They didnt have the apple fritters at the deli, but they had the apple fritter pop tarts. 😓 Not the same! Lol
Preordered food and when I got there late they hadn’t even started it yet lol. It’s happened more than once other then that haven’t had any problems
This is actually a very nice Publix and its pretty much the same quality as most of the publics that Ive visited so I would definitely recommend it because Publix is of course my go to store for any grocery shop.
Sadly they were our of a lot. Staff is always friendly but the store seems worn. Need an update.

Clean, pretty well organized. The staff is usually friendly. The selection(s) is/are usually full. Probably the only issue I have ever had is that there are occasions that Cara sit in the parking lot under the shade of the trees and not in actual parking spaces (which makes them an obstacle that has to be avoiding and is annoying). Not the fault of the store though..

Very knowledgeable staff. We stopped by on the 4th to get snacks. Publix makes the best chicken strips for sandwiches. One of the employees told us of a good place to watch fireworks since the park had reached max capacity.
Publix has the most over-priced produce. However the sushi chefs are really nice and the sushi always pretty fresh. Usually they keep it pretty stocked up. I got lucky and got the last veggie roll of the day 😁

This is a good solid Publix. But the selection is kind of limited compared to the State Bridge Road store. And not one of the more modern interiors like you will find in Johns Creek. However its, clean and the staff is friendly.
Its a typical top notch public! Theyre always so clean and friendly.
Good store; bugs me to no end they only have 2 to 3 open lanes in the evening (after around 6.30), and that its typically 1 person behind the sub counter (which takes forever as the employees cant help it), but all in all a good shop with good assistance while shopping.
Basically this is my Publix. I do everything from shopping, eating to getting my prescriptions from the pharmacy. The employees are all nice and helpful. I dont think in the 10 years Ive been shopping here that I have ever had a bad experience.
Kudos to them. The store was crowded (like every grocery store today) but lines were short because they had a cashier and bagger at every register. Staff seemed to be working hard to keep shelves stocked as well. The staff I spoke to were as calm, friendly, and upbeat as usual in Publix. Great planning from the stores management and amazing morale among the staff!

Publix at Haynes Bridge Road is the one place where you can always find everything you need. The store is always very clean. You are blessed when the cashier, Lucinda, checks you out with her warm, beautiful smile.

Ive been shopping at this Publix for about 5 months now and usually stop by for a few items 3 - 4 times a week (Im the Branch Manager at the Library a block away). Ive always had an excellent customer service experience at this Publix. The employees are always friendly, fast and knowledgeable. It is a pleasure shopping at this Publix. The folks there are doing everything right!

Out of produce AGAIN! I don’t understand why I keep doing it to myself. Every time I go to Publix they are out of at least one of the ingredients I am looking for. Moreover, chicken was half the price at Kroger, just 2 miles up the road. Publix (Alpharetta) you will be out of business in less than a week if HEB ever comes to town.

They have some really nice mountain bread that makes awesome toast with great crunch and flavour, and the Flying Saucers are addictive. I enjoy shopping there.

I got to this Pulix staff were always so helpful and pleasant .Today was a first time I had an issue with a deli worker “Kathrina” I gave her my order for a sandwich then she asked if it was all , I asked for BBQ sauce she laughed in my face as if it wasn’t a right to add BBQ sauce on what I have. I had to let her know like what is so funny ? We all have our differences in taste and food selection and you should respect that .I felt like that was very rude and unprofessional.
Store seemed well stocked with most items. Clean. Prices going up. Prices seemed comparable to most other grocery stores nearby.
Bargains can still be found shopping the store-branded products.
I love Publix. This one is the closest to my home and always clean and friendly. Each time I have gone in they are cleaning the carts, have directional aisles for social distancing and have senior hours which I very much appreciate. I am, however very disappointed that there are so many employees, especially cashiers and baggers that do not have masks or gloves. This makes me very nervous.
My favorite grocery store as the employees are always polite, knowledgable, and they have a fully equipped meat area. They can cut steaks for you etc.
This is the only publix Ive been to that doesnt have arrows on the aisles and when its super crowded like it was yesterday afternoon, the only social distancing whatsoever is at the checkout aisle. Ive been to 4 other Publix and they were much better at labelling directions and controlling the crowds. so avoid if youre paranoid .

Yes, very good customer service as with all other Publix stores,but for some reason this one is always over crowded and could hardly even make it down an aisle without almost running into someone. Even in those open spaces it seemed like suddenly a shopper would be blocking me off?! Unfortunately their is nothing that Publix can do about these inconsiderate people who frequent this particular location...
Generally clean, but Ive seen mold on the strawberries on multiple visits. Make sure to open the lids and inspect before buying.

