As a business owner I try to always do right by my customers. I can not say the same about David Spellman at Pro Vinyl.My construction company placed an order 4 months ahead of need time. On March 4th David called and said the product was in and was being delivered to the job site. Mr. Spellman was very insistent in receiving payment right away. In good faith I felt Mr. Spellman was true to his word and drove to Alma from Waycross to deliver the $15,694 payment.Once I got to my job site the product I ordered was not there. I discovered only 2 boxes of the wrong color vinyl and nothing else.I called Mr. Spellman and he seemed at a lose. I went to the bank to stop payment on the check, but of course Spellman CASHED the check on the very day I gave it to him. I assume he has cash flow issues as this point. From March 4th until present day David has provided excuse after excuse for the delays. I made a trip to Alma today to confront Spellman and demand a refund. He continued to give me the run around. His grandfather, Francis Spellman, came out and promised to refund the money. He asked for a little time and assured me I would receive a check the next day, tomorrow. Francis Spellman has since informed me that he is no longer getting involved and thee would be no refund.In short, David Spellman with Pro Vinyl has STOLEN over $15 K of my money and is making zero effort to make things right.I would not use this company UNLESS you feel like donating your money to charity!!

We always have to wait even though no one is there. More than once Ive been there and, even though no one else is around, they just piddle around and ignore you until you make some noise or you ask for help. Not my favorite place for customer service 😒

They are thieves. Grandson on dope and Crooked granddaddy cover for him him. They will rob you. Don’t give them a dime.
