Good work but took over 3 months to get a new hood and one bumper, half painted and still not completely fixed. Wanted $1600 to turn off a dashboard light!
They have great customer service but I would not bring my car back here.
The work was fine but one of their employees left a huge gash in my tire. It still held air but needs to be replaced. They even put the tire on the passenger rear, which is the spot you would put a tire you’re trying to hide. When I brought this to his attention, he sent me a picture of my truck with an arrow pointing to the tire but the picture is very bad quality and is not evidence because you cannot see the gash in the picture.
I was recommended to Precision Collision in Byron, GA by a close friend who boasted on their work when he saw the deep dents & scratches along the right side of my car from the front door all the way to the rear; he also saw my damaged tires & something questionably hanging from beneath my car. I was immediately sold when Precisions in-person customer service matched their friendly inviting phone etiquette! The staff were always profession in their actions and appearance. The facility was clean, neat, and appeared well organized. MY CAR WAS COMPLETED ON TIME & LOOKED LIKE IT HAD COME STRAIGHT OFF THE NEW CAR LOT! NOT A DING, DENT, or HANGING PART ANYWHERE! Not only that, but the staff ensured that Toyota parts and top quality parts were used. They kept me updated & made sure EVERYTHING on my care was of perfect! Hopefully Ill not need a collision shop in the future, however, if I happen to, theres NO DOUBT where my car will be going!
Had to get a dent repaired. They did a great job, cant even tell it happened. Very friendly and helpful people working there. Will go back if I ever need more body work.
Repairs are taking entirely too long. Over 4 weeks now on a job that the insurance adjuster said should be a 2 week job at most. Jason who answers the phones there is incredibly rude and condescending and cant not get me a straight answer on why repairs are taking so long or even how much longer it will be. There are much better options in the area.
Good repair work. They are pricey. I have no complaints with the work, my problem is with the attitude of the office personnel and the owner. The office staff can come across haughty and snooty. They act as if they are doing you a favor by answering the phone. Bobby, the owner, can come across as impatient and not listening to a customer who has legetimate questions concerning their vehicle. I had requested the damaged bumper not be placed in my vehicle once the work was finished. I told Bobby that I did not want the old bumper put in the back of my car. I did not want my car messed up inside. This is not what happened. When I came to pick my car up I discovered the repairmen had crammed the nasty damaged bumper into the back of my car. I had requested the owner to inform the workmen not to do that. So how well did Bobby listen to me ? Very disappointed and aggravated by the attitude of the owner.
Maybe expensive but worth it. Brought in a four year old work truck with a few dings and scratches along with a few bigger dance. Picked it up a couple weeks later and look like a brand new truck inside and out. He was felt like a brand new truck. Good communication. Looks like they take pride in what they do.

They used to be the best shop around. Unfortunately, they didnt do quality work on my vehicle. I had to go back multiple times and the end product, which was a result of my giving up, was horrible. I had to take the vehicle to another shop. They had a lot of excuses but even the insurance company was less than impressed with the work.Fit was terrible, panel gaps and uneven fittament. Paint had gunk in it and a few spots of paint missing. Idiot detailers reprogrammed my radio to some garbage rap music and cranked the volume up very high. My speakers have a crackle. Unfortunately I cant prove anything with the speakers. They were fine before the car went in though.Bobby and everyone else in the office were really nice but unfortunately that does not help me with a poorly repaired car.
Had my Nissan Leaf repaired here. The repair involved replacement of the bumper, absorbers, and paint work for the bumper. Turnaround time was around 3 days and they worked wirh insurance company all the way. Was mostly happy with repairs wirh the exception of where the panels met. I could tell the new paint was rough around the edges. My car is white so I could see darker areas where the paint was not evenly coated over the edges. Other than that, they did great. The color matching was very close and the bumper paintwork was smooth as silk. They also detailed the car and did a good job. Pretty good shop, just wished there was a bit more attention to detail. 5 of out of 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!! Precision Collision went above and BEYOND on my Yukon after damage from hitting a deer and they done a FABULOUS job and turn around time was great. You can’t even remotely tell there was any damage. I would recommend this place to absolutely anybody. Ask for Mr. Bobby or Mrs. Ami! Best of the best. Thank you guys so much!
Amazing work! Quick, friendly, and efficient. Not to mention how spotless my car was when I picked it up. They were MORE than accommodating. Will definitely be back if I ever need body repair again

