Rasheeda should be ashamed of herself for selling these cheap clothes for this much. When the quality of the clothes are not the greatest there really down right cheap her store is like an expensive rainbow and everybody knows the quality of rainbows clothes the only reason she push these prices for her merchandise because she’s selling herself and using her fame because an ordinary chick with the boutique in the hood wouldn’t dare charge these prices.
Beautiful store inside, the prices are a bit much but I took my sister who was in the Atl visiting. She was able to find some nice clearance items.
Store was nicely set up, very classy boutique feel/vibe. Im a plus size girl so not many clothing options for me but, my friends were able to find some nice things. I felt some of the options were a little over priced, but to some they were reasonable. Very nice selection and good quality. The service was good.
OMG! I was so excited to finally get to visit this store. Rasheeda is my Idol...so I feel ecstatic to wear a piece of clothing made by her. (Btw...my husband bought me a beautiful one-shoulder dress). And Jess was so helpful. She gave me a tour of the store and pointed out everything to me.. from clearance items to full figure sizes to full price items. This store is an A+.

I never leave reviews but i had to make sure I left one for this store. I came to Atlanta for my birthday this past weekend and made sure to visit Pressed it has been on my radar for a while. And I must say I had the most pleasant shopping experience. I purchased some beautiful pieces that not only fit nicely but the quality was great! I have not had a shopping experience in a while where everything I tried on looked great and I wanted to buy!The manager Lauren was so kind, helpful and just courteous exactly what you expect from customer service I appreciate all her help. If you are looking for an exclusive and fun shopping experience visit the store in person, online does it no justice. Happy customer!Oh And If you’re wondering why I gave it four stars it is only because I didn’t find as many tops as I would have liked in my size. But very pleased with everything I purchased and I can’t stress enough how great Lauren was customer service matters!
If ypu go to shop make sure you bring a pretty Penny its expensive for some of the clothing and if the workers see that you are taking too long they will stop helping you. A nice store tho but if prices and customer service are not good then its a miss.
This store is AMAZING!!!! We need to support and uplift our cultured businesses. People are giving bad reviews because a clothing rack had a few items on it or because you just walked by the store and didnt agree with how it looked. This is a pandemic. Inventory is low for every store. It seem as if people are only giving bad reviews because its rasheeda. I bet these same people are not giving Macys or Old Navy bad reviews. This store has good fashionable items thats unique and trending for todays modern fashion world.
Store is always clean, staff always pleasant, garments always a show stopper. Anytime I am in town, I stop by and pick up a few pieces for my Mother.
Who doesn’t love Rasheeda’s style? Anyone? Anyone? (Crickets) exactly make it you business to stop by and purchase a grand outfit or even a boss Bag/Purse! Now don’t badger the woman but take from her style and glamorous chic style and make your own look! Prices are affordable I would say if you can buy Jordan’s then you can buy Pressed she isn’t extremely expensive and the clothes are Devine! It’s a small shop but it’s just fitting and not overwhelming! She also has jewelry case with wonderful jewelry not to mention some that are great sayings made into jewelry or handbags

Stars are only for the workers. To be honest these clothes look very cheap might as well go to rainbows or the hair store and get clothes... No difference. Save your money and time. As God as my witness, I’ve never seen so much cheap material, $20 stuff, priced over $150!! I will pay high price for my clothes IF it is good quality, but Amazon sells these same China-made clothes for a fraction of the price. Sheeda, u wrong for that!! Still love u tho!
The Stars are for the ladies with the great customer service. They greet you when you come in, they check on you throughout the visit. But I must say my family came in town all the way from Up North to support another Black Owned Business & they spent money money!!I Must say Rasheeda was not friendly at all. Yes you maybe a celebrity & yes you may be tired, I’m an entrepreneur myself so I get it- but you might as well just stayed in the back if your energy isn’t in a welcoming alignment for those who support you because they ultimately do not have to. Even my daughter who was present was like “Mom, I thought she would’ve been more friendly.” It’s unfortunate to say but I feel it’s just another business trying to get a cultured dollar.

I had an okay experience with Pressed. I ordered two item ahead of time for an event. Luckily they were the correct size but unfortunately one was the wrong color. When calling the store they had me wait a week because they were switching to a new email system. I am very disappointed because the time frame has now passed to wear the dress to an event and I am stuck with a Black dress as opposed to an Orange. I had to go out last minute to find another dress because the product was just not what I ordered.I wouldnt order again.
I have been wanting to visit Pressed for some time now. I went in on my b-day 8/28 and was greeted the moment we walked in. To my surprise Rasheeda just happen to walk in, she answered all of my questions in regards to clothing. I definitely will be visiting again ☺ 😊!! Thank you!!

