Every time I come to this Publix, all the staff are very helpful and friendly. Im able to find what I need easily. If I happened to overlook where something was, staff are always around to help me find what I need quickly. Checkout is always fast and the store is very neat and organized.
Great experience as usual at any Publix I shop at. I was greeted at least 5 times by employees in the aisles, often asking if they could help find what I was looking for. Checkout was a breeze, especially having a nice young lady, Julia, unload my cart onto the checkout belt, pushing my cart to my car, and loading the items in the back. All with a happy disposition. It felt like a ChicFilA service experience.
This was my worst experience EVERat Publix.I went to this location today to pick up some food from the hot deli about 3:15pm. I was taken care of by Michael who was the best. His employees did not treat me the same way. I had to wait for my food so when I came back no one greeted me and asked me if I needed anything. At the same time Michael was helping another customer in the sandwich department. I waited over 10 minutes for him to give me my food that was already prepared and waiting. Michael seem to be the only one working in the department. I also visited the bakery. The lady that helped me there was very rude and short. I did not get her name. I will not be returning to this Publix for anything.
This Publix is always a pleasant shopping experience! The employees and very helpful and professional. The store is clean, well organized and the prices are competitive with other grocery stores. The bakery is FANTASTIC! I ordered a cake last minute and they helped me to piece together a beautiful cake that was appropriate for the occasion and big enough to feed the numbered if people I was expecting. They tailored the price for my specific requests and had it ready in three days. It was absolutely delicious! Everyone loved it.My husband uses their pharmacy for his plethora of medications and they are very helpful with juggling his constantly changing meds. They have helped him find the least expensive options and have been very careful to cross check possible side effects of each medication to make sure he is safe. I deeply appreciate their help in managing his health care. They offer a level of service that you just dont find at other stores.
We are here more often than I care to admit, and the shopping experience is always above and beyond. Even when I may not be the most pleasant customer after a long day at work...: these people go above and beyond. They’re far from perfect and a little on the small side, but good news there is that there’s a bigger Publix just down the road, but the service is not nearly as good there for sure. I don’t know what “H.” is talking about or smoking, but Tui is someone I go out of my way or wait in a long line just to have her as our cashier. Tui is awesome. The only time I dont like the vibe is when the district people are in there.... the whole vibe changes. Thank you for making our experience Tui!
Generally not a bad place to shop. Good friendly people, but I am dinging them this time. Second time this has happened, bought something (in this case a loaf of bread), came home and then see that the Sell By date is a few days ago. This is not acceptable. I should not have to check every products sell by date when buying unless it is a shady store. I respect Publix and therefore cant let this pass.
All-in-all, its a Publix. Not much to hate. However, the folks who run the deli need some help and are the reason for my poor review (except the assistant deli manager- you folks need to promote that man. His super over-the-top customer service is awesome, and I love every second of it!).Outside of that guy though, its an operational disaster. The real manager, as well as several of the female employees who work the deli counter are ice cold. There have been several occasions now where I intended to order multiple items and didnt simply because the person helping me clearly didnt want to be bothered with my patronage. The hot food bar is almost always empty, whether its lunch/dinner time or 3pm in the afternoon, and you are lucky if you catch them at a time when they actually have some wings or whatever. I frequent the hot bar/sandwich station more than I should lol, so this part is kind of a sticking point for me. Last but not least, you have an employee that works at this location by the name of Madison. Please tell Madison that back talking his managers in front of customers when asked to do something is unprofessional. Please also tell Madison that if hes going to get high at work, he really needs use eye drops. Kid walked back in from somewhere in the back a couple of weeks ago, and his eyes were so red he either had just smoked a little bud or someone hit him with some pepper spray. Im not judging, Im all for legalizing and what not, but have some pride!
This is truly the best neighborhood Publix. Jeff always greets my family by name and he manages the friendliest staff of any grocery store. Mary the cashier is such a delight! A grinning cashier that looks you in the eye and really seems to care how your day is going is such a rarity these days!
Nice place for sure. Some of the prices were shockingly on the high side. This is on national brand products. Slightlt disapointed in the visit today.Had to come back to add. The sub was absolutely horrible. Usually great subs are made here. But this time it fealt like bread was not made right. Very heavy bread. Not necessarily stale, but not airy. As if not enough yeast was used, or not enough time given for bread to rise. Taking one more star away.
Way above and beyond service! I called the store looking for a Namaste gluten free cake mix for my sons birthday the next day, and Assistant Manager Justin Mollette not only promised to call around to other Publix to find one for me, when that didnt work, he found one at a competitors store, went out and bought it, and brought it back to the store for me. Whats more, he refused to charge me anything for it. His kindness made our familys day and made my sons birthday even more special. Thanks Publix!
Love how clean and well stocked this store location is. Only negatives is unusual access in and out of parking lot AND when I asked for a wine bag carrier for my 3 bottles of wine, was denied and told that I needed to have 4 bottles at check out.....I want to send the cashier the customer service video Give Em The Pickle!

2022-03-31This is my favorite Publix! There are two larger Publix stores near me, but I appreciate the employees at this Publix more, especially the gals at the deli counter. The bakery is also excellent. Each week Publix has a number of BOGO specials, which no other grocery store can touch. The deli sandwiches are fantastic and are just as good as the nearby sandwich shops, but for less money. Keep up the good work!

2022-06-10This Publix replicates similar experience when you visit other Publix super market. Those I visited and in my opinion this seems a tad smaller compared to those at Milton, Dunwoody.Coming to store front, well organized, easy to find. On choices front also I felt little less when compared to others mentioned earlier.Checkout seems faster here though. Ample parking and few good options to hang out around if you are interested.

2021-12-16Great location and the staff is super friendly. If you live in the area, this location and the one on State Bridge are awesome to use for your everyday needs. I wish they had self-check out available because I often only purchase a few things at a time and this would ease check-out, but having said that, they often have extra staff on register during peak hours... something you often do not see elsewhere.

2021-09-23I’ve been coming coming to this publix for about 2 years now and the cashiers are always pleasant and happy to see me. Today there was an issue at the register which later on turned out to be on my banks end, and despite my increasing aggravation at the time, Shane and Josh were amazingly polite and as helpful as they could be in the moment. Just wanted to shout them out for that.
