Havent eaten Popeyes in about a decade. Was traveling through town & looking for something to eat. Saw there werent many cars here so decided Id try out one of the chicken sandwiches Ive heard so much about. Got the spicy one. It was pretty good. Dont know if Id want one often, but Id definitely consider getting another one down the road.
Out of sweet tea. No longer serving mac & cheese even though its still on the menu board. Sierra Mist very flat. Last time there they had no chicken cooked, but didnt tell us until after we had ordered and went to the window. Just disappointing.
We waited an hour for our food. We were told to pull over and park in front of the mailbox. After about 45 minutes we went in to find out what was going on. The lady fixing the meals at the prep station was rude and said we had to wait on chicken because we wanted spicy. The front counter lady (I think she was a manager) went to the kitchen and put our order together. The drive thru employee (blue uniform) gave our money back. This was the worst service I have ever had at Popeyes. If someone would have explained that it would be a long wait for spicy chicken we would have changed our order.
Traveling through and stopped to grab a bite to eat and I’m really impressed with how clean the dining area and bathroom are. Most Popeyes dining areas are not clean and flies are all over the place. This is the cleanest Popeyes that I’ve gone to.
Well tried to order their new nuggets for my son and was told they wont start serving them until Monday then made my order of a number 8 which is the tenders NOT the Spicey chicken sandwich which they gave me. Then they tried to give us all un sweet tea when we ordered sweet. They need to do better.
Ordered 2 popcorn shrimp combos. Shrimp was fried so hard you could not eat it. It has always been good but someone sure messed up this time
The food was hot and good. We had to wait. What started out as a 3 minute wait turned in to 6.
This location seems to have went downhill from a year ago. Tired of covid being everyones excuse now days. Asked for my usual spicy sandwich combo with a side of blackened ranch. Messed the sandwich up so I went back around. Now my fries r cold cuz I had to wait for a sandwich to be remade after repeating how I wanted the sandwich 3 times at the speaker box. Still never got the sauce I wanted. Its always night time that messes up my order every time. Very rude as well. Next time I want Popeyes Ill ride to Tallahassee. Now I see y Zaxbys next door always has a long line.
Used to be the best fried chicken but getting a little sloppy!! Chicken over cooked, dry and hard!!
I love coming here because the staff is always so kind to me and are very laid back. My favorite staff member though is Jay because we can just stand there and have a normal conversation and I dont feel anxious like I normally do when I talk to people. Will keep coming back!
Chicken sammich is consistently excellent. Considering how hard it is to get decent service in these Covid days, waits are not bad and the food, especially the Chicken sandwiches in both iterations.
They dont seem to be able to make chicken sandwiches anymore. 2nd time there with the sorry excuse that the machine was broke.
Food was great and they had my order correct the 1st time. Customer service is a bit lacking in the sense of no one acknowledged me while waiting at the counter for a few mins. Manager had to instruct to cashier that she had a customer at the register. Over all great fast food addition to Bainbridge hands down!
Friendly staff. Food took a bit longer to come out. We were told about 5 mins and waited about 15. Location is easy to get to from the highway.

The service destroyed this review... Only 1 star because zero is not an option. Chicken tenders were overcooked, but not terrible. The employees did not ask if we wanted sauce when we ordered, so we requested some when they brought it out to our car, and the employee actually rolled her eyes and took a deep breath when we made that request. Do they not give anybody a fork. They never give me one. I have learned to keep a supply in my vehicle!!!!! I hope they gave the UPS trucker and other one that pulled off with their orders. They are not going to be happy!!!!
Food was cold. Drink was given to me with very little ice. No sauce no napkins no straw nada smh. First time visiting this location since it opened here, probably wont go out of my way to visit again.Team was polite, order was correct, greeting was welcomed.

Bad experience.. It was 11:00 a.m. Saturday May 9th.. Angry black woman syndrome.. They need not to bring emotions to work.. And it took 20 minutes for a 2 piece.. 8 people in the kitchen.. 5 cars in line.. They need to adopt a better costumer service protocol.. If u dont like to serve.. Just get a different job.. Do better Bainbridge🤦

We visited again and I still cant rate above 3 stars. My husbands order was repeated 3 tms and still wasnt accurate. He enjoyed his food but he didnt get what he ordered.

2022-03-02I love Popeyes. The food is yummy. However they do need to list that they fry everything in peanut oil. On their menu they list what has peanuts and other allergies. On the menu items that say no peanuts those items are still fried in peanut oil.

2021-07-27Restaurant was very clean. The staff was fast & on point with my order. The food was hot & fresh. Best of all was the customer service. The person who took my familys order saved us money by combining meals into a family meal deal that Popeyes offers. Id never heard of it before but it saved me about $4.I was just traveling through the area, but if Im ever in that area again Ill likely choose that place for a good fast meal.

2022-01-10We ordered a family meal which cost us over 30 dollars; the thighs and legs were SUPER small. I’m sure the person who boxed the chicken noticed it, but obviously didn’t care! Very poor customer service!

2022-01-04Got thigh and breast. Thigh meat was chopped in half. Tiny piece of meat. Rest was back. Breast was same way two tiny bites of meat. Assistant Manager seemed unconcerned when she was told. My wife had a full size piece of meat. Poorly butchered.

2021-12-17Terrible. No chicken cooked. No fries. Wait 10 mins for mild chicken since the spicy would take even longer. 1 of 4pcs undercooked. No one says anything, no manager asking anything. The dog called manager, I believe named Amy is a slacker. Busy playing on her phone instead of doing her job. Not eating here anymore

2021-12-067:00pmthey did not have chicken cooked for sell. we were told to park to the side . gave us the wrong recite and drinks. the drinks was just carbonated water.15 minutes later the order was wrong. was ask for recite that was wrong. the server was not happy with us because they got the order wrong.I hope this store can get their game on.~Terry
