor it.Definitely go to another location it isnt worth it believe the reviews

2022-05-09This location is horrible... Ive tried to order a pizza 3 times in the past few weeks. Theyve switched to Doordash for delivery. Either they cannot find a driver and dont inform you until 2+ hours in or just straight up ignore your order until you call and have to cancel. They didnt even refund the full amount each time. Avoid at all costs!

2022-07-15Worst service ever. Overcharged. Don’t know prices. Menu board has one price they charge you another price. No explanations. Employees say Owner hasn’t been by to change prices on menu boards for months and they cannot credit what the board says but can charge you what the computer says. This is such a poor representation of what Pizza Hut does. First and last visit

2022-04-08I ordered through the app an hour and a half before this place closed and got my order confirmation, just to get a call telling me that I can pick the order up, but they cannot deliver. Not the first incedent. @YUM brands and @Pizza Hut headquarters. Take a look at this locations reviews, its trash, please get involved or shut it down
