I needed a replacement FOB for my vehicle after my wife lost her key chain with all her keys on it. Steve quickly obtained a new FOB and programmed it when it came in. I had the opportunity to speak with him and his father about their business, customer-focus and integrity. I was very impressed by this experience and Ill be returning to the shop when my vehicle requires service.
I dealt with the owner throughout my experience at this shop. Having a BMW 5 series, I am always skeptical of mechanics and their prices because some like to bloat the prices way up. He was very forthright with everything that needed to be done and I price quoted multiple other mechanics and his were the most reasonable. I could not pay for the repairs but he let me keep the car on his lot until I was able to sell it. He is a BMW enthusiast and really enjoyed my experience in meeting him. If I ever get a European car again this shop will be my #1 choice even though I live 30 minutes away from them!
Do not want to visit them ever again already inform family and friends and all others I know.Owners and workers disrespect and discriminate customers, gave false information on fixing the carby giving the price of $950 when the the part cost only $145 on line these people are crooks and trying to establish business in (respected town of Roswell).I will also let the authorities know as well

2022-02-17The owner and techs are some of the hardest working and most honest people I know. theyve done amazing work on my familys cars, they dont inflate prices like the dealership, and theyre straight like an arrow during the entire process from scheduling an appointment to picking up your vehicle. if I cant do something myself, theyre always my first stop.

2022-07-31Such great mechanics! Everywhere in Tallahassee, I couldn’t get my car fixed for a broken alignment before the body can be fixed but when I took it here, Steve didn’t understand why they turned me down and fixed it without having me to get the body fixed first! Car feels great and is back to normal! Super awesome work, thank you guys.

2022-02-28I have a old 1979 VW Super Beetle. It wasnt even running and after some troubleshooting Steve found that it was the carburetor! I thought for sure that it was something with the fuel pump but 2 days later I get my classic car back and a very reasonable bill!

2020-08-01I have had repairs here now three times and have had great service. The family that owns it (3 generations working together) is honest and so helpful. First time was because my battery had died...they had a used one sitting around and they replaced it for free! I just had my brakes done and will be returning to have my shocks replaced. I never feel like I am being swindled or sold a bunch of extra services. They are straight forward, transparent, and friendly. Plus an added bonus... there is an amazing French cafe next door and I like to eat there while I wait.

2021-06-22These folks have good judgment, and thats a rare thing. Ive never had to bring any of the BMWs, Lexuses or Toyotas back because the job wasnt done correctly nor have I ever been upsold or pressured. They dont try and replace the entire oil pan when the drain plug just needs to be re-threaded. You arent going to get quoted for a new engine when all you really need is a new gasket. Many shops (especially the dealer) shovel expensive parts at a problem without really understanding whats broken. Yes, the problem gets fixed but you might as well go buy a new car when you pay the bill. Ive taken many cars to many shops around the country but Premier is one of the few ones I recommend to my friends without worrying that it will come back to haunt me.

2015-12-16I absolutely love these guys! Steven, Jim and Edwin have all maintained every car Ive ever owned. Im on the road A LOT and in 6 years of doing business with this shop Ive only broken down once, through no fault of theirs, and not only did Steven pick me up off the side of 400 but he had my truck tip top the very next day. Consistently Premiers pricing has beat the dealer and the service is incredible. What Ive valued most is the counseling on what I actually had to have done immediately and what could wait. Their advice has been spot on every time. One added touch I find endearing is the heart hello from Stevens father, Morris, as you walk in the door. This is truly a family business Im proud to support.

2019-03-26Steves mission statement begins with integrity and honesty. With our case, that has been proven a complete lie.My wife dropped off our 2005 Mercedes E320 with 127k miles for a brake warning. The initial estimate was $3200 for a brake accumulator, motor mounts, oil change, and spark plugs. I called and spoke initially with Morris (the father) and later Steve the owner. After explaining that all I wanted for the time being was the brakes repaired, he proposed $1395 for the work.My suspicion raised, I contacted my previous shop and asked for verification of the work to be preformed, and the costs involved. They immediately unformed me that Mercedes had and open and active recall on that very brake component (25 years / unlimited miles) and it would be covered 100% at any Mercedes dealership. After contacting Steve not to proceed with any work, he tried to discourage us from taking it back to the dealership stating that they would try to sell additional services. Upon arrival to pick up the car, we were handed a $135 inspection fee.RBM has received the vehicle, will be repairing at no charge, and no additional pressure for any services not needed. How is THAT integrity and honesty Premier Auto Repair? How many little old ladies has this shop taken ad vantage of? Only Steve knows...Its not convenient due to the distance (for us,) and they dont offer loaner cars, but Precision Motorcars on Cumming Hwy in Canton has always treated us fair and the prices have been reasonable. Any non warranty work will be entrusted with Precision in Canton, despite the inconvenience from now on.I was taken for $135... but it could have been MUCH worse ($1260 more, to be exact!) Premier will never see my shadow on their property again. I would have written the exact same review had they volunteered to refund the fee. Consumer beware, its your hard earned money...

2020-01-18I am completely happy beyond words with the service that I received at Premier Auto! I have a 1997 Mercedes Benz and no one wanted to fix my car. I went to them on a referral and it was the best decision that I could have made. My car is running like a brand new car! Thank you Steve and Seth and the rest of your team, I am now your forever customer!

2016-02-20Steve is the absolute best. Very knowledgeable, professional and he loves BMWs. His prices are very reasonable and the quality of work is as good or better than the big named auto repair shops. If you love your BMW and dont want to go broke keeping the proper maintenance, stop by and give Steve a try. You will not be sorry.
