There are positive experiences here, but those that frequent this location know how poorly managed it truly is. Many times they are out of items all together, drive thru service is poor, receipts cannot be given at the drive thru and have been down for months! Sometimes charged for condiments, sometimes not... Overall frustrating to come here! Youre better off going to Bojangles down the road.
Horrible service, incompetent management. Came thru with an issue ordering on the app. It showed that this store wasn’t accepting mobile orders and I was trying to use a reward I had. I showed the manager, a young white boy, what the app was saying. His response:” we’re a franchise and we have nothing to do with the app.” Although they set the hours and take the orders from the app, but ok! He refused to acknowledge my rewards even after showing him I had over 900 rewards points. Lost a loyal customer over a chicken sandwich. Not how a real manager would have handled the situation. It would have been easier for him to give me the sandwich then to hold up his drive thru for 15 min while I attempt to figure the app out by myself. He was of no assistance. I will no longer patronize this business.
This the last time I will ever visit this Popeyes. I always have ordered the 3 pc tender meal with another biscuit in lieu of another side. Clerk tells me that they dont do the substitution even though they have done it SO many times before.Last meal had old chicken and dried mashed potatoes.Sorry Loganville Popeyes, youre just not good enough to spend $11.00 for three tenders..
WORST SERVICE EVER!! Just went to this location I spent $50.50 had 4 meals 3 tenders & 1 shrimp plus two sandwiches. I asked the lady for sauce for order because they only gave us TWO she responded saying extra sauce is $.31 each HOW when you only gave me two in total for 4 meals no straws nor napkins!! I will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN
On 3/23/22, I drove out of my way to this Loganville, GA location. In the drive-thru, I ordered the 8 piece family meal and added an additional Mac& cheese side. Price on display $23.99 price I was charged was $35.91. I asked why and was told it was the a la carte Mac& cheese plus tax that made it $12 dollars more. I asked for a receipt or proof of the charges/transaction and was told that the machine is broken. I was given an attitude like do you want this food or not!! I kindly asked for a refund which again was done with nothing but attitude by the person in charge.
Same old situation, cant ever order food inside . But they have 10 people working and they all have the kids at work sitting at tables and doors are locked. Hard for a big truck to go through drive thru. Last 3 times they wanted me to stand in a parking lot at dt and order while drivers try to hit you.
I went there and said I wanted a 2 PC. Meal and a 4pc kids meal and they me 4 pieces of chicken for a child instead of nuggets and I was like I said kids meal. Do Popeyes have a 4pc kids meals and they didnt give me my money back for their mistake. I will not go there any more because how you dont know whats on your menu.
This location is a scam! They are literally charging people additional cost for items not advertised by Popeyes. Everytime i come here, its something different from other locations or they have no chicken. Youre a chicken place. How do you run out of chicken or they never want to cook it fresh. Its always something.
I am very disappointed in the newly opened location in Loganville, Ga. On last night 10/1, I waited in the drive-thru for almost an hour, didnt really mind the wait however when I got to the window the cashier was very distracted as there were many of workers just gathered around her talking about no related personal issues. My order was not ready so they asked me to pull up, I was not given a receipt for my $39 order because they were out of receipt paper, I asked for peppers they were out, I asked for sauce they were out. When my order was finally brought out and I was traveling home I couldnt help but notice my sides red beans and rice and mash potatoes smelled really strong, not just the fresh smell but like somwthing was open smell. I pulled over and noticed that my sides were just laying in the bottom of the bag opened, (bag busted because of the moisture of the food) and had spilled all over my car , the restaurant had put a large beverage lid on top of the sides instead of an actual sides lid therefore it was not close. This restaurant is about 20 minutes from my house and I did not go back. I tried to call and the line stayed busy throughout the night. This is very disturbing as this restaurant has messed up several orders I have seen. For a new restaurant, this needs a whole new staff. Sad because Popeyes is good but having customer service like this can ruin a company.
Fast forward one year. $10.78 for a two piece combo! As much as I love Popeyes, that’s way too much. Side fry $3.09. Very small drink included and small fry. We drove off to Chikfila. Sorry Popeyes! Way too much!!!!I have been here three times. Never had to wait. Extremely friendly. Chicken always hot and fresh. I did order the two can dine and was given 3 drumsticks, one breast and a wing. Pretty cheap handing out 3 drumsticks in that order. But, I didn’t specify my chicken choices, so I won’t fault them.
Ordered an18 piece of chicken , got the order pretty quick the main problem is out of the 18 pieces 14 pieces were wings hardly any meat on the tiny pieces . It was embarrassing to have a lunch with 10 people and serve tiny wings to grown adults . Look in box before you leave !!!
If I could give negative stars, I would. Corporate should seriously investigate this franchise, & the franchise owner should revisit the employees they’ve hired. The line in the drive thru was almost backed up into street traffic. Employees were preventing customers from entering into the dining area in an attempt to gain control of the amount of customers in line. Upon entering the dining area, an employee who I will nickname “colored contacts,” was complaining about how much they hate their job working at Popeye’s. She also openly expressed in front of customers that their supply truck had gone MIA. So, they were out of several sides, condiments & even chicken at one point in the day. “Colored contacts”, who I assume is the manager, was rude. The cashier was rude. They wouldn’t allow me to pick up an order that was placed in the app because “people have been stealing.” So, I had to reorder an order that was originally placed in the app. I wasn’t allowed condiments with my meal. Other customers dining in were denied chicken options because “colored contacts” wanted to save chicken for orders in the drive thru that had not been made yet. I didnt receive a “sorry for your wait,” but I did receive an attitude as if I was inconveniencing the employees by showing up at their job at Popeye’s to order food. If you care about quality customer service, don’t eat at this location.
I spent more then 100$ on food, when I got to the window to pay the young man took my card and I paid. After he hands me my card back I ask for the receipt And he tells me they’re machine is broken and has been for months. I informed him I was not using my card and needed the receipt to show exactly what was bought. They couldn’t do anything about it , I then asked for a complimentary pie because they were unable to provide my receipt. A $1.94 pie turned into a full on argument with the manager. Never again.