Just left the store and was really surprised at the service I received because it is always so good when I come here. Cashier was the only cashier open at 10:52pm (don’t want to say her name) she was very rude not speaking, no smile even when I smiled and spoke to her at the beginning and when I thanked her at the end of the transaction. I guess because it was 10:52pm and they close at 11pm she may have felt some type of way, however I’m a customer paying for a product and undeserving of bad service at my neighborhood Publix. Management please address this employee so this type of service isn’t given to anyone else. Never has this experience at this or any Publix!
Why are people still going down the wrong way through the aisle, and the staff members of Publix are not telling them to go the right way theyre just turning their head. Cant wait till next week when everyone is mandatory to wear a mask, parents stop having their kids run around the store. Have a great weekend

Unfortunately, I have to say I totally changed my mind about this location. This was not the first time I ordered a cake, but I am sure that was the last time. I am so disappointed even though I ordered 5 days in advance. Everything was just so smashed and squeezed to one side.I am even more mad because of their employee attitude. I was supposed to be the one who was mad, but they acted like it was my fault that I decided to not take this cake and purchase another one of those ready-to-go cakes. I asked her if she can at least write happy birthday on the cake, but her answer was no and she brought an excuse that there is no space. After I asked to talk to the store manager she offered me she might able to write on the board! Unfortunately, the store manager was not responsible either! All he told me was feed this cake to your dog for free! :| :| :| :|I had ordered cakes to this store before, but I am sure I will never ever do it again. It seems their bakery manager has changed or they just gave this one to a five-year-old kid to make.
Everything was easy to find. Every employee I came in contact with was courteous and friendly. Its refreshing to go into a store where everyone is pleasant and kind. Great job yall! Keep up the great team work. You truly are a gem to your community.

I was checking out, and realized I got Petes hot sauce instead of buffalo sauce. One associate immediately said she could run back and get the correct bottle,....and did....before I finished checking out.THAT is what makes it where....Shopping is a pleasure.
Ordered a sub online. Very easy to do quick and easy. Then I was able to just walk in pick it up and go! Oh they make great subs!

The cashier didnt have customer service with me. Asked where is my receipt the cashier she said I put it in one of them bags like she didnt even care. Ive had sooooooo many problems at this store and the only reason I come back is because its literally 7 minutes away from my home. Louis he was the manager for the bakery he was amazing I been coming to this publix for almost 6 years now that louis has transferred I will go to the publix hes at now.
The Mac and cheese was like rocks and there was no Taste at all the customer service was really bad and the corn had no taste everything was so hard can’t believe that food was served to me .atrocious of food I will never come back to Publix again for my lunch the only thing was good was the chicken

The employees here are great. But they changed the store layout and its worse than before. No logic to it at all... produce by snacks so kids will only want snacks no veggies... not cool. This was my favorite Publix besides State Bridge... not anymore
Im a Florida gurl. However, I would like to say that the Publix here was alot bigger to some back home and easy to maneuver around. Found everything that I needed and the wine isle is with the taco stuff bonus.
The cashiers are very nice & professional. The men in the meat department are very rude!! My husband & I asked if they would prepare a popular of Publix dish & the guy was short tempted, rude, & unfriendly! In addition, he messed up our order! I plan to shop at the other Publix because of the rude customer service we received from the meat department.

This is my favorite Publix in my area, the friendliest staff... Two things though sometimes they dont have things in stock however this could probably be due to covid and the second thing is the rice in their sushi is super HARD 😬🤪🍥not at all like what you get in a Japanese restaurant which is much softer so I hope that they change this. 🙏😇
The store continues to reduce the variety of inventory and the service level received at this Publix on Main St. And Old Milton Pkwy. Leaves MUCH to be desired. The General Manager walks around with an angry face constantly. The nicest manager there is a younger looking Asian guy and hes always friendly with helpful but the rest of the Management team need some major customer service training. The Publix in Roswell at King Road and the one at Crabapple and Houze have so much better service!!
Publix is a superb establishment with helpful, kind, and patient employees who ensure your shopping experience is as stress free and easy as possible, and they have a smile and humor at the ready.Plus, they are very community and charity centered which makes me forget that some items can be found in other stores for a few cents cheaper. And they accept competitors coupons, digital coupons, their own electronic coupons (the website adds coupons to your Publix card/phone number), and occasionally even ightly expired coupons.
They are doing a great job under the circumstances. They are sanitizing all the carts and working hard to keep the shelves stocked. The employees all have great attitudes!

Called Dedra to get a cake for my daughter. Even without the 24 hour window, she was able to get the cake ready the same day. The service and experience here was Excellent. I will go back to her in the future if I need to get anything else. Also, she was working by herself that day. Even with the other customers that were there, she was able to get us all taken care of quickly and everyone was pleased with Dedra.

