2022-02-08My experience was terrific. Dale the manager at the roswell location is incredible , he went above and beyond to make sure I got my treadmill the day was was off. Also Ed and Matt did a fantastic job, called to let me know they were on the way. Put the treadmill in no time . Everybody was very professional , the service is the best in town , highly recommend to anyone

2020-06-10Recently purchased a Matrix Elliptical Trainer from Premier. It was a positive purchasing experience. I worked with Dale Sapecky, Manager. After an initial visit to the store to try out trainers Dale and I were able to complete the transaction over the phone. He made it very easy. I received a great price on the equipment and Dale was able to deliver the machine in less time than we had expected. The crew who set up the trainer at our home were professional, polite and efficient. I will return to purchase more equipment in the future. Highly recommend.

2021-03-01I love my Inspire M2 home gym! The installation was great. My trainer comes to my home and I get as good of a workout as I did in the gym. On other days I follow the poster provided and workout on my own. Dale has been super helpful answering all my questions. I highly recommend this store and product!

2020-02-12Excellent customer service that exceeded expectations.I was looking for a local place to purchase a treadmill since the main problem with purchasing online is the third party installers that have no idea what they are doing. My first question is whether they used their own local employees to deliver and install, and the answer is YES! My second question was whether they could match the online price... to which the answer was also yes. Dale Sapecky was easy to work with and he answered several question that I had.I purchased a Studio 7.8 AT Horizon treadmill. It arrived about two weeks later and the store called and set up a delivery time. They arrived on time. They unpacked the unit and inspected all pieces for damage/defects. One of the aluminum foot rails had a divot punched out of it. It was purely a cosmetic issue but they took a picture of it. I didnt mention it since it wasnt enough to bother me.I originally had wanted the unit upstairs, but the install team indicated the location I had chosen was too small. After they had the thing installed at my alternative location I could see they were absolutely correct. The treadmill is HUGE and it would have been impossible to install in that tight area. The alternative location actually turned out to be much better anyway since I had a window view. The treadmill worked great and I have been using it every day.About one week later I got an email heads-up from Matt Cook letting me know that a replacement rail was shipping out and I would be receiving shipping information soon. He also said they would come out to install it once it arrived. I was pleasantly surprised by this and that is what drove me to leave this review.If you want to take out the shipping gamble with a piece of expensive fitness equipment, this place will definitely meet your needs.

2020-09-28Our experience with Dale Sapecky and Premier Fitness has been outstanding. Dale made every effort to educate us on the products in order for us to make the decision. The delivery and set-up by Otis went without a hitch. And Dale even followed up to make sure we had everything done to our satisfaction. The Matrix R50 is an exceptional Recumbent bike. We couldnt be more pleased with our purchase and Premier Fitness.
