I work at a warehouse near this location. I only get 30 min break. 7 mins of that time spent sitting in this Popeyes drive-thru waiting for service at 9.07 pm. July 27th got tired of waiting drove around to the window nobody is at the window and theres a young man mopping the dining room floor. If they did close early there was no sign there out and the drive-through menu box was still on. cars were lining up behind me and continue to grow as I drove off
Horrible horrible experience. I pulled up to the drive through window during business hours. No one answered so I pulled up to the window... thinking maybe the speaker wasnt working. I saw several staff shutting the place down early...like 30+ minutes early. They went well out of their way to literally ignore me. I sat at the window something like two maybe three minutes... nothing. I tooted the horn at this point more out of curiosity to see their reaction. They couldnt have tried harder to pretend they didnt see me. The manager... assuming their was one working... should find a new job. Embarrassing and disappointing as a business.
I payed almost 10 dollars for this, they miss up your order most of the time, i mean the foods good but they’ll most likely messed up your whole order and when you order any sides they’ll try to give you as little as possible but this mostly happens when you go after 2.
Food was great but the customer service was terrible. We don’t go to Popeyes often and when we do, we usually order the mashed potatoes with our chicken sandwiches. Today we were interested in trying something new and proceeded to ask the lady on the intercom if they have “Cajun fries”. The woman told us they were “fries”. Are they Cajun? She then stated that “They aren’t spicy if that’s what you’re asking” and started laughing. Why is it so difficult to answer a simple question? Also, what is the reasoning behind your laughter. I understand that the store is new but your employees should definitely know the basics of the menu. We checked the food and voila! The bag of fries says “Cajun”. Overall, good food but terrible customer service. That is probably the reason why Zaxbys had at least 20 cars in their line whereas Popeyes only had 2. I will definitely not come back to this location.
Drove thru around 9 because this location does not offer dine in. Waited for over five minutes before I was told they were closed and out of food. I pulled up to the window and all employees were just standing around. I told them a lady was behind me and had been waiting as well. The employees response was “ oh well. She will figure it out”. Horrible customer service
There’s always an issue here from not having food ready by opening up or not being open by the opening time some workers can’t identify a breast from a thigh I stop here often since I’m a truck driver but I think today is the last time if you’re scheduled to open at 10:00 am but saying you might open at 11:00 am that’s an issue that shouldn’t happen
I was hesitant to come back here after a bad experience several months ago, but I am glad I gave them another try. The employees were super nice. There was a miscommunication about us waiting for spicy chicken and the cook came out and apologized for us having to wait. He was very nice as well as the other employees. The chicken was really good tonight too. The breading was light and crispy, biscuits were soft. I was very impressed tonight and I will come back.
Ordered a 48 piece nugget meal with some fries, and when i got there i was told that they were all out and had been for 4 days. i asked the manager what our options were, he had the worst attitude and seemed like he didn’t even understand what he, himself, was saying. Told me he couldn’t do anything and told me to call “the app”. what a smart guy !
Customer service was terrible. Treated not so friendly by the staff with the exception of a tall skinny white gentleman ( for a lack of better terminology)that actually stepped in to take our order and then prepared our meal himself. He ran circles around everyone. I was even ignored by the other staff members when I approached the counter for the sauces they forgot to include (yet I was charged for). The fries were old and dead. Now as fir the chicken and chicken tenders, coleslaw, and mac and cheese were amazing. Hot fresh and cooked perfectly.
We came through the drive thru and started to order, a lady in the back was talking about us ordering as if we were taking forever like we didn’t just get there. She was complaining. The lady is a cook today is Saturday February 19 idk who is on the night shift at 7:25pm but she should be fired. The tea was unsweet even though it was sweet tea we asked for coke after yet they didn’t have that and the people that work here are so disrespectful. I’ve never seen another Popeyes like the one in Braselton worst fast foods place