I love Publix stores but I had a horrible experience with the deli today. Waited about 20 minutes before I got my sub. Customer service sucked. The guy made our sandwich and walked away. Didnt even ask if we needed anything else or sorry for your wait.
Disappointed with the deli and prepared foods. They run out of things (white bread, chicken tenders) as early as 5 pm and then say stupid things like, “we aren’t making any more.” Why have prepared foods if you aren’t going to prepare them? This has happened twice and it’s so frustrating. It’s enough to drive you to Whole Foods.
They need to refill the food trays just after 12 pm wave. I hate not having options

Aww man, I love this Publix, but I had a bad experience at the deli today! I hate writing bad comments, but today...well, the deli lady was kinda rude, worst of all I think she was the deli manager as i noticed her name and pic hanging right there. She doesnt look too happy to be there and was irritated as I ordered my sandwich. It must be a full moon or something.

Publix is an awesome store I love it quality food excellent customer satisfaction I tried to get a job there once up on Alpharetta Highway and I was skirt that day and they had expanded manager for Deli and she try to make like Publix close at 3 I know there was a lie she just didnt want to hire me but WellStar North Fulton give me an opportunity than they are pleased with my work

Recently reorganized the store, lots of odd items on clearance... I wouldnt say that the reorganization was an improvement, it seems to have been mostly so they could expand the wine aisle into some fancier looking area and then just shrunk and shoved the other items around it to make it fit. International foods took a big hit and most of my favorite Mexican and Jamaican sodas are no longer carried because of it. Also toys and candy were moved to a spot beside produce which Is just wierd to me.
My favorite Publix. Not huge but has everything I need with fabulous customer service.

Food was great person behind the counter was great. But not enough people working behind the counter to take care of all the orders that were coming in took an hour and a half to get three subs sandwiches made and I was the fourth person in line.

Ive always been a loyal publix customer but today I attempted to get a tuna sub combo & the sandwich maker took his dang time & made me late im pissed off smdh yall need more than two ppl making sandwiches!
In late janurary I brought some chicken wings from publix, and soon after I was throwing up and on the toilet for more than 2 days with little to no energy.I thought maybe this was a 1 off, but my father in law brought some more chicken wings a week later, which had the same effect on him.

Shopping at Publix less and less, they are dropping their main lines that we used to go their for, Welchs frozen, Baileys Creamer, etc, and Bakery dept.s have shrunk, and no bakery morning items are available in morning, friendly personnel only plus! The produce quality is better than other supermarkets. The fried chicken is delicious. Cant get enough of the chicken popcorn.

2022-01-20This Publix is our regular go to spot. Bakery is amazing. I somehow feel like this one’s bakery is better than another Publix near me. Overall store is very nicely organized, staff is extremely nice and caring. Pharmacy is very convenient and also on time always. The pharmacist surprised my wife one day by remembering her full name even though he may be dealing with many. Overall, this Publix is the best!

2022-04-09Everyone at this supermarket is always so helpful and the pharmacy staff are the best, I try Kroger for one prescription and after waiting 2 hrs and the manager came to apologize for the long wait I realize that I wont find any other pharmacy as good as the Publix Pharmacy at this location. The entire staff is A1 the best! From the pharmacy to the techs the are all exceptional 🤩Thanks David and Ken!

2022-04-12The store is clean. The prices are okay. Some products are overly priced. I had a pretty good experience, the only thing I didnt care for was the customer service to start off at check out. I watched the cashier greet the man in front of me, ask did he find everything okay etc....then when it was turn...nothing...she just starts ringing my merchandise....so I said hi how are you..then she answers....I just dont like how certain people tend to do people n I see it all the time

2022-05-29Used to be good, noticing now they are very short staffed with one person working the sandwich deli section. Can sometimes take up to 20 min to get a sandwich. Waited by seafood for 15 min...no one working in the dept!!

2022-06-19Horrible seafood experienceJune,19 2:40pmI ordered 3 pounds of crab legs and ask the man did he have more in the back he said yes I ask him could I get from that batch he said it would look the same (DEFINITELY DIDNT )So which I had to order another pound to receive what I wanted after him in the process of steaming the food he took his BARE HANDS NO GLOVES NOTHING just taking the food out of the steamer !!!! Just nastyI should of knew better when he didn’t say hi in the first place !!

2022-05-06Its a vast suburban supermarket totally intimidating to this visitor from NYC. I only wanted 3 things. Left with 4. It could have been way worse.This place has an insane amount of parking. Evidence of auto worship. Read Donald Shoups book about the high cost of parking.

2022-06-12My favorite Publix! The pharmacy staff is so helpful and friendly, just like a small town pharmacy. I will not shop anywhere else.

2022-03-27I went in today to get a sandwich from the deli. The gentleman at the deli counter said hello and went on making a sandwich for a on line order I guess. I stood there for quote a long time before he finally took my order. I saw other staff members and no one came o er to assist. This happens quite a bit.

2022-02-17My husband bought steak and Lobster from this location today. The moment I held the Lobster package in my hand I could smell it was rotten. I made the mistake of opening the bag and it was much worse.This is not only disgusting, but dangerous. This location does not have anyone in the butcher dept that knows or cares about food safety.
