This place is a joke, they dont know what they have in inventory and cancel sales easily with an email. PIA Sports has disappointed me for the last time. Businesses want us to keep them operating well how about you act like a real business and keep with what you have in stock and remove items that are not as soon as the item sells. Consumer confidence is lost quickly when bait and snatch tactics are used.
Awesome customer service and half the price of new and the product looks new. Great staff and security of knowing they stand behind the purchase and even gave me a 30 day return for full refund if not satisfied. So come and shop with confidence.
Awesome location! Excellent selection of inventory and the staff gives stellar customer service. This includes the owner, whom is very attentive and you can tell his staff really respects him. Pricing was on point for new and used items. We will definitely be back in the future and will continue to purchase from this specific location.
The only store in Atlanta with a full selection of used adult hockey gear. Never played ice before but was able to get totally outfitted in about an hour at the store. Very helpful and easy location to get in and out of!

Great place to go for kids sport equipment. You may have to dig through a pile of equipment to find the correct sizes,but, you cant beat the price. Perfect for kids trying out sports for the first time and you dont want to invest too much into new gear.Friendly staff and helpful with finding exactly what you need.

Come here every year to get kids their baseball and softball stuff. Staff is always very helpful. If you look hard enough you can find great deals. They sell new too.

Great place to shop if you are looking for junk! I purchased a racquetball racket. When I attempted to take it back (the handle was coming apart when I used it the first time), they told me I couldnt get a refund (they would, however, buy it back at a reduced price!). The store is stocked full of items that should be thrown out.
Here for a mountain bike and Josh was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We were able to witness them helping others while shopping, the service here is outstanding.

Horribly cluttered. We had to climb over bicycles to look at ice skates. We werent offered help. Ended up not finding what we wanted (not blaming the store here) but it was so frustrating trying to figure that out.
You can find some great deals on used sports equipment. However, some of the items might need a little reconditioning -- consider that extra cost when comparing used vs. new.
Garbage. And thats just the staff. Sitting around when the while store is in ruin. Unorganized and dirty. Shameful when it could be a place to buy used equipment. Still cheaper though if you had to put a positive on it

Hello....I Just wanted to say Thank you to Scott Ward @ Play It Again Sports....WOW! What service....he really went the exrtra mile for me/daughter.Breifly, I came in looking for a verp specific Tennis racket for my daughter. She knew what she wanted. I should have called before I came in in, however...Long story short, not only did Scott work w/ me and my daughter on the benefits of the racket she wanted, but made some rather solid pros/cons regading other products as well. Very knowledge in his product offerings and the perfomance of each. She eventaully, choose, what Scott recommeneded and Im happy to report, she has not look better in practice. Cant wait for the 1st match. Thank you Scott and Play It Again Sports.Very down to earth, very real....I had a great shopping expierence. Please, go see him.
I have been to this store when the owner is working and received great service. Went in again today and walked out due to poor service. The owner wasnt there so I guess its true that it is hard to find good help.

Excellent shop where you can find everything you need that has to do with sports and outdoor activities! You can rent equipment and you can also sell those equipment that you have with cobwebs at home at a price not so good but at least you get some money so you will not use anymore ... The only thing that would change is that they sell things sometimes very expensive to be second-hand ... But rest everything excellent and very good staff ..
I visited to see if there was a used road carbon bike, but I found the price was not accessible ... but there are some used sports things, which maybe interesting.

Definitely a great buy for me and I found JTB (staff member) to be helpful and accommodating to help me find the right mountain bike! My newly purchased bike has some minor scuffs and dust from usage but I’m fine with that because it has all the right stuff I was looking for!The bike is in Fine working order!So happy to proudly Ride my bike. 🚴

2022-03-13A really great place to trade-in, sell, or purchase equipment. They have really good deals, and you can find great easter eggs at random times. I definitely recommend stopping in here routinely, that way youll find these little eggs. If you regularly play sports and are looking to upgrade your equipment or just replace backup equipment, its a good idea to check out these stores. I like this location particularly, because the guy here is super friendly and helpful, even when hes working all alone and in a busy store.

2021-10-16We needed a bat for my 15yo son, his broke last weekend and it’s not the time of year to easily buy a good new one. We came to this play it again sports location and were pleasantly surprised and very grateful for excellent advice and direction on the part of the staff. They took great care to inspect the bat my son chose, giving us advice about it that was extremely helpful and ultimately leading us to choose an alternate one. My son has been very happy with the bat for the week he has used it and we would absolutely recommend looking here for baseball gear!

2019-12-23Ive always gotten great deals here over the past 15 years, and the new owner has really improved the inventory. I usually make this my first stop when my kids get interested in a new sport and Ive found great bikes, roller skates, ice skates, skate boards, water sports, soccer gear, and I cant remember what all else. Usually I find everything I need in one stop. Its also a great place to look for Christmas presents for the kids. I have saved so much money over the years shopping here for my kids. Love it!

2019-02-06I brought my son in to pick out Lacrosse gear. I had no idea what I was doing. The gentleman was so helpful, patient, kind and engaged my son just as if he was an adult. I was so impressed with the extra information he shared with my son and with me!! I highly recommend this location. They had a great selection and the service was outstanding!!! We will be back.
