Went in to inquire about a unit and the sales person Mc’Kala helped me. She was very friendly and informative. Very sweet might I add. She showed me around and was very patient. I had a lot of questions but she answered them all and assigned me a unit!
I rented a unit at Burford Dr., service was good however there was a finance issue but I did have the pleasure to speaking to the district manager, Collin, who assured me it will be taken care of. Communication goes a long way. Unit 105. Rose was very helpful for this. I paid what I owe as agreed and awaiting my second month free.
Excellent Customer service. If I could give more than five stars I would. I recommend this storage unit location. Ms. Rose helped me out a lot with getting another storage unit. Ms. Rose was very professional knowledgeable and went above and beyond her duties to help me with a rent rate decrease. I have been renting with PS at the Jimmy Carter location since 2006 15 WHOLE YEARS AND I PRAY I DONT HAVE TO MOVE TO SAVE SOME MONEY DURING THESE 🙏 TRYING TIMES. I have another unit here and riverside. All I can say is WOW!! Very good customer service from the property manager, she is amazing and she has a lot of energy and answered all my questions with no problem. Also explained everything to me and I do appreciate everything she has done. I would recommend everyone to a public storage near them this is an amazing company. 5 STARS!!

Ive been a customer for almost 4 years and it has been a great experience. I almost always come in person to make my payment, so Im familiar with the people working there. The few times Ive needed assistance with an issue, its been taken care of promptly. Charlie has been great. Hes helpful, cheerful, professional and gets things resolved in a timely manner. Thanks to everyone at this location! I would recommend this location to anyone and because of my positive experience and I would generally recommend Public Storage to anyone who was not near this location. Ms. Rosemary is the best!!! She helped me out with my storage situation during Covid. It was really bad but she was willing to work with me to make a plan. It was easy to stick to and achieve. I did have to move out because I found a place. But I recommend any to go there while shes there!

Brittany and kyle were great helps. Brittany called me right when I made the reservation and made me feel important that she wanted our business. Unfortunately , Brittany was not working when I came in to rent. Another asssociate names kyle helped me a lot. I visited this property located at 495 Buford Drive to pay for a unit that I moved from in Indiana back on Aug 7, 2020 however there was miscommunication between me and the manager and I. I left the lock on the unit did not know to remove it. Ms Rosemary was a blessing, she had me complete a Lock Cut Request form scanned my ID and the form for the manager where Im storing and scheduled my move out fir me. She even went as far as contacting the out of state property to confirm receipt of this request. I recommend this PS location SHE CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. Thank you, Ms. Rose for being my shining star on this rainy day.

Customer service is excellent. I booked the unit online. Within 30 minutes, Reid called to confirm and see if I had questions. He was very helpful. I told him I would be by today to see the unit and finalize the rental. He told me Jasmine would be there. She was very courteous, friendly, professional, etc. She was busy with other customers via phone and in person while I was there, but she maintained her professional attitude and handled it with ease. I am a repeat Public Storage customer as well, but this is my first experience with this particular location. Very pleased with their customer service.

We rented a unit to store family items on a cross-state move. The check-in was great, the price was great (we used the web promo), the unit was quite functional and nice (including ability to park right beside the unit to move items in/out), and check-out was great. In particular, Shanequa was a joy to work with and very helpful along the way. Im a happy customer.

My names Jeffery Douglasand I rented a storage building on Sunday 1/10 /21.It was almost time to close when I got there,and it was very nice of the lady Mrs.Roseto extend rental storage to me to put all my clothes in there after getting put out on the streets by my suppose to be wife with no where to go during this pandemic.Mrs.Rose was very helpful explain to me the rental agreement as well as allowing me the opportunity to acquire some insurance on my belongings.I am very well pleased at how Public Storage extended there services to me.It makes you feel good about spending your hard earned moneyand I feel like my belongings are safe and secure for the time it will housed at Public Storage.
Tara was a tremendous help and very resourceful with knowledge. She explained things for me to easily understand and made sure that I was satisfied the space and price which was great.

After making a reservation elsewhere for trailer storage- which turned into a nightmare- we found this location. We are traveling from out of state to visit family and this last minute bid to find storage wasn’t fun. The employee at this location was professional and kind. She even stayed past closing for a bit to help us. 5 stars for customer service.

I received a great deal from Public Storage! The $1 for 1st months rent was right on time. The service professionals were courteous and friendly, location was convenient, and the facility felt secure, private, and accessible. The reminder calls I received about my bill were also helpful and not harassing. If I need to rent storage space again, Public Storage will be the first company I think of.

Came to this location to purchase some boxes with my dad . Shanequa was so helpful . Jolly Ol Saint Nick honestly is nice!He was extremely nice and helpful. Made me feel at home and thats a pretty good feeling since my things will be locked behind his office. My only suggestions for the company is to have some type of light music playing in the office while waiting. It tunes you out of other clients conversations around you. Also I was very disappointed that the gate closed at 9PM!!! I was so upset when I arrived after 9pm and it was closed. I had to pay extra for my U-haul truck to wait for the next day the storage to be open. Reevaluate your policy Public Storage but keep the great service!