Newly opened, and spectacularly poorly run. Drove up to the drive thru and was never greeted, finally after a few minutes, I said, hello...? *After* I ordered, the person at the microphone said, We dont have any chicken! Which was shocking, as this is a chicken establishment...no offers for anything else were forthcoming. I then ordered chicken tenders, not knowing if they had them...no condiments in the bag. I have never visited such a poorly run business. Winder location is much better in every way.
So... Fried chicken is something Im not supposed to have...but Im allowed ONE cheat day per month...😂😂😂... Well, guess where my cheat day was THIS month...🎶Love that chicken from Pop-eyes🎵...LOL...The ONLY piece I dont like when it come to fried chicken is the thighs... Its something about those big pockets of fat that you just dont get in other pieces... Anyway, I remember the day when it was no problem to exchange certain pieces for others that you prefer...... Yeah... I dont think thats a thing anymore... I wanted to switch out the thighs for drumsticks, but... I was DENIED!!! 🛑🍗🚫...lolI wanted to dock a couple of stars for that, but the chicken was fresh, hot!... My order was ready in no time flat... The biscuits were even better than normal!... Even when she denied my exchange request, she did it in a polite, professional manner... What can I say... It was 5 star service!
Dont waste your time here. I stopped by for lunch today and after an unusually long wait ( yeah, yeah, I know, COVID, lack of workers, we dont get paid enough, etc....), I was finally able to place my order. When asked if I wanted spicy or mild, I replied spicy, then was told I would have to order mild because they did not have spicy. Well, anyway, So I ordered what looked to be (on the outside menu) a delicious, fresh chicken lunch. What I received was a handful of cold, soggy fries, 3 little pieces of chicken that really made me wonder what happened to the pigeons that normally occupied the roof of the Duncan Donuts next door, a biscuit that was not much larger than an oreo, and a watered down tea. All for the amazingly low price of $10.59. The food tasted about like it looked, miserable. The server was about as friendly as I would imagine a centipede with athletes feet to be. Service and quality have always lacked at this location, but today was even worse than normal. Way too many other places to eat in Braselton, look somewhere else.

