From my initial welcoming, the staff were understanding and able to assist me in scheduling my initial appointment in a timely manner. Ensuring chiropractic care was necessary, everyone has been extremely pleasant to interact with and displays care with each person during our roads to wellness. Dr. Miles explains in detail what is necessary to aid in relieving your back pain and is realistic in the timeframe towards your wellness. Each visit I felt like Norm from Cheers when I would walk in because everyone on the staff displays care and compassion towards everyone with a personal greeting. When I inquired about gathering the information on me from my initial exam to provide the VA, there was no hesitation in how I may obtain the x-rays and another copy of my assessment, so I can ensure my provider had an updated assessment on what has been causing me back pain after the VA took x-rays and an MRI and found nothing when Premier Chiropractic identified multiple vertebrae out of alignment and my hips off by an abnormal amount. If youre having back pain, I highly recommend seeing Premier Chiropractic for assistance!
I can honestly say that both Jack and Forrest are phenomenal. Ive been going for about two weeks now, and can already tell a big difference in my treatment. I have lower back pain. Got a consultation discounted from downtown market for $35. They tested movements and did some X rays. Follow up appointment next week. Very clean office with kind staff.
I was so impressed with the professionalism of the doctors and staff at Premier. I got a thorough preliminary exam. That has never happened at any other chiropractic office. I feel like they will be able to address the source of my pain and help to relieve it.

I have been going to Premier Chiropractic for a few months and love it! I went for my back issues and have had no problems since being adjusted. Dr. Miles and the staff are friendly and like to get to know their patients, not just adjust them and send them on their way. The front desk is super friendly and timely when it comes to getting patients to the tables. Dr. Miles takes his time and adjusts to the person, not just to get it done. They are extremely detailed in showing the patient what their issue is and how they can help them. I would recommend anyone who is starting to have issues with any part of their body to go and try it out!

Each of the Chiropractic Doctors in the office do a great job and care about each person. It has really made a difference in how I feel (no back/shoulder pain and even got ankle/foot pain stopped). I didnt know a simple stretching exercise would keep the ankle pain gone. They get you in and out in a very timely manner (usually less than 15 minutes). The office staff are wonderful.
This was my first visit. Which was only for an examination. Everyone was so nice and genuine. I look forward to my next visit!

This is a great place! I always feel welcome- they work with my schedule and forgive my tardiness. The team is well trained and polite and customer service is on point. I came to an appointment upset because I own a business and received a call that the entire front window of my building busted right as I was walking in the door for my adjustment. I was in the office for maybe 15 minutes and as I was leaving “Beth” approached me with names, phone numbers, and hours to several companies that she believed could help repair the glass! 5 stars for that alone! Above and beyond!!! The Dr’s take their time, listen, and care about their patients well being. Half of my staff have been and we are all impressed with this crew! and I definitely feel the difference when I follow the advice of the pros here!

The guys and gals here are awesome! Ive had several spinal surgeries, neck problems from whiplash, and overall rough use in my youth. That said Ive had a few different chiropractors over the years, and the folks are by far the best Ive ever seen. The Drs and staff are very caring, knowledgeable, and provide gentle adjustments. Ive seen significant improvement to my pain and range of motion in less than a month.But the part Im sure anyone whos seen a chiropractor is curios about:1. They utilize technology to ensure patient specific care, not just pop and go same for everyone.2. They find the spots that the others seemed clueless about often without my description of the pain location.3. Multi level care including stretches and physical therapy style coaching on-site.I dont give reviews, I dont like people, and Im a bit of an @ss. I really like this place. Hope you will to. Cheers.

Since fracturing my L1 and L2 vertebra in a car wreck in 95 I have always had back issues. I had been to several local chiropractors in Columbus (one of them being a very well known doctor), but none helped eliminate the pain. Premier was the first to actually take the time to address the areas that needed help, and set me up on a plan that has greatly reduced the pain! I love it!!!

I always thought the Chiropractor was only for care following a car accident 🤦🏾♀️ I feel so much better without my lower back and neck pain. I am very pleased with the treatment I have received at Premier Chiropractic. The staff and doctors are patient and compassionate. I feel better physically and mentally after each treatment. When I first started, I had severe pain in my neck, shoulder, head, back, and right arm due to a bad auto accident. An awesome chiropractic practice! Due to a permanent back condition, I have been receiving chiropractic care since I was 12 years old. I have had my fair share of chiropractors over the years - and this practice is definitely deserving of 5 stars! They are holistic minded and customer oriented! This place feels like a gin mill; move the people in and out as fast as possible. Went in for better neck rotation and they kept messing with my lower back, quit going after 14 sessions. Now I have lower back pain and my sciatica bothers me almost all the time. Have to go to a physical therapist now. Beware!!!

Let me say I have only been going here for about a month now and this is the first time I have ever been to a Chiropractor. Dr. Miles seems to genuinely care about peoples health. When I first started going I was very skeptical about the visit, he asked me about my pain and told him I really didnt have any and when I did hurt it was probably around a 4. After about my 4th or 5th time I realized that a pain that started in my groin around 2011 has not hurt since the first couple of appointments. It has been awesome not to step or twist and almost fall because of the pain! Thank you Dr. Miles for giving me some freedom again.

This was my first experience with chiropractic care and honestly had no idea what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised when I discovered Premier is not a one adjustment fits all type of establishment. After a number of x-rays and a detailed consultation, they were able to pinpoint my problem and created plan specifically for me. They incorporated exercises for me to do at home in combination with office visits which has allowed me to see positive results twice as fast. Dr. Hattaway and Dr. Miles use the latest techniques in chiropratic care in very clean and professional office. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

Here you will find a very accommodating and relaxed atmosphere through very caring doctors who use highly advanced technology and equipment. After a devastating car accident years ago, my husband sustained a broken jaw of which he began having excruciating headaches. After just one adjustment from Dr. Hattaway, his headaches subsided. It has been the most wonderful thing. We would truly recommend Dr. Hattaway and Dr. Miles at Premier Chiropractic to anyone. Best thing that ever happened to us.

I can make an appointment, or if necessary, stop by if Im having issues. if your back is in really bad shape, it might take some time to get through the process... 3x/week for 2-4 weeks. But it is soooo worth it! both doctors clearly know what they are doing and i highly recommend them. Their front office staff is lovely.

I am new to town from Florida and needed to find a chiropractor close to my new home. I called Premier and was welcomed with great customer service over the phone, was able to get same day appointment for my first assessment and x-rays. when I arrived I was very comfortable walking in, there was music playing at a nice level where it made for a happy enviroment. overall I’m really happy I called and am excited to continue going back.

2022-07-28Great experience here. I had a lot of questions about my insurance and coverage for which a received a lot of great communication. They took the time to answer all my questions about the insurance and the concerns I had regarding my back. They were more helpful than the stinking insurance company. I also loved that the facility was clean. Oh, last but not least, the pain and pressure in my lower back is so much improved.

2022-06-16They gave me my life back. When I first made an appointment I could barely walk. Now I feel great and they have given me great tools to use to keep myself moving with no pain! I love them. Not to mention any time I need to reschedule they are SUPER accommodating:)