Customer service is horrible! We went through the drive thru and as we are approaching the window, the cashier sticks her hand out of the window motions hand and shouts out of the window and tells us to move back. There were cars in front and behind us. When we get to the window we asked what the issue was and she stated oh it was nothing, it had to do with our timer. Now I have family that works in the fast food industry and I understand that the timer is designed to show how quickly customers are serviced. They are tricking the system to make it look like they are moving customers faster than they really are. Management please take note of this.
This franchise is literally garbage. I got to this location around 8:30 yesterday and was in there for a solid 30+ minutes even though there were only 4 customers because they have no staff. The cashier (who I do not blame at all) had to take orders and make them all while her manager stood around and did virtually nothing to help her. They were out of so many items on their menu. Not to mention their advertised menu does not reflect what they’re actually serving. There was HAIR in my food. This franchise might as well close because they’re down terrible. The franchise owner should be ashamed.
PLEASE check your receipts (if you get one) because they will make a fraudulent charge on your card. First and last time at this location. I had a coupon and the price did not sound right. I asked for a receipt to review the transaction and I was told the terminal was not working. After asking for a refund a receipt was magically printed for me. After reviewing the receipt I see a charitable donation has been added to my total. I NEVER indicated that I wanted to make a donation. I believe the cashier simply chose to not use the coupon code originally and when she noticed I wasnt leaving easily she tried to cover it up. I called customer service but I would not advice anyone to give this location their business.
What an amazing restaurant. The staff here is so friendly and The manager treated us all like family! She is amazing manager. This was the fastest Popeye’s we have ever been too. My wife was so impressed. We will definitely be going back. Those New Chicken Nuggets were Hot and Fresh Our Children can’t stop talking about them
I spent $11.11 on (#1) 2 piece chicken I was totally disappointed ☹️, I understand things are expensive today, but 2 piece of chicken , I realize things are up, but for you to tell me because the food to feed the chickens are expensive, and tell me that Walmart is high to. I just couldnt believe it, I was in Logansville Ga unreal, and it wasnt even hot and fresh
To say this Popeyes has lousy customer service would be an understatement! The employees are rude. They offer no apologies for getting your order wrong or over charging you and that has happened more than once! The sad part is the food is pretty good WHEN they actually get your order right, IF and when they actually have whats on the menu. Man they need better management!! Tsk, get some better employees in there who understand how to run a cash register and deal with customers!!!
The food is always good but it seems that there’s a wait, no matter what you order. Out of spicy chicken tenders during lunch? Really? Just train the staff to start cooking another batch when your supply begins to get low. There were 3-4 other customers also waiting for various other items that were sold out.People who get 30 minute lunch break don’t want to spend it standing in line waiting...
Never leave here without checking your order. They get it wrong 100% of the time. I have never left here and had my order right. If the next Popeyes wasnt in the next town I would never come to this one. So frustrating. Is this how you all save money, by never giving people their full order?
This is honestly probably the worst Popeyes in this entire area. At noon on a Saturday they have no chicken ready when you order and the manager or whoever, I will just call her “colored contacts that look terrible “is the rudest person I’ve ever come in contact with anywhere and that’s really saying something with all the Karen’s around here. I think corporate needs to get involved here and hire all new people and fire all of the managers at this location. Not to mention they undercook chicken almost all the time.
This location needs NEW MANAGEMENT!!! I have been to this location only 4 times EACH time service sucked!!!! The Mac and cheese wasn’t ready!! Had to wait 35 minutes to be served. When Mac and cheese was ready I was served HALF a serving!!!!!! My other food was cold and wasn’t even right. Last night I send my cousin to pick up food from Popeyes Loganville location.. Mac and cheese COLD AND NASTY!! The chicken wasn’t even what I ordered. Nasty as well!! Whoever is the manager of this place!!! Needs to be REMOVED SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!!!!!!!
I ordered 3 meals and only 1 of the meals was correct. They didnt include my extra side either. NO RECEIPT BECAUSE THE MACHINE WAS NOT WORKING. This location sucks! They need new management. Nobody cares. All you see is a nasty parking lot and young teen employees walking around. Give people what they paid for and not just what you want them to have. RIP OFF! I also called corperate.
This was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had not only did I have to wait for 40 minutes in the Drive-Thru to get my food once I made it home my order was completely wrong go back up there and the door was locked and no way to tell anyone about the issues with my order. I would of had to wait a hour plus waiting in the line for the drive-thru. I feel like Popeyes just robbed me should be no stars. Received a box of biscuits instead of a box of chicken really!
Food is excellent! Service is horrible. Messed up order tonight, did not get the correct sandwiches. Also, second time we were not given utensils! Hard to eat red beans and rice and mash potatoes without a spoon, fork or spork! Called manager. Excuse for no utensils was that they were busy tonight. Offered tp fix, but if Im across town, why would I want to drive back across town again. Just get it right the first time! Only reason we come back is because the food is good!
Ok I get that I used a coupon for 18.99. Then requested all white meat... was told there would be an upcharge and I said ok. Get to window order is 27.94. Asked young lady at window for an explanation of the charges she says, well there is an uncharge for white meat then we have an upcharge as well 🤔 umm kind of confused but have hungry family so pay anyway. Open box how about there is dark meat inside... manager apparently new does not know how to do a refund so now stuck waiting for food we originally paid for wasted over an hour here... not likely to do it again... only good thing was after it all was I got fresh chicken but for the hour I wasted I could have fried my own.