Better food, happy attitude.Try to become the type restaurant that everyone brags about. Think Chick-fil-a where you are greeted with a smile and your order is nearly always correct. Missing side item. No eating plastic ware. Incorrect dip. Ordered spicy, got regular.Sorry girls, you can’t make this many mistakes. Absolutely the worst. First time there I ordered a tenders meal w fries....I was given 3 French fries. The manager made it right so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I went today at 530 and my order was incorrect on the screen. I said hey can you fix my order, I wanted fries and not mashed potatoes. The response, well if you’d just give me a minute I could fix it. Such a rude response with such horrible attitude. There is a younger Asian female working that is so pleasant and professional. Why are you working there? If you see this review, please contact me. I can provide you with a job where you can work with great people and I assure you it will pay more.
Went through drive thru, two items missing. Parked vehicle , went inside. No apologiees, nothing. Manager stood there and just said , got yall caught up, going back to the office . Customer service is more important than food! Today went after church, as always gave local business a second chance. Sadly, the new trend in America since January 2021. Short staff and those there working double work for them. THIS manager was amazing! Non stop work but very professional and patient with employees and just a pleasure. God bless those remaining so we can eat.
Visited this Braselton Popeyes location twice in the last month, and received the same exact rude, and slack service from the manager and her employees. Walked in the dining room, nobody else in the lobby, three cars in the Drive-Thru. Waited at least 5 minutes for anybody to acknowledge us, even though the manager walked by 3 times talking loudly about how hungry she was!Apparently, they were completely out of chicken, but if we waited 10 minutes they were about to make more. We decided to wait as we were as hungry as the manager. As we waited, we got to listen to the manager make fun of and demean the drive-thru patrons, as they ordered, talking about how they better not give her attitude. For employees, including the manager were in the restaurant, but only two people working in the back. 3 just standing around up front. Our food took right at 10 minutes to come out, and even though the chicken was fresh, we got the same fries and biscuits they were sitting there for the last 10 minutes under the heat warmer. This place has extremely poor management, and dont expect service with a smile at this location. At least if you walk inside, you wont be made fun of, or talked about, but if you go through the drive-thru, expect it.
We waited in the drive through for 30 min today! Was well after lunch time. Ordered finally, cashier was not every one percent friendly. No ice in the tea, chicken sandwich was dry and such a mess, pickles were not even inside the sandwich. Fries were cold and tasted terrible. Slaw was too warm. Don’t ever plan to return!
Drive thru blocked. Inside waited on chicken to be cooked over 25 minutes. When chicken poured up waited additional 10 minutes for order to be filled. Red beans and rice half full.Manager having meeting with employee at table with several people waiting on their orders in close proximity. She said she wanted moved from braselton store.Just in general needs organizational skill.This location is near me. Hopefully they get things turned around. Maybe just really bad day.
Went through the drive through. They were “out” of several things I tried to order. Finally ordered shrimp. Got to the window Asked for Splenda for my glucose intolerant wife’s unsweetened tea and they gave me 1 packet...and refused to give me more when I asked. Food wasn’t ready so I was told to pull forward and they’d bring it out. 20 min later no food. Walked inside and found out they gave my food to someone else. Asked for a refund and the manager raised her voice to me like it was my fault they messed up. Will not return. Suggest you go to their competitor 1 mile down the street w better food and service.
I absolutely love their classic chicken sandwich, but this location really needs to work on customer service. My order is wrong half the time. They left out my kids toys and 2 orders of fries on my last order. They got a sarcastic attitude with me the 1st time I went through there for no reason at all, and everytime Ive gone there, Ive had to pull into a parking spot and wait 15 minutes on my order (most likely for it to just be wrong) and by that time, its been such a hassle I dont want to deal with getting it corrected.
Probably some of the worst service ever. Waited 15 mins in the drive through. Then had to come in and waited another 15 mins because they weren’t telling people the drive through was closed. Ran out of spicy chicken, nuggets, tenders, and apple pies. About three workers in there, but none of them were able to multitask so it took forever for orders to come out.
Wanted to order 32 piece nuggets, lady said they are frozen, i asked if they are in the freezer or if they are thawing she said she dont know and for me to have a nice day bye.For people to get paid over $10 per hour you would think the service would be better.Popeyes needs to learn from Chick fil a on how to pick employees to work for them.That employee is a disgrace to customer service.
I had my first experience with the Classic Chicken Sandwich. Heard so many great reviews. If this wasnt a rubber chicken in a sandwich suit, I dont know how else to describe it. Either it was raw or way undercooked I dont know why it was like biting into a big bunch of rubber bands. I hope I dont get sick. I gave over half of the sandwich to Boomer my dog. He did eat this, but not the half of the flounder sandwich from a couple of days before. I am through with this restaurant until they get it together. Maybe I will try again in a year or so. 🤢
Can’t ever get food here. Employees just do not want to work. Told repeatedly that it’s going to be a 15 - 30 minute wait for food that should be available. “All we currently have is shrimp. It’ll be a 30 minute wait for any chicken order” yes really. And the food that is available is old. Worst Popeyes I’ve EVER been in.
Very unlikely that I return. When they first opened, waited over 30 minutes for our meal after ordering. Decided to give it another shot today. The experience wasnt any better and likely even worse. They were out of everything - sprite, beignets, pies and the list goes on. Settled on all they had available and the food was terrible. The fries must have been a week old and so over cooked that they were inedible.
Where is the ZERO stars? Waited in line for 20 mins to find out they only had 8 PCs of spicy chicken! Nothing else, no sandwiches, no tenders and no more PCs of chicken. I was nice enough to warn the rest of the ppl waiting in line so they didn’t waste there time. I went to Zaxby’s and waited less and was served with a smile. Don’t waste your time going here! I wish I read the reviews first. The manager was rude! I asked why they don’t have a sign letting everyone know there out of chicken or just tell the ppl in line so they don’t wait for nothing. She looked at the other employee and yelled “ is he talking to me”? NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME BACK HERE!
We got the absolute worst chicken ever. I paid 35$ and had to wait for half pink, half over cooked, totally in acceptable chicken.We went back and waited another 15 mins for them to cook more. No one wants anymore after that. They would not give our money back, they said it would be too much trouble for them. Well this was way too much trouble for us. So a 35$ meal took us atleast an hour.Never again
The order taker at the drive thru was so rude and confusing. I just wanted a mix of spicy and mild- just asking to include a drum stick of each. And she starts yelling that she can’t give me all of her drum sticks (not at all what I was asking) so I just said, “we’ll give me whatever you got then,” cuz she was talking about her chicken inventory way too much. I told her just 4 and there was a long pause so I wasn’t sure what happened. I asked “hello?” And she yells back “I’m waiting on you!” This woman would rather act ghetto than just give simple answers. Where’s the training? You can’t serve people with no customer service skills. This is the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to.
AWFUL!! The experience I had at this restaurant could be the worst I’ve ever had!! Employees are very rude and service is extremely slow. Five employees were there, but not one are doing their job. Waited 25 minutes for 3 spicy chicken tenders and never received our food. Popeyes Corporate should be ashamed!! Wish I could give them negative stars!!
Horrible customer service! I ordered 2 of the 3PCS combos one combo supposed to had 1 Thigh, Wing, and Breast! The other one supposed to been 1 Thigh, Wing, and Leg and they told me that it was going to be a 12 minute wait, mind you that I placed my order at 8:00pm and I was waiting for 30 minutes for the Manager to say that I was lying to one of the employees and said that I wasnt waiting no 30 minutes and on my receipt it clearly says placed order at 8pm, I ask the employee to look at the receipt and the time and he said yes your receipt says 8pm and it is now 8:35pm! Not only did they give me all Legs on my second order, they didnt get my sides right and shorted me a biscuit Will not be going back!
Went through the drive through and was greeted with less than professional service. Ordered the classic chicken sandwich and this sandwich was so tough that it wasnt edible. Also slathered with mayonnaise. Hope they can get their act together because it is way too early for them to have these kind of problems.
