They had everything I was shopping for. The staff are extremely helpful & polite. In my honest opinion, Publix is the Chick FIL A of supermarkets! They will always receive my business.
An extremely clean and well organized store. Not sure where the logic is to put the bread in the same isle as the ice cream but I’m not complaining. The staff is very nice and the meats and produce are fresh. I’ve been coming to this Publix for 15+ years and what’s great is that it’s always looking fresh. But what I do ask is that they get self checkouts. That’s the only reason why I give four stars.
I am very happy that this Publix store is our neighborhood go-to grocery. I love their produce, meats, fresh baked items. Always fresh. Sometimes the vegetables stock can run a little low but usually not for in-season items. Store associates are really nice people!
I really like this store, it’s very clean and I can find everything I need. However, today I went to purchase a sandwich and was served by an Indian lady. She was very condescending and refused to clean her station. I asked about the bread if it was soft, she said yes, it’s fresh. Not only was the bread hard when I went home, but there was banana pepper residue in my sandwich wrapping when I only asked for lettuce and onions. During this pandemic, it’s so important to keep areas clean and not contaminated. Please teach your employees the importance of cleanliness and politeness.
Prices are noticably higher then Kroger but the shelves are always full (unlike Kroger which couldnt keep item in stock even before the pandemic). But the shopping experience it far far superior and I never leave swearing and angry like I do at Kroger.
An otherwise great experience, but I am very, very frustrated and disappointed that they have taken away their butcher counter. I made use of the custom butcher counter 3 to 4 times a week to get custom cuts, marinated meats, or select specific cuts that they do not keep in their regular meat coolers. This may push me to shop elsewhere more often, as I am very particular about my meat purchases and their stock, packed meat just does not suffice most of the time.
Coming through this area and stopped for a quick pub sub and had the WORST experience. All the topping were disgusting and old. The bread was stale as all get out. The person making my sub was so rude and put two tiny slices of unripe avocado on it and sweet chili hummus sauce instead of red pepper and instead of other toppings just stuffed it with old lettuce. My partners sub was so soggy of vinegar it leaked through two bags. Everyone working at the deli especially the man had attitudes and he slammed my sub on the counter and didn’t say anything. Didn’t eat either of ghe subs they were so nasty.

They never get orders right!! This is the third time I’ve ordered and every time it’s wrong. I ordered a wrap today and all the toppings were missing but one and spinach was added and it wasn’t even in the order. So frustrating!
Publics is a very nice environment. The energy is very blissful! They have music, which makes the shopping 🛒🛍️🛒 experience very pleasant! Definitely one of my favorite places to shop at. I’m so disgusted the hot bar food line looked a hot mess. I had a 30 minute lunch break and chose Publix… I couldn’t even get anything and wasted a whole lunch 🤦🏾♀️

This is the flagship Publix store in GA. If Publix carries it, it will be here. That being said, their layout is vastly different from other Publix stores that I frequent, so I had to hunt to find things. Thats fine. Their wine selection is huge! They had stock on things my regular store was out of. My only reason for only 4 stars was the teenager cashier/bagging team that was more interested in their conversation than my business.

I walked into this store to quickly pickup a cake for a celebration. It was urgent for me. Someone helping at one of the checkout line quickly read my mind as asked me what I am looking for? and quickly directed me to the bakery. I walked out with a cake in 2 mins. Old produce. Watermelon is hit or miss during Watermelon season. Strawberries are full of mold. Grapes look sickly.
I find that their produce section is far fresher compared to other stores.
Why? All fresh food shelves closed! Other stores are not facing this problem. What are they hiding, not telling us?

Came in 2 hours before close. Wanted chicken tenders from the hot food area. They were out which is fine, but none cooking? They were far more interested in cleaning and packing away the area. One employee asked the other, any more chicken tenders? The other employee was obviously cleaning. Seemed rhetorical in nature. They said, well I guess I could make some but it will take a while.Guys, note to management, the main reason customers come to Publix and are willing to pay higher prices is the customer service. The main reason I shop at Publix over Kroger is they pack up their service counters too early. Offering make to something but making it obvious to the customer that its a hassle or inconvenient is really poor form.
I really like this location. Before, I was going to another one in the opposite direction, but after going to this one I haven’t stopped. It’s cute, not too big & not too small. Pretty neat and organized. The staff are really nice and they actually speak as you walk by lol I think that’s cool af. Ive met some pretty friendly and helpful staff since going there.They have a pretty good Vegan selection but not for their hot foods-Maybe a supply & demand type of thing which is understandable.I’ll continue to shop here as long as I am in the area.

It is amazing! I can almost anything I want the socks are very cozy it is not crowded it is actually very small they have food skin care products candles AMAZING pasties! Its not really a clothing store but definitely worth it
I used the Publix Aprons Catering from this location for a bridal shower today and I was so impressed! We just selected items from the deli and bakery (sandwiches, fruit, petit fours, scones, and fruit tarts) and had them delivered. Both women I spoke with for ordering were very helpful and professional and I knew exactly what to expect. I was able to pay ahead of take for a no-hassle experience and everything was delivered to the party location. It made my day so much easier and the food arrived right on time. I will definitely use the catering service again and will consider full-service catering as well in the future because this experience went so well.
I was able to get in and out quickly and they had what I needed.
The people here are friendly, smiling, helpful and I almost feel like they are part of my family. They work so hard to keep everything stocked, clean and get you checked out very quickly. Through the recent pandemic they have worked tirelessly and still manage to keep you smiling. Thanks to everyone there!!