Reason for three stars food for us has always been good and fresh. Happy we have one in Loganville. Hated the one on 124!!! BUT today we went to Popeyes and first of all the person was a little dry taking our order in the drive thru...ok...but when we got to the window. It was a car in front of us. We were next in line. The worker stuck her finger out the window point towards us. I figured she was giving directions to the person in front of us but when that person pulled off. She was still pointing. Confused....I waited a little then..I drove slowly to the window. Guess what the lady had this look on her face like DIDNT I TELL YOU TO WAIT?!?!?! I asked her were you telling us to wait. With such a nasty look on her face.. she nodded her head yes....I DROVE OFF. NOT PAYING FOR NASTY ATTITUDE all she had to do was poke her head out the window and ask if I could wait a moment. I wouldnt have had a problem with that... simple
One star is being to generous! I should have pulled off when I had the chance. When I started to place my order at the drive thru I was told we dont have enough mild chicken for a 12 piece and were not cooking anymore! This was at 9:30pm and they didnt close till 11pm. Then it took twenty minutes to get to the window with only 4 cars in front of us. Had to ask for a receipt too.
Good and service has always been good. I live in the area and visit this location whenever I want Popeyes. I’ve never been disappointed yet. I believe a lot of the bad reviews listed are close to closing time but never had an issue when I went during the day. Check it out for yourself and be your own judge! I gave it 4 stars because I never give any restaurant 5 stars.
Chicken cold and the wings were so little. Paid for extra gravy $2.39 got a spoon full in a cup and sent it back to fill the cup. Cashier inside very polite. Please give people what they paid for as this was our 3rd trip trying this location and we will not be back. Interesting how Mgmt stands around grading employees with clip board and the drive thru line slow and wrapped around the bldg. I give the food a 3 out of 5 along with quality
I ordered my food online and it said it would be ready at 7:45. I arrived at 7:46 and did not receive my food until 8:10. I made my order at 7: 20pm. They didnt pull my order until I arrived. There were at least 8 employees there and they still were behind. I ordered butterfly shrimp and they no longer had any. They gave me popcorn shrimp instead but I stiil paid the same price. I ordered red beans and rice and the rice tasted like water. I ordered a fish sandwich and the bread was cold, they remade it but the same thing occurred.I only gave it 2 stars because the manager greeted everyone and was very pleasant, if not for that it would have been a 1 star review. This is the 2nd time Ive been there and this has happened.
We were given the wrong food. No spoons of forks for 3 meals. Drive thru slow. Parking lot needs cleaned, the back door was open. It should be locked! Also I seen 5 people go in to order but then left. To hey should at least put a sign on the door to let customers know.
Im a fan of Popeyes chicken; however, my last few experiences have been far from perfect. The last visit, the line was wrapped around the building, so I chose to go inside (there were only 2 other customers inside). The service and wait time was horrible. The place seemed completely unorganized. There were employees standing around, while customers were simply waiting. I waited more than 25 minutes, and that was after I ordered my food. I thought this location would be better because it had opened recently, but to my surprise...it was no different. Like I stated in the beginning, the product is good, but the service stinks. Please fix it. Find out why Chick-fil-as service is so good, and try to duplicate it.
Ive given them a pretty considerable amount of courtesy considering things like, spicy versus mild accidents or sauces being out of stock.Tonight was the last straw. In the span of 25 minutes I witnessed 3 vehicles, and my own, be parked.. then re-queue up to address wrong or missing items.Its amazing to me that out of 5 consecutive times going to this location, 5 of 5 of them have had food items missing. There are two, and only two requirements.. Cook ALL of the food that Ive ordered to a human-safe level, and provide ALL of the items to me after Ive paid. Thats it. Two things. Thats the only things REQUIRED in this interaction. Not complicated orders, either. Were talking a 2 piece and large fry, forgetting the fries entirely. No drink. No sauce. Wrong food. Other peoples food. Spicy instead of mild. No straw. No napkins. The list goes on.Im not sure if its the night crews staffing, the apathy of the young children they hire , the night manager, the owner, or if its some bizarre cost-saving measure to conveniently forget peoples items.. but its embarrassing. These people are being paid to seemingly deliberately get peoples orders wrong.The young children working the window are overwhelmingly rude and nonchalant about every interaction.. That is of course assuming they look away from their cellphones with active FaceTime calls long enough to acknowledge you because often they dont.Embarrassing. Straight up embarrassing.
This is my 2nd and last time going to this one. I always get large orders. They always forget a major portion of the order. Their mashed potatoes have no gravy. They don’t serve any vegetables. The workers are beyond rude. They just don’t have customer service. The food is always tasteless. Very unseasoned. Chicken is always soggy and not cooked all the way. Both times i went the chicken tenders tasted like fish and the meat was not cooked all the way. The red beans and rice are not seasoned and very watery both times. Trust me. If you want seasoned food, this location is not the one you need to be at. I have 6 people around me and we all feel the same way. Do not go to this one.
Lines are always long. Yes one could say its a testament for how in demand they are. However, its not safe holding up traffic on an extremely busy street. The menu choices are starting to lessen as well. Upon receiving my order my fries were old and cold. Staff was friendly and they offer military members and veterans a discount.
Website said they opened at 10, so I went by at 10 to grab a sandwich for brunch... Got there and they said that they had just gotten in and wouldnt have sandwiches for another 30 minutes or so. Not a problem, exactly, but I didnt have time to wait, so I ran other errands and then went back and got the sandwich around 1 for a late lunch. Sandwich was delicious. But I was STARVING by that point because I hadnt had anything all day, in anticipation of eating the sandwich for brunch/early lunch!
Received an incomplete order as for 5 piece tender mill with coleslaw is aside and 3 jalapeno peppers only receive 2 peppers and note fork or spoon for which to eat My coleslaw with....edidt again this place is still trash... asked for a 3 piece tender got 3 bone in pieces of chicken..... simple things folks...
The food was good, but the staff needs to be replaced. When I have my order in the drive- thru, I kept having to repeat myself. It seemed like in the middle of my order, they changed people and new person asked what I ordered. Like really?! It seemed like me ordering was disturbing whatever they were doing. When I was finished giving my order, instead of telling me my total, she said, “You can drive around.” When I got to the window, she asked for my payment and then handed my food to me and drinks without saying thank you or anything. She did say, “Can you pull up to the line to wait for the rest of your order.” I pulled to line and waited and a young man brought the rest of my order. He was actually very nice and thanked me and told me to have a nice day. My mom loves near me and had just went through the drive-thru and also remarked to me how rude the workers were as if it was an inconvenience to have to work. They also got my order wrong, which I didn’t realize until I was halfway home and didn’t feel like going back.