....While I was visiting my bestie in Atlanta he took me to “Pressed” and boy was I “Impressed”.Guys this store has the cutest stuff!!Shoes.. Dresses...Jeans...Blouses... Cosmetics!! Oh and let’s not forget the amazing glasses!!! Speaking of sexy specs, I ended up getting a beautiful pair of multicolor bejeweled sunglasses that I just can’t wait to wear!In addition to the merchandise being stylish and very on point, the prices were fantastic as well.I had hoped to run into Rasheeda so we could take a few pics; but since she was not available, the beautiful painting of her face located in the back of the store was an excellent “fill in”.🤣Also, I would like to give a big thanks to the sales clerk, Jessica for “getting me together” for the lights... camera and action... lol! And for being soooo kind and courteous.
First off the store looked amazing and the young ladies there helped me pick out some fly. But overall the clothes are true to size. Honey my dress was very stretchy and soft, I had to buy two lol.
I completed my order online. Package came quickly . The dress I ordered fitted tighter than I expected(Quality of the dress was great) . I followed the instructions given with my package. The dress I wanted was sold out. Rasheeda/team emailed me right away and I was able to receive another dress in return. Exchange process was easy, no hassle.
I visited this store for the first time today and was extremely underwhelmed from the moment I looked in the window. The store is somewhat large, so it was very disappointing to see that some fixtures had only 1 item on them. Needless to say, there was not enough product to fill the space. Also, the clothing looks EXTREMELY tacky AND cheaply made. The product I saw today was reminiscent of that carried in Rainbow or the $7.99 and below store. I’m not sure of the clothing price point, because there was not a single item that grabbed my attention enough to even look.
After placing my order on line I was informed by Shelia that the item I order was sold out and that a refund would be issued. I explained to Shelia that the item had sentimental value of something i once had and that a refund was really not an option I wanted. I then asked the question that most people would look at you strange and say did she just ask that... Yes i did, as i was feeling really Blessed that day! I asked if Rasheeda could send me the one she modeled, out of her closet. Less than a week later not only was I Blessed, I was Blessed Blessed!! as I received not 1 but 2 outfits out of Rasheedas closet!!Shelia, Rasheeda thank you both so so much for making this happen.May God continue to Bless your business, you and your families~Peace&Blessings~Lawanda
I really want to give more stars,but I have to be honest of my experience. The two stars is because the staff was very nice and professional. For this to be more of an upscale store in and upscale mall, the clothing was VERY cheaply made and did NOT match the prices. The clothes were cute,but reminded me of like Rainbow, or Rue 21 clothing store. Also the big sign that says (No pictures without a Purchase) was a bit off putting.
The Girls was rude for the amount of money I spend I did not care for the customer service I have it on my tik tok
The store is designed beautifully. They had some nice pieces. Its an upscale store in an upscale mall. I didnt buy anything but from what we browsed Im not sure the quality of some of the pieces always matched the price. Also, there is a sign that says no pictures without purchase. I get it because the owner is a celebrity but its a BIG sign and the first thing you see and its a little off putting. Sales staff was nice tho
Finally was able to walk through Pressed. Cute clothes but I didnt see any thing for the big girls. Havent been in Atlanta since I was a little girl. Really wanted to see Rasheeda and get a picture... maybe next time

My shopping experience was pleasant. I purchased the Michelle Obama(I think thats what it was called) bag. The quality was really nice. The service was okay. I didnt bother Ms. Rasheeda for a picture because she seemed tired and I know sometimes celebrities want to just be left alone. She was really nice though. I respect her for working as hard as she does. The prices are good, as well as the quality so Im not sure what the issue is with other reviewers. Its a store in a high end mall, so of course the prices are going to be on the higher end. If you dont have the coin to purchase, dont go in there. Simple. You can look at the prices online before you go, so....
The staff was very friendly and very helpful! Rasheeda was super friendly as well and we didnt feel pressured into purchasing anything. There is a big women section in the store its not huge but us bbw do have a section and she is working to expand on our section. I truly felt the love and down to earth vibe in the store, Im not sure about anyone else but I will definitely be returning when I come back to Atlanta! Thanks ladies I truly enjoyed the experience!

Visit from Louisiana and the experience was awesome. Rasheeda was so down to earth. Fashion in the store was on point. I love she cater to Super Foxy women the plus size. I bought a cute pair of orange sandles. I plan to visit again next month.

Ive always been skeptical of the reality show culture, but after seeing Rashida, I think perhaps Id been too judgmental. Shes poised, kind, and very professional. I could sense something very genuine in her demeanor. She regally glided in and asked us if we were doing alright.Of course, I had to look at the clothes, and I was pleasantly surprised. It was high quality fabrics, and unique designs. I was only visiting in Atlanta but Ill definitely be going back next time.
My sister and I were in Atlanta and decided to visit Pressed. We had a great experience. Rasheeda nor her Mom was there but we did get the opportunity to meet her daughter. We experienced great customer service. I also noticed a variety of plus size items. In my opinion I didnt think her items in the store are over priced. I would definitely shop there again.
After reading some of the previous reviews I was a little hesitant to go the store. I was really impressed with the customer service I received. Rasheeda was really helpful and friendly. The prices were reasonable and the selection of clothes, shoes, purses and accessories are so different and you dont have to worry about seeing my stuff on anyone else in Seattle WA. My girl Shirleen was so nice.

First, I would like to say that the people who have never patronized this establishment but have given it a rating of 1 is ridiculous. Just because someone else didnt have a nice experience, doesnt mean that you will have the same experience. Have common sense people....Seesh. Visit the store and form your own opinion. But anyway, I visited this store today and I was very impressed. I was greeted at the door and was checked on numerous times throughout my visit. Rasheeda was present and was very pleasant. She assisted me with finding sizes and took time to go to the back to check for additional inventory, which she didnt have to do because she has employees she pays to do that type of stuff. Everyone I encountered was helpful and eager to assist. Furthermore, Im all about quality and everything in there was high quality. The prices were reasonable as well. So with all that being said...if you are looking for unique, top-quality pieces then patronize this establishment.
I had a great experience an her staff was amazing, friendly, an helpful. I think the idea of having people buy something in order to get a picture is a great idea just like you support other business in that mall support hers an be respectful about it at the same time. She is a normal woman an she has to make a living just like everybody else her store is her passion you have two options support her an buy something or dont buy nothing an keep negative comments to yourself.
I have never actually ordered from this site. But Ive browsed quite a few times. There are some very nice looking pieces on the website. On the other hand a lot of the categories dont actually have any product. Also the clothing is a bit pricey for me. One more thing no options for curvy or plus sized women. People dont want to invest in quality product. Then try to sell it for double thinking it will sell simply because of whose name is attached.