Employees are not on the same page. I received an estimate on a 2010 truck and asked Bobby if Precision also worked on older vehicles such as a 1967 chevy pickup with some rust and fender repairs - he stated to me that Yes Precision does body work on older vehicles. However, when I drove my 67 chevy 2 hours to get an estimate, James told me that Precision does not do work on older vehicles and referred me to two other body shops (Anchor and McClouds). Disappointed in the different answers given by these two employees - hence the low rating...
When I took my car to be repaired the repair was fine but when I got in my car to drive it the driver seat was messed up and they called there selves fixing it but the seat still didn’t work right and the plastic pice that goes around the side of my seat is all messed up it doesn’t stay where it goes it sticks out and it looks bad my seat was not messed up when they got it but when I got it back it was messed up this makes me very upset and makes me not ever take my car back to them

If they dont have a car nextdoor to rent while repairing yours they will transport you to a location to get a rental car.

2022-04-29This place was awesome. The staff was some of the most friendly and helpful people I have ever met. We got into an accident in traveling and they took the time to work us in and repair our car in less than a week to be ready for pick up on our drive back. The work they did was phenomenal. Would definitely recommend them 100% of the time.

2022-08-09I had a small aggravating job. My trunk was leaking. One body shop said they didnt do that kind of work, the other said they were 6 weeks out for new customers.Went to Precision. The owner waited on me and had the car back in two days. Honestly, it was half the price I was expecting. Everyone was really cool and friendly.. Recommending them whole heartedly.

2022-08-10Service was fine, billing was a different story. Paid with my debit card and was charged $40.00 for using my card. Called back and lady said it was a sign posted, didnt see a sign, I asked her why dont they tell the customer about the fee and she said if we are busy we dont tell the customer, how are you busy when I was the only customer in there. Ok can I cancel the transaction and bring you cash, no. Never will I use them again. Really 40.00 I can see 3.00 or even 15.00 but 40.00 this is crazy just unheard of.

2022-05-31I have a 2020 Ford F-150 Super crew. We flew to Texas and purchased this truck brand new,6 Feb2021. 5Dec2021, we were rear-ended by a woman as we were turning.This woman never touched her brakes. After fighting with her insurance company, USAA,we proceeded to take our truck to Precision Collision Center in Byron. Between reviews on GOOGLE and Zander Gilbert, that was without a doubt the best decision, I could have made. Bobby Piper and his awesome staff are the absolute BEST BODY REPAIR CENTER in MIDDLE GA. I would give them a 100 if the scale went that high. All the women in the front office were always courteous and knowledgeable on any question I asked themIf you have you value Excellent Work on your vehicles, dont want your time and money other repair Centers.PRECISION COLLISION CENTER, is totally without a doubt THE BEST IN MIDDLE GA. 2022-07-15It sucks when youre in a MVA and have to wait for the car to be repaired. It is nice that we have a local, reliable place to go. Got our car back and it is beautiful inside and out, like brand new.

2022-07-01Called about some painting that I need for my truck. The lady said that they are so busy right now that they are only doing collision jobs for insurance which I understand, because thats where the money is! I hate it for me, but Im glad that they are doing well.

2022-01-06I just wanted to sing high praises for Amy there in the office. She made sure I was taken care of when it came to installing a back up camera on my F250. She communicated well, and ensured I had a ride to and from the shop. She coordinated for my truck to be delivered to my residence once it was finished. Top notch 10 stars all the way! 2021-10-04Guys, this is for those who are involved in an accident or incident for the first time and those who had a bad experience in getting their cars repaired for body damage. Think and search no further. Go to Precision blindly and trust them blindly. This is “THE” professional place. Staff are very polite and friendly. The estimated times are told to you quite frankly and they tend to be little longer than your average expectations. But it is for your car and your work. Trust me and accept. If you are in a hurry, go some other place and get a imperfect workmanship. Here, they do their job to perfection. Talk to them and tell them everything about how you want your vehicle done. They will explain everything before hand and accept the job only after all your doubts are cleared. They delivered my car ahead of schedule. When my people and family saw my car, they were spellbound! Keep up the good work Precision. It is the people and business like yours that are still upholding the true American values.