The store is very nice and neat. But it surely lacks the Publix courtesy that I usually receive. Maybe its the affluent area? Maybe its the orange construction shirt? Not sure, but after 30 years of shopping at Publix I havent experienced a store like this. The indifference of the employees its surprising.

I went to get a chicken tender sub with the works, and as always it was awesome, but today was more special, as I was paying the cashier bought me a coupon for $2 off the sub, how tasty is that!!! Publix always clean and professional. My place to shop!

Awful experience, and it gets worse with every trip. I know people are wearing masks, but Ive never been in a more fearful COVID environment. Just depressing. In addition, the customer service has become non-existent. Plenty of workers on hand, but most just hide in the back of the store. They seem to think they are doing you a huge favor simply by clocking in.

This Publix is huge and has an amazing selection of items. It has an Aprons kitchen for classes and demonstrations and a quick self checkout near the deli section for the lunch crowd. Very friendly people and a credit to the company.
I had ordered La factory Totilla via online,they packed and sent it to me with all outdated items. When I returned to them they just dont care about it. When I went to check the totillas , in the Aile 3 , everything was outdated. exactly 2 months outdated. Included other totillas also. I am thinking about Our elderly people who will order these items or buying from the store, they will get sick of it. I informed to the Manager, but looks like he dont take any actions. So please take care of this matter especially at Alpharetta common Publix. I dont have option to rate 0 here.

Today I was surprised. I was shopping at the Deli area and a situation occurred to me that I was forced to call the Manager. A lady appeared, the Manager, and as quickly as I finished the explanation of what happened, she immediately and professionally took all the necessary steps to solve it. That was just remarkable. It tells me how well Publix prepares its employees.

Update: They have since rearranged the store and it is MUCH better now, it actually even makes sense at times!Possibly the most confusing and least convenient grocery store Ive ever been to, massive always full parking lot, if you just need a few things you might end up walking the length of the store, twice, little rhyme or rhythm to where things are, but its clean and the staff is friendly enough so Ill give it 4/5

This location is always clean and well-lit. The store is very large and not laid out in the usual fashion. So be sure to get your bearings when you first walk in.Dairy and frozen foods are to the right, produce and the bakery are to the left (backwards from most stores).
New Aprons Catering. Looks like they are going to be good. I tasted some of their offerings. Perfectly cooked shrimp. Charcuterie was an outstanding selection of meat, cheeses and other delicious options. Their staff is really nice and professional. I look forward to working with them in the future.

Being right by my firm, Publix has always been my go-to for lunch alongside Chick-fil-A.Food and customer service has always been great, except for today’s encounter at the hot food section.Being among 3 other customers, no help was provided to us 7-10 minutes at the counter even though 3 employees were clearly visible and alert of our presence. Eventually, I was helped by an employee who seemed apathetic.. Plus, being 11:30am, it is quite alarming to have only three sides available (2 being Mac & cheese).
Publix saved the day!! Graduation is not what we had all imagined this year... But I was able to get balloons and decorations as I ordered my childs graduation cake. Thank you Publix 😊

Rose at customer service couldve chosen to provide service to customers, but instead she chose to be difficult. Smh. Its behavior like that - that attributes to the problems we face today. People who choose to... nevermind. Thankfully, there were other individuals including the manager on duty that chose to help resolve my very simple issue (return due to double charge).
Wedding cake delivered (left) looked nothing like the picture on website (right). Also they told me the cake boards would be much smaller and instead they covered my cake stands.

Bought container of watermelon container. It opened up all throughout my order. It was put together with other heavy items. Jammed multiple heavy items in one bag. All of my groceries were full watermelon juice. I had a really bad experience.
I went in there one day to purchase a sub before the lunch time rush. So i got my sub sandwich and by the time i had paid for my sandwich The police were called and i was questioned after just purchasing a sandwich. The saying is that Alpharetta is where it is better, but I beg to differ. The has been the worst publix experience I have had, yet publix has the best quick subs in the area by far.

2022-03-21This Publix is the largest, cleanest and most well stocked store in the Atlanta Metro. Large selection in produce, deli, bakery, meat and seafood, nice selection in to go or sit down and eat area. Beautiful store, helpful staff. Huge selection of wine and beer.

2022-02-02Jessie at this Publix deli is super awesome! She was excited to make our subs and put the utmost care into making them. Now some people slap sandwiches together, but Jessie is an artisan who intricately crafts her subs into fine works of edible art. She provides amazing customer service. Whoever hired her is a genius.

They are both so amazing I come here all the time but they suggested the chicken and the barbecue sauce and the dessert and it made me want to always come back here I love Publix. 2022-02-10A pleasant environment. Great lighting inside. That may sound odd, but some stores when you enter has a dull fluorescent dim lighting. So this bright lighting you can see how clean the store was and it made everything look fresh and newly stocked. I didnt see registers where youre checked out by an associate. It was all self check out, which I prefer anyway.

2022-06-12This is a horribly staffed location. Many of the staff are rude and detached from customers and from doing their job. Today was the third time I find my sub order messed up by an uncaring employee. When I got home, all three Philly cheeses subs had no cheese, green pepper, or mushrooms. Definitely my last time there. I’ll just go to the one on Jones bridge, despite it being further from my house, but, everyone there is friendly and they do their job with integrity and caring.

2022-06-16This Publix is the largest in the area and also closest to my home. I prefer to go to other locations like Abbotts Village or Medlock Corners if I need something from the deli. The other locations have much better customer service. The deli employees at this location dont even offer assistance. They just look at you and hope you keep walking.