First time Id had their classic chicken sandwich, and it was VERY good! A very thick, juicy chicken breast, with mayo and pickles. Very good flavor. Hard to compare it to Chick-fil-As sandwich - theyre different. The Cajun fries were pretty good, but disappointed they no longer have onion rings.
Very disappointed! I was surprised that the entire staff appeared to be all teenagers. They were very unprofessional, rude and totally oblivious to what even the fundamentals of customer service. I sat in the drive-thru for what seemed to be close to 10 minutes only to receive old dry chicken. I was handed a bag with nothing but the individual boxes of chicken and shrimp(which they were out of popcorn shrimp and whatever they consider to be regular shrimp to only offer butterfly shrimp) orders with no napkins. The young man then started to closing the glass window as I had to remind him that we hadnt even received our drinks! Ill continue to drive to the location on Lawrenceville Hwy by the Kroger where they have great customer service and better quality food! #ThisLocationWillNotGetMyMoneyNorSupport
I would give 0 stars if I could. Now Im sure their cooks are probably fine but their front house is the worst. Twice in a row I have had exceptionally terrible service. The first time came when my card came up .20 cents short on an order. They had my order ready but would not serve me, so I told them to hold onto it and I live >5 mins from the restaurant. After returning back with a quarter I found that in that >10 minutes I was gone they already threw out the order. So I had to wait for it to be made again. The second time, they left me waiting parked in the Drive Thru for 20 minutes for an order that was cold. They just forgot I was out there. I know this because I went into the store and my order was just sitting there.
This is the worst....absolute worst fast food chain in Loganville. The line is always super slow. I have visited this location twice, both times horrible wait times and bad customer service. Today, (11/2) my family and I waited 30 minutes in the drive through after we placed our order. When we checked our food, we realized we were missing a chicken sandwich. I went back inside and waited 10 more minutes... finally got the sandwich. We got home only to realize we had no biscuits in our meal boxes. 🤦🏽♀️ Just cancel this whole establishment! Hire more people or close. Hire people that actually want to work and that are capable of making orders. Bad management and bad employees.
TERRIBLE!I should have read the reviews before eating here.Out of biscuits AND mac/cheese at 7:30.Chicken was flavorless.To top it all off….3 young men were outside and I thought done with their shift.Wrong! They came in and went right to work WITHOUT WASHING HANDS!!!!!!!
Micheal is very nice! This young man had a very nice attitude! Me and my boyfriend arrived with mail in coupons and he took our orders with a quickness as well as everyone else’s order in the dinning room on May 17th in the afternoon! and prepared the orders at front counter! Thank you Micheal ! My boyfriend loved his fresh spicy tenders and Micheal told him they were fresh and just came up!
1month ago- Need more employees to handle the traffic coming in!! Only a handful of people! The young lady that helped me was very polite and professional.I visited again today 8/17 and yes there was a long line. They have hiring signs up trying their best to get help. I told the girls at the window “I hope it gets better for y’all!” They were doing a great job under the pressure of the dinner rush! I ordered a family meal and they mistakenly forgot my biscuits. I called when I got home and the manager was EXTREMELY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL! Y’all keep it up! You’ll get there! Support them! They are trying and it shows! The food NEVER disappoints!
First time I have eaten at a Popeyes in about 5 years. Just not any near me. It is somewhat on the more expensive side, but the chicken was hot and freshly made. Had the spicy chicken sandwich and it could have been spicier in my opinion. Also got chicken fingers for the kids and they liked them, which is always good. I would have the sandwich again. Also larger than most fast food chicken sandwiches if you havent tried it yet.
Monroe, Ga. Location..This location has really gone down in the past year. We use to go here b4 the covid. Food was fresh and hot, friendly service, but not anymore. I will drive to Loganville b4 I go to this location again. The sandwich was so small, it looked like they had split the breast in half. We ordered 2 sandwiches... there was alot more bread than chicken... which is unusual. The service was not friendly, and the order taker at drive thru was snappy. After taking the order. She didnt turn off the microphone, and you could hear her talking to other workers about the customers. If you dont like the patrons paying your pay, go get another job. You should not talk about the customers. You ask for a senior discount, but you can only get it , if you buy the combo... we dont drink anything but water, and we dont eat side items, so why would we want to get a combo? A senior discount shows that you appreciate the business of seniors... and alot of seniors do not eat large meals anyways.
So as I place my order at the counter. The cashier already have an attitude. I ordered 8 peice mixed i noticed her putting all the same kind. I asked is that mixed she say you want mixed i say yes that what i ordered. She starts throwing chicken out and in the box. I get home i have one breast one thigh and rest legs. This was the worst experience i have had in a while.
Absolutely one of the worst experiences I have ever had at Popeyes. Since the drive thru line was small, me and my family decided to try this Popeyes in Loganville for the first time. Due to COVID the only way was the drive thru. No complaints there. But upon ordering I was told they were out of almost everything, coke, sprite, mild chicken tenders, fries, and blackened ranch dipping sauce? I was flabbergasted cuz how do you manage a brand new chicken establishment that has been open a few lints and have no idea how much to order for your customers? Also when I asked at the window when I paid for my order, when was the establishment going to be restocked, the employee didn’t know, and turned and asked the manager, THE MANAGER didn’t even know when they were going to be resupplied. Once I returned home, I discovered that they didn’t give me any dipping sauce, it was clearly ordered, and printed on the receipt, the chicken tenders were old and cold, and the biscuits were hard and stale. Completely unacceptable. Looks like me and my family will continue to go to Bojangles as for this was completely a waste of time and money. Popeyes Co. seriously needs to reconsider management and employee.
