Keep driving do not STOP....they do the most HORRIBLE WORK. The shop need a makeover BAD.With the high prices they charge they are not investing any money to upgrade the appearance of the shop that is long overdue. The service was AWFUL and they had the nerve to ask for a tip. My tip is DO NOT talk about the customer while working on her in the chair, listen to what she want and most of all do not waste that Cheap OIL on the customer clothes. Never will I return here for any service.
This place has gone to the dogs!!! I walked in at 530pm. This guy started doing my nails by the time he finished with the acrylic and no polish the owner asked if I could come back tomorrow for my polish and to get my pedicure. Because we close at 8pm.Heck no you all are about to finish me up.Please don’t go here, because they don’t care at all.
I will say that its never a wait for service but it is rushed. When I stated my nails were not in formation the manager got frustrated.
Didn’t have any of the colors they had me choose from. Probably the worse nails ever. Customer service was okay. Only good thing was how they did my eyebrows.
I went in today for a gel manicure and pedicure And I had a wonderful experience. I was immediately greeted when I walked through the door, my pedicure was awesome and the nail technician took her time. My gel manicure it’s so nice, and Kim held great conversation. I was also offered to have my eyebrows done, and they look amazing. I did read the reviews before I visited, but I said let me try it out myself and I actually had a great experience. I gave it four stars because I agree the place could be a bit cleaner.
They were very rude to me and my mother. When they finished doing my mothers pedicure they left her sitting in the chair with tissue between her toes and when I asked if they were finished with my mother she told me to get her up and just go.I will never visit them again.
I will never come here again. I gave them a couple of chances but it gets worse each time! Poor quality! Nails were not painted neat, not the size I asked for and my pedicure was even worse!
I have been going here on and off since I was 16 years old. Tried others closer to me now but I always come back to the best. Kim is the absolute best at nails. She is so sweet and I just love her to pieces. Lily the owner is great also. She is the eyebrow queen! Go try out Power Nails!!!
I’ve been here with my mom a couple of times. I came alone yesterday and they gave me 3 different prices for my services &discussed them in their 1st language to where I couldn’t understand them.They tried to charge me more to file the gel off of my current set, in order for me to get a fill in. When has any nail salon charged you take off an old color when getting a fill in?when I asked to see their prices I was told to leave. they are lucky they can’t receive no stars!
Theyre nice, the prices are reasonable, and fast. But the quality isnt amazing and they try VERY hard to talk you into getting extras.
Ive been going for years getting foot work done, sometimes I fall asleep due to such care.. and theyve even allowed be to stay asleep once or twice, lol. Great service and good people.
Dont go here!!! On fri oct 2 i got gel polish on my nails....over the weekend the polish start chipping. On mon oct 7 i went bck to the shop. Rude manager told me the lady that did my nails will be bck until Thurs and if any other tech do my nails it will be a Charge!!! WTH...tWTH...the manager walned away and jyst left me standing there....I will never use them again !!! Bad experience...basically what she was telling me that no one else can fix the mistake that her worker made but her but why would i want the same person who did a bad azz job to do my nails The Owner has a baf attitude!!! #never again
These people are very unprofessional and the waiting area chairs were disgusting. Everyone of the nails techs had a bad attitude as when I walked in. I had a nail repair for one nail and I was told the wait would be twenty minutes. They don’t even have a wide variety of gel nail polish colors. Then not even five minutes later I was told they were not going to repair one nail because they were too busy. This nail salon is horrible!!! I will never go back !!!!
Kim is the BEST nail tech at this place!!! No one does better than her. She wasn’t there when I went the other day so I took a chance on Lee Lee the owner. What a big mistake! Smh.... Kim has been doing my nails for 4 years. Moon is the best at pedicures!!! Kim is the best!!!
No complaints here !!! I’ve been coming here since 2013 ( when my job moved across the street) this is my preferred nail shop in comparison to these over priced “nail bars” that continue to pop up. The ladies & fella here always do a good job no matter how busy they may be their work & service is always consistent. The price is fair for the services being rendered. The nail salon isn’t the newest however they keep it clean. I highly recommend power nails. 💅🏾
Horrible !!!!!!!! Do not go to this salon I repeat DO NOT! I came In got my eyebrows arch , fill in, and pedicure which came to a price of $85 literally two days later 3 of my nails was lifting, and my polish was chipping. Only TWO Days later. Went back on the 3rd day got there at 9:45 four other people came they didnt get to the store until 10:30. Once they got there they let all the other people go and told me I had to wait for the person that did my nails to come. She didnt get there until 45 mins later, just for them to charge me $20 for nails to get painted over and to fix my lifted nails , because they claimed it had been three days, since I got my nails done. Never will give them another dollar, they dont appreciate your money and the owner is very rude.
So they want me to pay $38 to soak my feet (pedicure) and rub it with a pumice stone and add gel polish.....FOH. First and last time I’ll ever come to this place. Started to walk out but today is Friday ill be nice otherwise this place is horrible. I only came here because it was the first salon in route to my destination. The prices are reasonable but the customer service is awful. Their service is always rushed and my nails are never properly finished.There is only one eyebrow tech, and depending on how busy the shop is, will determine if your eyebrows are done well. Always a hit or miss.Also Ive notice eyebrow tools are not sanitized after each customer. Instead the tools, razors are just thrown back in a brown box and cover with a towel. I will not be returning.
