I was living in central Florida and came up to visit my mom and I rode my 06 Vulcan Nomad 1600. While here I decided to have my bike serviced and took it to Porzios. It just down the street from Moms. He told me he had made a few adjustments to my bike and didnt charge me. I normally got 37 mpg, but on my way home I got 46 mpg. Great people.
I love taking my bike here when I need parts or maintenance I cant do at home. Always great customer service and the prices are more than reasonable. I only take my bike here and recommend them to all my buddies. I was introduced to them by a buddy and they dont advertise but by word of mouth. Make sure to stop by!
Brought them tires to install on my 2008 Goldwing. It was a busy morning but they were still able to changed them while I waited. This is the second time I have used them for this.As a side note the owner has helped out my son with a battery issue with his Honda and got him a good deal on one.Great service, friendly service and great price for there services.I will tell anyone with a cycle to try them for servicing there cycle.
Excellent value. I had done the work and removed my wheels from my motorcycle and had them change the tires. Unlike a certain other place around here who still wants to charge an arm and a leg to just change the rubber, Porzio charges a fair price for the work. I plan on keeping them in mind for any further work I need done on my bike
A shop I used to go to closed down and they recommended Porzio. Went there today for brake pads and oil for my bike. Super friendly staff, local shop feel of people who actually ride and work on motorcycles. They had my parts in stock and carry amsoil metric which can be hard to find. The brake pads were the same price as online competitors, but I would much rather go to a local shop. Ended up spending about 30 minutes talking bikes to the guys before I left. Ill be going here for all my bike needs from now on.
Caution!!!! This place is a scam. I dropped my ATV off to get a diagnostic test done which they said was only $50 and I was VERY clear you are only authorized to preform the diagnostic test and that if any other work needs to be done I.E. parts that they will need an approval from me. When I picked up the ATV they said it’s gonna be several hundred dollars and if I didn’t pay then they would charge me $20 dollars a day for a storage fee until I payed them. This is clearly bad business. The owner is a scam artist and belongs in jail.
Ive come here to have several things done on my Shadow VLX. Theyre responsible for two tire changes and a fork-seal job. Ive had no problems with these guys what-so-ever, and they usually keep in touch with me while the job is going on to let me know if something else is up. I got a call while they were changing my front tire to have them ask if I wanted them to change my front brake pads while they were at it, since they were so close to going bare. I asked how much extra labor it would cost, and claimed no extra labor fees, just the cost of the pads. I like these guys and theyre willing to tell you their opinion on a mechanical situation.
Great bike shop. These folks LIVE bikes and are not scared to share their experiences and opinions. They also do good work.Sometimes they are a little slow. Well, not that they are slow, they are BUSY. Why are they busy? Well, because lots of people only want them working on their bike.
After 2 1/2 weks I was quoted a price that may or may not been too high, but it was too much for me to pay at the time. I decided to pick up my bike, I got it home and began to work on it myself only to find out they took my battery out and did not return it, also my registration and reciept for the battery, that was only 2 yrs old they said was bad, was thrown away. The screws were left loose, and wire connections left unplugged and only 1 person i spoke with was pleaseant to talk to. I would look other places if I ever need any work done.
Excellent place. I went there to get two new tires put on my honda sabre. I already had the tires so they quoted me and did it for 124 out the door. Thats not what impressed me though. A it was done well before they quoted it to be B they adjusted my kick stand C they adjusted my front and rear brakes. I didnt tell them any adjusting was needed and didnt even think to, but they did it and did not charge me any more for doing it. I will definetly only be taking my bike here from now on.
I was involved in an accident in December of 2015 did not get my motorcycle back until the end of February. At the time the bike seemed not to have any issues but the time that i did get to ride it i started having problems. One problem was that my banjo nut was loose on my brake resivour and blake fluid was leaking which then made my front brakes let out while i was riding. Also my fearing cracked and when i tried to present it to the owner, got very defensive and started to yell at me in front of my wife. He was very unprofessional and the fact that they installed parts improperly and refused to look at until i called my insurance company made it even more difficult and also for the fact that i was not able to ride it. Im a very unsatisfied customer with the work that was done to my bike and the owner yelling didnt help either. The fact that he yelled showed not only how unprofessional he was, but also the negligence that he has when it comes to his work. I definitely do not recommend coming to this shop.
When they first opened, brought my sons little 4 wheeler in. This guy Porzio took parts off of it and would not return it (used the exhaust on another 4 wheeler). I Went in when Porzio was gone, an employee gave the 4 wheeler back with several missing parts (including battery) and Porzio was mad! Dont trust.
I started to use frank porzios shop in 2013 had them do much work over to years at first little things were wrong bolt here and there leaking seal that was instald parts put on wrong i worked with them then i needed to have a larger jug instaled on way home bike ran hot i called frank talked to his parts changer not a mechanic,he forgot to put water in,three people said they check and rode bike nobody check water, they to make this long review shorter they played around with it ,and said ther done left me having replace complete motor cost over $3000. To fix $2500 dirt bike my advice is make sure the shop you use has real mechanics,
I go there a lot and buy a bunch of things ! I went up there today Saturday . I called them at 2pm and asked them about a part they said they had it and told them I was on my way . I got there at 2:35pm and one guy was in there I asked him about the part I just called about and he couldnt help me and that everyone left ! I asked him nicely if he could call frank who a friend of mine knows very well and ask him whats going on and he rudely said no ! I idk the mans name that it was but he was very rude and not helpful at all ! I did not have a good experience! They close at 3pm on Saturday! I arrived at 2:35 and they were closed ? I even called back to back after I left until 3pm ! They could have missed out on a bunch of potential costumers!! I was very mad !
Got my Aspectaspear exhaust installed on my 08 Clydesdayle, also was having issues with the front tyre collie wobbling due to bristle wood being stuck in the cybernetix core, these guys know how to treat my pine donkey personality. So much wisdom in the jillenclaw department, all i can say is yetti smiles!!

2021-06-29Great service! Had a flat tire on a road trip on a Monday when almost EVERYONE else was closed in the general vicinity of Atlanta. They worked my bike in between other jobs and replaced my tire so I could get back on me way!!