I had a pretty good experience. The clothes were cute and customer service in the store was great! Rasheedas mom was SUPER friendly as was her daughter.... even the security guy was wonderful! I got a cute top for $50 and a sexy dress for around $100. Rasheeda took a picture with me but I could tell she must have been tired of taking pictures. I can understand that... but Im such a fan a warm welcome would have been nice. Lol I would still go again and do recommend this store! I drove 3 hours to see it and Atlanta. :)
I move here from California a few years ago and Im just getting the feel of the A and I must say I was impressed with this Boutique. I met the owner & he Mom and I must say shes seem genuinely nice and in touch with her customers & fashion. Her Mom was so sweet as well.... I thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experience at Pressed. Way too overpriced! And theres nothing for the plus sized woman. I really want to support black owned businesses, but there are a few dresses that I have seen wholesale price that were no where near what she should be charging. This just inspires me to open a boutique.
I absolutely love this store, she has a great variety of pieces for fashionistas, you wont see everyone in the world with you outfits on. The staff is very nice and helpful. I even got to meet Ms. Rasheeda and her mom on another visit. She makes sure things are flowing right for her customers. I have purchased 6 different items from Pressed and I get compliments on them all. Keep up the great work and I cant wait until you get my jacket back in :--)
My experience at Pressed was pretty good. A young lady assisted me and I purchased a great colored lipstick. As far as Customer service it was good but the prices are BOGUS AND OVERPRICED to the max!. I seen a pair of shoes in Easy Pickins for 25 dollars and Pressed wanted 160.00 dollars for the same shoes style and all. There were other items I saw in other stores that were also hiked in price. She needs to relocate somewhere more suitable.
Customer service needs a major revamp. The mother of the owner was there and not one time spoke to me as I shopped around and yes, she saw me. The shop is NOT that big and it was not jam packed at all. I spent over $800 and no one even thanked me for my business. I will NEVER GO BACK.The sign even says: NO PURCHASE NO PHOTO therefore, techincally speaking they violated their own policy 🙄

My sister and I visited Pressed last weekend and it was a bad experience. We had a hard time finding it in Phipps Plaza. Before we walked in, I immediately noticed the sign that said you had to make a purchase in order for you to get a picture. Which is ridiculous being that everything in there is expensive. I dont mind paying for clothes and such because I am plus size but her section of plus size clothing is VERY limited. Rasheeda wasnt even there but once we left, we seen her mom Shirleen and she spoke. The store is small. It looks a lot bigger on TV. My overall experience wasnt a good one. I would not go back.

I tried on 2 dresses, and they didn’t fit me right so I didn’t buy them. I also came to that mall just to go to Rasheedas boutique. Only to be told that if I did not purchase nothing I cannot take a picture. Now I find this to be very ratchet and ghetto the support should be enough and my cousin was there and was not told none of this. She took a pic didn’t try on nothing didn’t by nothing. But still was able to get a pic. Off the back of the way I was treated I probably won’t be back.

After telling the sales lady I was looking for an outfit for my birthday, she told me, you should just wear what you have on. I was wearing black leggings and a plain top. Im a plus size woman. The options are very limited and the sales lady behaved like she didnt want me in the store. Its too bad. I could have purchased some of the other, nice items for a friend or family member. First time there , the customer service does not match the location and prices of the clothes . I tried on a outfit and asked the sales rep how can I wear the belt . Let’s just say she didn’t have a clue , nor any will to help or give any suggestions. On top of that she had an attitude like I wasn’t suppose to be asking her for any suggestions about the clothes . Like I told her , you work here you should be full of ideas/suggestions on how to wear this outfit and with the belt . The store is like an overpriced “wet seal “ or “rainbow” . Overall I was not impressed with Pressed . I was going to spend money but the attitude turned me away ...
Went with a friend visiting from Chicago today. The store is amazing! Beautiful selection! Rasheeda has great taste. The sales clerk was friendly and helpful. Ms Shirleen keeps the place immaculate. My friend asked to take a photo with her after making a purchase. She was very sweet and accommodating! We even went back to ask if she recommended any restaurants in the area. She told us about Dantannas. The crab fingers and okra was delicious 😉

Here is the thing about Stars all of them say they will be different until the money starts coming in. They become selfish and go cheap with their customers. They have clothing stores and they dont wear their own product. If I had a clothing store why would u not see me in it all the time. She has people buying cheap quality polyester clothes while she rocks Gucci, and Fendi and all the other designer who quality of clothes are better than hers. If She doesnt believe in her own Product why should we. Tags is cheaper and I hear their clothes are better. :-{

I went to pressed during the week of March 15th. I just recently located to Atlanta, but my daughter still lives in Dallas. She was in town for spring break and we are both big fans of Rasheeda. Going to her store and hoping to see her was top on our list. Only to find ourselves very disappointed. When we arrived there is a sign in big letters that reads in order to get a picture you must purchase something which one I thought was very unprofessional but I kept an open mind. The sales clerk was really nice and Rasheeda was there but in sunglasses with sweats and a baseball cap. My daughter and I started looking around and we asked the sales clerk if we could get a picture and she said Rasheeda is not in a picture taking mood. I still purchased a $40 t-shirt which was extremely expensive for just a black t-shirt with letters. Went to the counter to check out, spoke to Rasheeda, she spoke back never looked up and kept doing whatever she was doing. We left and she thanked us and we left disappointed and with a bad taste in our mouth. I am no longer a fan. Just wasnt a good feeling or experience. I will not go back and friends keep telling me to return the shirt. I wont do that but I am no longer going to support her.
We are a forever changing clothing store. Rasheeda takes pride in every item she chooses for the store not to mention the customer service we provide. You are important! Every client and fan are welcome to experience a private association with Rasheeda if she is present with your very own personal photo. She takes the time to make sure you know she appreciates you. I had the pleasure of shopping at the store this past weekend while visiting ATL. I was pleasantly shocked. First of all Rasheeda was in the store making her coins. I love it! Some celebrities are always in Hollywood mode but that wasnt the case with Rasheeda. She was down to earth, spoke, smiled and kept right on working. Im plus sized 12-14 and I bought a few cute items. Her staff were great and extremely helpful. Rasheeda even took time for a photo. Keep up the great work!
I recently moved backed to Atlanta so I wanted to go to visit the store Pressed. I overheard that customers must make a purchase in order to get a picture. That was okay, I was going to make a purchase regardless. Rasheeda was not in the store, however, her mother was. The items are overpriced but what do you expect shopping at a high end mall. They did have nice items on the clearance rack that were reasonable and really cute tops. My issue is customer service! We were greeted at the door with a dry hello. The sales associate along with Rasheeds mother did assist us when we were trying on clothes. I got a sense that they only help the people who they know will spend $$$. When it came time to purchase, the rudeness came out because I failed to read the instructions on how to use the debit/credit card machine. Minor mistake on my part, but no need to be rude about it. At that point I wanted to say forget it and put everything back but I continued with the purchase. I support black businesses regardless of who the owner is. However, my people need to get it together when it comes to customer service. After I left Pressed, I went to the Michael Kors store. The customer service was superb from beginning to end and I didnt even make a purchase, but they were very welcoming. Customer service is everything! Im not saying you need to be all up in folks faces cheesing from ear to ear, but make all customers feel welcomed when they enter your establishment.