I go in to get my eyebrows waxed and thats it. Lily does a wonderful job with eyebrows. I had one incident with a nail cracking and then I was treated differently. I didnt curse or anything, but that lady said she did not want to do my nails. Then the young lady that did my pedicure proceeded to tell me that her sister did not want to do my nails. (Rude) I feel like everyone is rude other than Lily. I stop getting my nails done there because of the customer service. Everyone makes mistakes, but its how you handle fixing it. All customers arent right but all are not rude either.
I came in here one day and a lady was doing her pedicure and when she was done she picked out the crust and toe jam from in between her feet and wanted to start on my nails without washing her hands so I asked her to wash her hands and she and the owner were offended. After I left I was folding some clothes and the nails cracked I had came back in and asked them to do it again for free because it had only been 3 hours since I first got my nails done and they charged me full price. More importantly the same lady who did My nails both times told me she didnt like me. I even heard the manager talk to another one of her clients about the situation.
Hello I am born in raised in this community to know that ppl are getting business in the area, to have treat paying ppl like is if there giving something up for free. I went to get service’s on 6/30/19 afternoon to have been treated Rudely and unprofessional I was not Acknowledge the hole time I was waiting to be seen. Wait time 15mins of sitting or more just to get eyebrows done. When I let the owner leelee know about my eyebrows was done incorrectly she got an attitude with me and she wasn’t going to fix it, so she got tired of me Complaining so she pushed my head back and tried to fixed my eyebrows. I told her thank you she took my money and then said next time when you need your eyebrows done go somewhere else for them to fix them I had her repeat it and she did and I Politely told her about her self. black ppl don’t keep spending your hard money with them just to know how there treating us.
I have really dry feet and one really bad toe-nail that was damaged 40 years ago that looks horrible. After my pedicure here, I can wear sandals with confidence.
On 12/27/19 I came here to have acrylic nails professionally removed and the nail technician split my nail to the middle of the nail bed and it started to bleed. She didnt inform that this had happened I noticed that she was applying Superglue to the nail and I asked her why was she using glue. She told me because the nail broke a little. She then started to use a dermal drill on the nail bed on what I assumed was to make the nail bed smooth.She then applied Superglue again but this time my finger started to sting. I looked down at my nail and I noticed that it was bleeding under the glue and that there was blood on the dermal bit that she was using. I immediately made her stop and told her that I didnt want her to work on my nails. She then takes the dermal tip places inside of pencil box along with the other bits, a makeup brush, and regular nail files that she already had in there and moves over to the next customer and was about to use it on he!! I told her that everything in that box is now contaminated anf cant be used she sits it on her table and doesnt even try to clean or sanitize it.
Very rude staff called all week for a manger each day its the same exuse my nails look like i went to walmart and bought press ons 2nd it only took 25 min for the lady to do my nails didnt even push the sides in so air bubbles got in worst ever i get better service at the mail for the price i will not recommend this establishment to any one they hang up when you call to ask for there name becuase there being rude! Anyways they dont even deserve a star lucky they getting that im 26 and work in custmer service they need training.
I will NEVER give them my business again! I’m a regular customer and today I had my worst experience here. My nails were rushed, not properly buff down, I complained twice to my nail tech still she did nothing to satisfy my desire.
I was in town visiting my brother for the 4th and stopped by this salon for a pedicure. Upon entering the smell of acrylic almost took me out it was so overwhelming however because it was close and I was short on time I decided to stay. I sat with my feet in water for almost 20 mins, waiting on a tech to become available and when one did, she could not have been ruder! I’m very big on customer service andI’m also very big on tipping....needless to say she only got payment for devices rendered and nothing more! Will never visit this place again!
This is my second time returning and the service was, again, horrible!! This time, I returned to get a nail repaired because after getting them done from this nail salon yesterday, my middle finger nail already loosened and bent back abruptly. When I got there and explained this issue, they immediately began shouting “5 Dolla 5 Dolla”, which is horrible because why should the customer have to pay $5 to get their nail repaired if he/she JUST got their nails done from your nail salon yesterday. So why should the customer have to pay for you all’s inability to properly put the nails on in the first place? Instead of causing a scene, I simply gathered my things and left. I will simply use nail glue to fix it, and then I’ll happily go to another nail salon when I’m ready for my next nail visit.
They did a decent job on my pedicure. Ive had better and worse, but Id give them another try.
I have been going to Power Nails for many years. Cant find a better place to have my nails done. I like that the people know me and what I want and I know them. Maybe not the fanciest but really good people.
Got my nails done at this salon and had a great experience! My new gel nails are nearly indestructable...in fact, last weekend I had a mishap that could have broken my finger. I figured those gorgeous nails were ruined (snatched off, busted, or worse). My poor little kuckle was swelling and bruised, but my fingernail didnt have a single scuff! The sheer luxury of having someone else keep my nails beautiful is amazing. No more staying up till eleven at night waiting for my nail polish to dry :)
This is my usual nail salon. However, after waiting 15 minutes after the Salon was to Open on a Sunday, I left and will not be back. I understand emergencies come up, but someone could have come up ro put a sign on the door.
Worst nail salon ever! I paid $50 for a full set withgel polish. Not even a week of having my nails done, TWO nails broke! When I tried to go back to get them fixed they still wanted to charge me. Poor customer service.
Ummm... they are just okay to me. I got a arcylic overlay on my natural nails and a pedicure.. my pedicure is fine but my nails did not last 😑... I have a small crack underneath one nail and the polish is a mess because he did not polish them correctly already started fading and chipping on edges in a week. Needless to say i will not return here anymore...