Ive always had a wonderful experience at this location. Theres been only one occasion that one of the employees gave me a hard time and I havent seen that individual since.It certainly seems like they value customer service and employees that are willing to give it.Highly recommend this location!
Been to this location twice. I gave up on my first attempt after waiting 40 min in the drive thru line. On my second attempt, I tried to order the chicken sandwich, but, they were out along with most of their sides. Settled on the shrimp which were unremarkable. Its shocking that a newly opened location is so poorly managed and understocked? Who owns this location? I thought fast food had to handle a decent volume on a regular basis in order to be profitable based upon their margins.
With all the competition in every price range in Loganville there is no room for such terrible service. First they were out of Diet Coke, ok, I order Dr. Pepper. I pull up to the window, they run my card and while I’m waiting for my drinks and receipt the cashier says to the manager, “we better not get a rush right now”, in front of me. Hire people who want to work, please if your going to buy up land and build a restaurant in a growing city. The potential return is there. They ask me to pull up the famously packed trash can to wait. 20 mins later the cashier comes out and tells us the chicken sandwiches are “still frozen” and asked me to order something else. Oh they’re frozen, not made from scratch? I’m good I’ll go to one of the three other chicken restaurants within 2 miles to get a fresh sandwich. Asked for a refund and left. Whoever owns Popeyes now (I think Burger King) might as well go ahead and shut this location down unless you bring in some good management and stop hiring people who don’t want to work.
NO STARS - I order lunch for our office daily. This is the only place that will not allow you to place an order over $100. You would think that they would want the business. I had to place 2 orders from different accounts to get the website to accept my orders. OH and when I tried to just call the order in instead, they would not take the order over the phone.Everyone at the office likes their food and if Popeyes wasnt such a pain to order from they would be on our regular rotation.
The chicken is always good but they didnt have fries, green beans and Cajun rice. I was told by 2 gentlemen that were waiting that its always like that. The wait time was 20 minutes and I was also told that its usually 30-40 minutes. The men that were waiting with me ordered online and were still waiting. Im not sure what they can do for better customer service because there were plenty of staff and this was 6pm on Sunday.
Terrible experience at this newly opened Popeyes. Ordered spicy and it was some of the blandest batter I have ever had. The French fries looked good but they were cold. The only decent part of the whole experience was the cashier was friendly and got my order together quickly. I wont be going back!!!!!!!
Line is always ridiculously long and slow, and they always never have enough chicken prepared. Decided to skip the drive through and actually go in today. This was an eye opening experience as to why I will never return. The employees were nice and courteous, but seemed overwhelmed. A few people came in upset about their orders being wrong...my order was wrong when I checked it once I got home. I should have known to check it, I was just happy to finally receive it so I could leave.
The chicken was tender and juicy, the fries and red beans and rice were awesome 👌. I forgot to ask for some hot sauce while in drive thru and when I went in and asked for it, the condiments were put nicely in a bag.....it was not just handed to me in my hand all sloppy like most of these restaurants do. I will most definitely will come again. Also Faith who was in drive thru made sure that my order was correct by repeating my order. Great work 👏
I love Popeyes. I have waited for the line to get better at the new store - See other reviews for length of waits. I went today. Wont go back. That;s for sure. Chicken was good. The other two items were tepid in temperature. They did forget utensils and napkins. I did mention bbq sauce at the speaker when I ordered. It was not in the bag, so I waited 4 minutes until they came back to the window to ask for it. She said we dont have any. I told her I wish she had told me when I was ordering because I would have ordered something differently. Zero reply except an irritated look and offered other sauces. The other employee I encountered at the window was rude as well. They dont acknowledge you. They are about checking off a task on their list and that includes the guest in front of them and dont do it well at all. The customer service is very poor. Save your time and money and go to Chick-fil-A.
Outragous ripoff! Ordered a 3-piece meal combo in the drive-thru. Upon arrival at home, realized they had given me a puny drumstick, a wing, and a thigh piece. This is an appetizer at best! One side of slaw was a tiny cup and barely filled half way at that. Biscuit was also on the small side. For almost $10 this is an outrage! Plenty other chicken places around with fair portions for the price. This place... NEVER AGAIN!
Food is always good, however they have forgotten items out of my order twice. I tried to call but the phone is ALWAYS busy. The first time I chalked it up to a mistake. The second time I went back. They were very apologetic... Didnt say much to the manager about it since the person in front of me was complaining to her about the same thing. Seems like a consistent problem. There isnt much sense of urgency about getting orders out. I hope it gets better.
Every time I have tried to visit this restaurant I end up spending 30 to 45 minutes waiting on food. Fast food joints are made specifically to cater 2 people and workers that need a quick bite. The one time I actually got food my fries were super cold. As I was looking through the window while I was in line I only saw two workers so clearly you are low-balling people. Im in line as we speak and all ready for cars have left the parking lot waiting for their food.After waiting in line and finally getting my food which wasnt cold luckily this time but clearly this restaurant doesnt want to cater to anyone in the work field because they gave me no utensils, paper towels, never offered any sauce.Popeyes has been one of my favorite fast food chains in some of my favorite chicken tenders of all time and I got so excited when they finally made one in Loganville near me but unfortunately I will not be visiting this place again. Spent well over a few thousand dollars in food from Popeyes during my lifetime.ALSO STOP TELLING US WE SHOULD TRY THIS AND THAT WAISTING TIME. THE MENU IS THERE FOR A REASON!!!!!
First and last time going here. I ordered three 2 piece chicken tender kids meals with fries. They gave my starving kids each one minuscule tender with mashed potatoes that they didnt want. No straws, so they had to stare at their drinks while I drove home. The cashier didnt say one single thing to me, as friendly as I was. She dryly poked the debit card reader out of the window, and that was the only warmth I received from the staff. I looked in and saw 5 teens stand ing there, staring at each other like their faces were a Tik Tok screen. I give two stars because the food is at least hot and my wait was only 15 minutes instead of 20. If you are reading this review, please believe me and the 100 other 1 star reviews and simply go somewhere else. Huey Magoos is a minute away, and is the Dr Jekyll to this Mr Hyde of a pathetic restaurant.