I really just wanted to meet the beautiful Rasheeda,which by the way is very pretty in person,she actually rung up my stuff.My first impression was the store is nicely set up however,the shades she sells for $50 can be bought at flea market for $10.Customer service is Great,your Greeted at door,and helped quickly. I bought a dress just to support her but I could have bought off Amazon for $20 I paid her $120.The reason she allows no phones is because she knows she dead wrong for those prices.You cant get a picture unless you buy something.Otherwise thats it.Nobody in Atlanta shops there,she makes her money off the tourists,because they dont know any better.And the stuff she posts on Instagram is not in her store.False Advertisement
Great customer service& clothing....I was able find a beautiful plus size top, shorts & purse.We took a picture and my daughter knocked Rasheeda’s hat off two times and she didn’t get upset nor frustrated. I hope we made your evening like you did ours! Thank you 😊
Went to ATL for my Birthday weekend in May 2017! Did some shopping and stopped by Pressed. Store was nice. Prices were semi pricey,but around the same price I usually spend. Rasheeda was in the store she was Anti-social, probably cause she get a lot of Groupies talking about love and hip hop. She was cool once we took the pic. But the workers were nice including her mom. I was able to take a picture with her. 5stars cause I Love my pic! Watch out I might be on Real Housewives of H-town!😘
Let me start by saying that I am from California and no where near star struck. I see celebrities on regular basis and realize they are mere human beings. However, the retail industry is and should always be a customer satisfaction industry. Not so with a particular worker in this establishment. Shirleen was rude and short on both visits to the store. She isnt a good representation of good customer service. I understand shes Rasheedas mom but for good business practices the owner should consider more professional storefront personnel. If you dont want to be bothered with customers dont work a customer service position. Point blank period.

Out of towner- wanted to go to the store because I like Rasheeda on LHHA. Staff was very nice and helpful. The clothes are nice but alot of it is overpriced, especially since its not exclusive. You can find alot of the clothing at a lower price somewhere else. Im not saying this because Im cheap because I will pay and I did buy a few things because I wanted to support. Rasheeda was very nonchalant and kept convos very short with customers...like one word. I didnt want a convo just a pic and she wasnt really feeling it that day because all the pics she took showed it in her face. I will probably delete mine. I get it you dont feel like taking pics all the time or being jolly go happy...we are all human. So why not just dont come to the store or say sorry no pics today with a smile on those days. Its the basic rules of customer service to be nice to your customers. Lets be honest if she wasnt on LHHA, alot of people wouldnt know about her store. Which means we are fans and like her BECAUSE OF THE SHOW so act like you appreciate our support at least. Being nice goes a long way and it cost nothing. If I would have seen these reviews before going, I wont have went. The rating I gave was for the Staff.
All of her clothes u can buy off aliexspress. Com or eBay she has to make her money so she doubles the price. I think it’s so many people that has seen her on tv just wants to meet her in person . No purchase no pictures. Be careful who u shop with
Saw a few outfits that I also saw in a chinesse beauty supply in Duluth GA way overpriced basically the price was like buying 2 of the same things. I walked in and walked right back out lol
Very please The Employees Very prompt to ask can they help you. The store is very well organized looking forward to visit again it was my first time visit the store. The name PRESSED is very. Visible to see it really caught my eye and I knew exactly who owned it!!!!Happy shopper...
People will talk down on you rather you doing good or bad. Honestly, this store is the ish. Lovely items and not too bad for prices. If you expect to shop for Walmart prices, then maybe thats where you need to go. Rasheeda wasnt there, but her staff was down to earth and professional. I enjoyed my visit and loved my purchase.
So overpriced.... clothes look cheap & gaudy. Even the pics on the website look so low budget - who does a photo shoot in a kitchen?? You can see the kitchen counter & cabinets in the background. Also, there is nothing for curvy/plus size women
I purchased boots for $212 that I found on another site for $109 the same brand also other items totaling well over $400 for my wife. Took them home she didnt like the way they fit so I went to return them the next day and was told they do not do any refunds only store credit or exchange. My wife then went into the store to see if there were items she would like but thought everything inside the store seemed cheap so now Im stuck with all this store credit. Considering this is located in Phipps Plaza I would have believed that there return policy would be nothing to even be questioned but it is. Somehow someway I will get over my money being stuck at this store but once I have used all my credit I will never shop here again
I visited Pressed all the way from VA. When I first walked into the store, all of the clothing is pretty dope. I looked at the prices and the clothes were pretty expensive which was cool because there was a lot of nice items but $129 for a non brand blouse... I was like ok. So then I spotted a jean jacket that I had recently purchased from another store. Exact same jacket, nothing different so I checked the price to see if it was possible that her prices were actually reasonable. I paid $53.00 for the jacket, it is priced at $139 in Rasheedas store. I love Rasheeda but that is a ridiculous price difference. She should change the name to Inflation
I was visiting Atl with my daughters and thought that we would visit the store. To my surprise the prices were somewhat high and not very too quality. My daughters did find a few items on the clearnce rack so that was a plus. The staff was very nice but her mother killed the excitment of being in the beautiful Rasheedas store. I mean her face was SO unpleasant it wasnt funny. I do wish the store much luck and hopefully her mother can take a vaca or relax that STANK attitude before it kills her business. You would think she would feel blessed to have such a successful/beautiful daughter....But maybe not...
I love Pressed, especially Rasheeda and Shirleen, love them. When my sister came to Atlanta from NY, took my sister there and Rasheeda was there.
Very nice clothes...but very disappointed in Rasheedas demeanor when she arrived, on the phone with no eye contact at all and went straight to the back. All we kept hearing was you had to make a purchase to get a picture! I didnt want a picture, just a good attitude👎👎
Overly priced merchandize. 80$ pants I saw at Forever 21 and Rainbow for 20$. The cheapest thing in the store was a tube of off-brand lipstick and that was 15$.They should be ashamed of themselves for trying to rob and get over on people who obviously dont know any better. Dont shop here when you can go elsewhere and buy the same exact things for half the price. I dont mind supporting black own businesses but what I do mind is when that black owned business over charges and blatantly tries to rip people off. I will never step foot in that store again.