I am sorry that I had to give this location 1 star because the app would not let me give it a 0. They were out of chicken. Hint: If you say you sell chicken, People will come to order chicken! Trash. Horrible. Unsanitary behavior. The employee had on a mask but wore it as a chin strap and coughed all on my card that was in her hand. I asked her to sanitize it and she said they didnt have any cleaning materials! I called in to complain and the other manager refused to give her name. Please just shut down so we can replace this with chik-fil-a or an establishment that believes in customer service. Shut this spot down please. I am beginning to think this is a front for an illegal outfit because no new operation can be this horrible.
Don’t ask for a single thing on the menu (except maybe the chicken sandwich) because they literally have NONE of it. And the person in the drive through is extremely rude. Once we got to the window, we asked if they had cheesecake because we saw it on the sign as we were driving up. The person asked the manager beside her and the manager turned around and screamed “noooo!” like that question literally ruined her night. I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this place is in dire need of new management. I kind of wish a different restaurant was here now instead.Oh yeah! And they gave us the entirely wrong order. We just kept it and took the loss because it was not worth another 30 minute wait to get it fixed.
Service was awful at the Braselton Geirgia location. Missing 2 dinners from my order & when I asked about it I was told the manager said your order was complete. When I finally had all my boxes & got home we were missing biscuits, all white meat meals did not exist, sides were incorrect, and if this is suppose to be spicy they failed miserably. When I called the mangers excuse was I literally only have 6 people working & we are a new business well apparently they do not wish to succeed with this new business. They wont get mine again - I will go to Bojangles (they have better biscuits anyway)!
Going to leave a little higher review, its less than 2 right now and dont feel it quite deserves so low. But its a meh place. There was a noticeable difference in my fries vs my SOs, asked for 2 different sauces and got 2 of one of them. Employees seemed overwhelmed with how many people were there, they need to hire more people or something to account for how many people are going through the line. We waited around 20 minutes for our food and it was an off hour, if you are going expect to wait in line for a bit, have a few things wrong with your order, and not be a great experience but they did have the chicken sandwich so it wasnt a total loss.
Worst customer service experience I have ever had at a restaurant!!! Mobile app did not work at this location, and the manager did not try to honor the mobile offer in any capacity or compensate with another discount. Then they tried to charge me for sauce. That was the last straw and I requested a refund.The employees were completely disrespectful, made no effort to resolve the issue, and berated me until I left. If the owner/manager cannot make restitution, then I will never eat at this establishment ever again!Save your money and head to Chick-fil-A! You know their Chicken Sandwich is better anyways, haha!
We were so looking forward to our Popeye’s meal from this new restaurant close to us. We have always loved Popeyes and have always been happy/satisfied with our meals. WELL, NOT THIS TIME AT THIS NEW STORE. We ordered 2 popcorn shrimp combo’s with an extra side. They put both meals in the same box, the 2 servings of shrimp consisted of a total of 14 pieces with a total weight of 1/4 pound including the containers instead of the 1/2 pound (1/4# each) that we were supposed to get. The fries were not hot and were mushy, not crispy. As you can tell, we are definitely disappointed.
I order a 11 piece chicken and they only gave me 8 pieces of chicken. I called and told me I could drive back for the other 3 pieces but they close in 2 minutes. Wasnt going to make the time before they close. So sad that they cant count. It wasnt even busy. It was no one there but me.
If i wanted cold fries and nuggets, I would have driven to Louisiana and back to eat this.The biscuits were so dry, I thought I was knocking the dust off.Soda with my Ice.Theres more calories in a can of spinach than the 8 count I got. This is the worst popeyes Ive ever been to. I asked for two legs in addition to my shrimp combo order and was told that they didnt have two legs. What!??, so I said in a medium voice, yall dont have 2 chicken legs??? The young girl snapped and said, I dont know who you think you are talking to? What!!!??? So I parked my vehicle and went inside to speak with the manager. What a waste of time because she started lying and covering for the disrespectful young lady at the drive-thru window. I will be calling corporate on Monday
There was not an option for 0 stars so I gave them 1 star. Horrible service ! Every time I have came to this location they were out of chicken sandwiches so on this particular day I called first and they told me they had everything on the menu, went 5 minutes later and ordered and they said they were out then proceeded to say I had called earlier in the day and argued with me at the drive thru. They would rather customers stay at home and never come to the store. I will NEVER go back again!
On Sunday 8/22/21, want to order chicken nuggets and the lady said that its not ready yet, still frozen. So I asked when itll be ready and she said with so rude Sir, I dont know, I cant answer you, have a good day and thats it. I mean its already 11.21 pm, time for have lunch, while Zaxby already have a long line at drive thru. And heres Popeye with no attitude to customer.
Only giving a 1 star because I cant leave a 0 star! Tonight was my 2nd time visiting this location. 1st time the food was terrible and customer service was rude. But my husband wanted to try again. The lady taking orders was so rude!! I left and didnt even order. Ill never go back!
Friendly staff very slow service i was the only customer in the lobby so in all fairness they werent busy and I only had my choice of diet coke or some type of orange drink they were out of everything else as far as food goes half of my order was freshly made no complaints there and the other was dry and rock hard probably setting up under a heat lamp all day I was disappointed when I got home needless to say I called to let them know about the experience and no answer!
I posted this review the day after they opened but for some reason it disappeared, so Ill do it again. I sat in line for about 40 minutes, made it to the menu board and saw what I wanted in the flashing panel on the bottom, cajun shrimp, only to be told that was discontinued. On a brand new menu board? Calls into question everything about the place when a brand new menu has discontinued items on it.
I will never give my hard earned money to this place again. If you dont like/love your job please go find another one! I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Food is disgusting, customer service is terrible, and its really sad when the manager has an attitude then refuses to serve a customer because she cant hear through her own intercom!!!
This place hasnt even been opened that long and the service tonight was horrible!! At 9pm the workers were too busy playing around inside and walking put the back door, line was long took them forever to come over drive thru to tell people they drive thru was done to come inside. Go inside at they arent cooking anything if nothing was already fixed they wasnt cooking fresh food. We ordered the 18 piece and they even didnt give any biscuits thats suppose to come with the meal.
The braselton location is horrible! Customer service is horrible and no it wasnt just tonight. Ive come here 3 times to give them the benefit of the doubt (bc everyone has bad nights). They are all so rude,have bad attitudes, and have no idea how to make sure meals are correct. They need a whole new crew or some major new training.
Terrible experience. Slow service. Items missing and wrong when order finally came. Asked about the missing items was told Oh we dont have that. So they gave me an incomplete order and I guess hopped I wouldnt notice till after I drove away. Food was terrible cold and tasted stale.
It says they close at 11pm. Just went through the drive through at 10:40 and no one was inside. The 2 other cars behind us werent happy either. We tried to give this new Braselton establishment a chance but they cant even be open when they say they are. Sad we finally get something new in Braselton and I cant even get anything. Most likely wont get back. If your reading this, should I give them another chance?
Brand new location. They had NOTHING. Only 2 sides available. 1 type of meat. Don’t apparently even know what they sell & wouldn’t make anything because they were “about to close”, granted I sat in line for almost 40 minutes. This is the most ridiculously poor grand opening I have ever seen. You couldn’t pay me to come back.
The customer service here is horrible. They never have anything. What chicken place doesnt have hot sauce? Everytime I order here they are either out of chicken or give you whatever they have instead what goes in the family meal. I will not return to this store again. Cant eat inside, yet continue to charge you, not me, full price for a meal for the bathrooms and AC you cant use. Everywhere else is wide open because covid isnt a thing anymore. All of the smart people are wising up to the agenda, and then you have these pieces of garbage. Hope your business fails.
This location is the biggest cluster I haver ever seen. Better check your order before you leave because it wont be correct. They dont like giving out sauces. Customer service is horrible. They are always out of what I seem to ask for. This place needs different management ASAP!
I love popeyes chicken, this one opened up closest to my home. I have no issues with it this popeyes is as good as any and ive had worse , not sure why some gave it a 1 star its the same as any other popeyes. I am disappointed that popeyes got rid of their dirty cajun rice , i loved it, so i just found that out by visiting this popeyes but thats not their fault thats a corporate decision. i guess i have to settle for red beans and rice now.