Food was great, service was absolutely terrible , waited 35 minutes in the drive thru line to place an order , then 10 minutes to pickup two combos, Manager needs to more involved for a smoother drive thru experience for the guests or find someone capable of Managing the store, imagine the wait time if the dining room was open, great chicken sandwich but not worth the wait. These places need to realize that the locals want to support them to stay open but service like that I wont be back.
I have been to this location twice now. The first time, I waited in line for over an hour and the food was cold, drinks were watered down but at least they had everything I ordered. This time they did not have fries, chicken tenders, biscuits or sandwiches. What do you have then? It is a chicken place. Learn how to order the correct amount of food or go ahead and close down. I would absolutely give them zero stars if I could. This ENTIRE staff needs an overhaul. The last three (3) visits to this restaurant have left a ton to be desired in every single area. The first thing is very poor customer service, we are not looking for 5 star restaurant service but good basic service would be nice! This location is ALWAYS out of something, the most basic of things. This time they were out of french fries, blackened ranch, napkins and receipt paper. Oh, then got all the way home and instead of getting my five (5) piece tenders there were only 4 very small tender nugget pieces that were supposed to be strips I guess. The cleanliness outside the restaurant, that disgusting over flowing trash can at the drive thru “waiting spot.” Bland tasting chicken and tasteless loose red beans and rice. Poor restaurant planning, poor food quality, poor customer service, poor everything.
Our family stopped by on the way to the Loganville game. I’ve got to say the manger on duty last night was fabulous. It was taking just a little longer than normal but she went above and beyond to make our visit great. She made us feel like family! We received friendly service, hot chicken and sides, and great conversation with the manager. Keep up the great work y’all!
They were very slow. I sat at the drive thru window and I could seem a bag of food on the counter and 2 employees had the back to me. When they did not acknowledge me . After5 minutes I hollered through the window and asked if that bag on the counter was my food. The employee said it was and finally gave it to me.
3rd time visiting this location and all 3 times the wait has been crazy long, 45 minutes +. Today decided to do a mobile order,placed at 3:07 pm and got my food at 4:09 pm. That was after waiting in the lobby for 40 minutes. The staff looked unorganized and wasn’t sure what they were supposed to be doing. Several were just walking around the restaurant. A few had ear buds in their ears talking. This isn’t a result of being new. I’ve always liked Popeyes but 3 strikes and your out. And we got all mild instead of spicy.
Worst fast food time ever. It took 25 minutes after i placed my order . at the drive thru .after i called and told them i had been waiting for 1 fish sandwich then took another 8 minutes. One question why hire all these young people, who have No experience with customer service and dignity whom they represent.?? I couldnt believe what I saw, there was a Fight!!! In the restaurant between two or more employees. All these teenagers who work there were running around like they were watching an after school fight!!, the manager out side there was chaos all around the place. I have nevered seen anything like this..customers were in side and people were waiting in drive thru hardly any food was prepared, the food we ordered was not as fresh, the chicken had been sitting there for a while it was dry biscuits were dry and kinda hard. We didnt want to drive back wasting gas and our time. What is really going on here?? Who is the DM of this area, this place needs a totally make over with management and staff.
Not good management, not good employees. The employees were yelling at each other in the back and making threatening jokes towards each other right in front of customers. Lacking staff as well which is making it harder on the employees, which is why I think management probably isn’t hiring well enough either. Probably partly because of the working environment. It’s a cycle.
This location doesn’t honor company promotional coupons. I had a free chicken sandwich which says on the website “claim within 7 days”. I placed an order through their app and once met through the drive-thru. The manager refused to honor the coupon and offered to speak with him/her. I’m not gonna argue over a sandwich but I will not be returning to that location until I see better service and management.
Been here multiple times and when they first opened it was bad then they fixed it but this time we waited for 30 min and there were two cars in front of us they were out of drinks and they were rude. This needs to be fixed because it is ridiculous. Customer service is key and it is called fast food for a reason.
I will never come to the location EVER again. I waited over 40 minutes for my food. I decided I was over waiting in the store for my order. I just asked to get my money back, and they essentially told me it was possible. The manager told me I needed to wait for everyone else to get served before she could help me. Several people left the inside of the building refusing to wait any longer. The manager even publicly embarrassed another employee and she ran into t bathroom crying. I had people who checked out after me get their food, and I was just standing inside waiting. I am baffled by their training, preparation of serving the public, and knowledge of the register. Another customer came into the store saying all her food was cold. They ran out of chicken several times, and the manager (I think) said, “how do we run out of chicken with four cooks.” Other customers were compromising with their order just to stop waiting for the correct food.... I do not recommend this to ANYONE in the Loganville area. You will be better going to Huey Magoo’s, Publix, or Chick fil a. You might even be back to drive all the way to the scenic highway location and back, in comparison to waiting at this location.. NEVER AGAIN.
When ordering we were asked to repeat our order 4 times. When we got to the window they were confused about which drinks were ours. The manager opened my wifes drink, poured some into another cup and tasted it and shook her head at the server giving her the go ahead to give it to us. She ordered unsweet tea. We got home and it was sweet. We were asked to pull up a little and wait. We had to pull up beside a trashcan which was level with our car window and overflowing with garbage. When this location opened there was a line around the building. My wife went there then and had the same experience except the tea sip. No more line these days.......hummmmm. Ill never be there again and I live just a mile away.