I was so excited to go by and visit Rasheedas new store because I am one of her fans! I was nervous and very anxious to see it. So after I left Lego Lend Discovery with my children I hurried over to see it. Im a plus sized girl so I usually dont shop in the more petite size store but I figure Id still go take a look. I was with a group of my family and the very last to walk in! The feeling was so amazing to just be in a store were lots of celebrities walk in and out of daily! Yesterday on 1/24/2016 I walked in and heard her voice I almost cried I was very shocked and my cousin told me shes here shes here! I was really shaken, nervous and excited all at the same time. So of course like any fan I really wanted a picture with her so I asked if someone could take the photo of me and I would ask everyone knew how badly I wanted that photo! I waited so long to meet this lady and here she was! To make a long story short I spoke to her and she spoke back but when I asked to get a picture her assistance answered me saying You need to buy something first hunny and then she will take the picture. I was shocked! Looking at me you can see that I cant fit anything in the store and as an a fan I was really hurt that I couldnt receive a picture from a woman I looked up to! I cried with her on the Love and Hip Hop episode when Kirk her husband got the store for her! I was very happy for her and at the same time I was saying to myself from Florida I cant wait to go visit when I move to Georgia! Its ok maybe she was having a rough day and I got to see her and thats all that matters right! I will never go back until I loose weight and can fit her clothes! I feel so fat and ugly.Sincerely,A very hurt and embarrassed plus size fan!
This store exceeds all expectations!!! I live in Dallas I was visiting the store with two small children during a crazy cheerleading competition. The owner Rasheeda was so helpful offered them water which allowed me to shop. I am coming back to visit because the unique outfits are very hard to find anything as stylish as this boutique.
Ive never been to the store or purchased anything online. However Im giving 5 stars to support a black business. Im also thinking its interesting to read reviews saying her prices are too high. It sounds like youre throwing shade because you walked into a store thats out of your price range. If thats the case go in, be a fan and ask for a autograph & pic...IJS

The Clothes are a little over price for the quality. Customer service was good they were very helpful, I feel more like they were watching me than anything like I was gonna steal. Im a business owner as well so i appreciate the staff being helpful. The store was clean and organized.