We had a online reservation. Showed up for check in on moving day. Got turn away because our reservation expired. Were told to come back the next day and they will honor the price that we reserved, but they increased the price by $35 a month. How is that honoring the price. Try to reason with them and they could careless. We took our business right up the road to Extra Space. They have cheaper larger units anyways. Dont understand why we got turn away in the first place when we showed up on moving day! I am glad we decided to check in before showing up with the big moving truck.

Good Morning All,Just wanted to take a second to thank Reid Aka Santa Claus. He was a great help, not to mention a great since of humor. As you kmow moving can be very fraustating and I was a little annoyed by the time I walked in because they had called me so many times to make sure I wanted the unit. Once i was there he explained the reason for the call and even when I did not answer he went above and beyond to make sure the unit was availble for me. I can always appreciate great customer service. Job well done thanks again
Mr.Charlie was a very kind and informative person who listened to me. He gave me a tour of the property and showed me how to properly lock the unit that I was renting. He also was pretty quick with the paperwork, also explaining the reasons for the documents.
The only thing good about the place was it stored some stuff while me and my wife were in the process of buying a house. There is never anyone working had to wait 30 mins all 3 times we needed help from someone(to rent the building, to pick up the lock and keys, and to turn in the lock and keys). After 3 weeks (we rented the unit for a month) they called my wife claiming we needed to pay for the rest of the month even though we didnt go over our original lease and to top everything off we couldnt store a lot of our things in the building because it leaked and smelled like mildew so we ended up store furniture, paintings, etc in my mother in laws basement
Mrs.Rose was so helpful in helping my move out process on short notice.The units are clean and in a good area and the staff is always great with costumer service. They really look out for you here.

I just experienced a different type of connection with the PS on Buford Dr. in Lawrenceville, Ga.. I drove a truck of goods up from Orlando for a teacher moving back to that area..When I arrived on Sun. afternoon after a 9 hr. drive, I met John at the office. I gave him my name and info. of my situation, which was a not so regular situation. He could not have been more friendly, helpful, and congenial. I returned the next morning, unloaded and was glad to be able to see John before I left to Thank him...I would like to say Charlie is who my contact was, (instructed by the lady) but John was there and he made it oh so very easy for me...Thank you very much.
The property manager was very nice and helpful. He was very thorough and make sure I liked the storage unit before I sign any paperwork. He did not pressure me in the least.

I rented a space to store our camper from Public Storage on Buford Drive in Lawrenceville, GA. Charlie and Reid were great and very helpful and friendly to me during the short period of time we rented a space. We found an RV Storage facility about 12 miles from where we go camping in North Georgia and are going to use them because of the convenience of the location and the short distance to pull the camper. That is the only reason we will no longer be renting from the Public Storage facility in Lawrenceville because the monthly rent is very reasonable (about $50 per month cheaper than the majority of the storage facilities in the same area) and the service that Charlie and Reid gave us was excellent.

These guys are total crooks.... Classic bait and switch... I reserved a unit a week ahead of time. I received a phone call to confirm then 3 emails and a text message. When i show up on friday at my prearranged time, magically my reservation had been cancelled... No explanation or courtesy call given as to how or why, yet i still have a load of my stuff in a truck to store.... They wanted me to pay 125$ per month after i was promised 34$... Knowing i had no where else to go....both the property manager and the district manager are completely incompetent. I would never do business with a business with this kind of customer communication and service. I imagine they will do or say anything to bait you into doing business with this disreputable company
I am amazed at the attention to detail I received when I was inquiring about this facility by Mr. Mulkey. He was professional and left me with peace of mind that my personal items would be safe there. I plan to choose this place of business for my upcoming storage needs. Well done sir!

When you call there they dont answer the phone.... leave a message they dont return your call .... tried for 3 days to pay online didnt work ..... called their Tech Dept ... they couldnt fix it... paid Tech with Credit card over phone..Charged me $20.00 late fee ...Theres no gutters on buildings there, so rain splashes in door of unit getting floor wet because rain just rolls off roof .... Woman running office was nasty.... I called there 1-800 customer service number to make payment and they charged me a $20.00 late fee & another $10.00 to pay the automated answering on there 1-800 # with Credit card.Company is a Ripoff

2022-07-06I was very disappointed with this company, rented a space on 6/30 and had to move out by 7/5, and they would not refund my money, I paid close to $200 for a parking spot for my trailer and they would only give me 10$ back.... what a joke this company is... I dont mind paying for the 5 days that I had the storage for but this is ridiculous.

2022-08-15Im a business owner and like to have secuity.Some one hit my truck and witness saw who did it. They have 2 camera one way in one way out. They lied and said cant fine it on camera. Also they have homless staying in storage. I dont recommend public storage. Extra space storage is the go to

2022-02-11The staff is very helpful and friendly. However, I have to give it a low rating due to the constant increase in storage fees. When asked why I have to have insurance through them I was giving different answers finally I was told you don’t have to have it through them. In two years I have paid $6078 in storage. The price continues to rise. Not sure if this is the market rate but this is in sane!

2021-10-18Dena is always very friendly, nice, knowledgeable, and willing to go that extra mile to help. She explained how the app works and now I can get in and out of the property without rolling down my window. That’s especially helpful when it’s raining. Plus I don’t have to touch the keypad!!! That makes accessing my unit so much more easier.