I went to this Popeyes today around 1:15 the door was lock but so i walk to the drive up window im in my semi so i cant pull up but anyway i tried to order some food the lady said come back in 30 minutes i was like it 1:15 pm so i walk then i look she was letting other people order there food i was like that was mess up
If I could give a zero stars I would. This is the worst establishment you could ever go to. Customer service is a zero and the boy Manager is running the establishment to the ground. I ordered a family meal and was told to pull into a parking space so they could bring out my fries. I wait 15 mins and now I’m worried and I drive around and get to the window; they act like I’m not there and the manager quickly go to make my meal that I had been waiting for. I enquirer about the delay and why wasn’t my food brought to the front as they promised. The manager looks me in the eye and said “the girl brought it out and you weren’t there”, I was shocked and told him that’s a lie because the doorway was in my vision and the girl never came outside.Not once did he apologize for this and I grab my bag and drive off; while in the parking lot, I was promoted to check on my order and realized I was given 3 chicken less and the fries I was made to wait for was not included in my order. Im upset at the point and have to drive around again. I get to the window and explain again to the manager that my order was messed up and he didn’t apologize instead he asks me if I want a refund? This is the worst customer service I have experienced ever and that young boy should not be given such a responsibility to manage an establishment as Popeyes because he has zero knowledge of customer service. He was very rude and extremely unprofessional and even threatened to call the cops on me.