2022-06-29This was my first time trying this place, I was a little hesitant because I’m so picky about my nails, plus I live an hour away and this was the only place that was open near me so I gave it a shot.CINDY did a great job with my gel set. She took her time and did NOT rush. I appreciate that because so many nail salons rush. I’ll definitely be back

2022-07-24I go into this establishment often because they are always able to start immediately. Although I do not like the way they talk about US in their language, I do like the way they do my services. I Always tip, however TODAY while I was getting my nails done I received an Emergency phone call from my child who needed me to send him Emergency funds and was Unable to Tip. Now, My services always come up to NOTHING LESS THAN $70 and like I said I ALWAYS TIP $10 or more! Today I was unable to do so BUT I JUST SPENT $68 in Your establishment!! Yet, NOT ONE THANK YOU FOR YOUR BUSINESS because I didn’t TIP!I WAS EXTREMELY IRRITATED!! As an Owner of a Massage Business, TIPPING IS NOT REQUIRED. It is a Courtesy and Compliment when GREAT SERVICE IS RENDERED. Today, I could NOT SILENCE MY FRUSTRATION so I let the OWNER KNOW HOW I FELT.. even though She sat and said Nothing when this was done. NOW I KNOW WHY ITS EASIER TO GET RIGHT INTO A CHAIR WHEN YOU WALK IN And THE UNGRATEFUL BEHAVIOR Encouraged me to IMMEDIATELY go on Amazon and order my own set of Gel products for $56. I’ll do my OWN nails at home from now on! 😡