Was excited about this opening. I was the second car in line. I am still here 20 minutes later waiting on my food. I ordered a 3 strip basket and a chicken sandwich. They told me I had to wait for the food to finish cooking and to pull up. They came out 3 different times with wrong orders and finally asked me what I ordered, so they could go make it. My order must if went to someone else
Second terrible experience in a row! Employees untrained, terrible attitudes and manager was not wearing a mask. Just drove thru this morning and had the app open with a special and was told we had to have the coupon printed out...excuse me, but the purpose of an app is so you do NOT need to print it out! Also, in addition to being overcharged by $1, our 5-piece 2 can dine meal only had 4 pieces of chicken! Long wait for cold chicken! I normally love Popeyes and was so excited when the Loganville location opened a few months ago...WILL NOT GO AGAIN!
I had a very bad experience at the store on December 20th 2021 arrived at the store around 8:00 ordered three wings mashed potatoes and gravy and a drink, finally get my order and its wrong waited another 20 minutes never got my order right went inside to get a refund door locked they were only letting certain people in, finally get my refund after about 45 minutes will never go back there again, evening managers are not well trained
My sister and I were denied service at this Popeyes location after waiting in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. We were not able to retrieve our mobile order food despite having receipts for it, and when we asked why, we were met with rude employees who told us they would not be taking our order, even when we tried ordering off the menu. When I called the location to later complain, they hung up on me.Save yourself the time, money, and aggravation. There is both a KFC and a Bojangles on the same street.
Went to Popeyes recently this week , weekday, lunch time. First may I add it was AFTER we ordered we found out they did not have water ON in building 😆😲😳 thats gross. How do employees wash hands? Anyways there was ZERO ice for drinks. No sweet tea what so ever. Took 15 minutes to order, 45 mins to receive food. Employee got orders wrong n chicken leg included with my 2 piece meal was so small it took one bite to clean it too bone. Banana pudding was frozen like a brick. Coke was flat n hot. Cost 10$ for this experience. Could have ate lunch at longhorns. Do not recommend loganville ga Popeyes!!!!!!
This place is the worst. They put you off and they always give spicy chicken instead of regular. I have been waiting here already for 15 mins and then told ne I had to wait another 20 for my food when some just cam up. This isnt the first time everyt8.e o come here. I try to g8 e the benefit of the doubt but they need new everything.
Very very poor customer service and management!!! Came here 3-1-21. Out of several things! And then to top it off the girl running drive-thru has a nasty attitude and then while sitting at the drive thru window, she smarts off and says what do you not understand we are out of stuff. Like seriously....management needs to step it up with many things, including someone who deals with customers to have a good attitude and not rude!!
Absolutely horrible experience. The new location opened up in Loganville and I waited a while before I visited. My mistake because when I did they asked me to pull up to the nasty overflowing trash can and after waiting 20 minutes they came out to tell me that their chicken sandwiches were frozen and I needed to order something else. I ended up getting a refund and then going to chick fil a. Popeyes was ghetto and trashy. I will NEVER be back.
From 7:19pm to 8:25pm in the drive through with only 6 cars in front of me. Took me 35 minutes to place my order and took 31 minutes to get my food. This is unacceptable. I don’t mind waiting a little longer for good food but this was too long. Either find new employees or new management or both. I don’t know what is wrong with this location but I won’t go there anymore, it’s faster to drive to a different one.
I still have not gotten to eat here because the lines are always so long you can’t even pull in. I love Popeyes food but every one I’ve been to has TERRIBLE customer service, but I thought loganville would be different because it seems to be a higher standard around here. That being said I work in a very fast paced food industry, and I know what it’s like to be overwhelmed and maybe even short staffed (which I doubt they’re short staffed every day), but I finally decided I was gonna wait in the line, and I waited for 20 minutes and in that entire time only 2 cars left the drive through and I was still so far back in line I could see the drive through window the whole time. There’s no dine in so there is NO EXCUSE for this poor of service I would never have my customers waiting this long. I can tell the difference between being busy and just being lazy and unmotivated and this is a total lack of leadership and a total lack of customer service because they have made it clear they do not care and they will take their sweet time. I’m very patient when I see a place is busy as long as they’re trying but his is this manager clearly needs some serious direction as well as the employees or a whole new set of management employees etc. oh ya and I’ve even had customers tell me how terrible the service was or that they didn’t even get to try it because they had an experience similar to mine. If upper management does not do something you’re doing your business a serious disservice because I work with women in there 50’s -70’s who would run circles around these young people ( and I’m young but clearly we have a different work ethic )
I was excited about this Popeyes coming to Loganville, BUT IT WILL BE A LONG TIME before I return!! Service is HORRIBLE!! You better have a snack with you while you wait. After waiting in the long line, the food was COLD !! Very disappointed in the quality of the food received. This place just doesn’t have their stuff together. They will tell you to “pull forward and they will bring you your order” and you will sit there for 25 minutes. Then have to walk inside and wait till they are done with the others that are waiting on their orders to be filled or corrected. Then you will have to tell them to maybe give you your order that was paid for 25 minutes ago. Then give u a single sauce after you FINALLY receive your order that is mostly correct... this place ain’t it..
For a brand new restaurant, Im not impressed. I was disappointed that everything I wanted to order (cajun fries) they didnt have. Then when I asked if that was the only thing they were out of, the response was yes. I then proceeded to order Cajun rice. Im sorry we no longer carry the cajun rice, onion rings and some other item...What? No thank you. There are 20 other chicken restaurants in Loganville that will have what I want. Thanks anyways!
Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes only to be told that the coupons we already redeemed and got an online order for, couldnt be redeemed. It already said they made the order... They just refused to give us the food. Tried offering to pay and they said no and demanded that we leave the drive thru.

Drive-thru was backed up all around the building people were all over the lobby everybody was frowning the people behind the counter had no idea what was going on and was not acknowledging anybody they were just running around in confusion its obvious theres no communication amongst the staff. Poor poor poor management this was an awful experience and I will never go back. I understand that this location recently opened but the service and quality is ridiculous. There’s a line wrapped around the building because they are so slow and inefficient. On top of that, there was something wrong with the crust on the sandwich. It didn’t even have a taste. It was obviously made in a hastily manner without a care. Get it together, Popeyes.