2021-12-103rd time disappointed. Last time I came to try the new Mac and cheese. They waited until I had paid before saying they were out. I would have canceled the order if they had said it before hand but I got the nuggets that were surprisingly over cooked. I thought today I would give it another try because there really isnt that many chicken places around and Mac and cheese at the Oakland location was great. Today they had it but this was 1/2 the serving from what was given at the other location. Customer service news the only plus today. I dont eat Popeyes often but I will continue to travel to Oakland if I really want it. Very sad that this location is so new and not as good as the others.

2022-08-05My daughter was craving a chicken sandwich meal from Popeyes so we decided to try this new location nearby our home. First we tried going inside but the doors were locked however, later we saw a customer walk in a different door. So we went through the drive-thru and were asked to park in a spot to wait for our food because it would take a little while. This was understandable, given that many restaurants are short-staffed these days. After a little while a worker came out and asked us what we ordered, so then we had to wait a little longer. After about 30+ minutes total we happily received our order; however, after getting home we discovered that the 2 Buffalo sauces I paid .60 for were missing, which was quite disappointing. The good news is that the food was warm and tasty!

2022-08-09Popeyes in Braselton Georgia (store #13576) is a disgrace to the franchise and needs some strong management. We were told we couldnt pay cash as soon as we walked in. That wasnt a problem. Our granddaughter ordered a chicken sandwich. She was told they didnt know where the woman was who made the chicken sandwiches plus they didnt have any tenderloins. My wife ordered 3 mild chicken strips, and they tried to get her to take spicy because they were filling an order with the mild ones. She also ordered lemonade and got a full glass of hot lemonade with no ice in it. She mentioned it and was told to get ice from the drink machine because they didnt have any in the back. I ordered chicken strips and sweet iced tea. They only had unsweetened tea. The restaurant was dirty with no clean tables, and the parking lot was filled with wrappers and cups that hadnt been picked up. Our order was wrong. My wife got 3 pieces of chicken instead of strips. I got nuggets instead of strips. My fries were cold. There were no napkins or condiments at the condiment area and no paper towels in the restroom. I suggest you go to Zaxbys next door.

2022-03-11Since the first day this Popeyes opened it’s been a complete disaster. The service here is a nightmare and food is always cold. They always get my order wrong. This is my 5th time coming to this place and it will be my last. How ever owns this establishment you need to fix it.

2022-06-27It depends on what time of day you go in order to get fresh food. I have been there about 5 times since opening...only two times was my food fresh. Make sure to go early in the day to avoid getting food that have been sitting under a light and rock hard biscuits.