I’ve been in the store before awhile back when pressed was selling quality clothes for their prices..But I have been browsing the store website and I’m very disappointed in the items they are selling now for the price they’re asking for which is out of line ..There are other boutiques that’s selling the same items for a reasonable price because the items are inspired design clothing most of the clothing doesn’t have a brand name on them because it comes from AliExpress and China vendors... they’re selling simple shorts for $112 and other boutiques selling the same shorts for $45.99
Coming from out of state i would say i am not pleased at all. Clothes are over priced, rasheeda if you’re gonna over price items make sure your items are exclusive! It was so dead in there and you have the audacity to say no pictures, you’re a public figure... what did you expect. This is nothing special do not waste your time. Her items look like they can be sold in a flea market.
I love Rasheeds on LHHA. I definitely wanted to support her business so I ordered a pair of Pilazzo pants. Mind you my purchase was before she actually opened her store. The pants were not of good quality, but more importantly they were too small. Come to find out she does not allow returns. How do you deny exchange/returns online and you did not have a store location. So I was stuck with a pair of too small cheap quality overpriced pants. As for customers who are familiar with the area where the store is located if it is a high end area then she definitely needs to relocate or upgrade the quality of her clothing. I spend money for clothes that is why I didnt have a problem with purchasing the pants online but I want to get the quality that I paid for. I will be in ATL and will not be visiting Pressed based on my online experience and these horrible reviews. She really needs to take these reviews into consideration and make changes.
Rasheeda was low key rude after my party just spent $200 and waiting to take a picture we was drilled on we couldnt take a picture unless we bought something when the bag was clear as day and resheeda just keep walking away. But I guess that what happens when flame make your head big because a few years ago she was taking pictures with no questions asked.
Came into the store today with friend for her birthday and came across Kayla which was awesome. Very attentive knowledgeable and took care of my friend. Enjoyed the experience of coming into Pressed all 10s
Walked in and was looking at a couple of cute outfits. One skirt with a top (club outfit) was 300 and a bodysuit was 150. After about 10min of walking around not seeing anyone rasheedas mom walks up. My fiance thought the bodysuit said 50$ and said that when rasheedas mom starts laughing and says no boo, thats 159$ kind of acting like it was too much for us. My fiance then said baby if you want it you can get it but at that point I didnt want to shop there if she felt like the clothes were too much for us. Wont be coming back here. Black stores we have to do better.
One employee saved it for me. Genuine better costumer service at Wal-Mart.Good selection and quality is desent. Your paying for the celebrity name. I wasnt able to meet Rasheta, but the majority of the the personnel working for her are a disgrace to her name. Utterly rude and completely uninterested in my questions towards the merchandise; only one associate, Bre, was of any help. She was utterly fantastic, while others were a tired waste. Until policy changes at this establishment toward the treatment of costumers and the representation of the brand, I highly recommend to look elsewhere.
All my grandmother wanted to do after we visited family in Atlanta was to shop at Rasheedas store. Rasheeda (our favorite and most beautiful on Love and Hip Hop ATL).So heres our experience--Kelsey was absolutely terrific, helpful and kind, other than the clothes she was the best thing about the store. Owners mom and other employees were kind of rude and non helpful like asking for additional pieces was a bother although me and my grandmother stated we traveled from Ohio and wanted to visit the Store. I purchased a jacket and my grandmother purchased a cover up. As we were in line, there was a young lady *looking very unkept* yelling at the entire store full of people about snapping pics without purchase. They had armed security at door to watch for shop lifters and picture stealers...(petty betty)!!! The girl who rung me up kept interrupting me as my grandmother was asking me questions as if we were holding the line up but no one was behind me. The picture Nazi ( we named her that-- She was loud and rude. Instead of her going to those individuals who took pictures without purchase (dang, is it THAT serious) she yelled across the store...we all were shocked. This employee didnt even look the part and she looked like she rolled out of bed to come to work. Very unprofessional. We didnt need to know people were doing that...address them, not the entire store...and for that matter, comb your hair (ok, im being petty betty on that one but she looked a mess). I would like to see larger sizes. Women of all sizes spend money and like to look good...thats a billion dollar biz...take head Rasheeda! Last, they rolled up our expensive purchases and packed them into a SMALL gift bag...what expensive boutique does that??? Our items were wrinkled beyond repair once we got to hotel. Our collective total for 2 was $250.In a nutshell--Beautiful clothes--need more size variety!Kelsey...fabulous!!All other employees looked and acted a mess!Get larger bags for purchases.Overall...2.5 out of 5
My experience was not what I thought it would be. When I arrived we were told the if you do not purchase you cannot get a picture, thats fine. But after that was said, a gentleman stated that if you are not being anything please leave and if you wanted to see Rasheeda, just wave and keep on pressing. I had a terrible experience and would not be back.
Me and my friends arrived in Atlanta for a girlss trip. We went into the Phipps Mall and noticed Rasheeda walking down the walkway so we decided to go into her store to look around and obviously ask for her picture. Once we made it into the store she failed to acknowledge us as customers. Then my other friends started a conversation with her that lead to asking for a picture. She then told us that she will only take a picture if we buy something. We spent over $100.00 total on her expensive lip gloss. She still failed to acknowledge us or take the picture. She is very stuck up and I dont see how her store is still in business if she treats people like that. Her being a black woman I expected better.WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE.
An amazing store, Mama Shirleen, Kirk and Rasheeda from Love & Hip Hop were super-friendly and I had an amazing experience. Rasheedas store features posh womens clothing that I have seen no where else except on television at a surprising affordable price point! Even smaller items from sunglasses to teeth whitening were available and buyers can snap photos with the celebs. I take all of my out-of-town visitors and the woman in my life usually stays in fashion with Pressed shoes, clothing and accessories. This is a MUST-VISIT retail store in Phipps Plaza.

I Met Rasheeda!!! She Spoke And Greeted Everyone That Walked In. The Customer Services Could Have Been A Little More Warmth Placed Into It. I Understand Where She Is Coming With The Whole Purchase Then A Picture! I Respect Her Hustle! People would only come see her and not support her business! So yes I agree if you wanna see me (her) you need to spend some money! I got a picture and I My press bag! She is as beautiful on tv as she is in person.. I came from Jersey to visit Pressed. It is very ironic how she was upset with her step daughter about being on her phone on the show when the whole yime she was looking down at her phone behind the register. She had a whole conversation on the phone then once I was about to leave she asked if I needed help. She was not rude at all. Just wished for a better experience.
The customer service sucks there. If you are looking for an a picture with a Ms. Rasheeda you will need to purchase something and still wont get the picture if your purchase is not high enough. So now you are left with $30 lipgloss you cant return and no picture. I really would of expected more from her who cares she is always for her fans

I think the Granny things in the store are way over priced and the material is like the material in any other low budget store. I think she over priced get items just because she feels as though ppl will buy just because of who she is. Her name isnt on the things however I think it really caters to older women (50s) however she had maybe one or two pair of jeans that I liked...

My boyfriend and I were greeted at the door. Rasheeda and her mom were working hard helping ladies while they tried on clothes and getting them the sizes needed. Rasheeda helped me personally zip the skirt I was trying on although I thought I was too big she told me how much room was left in the skirt.Her Mom needs a raise, she was burning holes in her shoes for the customers.. I bought a gorgeous skirt for church and the next time Im in the ATL Ill be back!!!