Terrible service. Placed an order online. The app said it would be delivered in 30 minutes. Waited an hour before it was even started. Coming up on 2 hours now and still waiting on a pretty simple order. Based on the other reviews on this page this seems like a pattern. Will be complaining to the corporate office about this experience because this should be completely unacceptable from a fast food restaurant.
If a customer is spending there money on your company and gets chicken tenders chicken nuggets or anything that comes with the sauce I highly recommend when the customer is asking for sauce to go with their food that supposed to come with their food that we can just ask for the sauce without any hesitation or saying oh that’s extra, when I never got sauce to begin with. I will never go back to Loganville Popeyes again. I wish I could give no stars. First of all they need to be reported to the health dept., there were employees without mask and gloves including the managers didn’t have on mask and gloves serving people food during a Coronavirus Pandemic. The employees are not trained properly, managers not professional, and the wait time is aweful. The service is so slow until people were walking out. Hopefully, someone in the company will see this review and care enough to make some changes or this new restaurant won’t survive.
HORRIBLE location, always out of stuff, disorganized, and too caught up with their own personal interaction to care about their customers. This location is lacking in a lot of stuff, including customer service. Needs a whole new staff or to train their employees better. Never going to this location again. Should have just went to the Winder one, they have their stuff together and customer service is way better.
I was the 8th car at the drive through and when i complained that it took 40 minutes the smart mouth manager (green manager shirt with braids/dread locks) told me i was lucky and that it normally takes an hour and a half. I told her with that kind of wait and a smart mouth they wouldnt be in buisness long! The chicken was good but i told her next time im going to the competition (BoJangles)
This is a new location and I think they are doing a great job. The employees are very welcoming. The lines are long at times to accommodate everyones individual orders. I think everyone needs to give them a chance. They are by far the best chicken establishment in Loganville.
The wait time at this location is absolutely atrocious. Theres no reason why any customer should be in a fast food line that takes 45 MINUTES to complete an order. No one even gave an explanation as to why it took so long or even offered some sort of consolation. That is the definition of bad service. I consider myself patronizing that particular location twice...first and last. Horrible Service!!!
Even 1 star is too much. They are always out of something and when they have it, it’s too soft or too dry. It feels like they keep their chickens under the light for ever. Been waiting for them to open up this location but it’s has been a Disappointed every time. 🤦🏻♂️🤷♂️🙁
Popeyes in Loganville just lost a first time customer.I was told by an employee directing traffic that I couldnt pull into the drive-thru line, but that I had to circle the building. I thought it was simply because I was pulling in from the street, so I went around and tried to get in line.She told me no, I had to go around again and wait at a line, like at a stop sign line next to the people leaving the drive through.She the disappeared around the building.A car pulled in from the street like I had done. She looked at me and made a pointing motion towars the line. I shook my head to indicate she couldnt get in line.Well, the employee directing traffic still has not reappeared, and when the line moved up, that lady who had pulled in from the street got in line! It was supposed to have been my turn.So I was very agitated and angry, because there were already roughly 12 cars in line.I waited a minute, but the employee didnt return.I then left the premises and wont return there again.Popeyes has lost a customer due to a very poor application of customer service.

2022-07-09Wonderful! The guys there were awesome. We were out late and about an hour from home, we hadn’t had supper yet and we’re very hungry. The dining room closed at 10:00, we pulled in at 10:00 as they were locking up the doors. They allowed us to come in, order and eat inside. Great customer service, the kind you don’t see any longer. The food was fresh and hot, very good. When we are in that area we will be back. Hopefully the owners/management will see this review and commend the folks that were working the night of 7/8/22.

2022-03-29I would have given a higher rating, but they really didnt care to give me a receipt just because the printer doesnt work all the time. Seems a bit lazy if you ask me. The food could have been better, but I guess I should just be thankful this location has the chicken I asked for. So I also guess that makes me miss out on the opportunity to receive a free 2 piece because I cant provide my feedback. Great job!

2022-06-08It seems like no matter what Popeyes I go to, the level of service is the same. I actually went there to pick up a delivery order, and after arriving I was told that one of the items wasnt available, which means extra time for me to have to call the customer and advise, and then possibly wait longer for them to prepare an item to replace what was unavailable, not to mention the fact that the REST of the order wasnt ready, and they did not start preparing it until after my arrival. As an independent contractor, I dont get paid by the hour, which means every second counts and extra unnecessary time spent waiting for orders that SHOULD be ready on arrival takes away from time that I could already be on to the next order.

2022-04-03I would give zero stars if I could. It took forever to get our food. We had to pay for a cup of water! Asked for honey mustard sauce and had to pay for that too. Asked for napkins (3 people in our party). They only gave us 3 napkins, which is useless if you are eating fried chicken. They did give us more when we asked for it.Total fail at customer service.

2022-01-28Being who I am, I have experienced a lot of Popeyes Chicken Restaurants in the world, I was traveling to the next city on our tour and Went thru a town called Loganville and I must say that I was very impressed with what I experienced today. I met the manager and she was So nice. Everyone in our camp just keep talking about how nice she was. We read the reviews and we were already expecting something bad but It was totally opposite of what we read. We will never forget this experience. I need all of my fans to visit this Popeyes itwas really a Great Experience.

2022-03-31This Tuesday at Popeyes was a nightmare. The price on the menu was not the price we were charged. What they rang up was higher. On top of it they could not print a receipt for us.. We wanted a refund. No one at the restaurant had the authority to refund us. Waiting 15 minutes for a manager to drive to the store for a refund.

2022-06-23Expensive for 8 blackened chicken tenders. Right under 20 bucks. All I ordered myself was a single biscut. Payed and was pulled up due to my order. (In a rush to get my husband dinner before he left for work and broke and hungry). Got headed home, Guess what?? My dinner the single biscut was not in the bag. Had no time to turn around because of hubs having to leave for work. Just remember when you pull your customers up make sure you dont forget the small things. It may be the only thing they have to eat.