2022-05-05This place is trash. I ordered a family dinner and got charged extra for sides that it was supposed to come with. A $37 meal is now $68.99 not to mention that I ordered a large Mac and cheese and it was half. And of course I did not get all of my food. It’s in a great place however team members are rude and just simply don’t care!!! I get that it’s hard to find good help in 2022 but darn where are you getting workers….WISH!!!

2022-08-15Worst Popeye’s EVER!!!! This was my second chance for this location after having a bad experience right after they opened. If anything, they’ve gotten worse! I have a large family, and I know large orders can be overwhelming, so I ordered online and gave them almost 30 minutes before I pulled up. They asked me to pull forward, okay no problem. Fast forward 10 minutes, we hadn’t seen or heard from anyone and I decided I wanted to add a Cajun rice so I went inside. Two employees, one of which was a young girl that seemed to be the shift manager, were sitting at a table in the dining room talking to each other and playing on their phones. Three young men were in the kitchen, and none of them seemed to have any idea what was going on. One of them came to take my order for the rice. He takes my payment then goes to get the rice and says “oh yeah we’re out of rice.” Okay, no problem, let me get Mac n cheese instead. I ask about the rest of my order, and he says they are working on it. Almost 10 minutes later they bring me a bag with my sandwiches, and another bag in which they have stacked multiple baskets of fried chicken, 12 pieces to be exact, instead of using a box. Perhaps they were out you say? I could see one laying on the shelf under the chicken. But first things first, where’s the rest of it? The rest of what, they respond. My order… they look clueless. What did you order? So I tell them I ordered a “Biggest Feast” and then they argue, until the girl in the dining room yells for them to print the receipt. She still hasn’t bothered to get up and come back to work at this point. They start working on the rest of my order which consisted of two half filled (supposedly large) baskets of cold, old fries, five stale, cold biscuits and five apple pies that they say they still have to cook. Still trying to be patient, I say okay, no problem. At this point, the girls comes back behind the counter and I ask if she can move my chicken to a box so it keeps better for the ride home. She looks about 18, but acts about 14 and heaven forbid you ask her to do her job, she’s much too cool for that. In fact, that was the attitude of basically every employee I saw, including the older woman that was wandering around. The only person I saw actually working that seemed to know their A$$ from a hole in the ground was an older gentlemen that was taking out trash even though there were three young, able bodied boys standing around talking and doing nothing. After waiting over 30 minutes from the time I pulled up to the drive thru, I finally got our food and it was as mediocre as the experience led me to expect. Maybe if this store actually had decent management that knew how to actually train employees instead of lame kids that think they’re adults but that don’t want to do anything, things would get better. As it stands, they should just close the doors and give up.

2022-09-08I wont be going there for fast food again. Placed an order online, got the kids loaded up in the car and drove there (at least a 15 min ordeal), sat in the drivethru and had to wait to tell them online order, then got to the window and theyre like well its either half original and half spicy on a family meal or a 20 minute wait 🤷♀️, then please pull up, wait another 10 minutes and the little raincloud of a drive thru worker brings us our food... but forgets my side of rice. The family was too hungry to wait all night for this and needless to say its more than frustrating.

2022-06-03If I could give 0 stars I definitely would . First let me start off by saying shout out to the pregnant lady for standing in the window with the attitude (what a queen ) . Its like I have to BEG yall for my items that COME with the meal . chicken is always black and hard , chicken sandwich is always small and rubbery and I dont even have to tell yall how the fries and red beans are , yall do the math ;) Also . they never fail to forget something . And my total for the same thing comes out different every time . love this place

2022-08-17This Popeyes is HORRIBLE! I am a door dasher and accepted an order from here today. It took them 20 minutes to make it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and accepted 2 more orders from them a little later (both at the same time). I showed the girl at the front both orders when I got there. Almost 30 minutes later, she gave me 1 order. I asked how much longer until I got the second one. She asked someone else to help her find it. After scrambling through several tickets sitting on the counter, the guy said they dont have it and dismissed me. As I was calling the customer to say they didnt have her order, he then tells me they do have it ( but of course it wasnt prepared yet). It took me over 30 minutes to pick up these orders and the guy was extremely rude. As a dasher, I will NEVER accept another order from this Popeyes. As a customer, I will never eat here. Horrible!!!