I do not like that we feel as tho we cant walk around without someone making you feel like you have to shop. During my visit we were told no cameras and no pictures unless your buying something. If celebs dont want the clout that come with being famous, dont have shops in store. Sell online only and send autograph pic for purchasing instead. 💯💯
Clothing is cheaply made and overpriced. Spent $100 for a dress online that looked $10 when it arrived. They don’t do refunds, so I’m currently waiting on my exchange to be shipped. The don’t respond to emails either.. BEWARE
So me and my friends came all the way from Ohio to come and visit pressed, when we first walked in the first noticeable thing we saw was that big ass sign that said no videos or pictures without buying anything when we get in the store , we got a veryyy dry Hi and some tall girl with very long braids was doing entirely too much , rasheeda wasnt even in there but just reading that board made me not want to purchase anything in there. . . also them clothes are soooo over priced and def looked TRASH shes going out SAD :( and to think I was a fan and felt bad that kirk cheated on her HA I wonder why she just sounds like she thinks shes better than everyone thanks but no thanks ill pass I will not be back

(could careless about a photo) and shes rude. Not a fan on poor customer service. I like her mom as well. But if their being rude to their fans then Ill pass.
I came from D.C. Area and loved the look in store I did search store online first bought a body suit and a skirt on clearance. Trying to get this orange dress next but Shirlene was great too!

The store is overpriced I did buy some glasses but I saw the same glasses at another mall for 2/25 and I paid 50 at pressed! I think she needs to relocate. The store is small also I thought the store would be way bigger. Rasheeda was cool!

In a time where is seems Customer Service is a lost art form I want to give kudos to Rasheeda and the entire staff at Pressed ATL these ladies are warm , patient and knowledgeable . Good staff is often hard to find and can make or break a business . Im grateful to have experienced excellence in this establishment!
I dont watch whatever show shes on, so I dont know the background of the photo thing, but items in the store are definitely overpriced. Limited selection as well. Customer service was just ok. The set up and atmosphere was really nice though
Purchase several pieces online and was beyond disappointed by the quality and material of the clothes. As expensive as these pieces are priced the material is cheap, thin and barely looks like what’s advertised online, the return policy is a joke. Will never purchase again.
The customer service was pure trash, but some associate name brianna or breyonna was nice. Everyone else was just staring at me and that tall girl does the most. The prices are very high and I saw some of that stuff on aliexpress for $15. Other than that, brianna or whatever her name is saved this store because if it was just them, I wouldve never bought anything.
Overpriced To the max same items can be found at any other boutique or mall vendor at a fraction of the price. I guess the prices are so high because of the rent at Phipps. There is nothing wrong with supporting but your prices need to match the quality of the clothes. Items are not even double the price its tripled same item you pay $29 for at any other store is $129 at the this store it simply just does not add up. Kosimos, kloset envy all sell the same stuff for way cheaper. Or Your better off going to saks, Nordstrom or Bloomingdales and buying better quality for your money. At least you know it will be of good quality. She needs to relocate and lower her prices to match the quality. It has nothing to do with hating I cant understand how someone can comment and never actually stepped foot in the store. Try going in the store then leave a review.

I wanted to support but everything online, Ive seen in my local beauty supply store. I think the store needs more exclusivity when it comes to style. I was going to buy these boots from there, (but me being the budgetnista I am) I decided to check other places I shop to see if I could find them cheaper. Low and behold, I DID! 1 pair was $170 at Pressed...bought them for $52 at urbanog. The other pair were $100 at Pressed, bought them for $20 at TJ Maxx. All were the same brand (Cape Robbin). Now, I dont mind spending my coin...it just gotta be worth what Im paying. Im no fool. Anywho, I wish Rasheeda and the store much success. ❤

I haven’t been to Rasheeda’s store but the review that I’m seeing isn’t good at all, a lot of reviews said Rasheeda’s mom is rude, Rasheeda is anti-social, the prices are high & you have to buy something to get a picture. That’s hella ridiculous & I don’t play about disrespect, you disrespect me I’ll disrespect you right back, I’m supposed to go to Atlanta soon & I wanted to go to her shop but after these reviews 😭 I don’t wanna go to jail. I ordered a shoe online that cost me $180, rather than putting my shoes in a box and shipping, they taped the actual shoe box, so when I tried to open the box it ripped the actual shoe box. The box was ruined, I was corresponding with someone and she was very nice, not sure if she can replace it, but I appreciate her gesture.
Super cute clothes throughout most of the store. Depending on the prices you want to pay, you can walk out looking pretty sharp. Customer service is pretty good
I recently went into the store after 3 years of living in Atlanta and being a resident i only went in because my aunt was in town and i was at the mall. I think maybe she read the reviews and got better maybe...i went we were greeted by Rasheeda herself ....i ran into her mother ans she also was pleasant and smiling.....everyone was nice i spent more time with the makeup girl i met she was awesomeee however i saw some boots that were $400 just way too over priced for boutique clothing im sorry...its not name brand clothing etc. but i guess you pay for the reality tv name which is an advantage for her to use for her and her family...gotta get it we all do....but i would definitely much rather check out NENE LEAKES clothing than Pressed clothing..i actually didnt find the clothes interesting to spend that type of money however when RASHEEDA styles her clothes she looks flawless....i love her though she was very friendly not upity or stuck up...she even said thank you again while we were outside...i would actually go back to see if she can style me she is def better at styling her own clothing up
Im shocked at the negative reviews...I had an awesome experience at Pressed. Rasheeda is just as cute in person as she is on TV. Customer service was on point...Mrs. Rasheeda herself even helped me out.Cant wait to get back to the ATL to visit again.
Havent been to the store but after looking at the reviews I most definitely will not be going to visit that store. I love Rasheeda but if this is how her fans view her after a personal experience I dont want to be disappointed either.