2022-03-14This is my second time coming here, both times on a Sunday, both times we were standing outside because they didnt open on time. Nail services are mediocre, every design I asked them to do she shook her head saying no she cant do it so I got my nails painted plain. The same lady did my pedicures both times and she did really great both times. If you are looking for a more in or modern type of nail design I suggest going somewhere else.

2022-06-08Stopped in for a gel polish change on my nails, they were able to start on me right away. The lady who did my nails seemed like she was in a rush the whole time and they were not even busy, she was a bit rude and pushy. She asked me several times if I wanted a manicure when I was clear as to what service I wanted. She did a good job with my polish change. The place could surely use some cleaning and updating, the work stations and chairs need to be replaced. Im still unsure if I would give them another chance.

2022-05-07When I arrived, I informed an employee that I wanted a full set and pedicure. They started the pedicure and said later they couldn’t do the acrylic nail installation because it was past closing time. The employee should have said they couldn’t do both when I first arrived. When I mentioned that I was misinformed that the services could be done, the male employee said he didn’t hear me. When I complained, the nail tech raised her voice and said it was too late- too late. Never will I come here again. Very poor customer service !!!

2022-05-03This place sucks. Theyre deceitful and dont want you to complain about the services youre not satisfied with. She was also very rude and wanted me to pay additional $25 just to change a polish that didnt come out right. Mind you, I payed $45 for the services. I offered extra $10 but she refused and actually told me she doesnt care if I just got through with the nails. Please dont visit, you will regret.

2022-04-11Im EXTREMELY upset with this place! My first time coming and last time too (only nail salon near my new job). I came in to get a pedi and a mani. My pedi technician was fabulous (gel polish) , but the mani technician was HORRIBLE! I asked for a SNS and they dont have this service at this location. I was fine and asked only to trim and file. My mani technician had a rough language barrier and was telling me something and I kindly told her I didnt understand her. She got upset and took my hand and applied something on it (Acrylics). I told her no and only to trim and file. Another employee came by (I thought it was the lead technician) and asked her what my technician doing and explained. I told her I had to leave soon due to work and the technician ran to me and still told me to tell her next time so shell know. Really?! The techniciancontinue to do this Acrylics on my fingers and wasnt paying any attention. Anywho I told her I had to leave and my mani wasnt even done. She asked me to come back so i agreed bc i wasnt liking this Acrylics on my nails and as I was checking out my bill was extremely high! As I was paying they tell me they dont except American Express. I told them they dont have that outside the door and how else am I supposed to pay? They asked me to leave my phone! Heck no! Kindly another client walked in and noticed what was going on and offer to pay them in cash and I still Zelle her for the help. Im so upset and hope this review is helpful and please avoid this location!

2022-07-25I got color change with a fillin on one toe then a full acrylic on my right big toe. My big toes look completely different. Left one is ok the right looks like a alien big toe. Too big not shaped the same at all. I’m writing this as I’m in here right now

2022-09-22Stopped by today for a manicure & pedicure. 9/21. While my feet soaked. The tech told the lady next to me $28. for the peddie and $5 more for removing dry skin from feet. SAY WHAT .Gone gurl !!