Impressed and inspired is how I would describe my first shopping experience shopping at Pressed. At first I was greeted and assisted by Shirleen who instantly became like family. We hit it off good, had tons of giggles all within 5 minutes. Shirleen then hooked me up with an outfit to try on but the magic came when Brittanie came into the changing room to ask if I needed help. She then said why dont you try tucking the shirt in.....when I tell you it changed the whole look of my outfit! Instantly I looked and felt gorgeous!!! Rashida if youre reading this...Relocate boo-boo.....plain and simple...the location is so NOT the tone, nor the type of a mall that would suite your store. The clothing is quite urban, which is not a bad thing, however, it doesnt suite the demographics well. The store is completely out of place to me and OVERPRICED! Most of the apparel and makeup is not upscale nor exclusive enough, given the price. No sensible woman or teenager is going to waste their coins just because the boss wants to be at Phelps Plaza.I dont think Rashida is up-ing the price due to her name, as per prior comments. I, do feel one of the reasons for overpricing is to pay that high ass rent...LOL, nonetheless, its still not worth it, just relocate to a more urban community with reasonable prices,.... I think you will have BETTER results. Good Luck!!!
Its a good place to go if you want to see a VH1 reality celebrity. No SHADE tho all the clothes in there are for old people. I think she just open the store to have something to do. Because the clothes are like something you can get out of a catalog magazine for way cheaper. But I guess she doing her thing. You can find Kirk in the food court. He dont care about that STORE and if you want follow me on snap chat (idealdash)

I live in Buckhead and visit Phipps Plaza quite often. Ive seen the sign that you must purchase in order to have your photo taken.....Very arrogant, and disrespectful to her fans.... She needs to spend more time worrying about her worthless, two timing husband and forget about throwing shade to the people who put her on the map? Think she would be grateful she even has any fans...aint like shes Beyonce or an A list celebrity.

After reading most of these reviews.... If I’m ever, everrrr in ATL, I would never visit her store just to be treated horribly. I’m honestly sooooo HAPPY I’m not a huge fan of hers with those outrageous prices but I will spread the word. It shouldn’t matter if you buy anything or not to get a picture(s)!! RIDICULOUS!!!
I have not been into PRESSED yet but would like to leave these words of wisdom. People will pay hundreds Tommy Hilfiger & Vera Wang. All clothing will perish and can be eaten by moths. With that being said most of these negative reviews are from disgruntled fans whom expect her to take pictures & some more isshh! Think Tommy flicking up with you HELL NO. Rasheeda just want to be the wife, loving mother & friend. She may agree with me on this (NO one wants to be a STAR 24/7). Terrible customer service. Rasheeda came into the store and didnt even say hello to her fans she went straight into the back. The clothes and shoes are overpriced, you can get the same stuff elsewhere and pay a lot less .

I am a plus size woman I ware a 14 in pants what I dont like about her website is theres not to much plus size items on her website and the items she does have on there is the same prices as Lane Bryant, Ashleys Stewarts, and Torrieds. Ill pass

2021-11-01I was super excited to stop in and check the store out while I was in town. The store was setup nice with beautiful clothes that I dont wear on a regular so I couldnt find anything to my liking. The only casual shirts I did find ran small so that was a no for me. If you like dressing up a lot then this is the store for you.

2022-04-19Great store! I’m from Texas and have been a fan of Rasheeda since bubblegum! I went to Atlanta for the first time and went to the store twice! Both times I went the two ladies I met, greeted me and my friend on entry of the store and were very helpful and sweet! The way they gave attention to every customer in the store was immaculate! I didn’t get to see Rasheeda but meeting them and catching that good energy was all worth while! Thank you ladies for the great customer service and on the strength of that I will definitely be back!!! Keep doing y’all’s thang ❤️

2022-07-02I ordered the Tye Dye Jumper which is $99.50 along with 2 other outfits. One of the items doesn’t fit. I called to get the information to return the item, I was told I couldn’t return the item because it’s 1 day after the 7 day window to return items. I knew I couldn’t get a refund, but for a simple store credit was denied. I was sick with Covid-19 and could not leave my home. I explained this to the downright RUDE young lady I spoke with. I was still not allowed to get a credit. I’ve been shopping with Pressed online for a while, but now they have lost me as a customer. Please be warned, if you have to return an item make sure it not after the 7 days. I try my best to support black owned businesses, but it’s hard when businesses are conducted as this one is.

2022-07-24While the service was excellent, now that I am back home in Texas, I just realized I was inaccurately charged. I bought two pieces. However, the cashier rang up one item twice instead of ringing up each individual item.Item 5275 was charged twice (@ $20). Item 12366 (@ $10) was not. My total should have been $30 instead of $40. I emailed their customer service and a response was not received so I will dispute the charge with my credit card company.Please pay attention to the total of your purchase BEFORE leaving the store. I should have done so, but was too busy running my mouth with the cashier. I dont think it was intentional, however, as shown on the picture, she didnt correctly ring up my items. Three stars because I reached out to customer service via the published email address and there was no response.

2022-04-30BEST ADVICE: NEVER ORDER ONLINE!!! The worse service & policy if an item doesnt work out. Im all for supporting culture but there never for satisfying the customer. I sent back item months ago & if I didnt call, I wouldve never known it arrive. To only hear, if you return from online, you will have to find an item from online to exchange with (keep in mind, online inventory is nothing compared to in-store). Then, when you actually find something to order using store credit the online service # is closed on weekend. And to top it all off, when they do open the item is sold out already! And well lets just say, the store when you call could care less. In all, I wish I could get a refund so my $$$ doesnt feel like a small fry to people that clearly dont care!

2022-08-14Yeah some of the items are actually boutique items but a lot of them aren’t. They have a market in Atlanta too that they get the cheaper clothes from. That’s sad.. she charges a lot. What’s more sad is that people trust her because she’s Rasheeda and how she dresses but won’t trust small boutiques ! The smaller boutique I shop from Quality in merchandise is great, Fashion Nova, SHEIN , and so On. this is a celebrity! Face all over The Media . A Black Owned Business, The Hustle is real and expected .It’s The Robbery For Me . One Of My Fits Was Made In China came in the bag and all Made In China I Paid ( 15.00 ) Bucks For It , She Sole It To Me For 129.00 smh This Disappoint Was So Real

Rasheeda must be desperate for money to ripping people off like this. It be your own people selling items that they know are cheaply made for high prices. Rasheeda stop robbing your own people.
