This is my store, always has been, always will be.I remember the day Publix was built. I could barely wait for the day to come for their doors to open.I have met great Publix employees. I have Watched them come and watched them go. They have treated me like family and I have entrusted them as no less than family members as well. The Publix Family are always courteous with a caring spirit. That Southern Hospitality lives within each One.The Bradley Park Publix and their Facilities are exceptionally clean. I know this to be true first hand. I can vouch for that.My only concern is, if you are not Disabled, then there are 12 other Stalls in the Facilities, for you to Select from.I on the other hand must wait for a healthy person to vacate the Disabled Stall, many times causing avoidable accidents. If you Do Not Frequent the Disabled Facilities, then I am Not Addressing You.PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE ! ! !I am Sincerely,Mrs. C 🌹
First time this has ever happened to me at any Publix location. I worked there for 17 years and never witnessed this level of disrespect from any associate. Whoever works in the Deli named Vickey is completely disrespectful. Next time she wants to cuss someone out over the phone let it be me instead of my wife. I assure you I will hold my own. Ive never in my life seen that level of disrespect in any retail establishment.. Much less Publix of all places.. Where shopping is supposed to be a pleasure. The ridiculously pathetic response we got from the Asst. Store Manager just shows how much Publix doesnt care anymore.. Looks like a basic review response template.. Probably the same template theyll use to respond to this review.. If they respond..
Publix is Publix. They’re all nice, clean, and have the friendliest staff. They are pricier than other grocery stores but they also pay their employees a decent wage so it all adds up. This location has the new Muscogee County Tag Kiosk so you can renew your tag in less than five minutes!
This Publix store have been so supportive to our (Gods Provision Program) food pantry for the past three years and still counting. They gave us bakery food to support all that we give to the community, which has been very helpful. The employees are the best, most especially the bakery employees. Thank you for helping us to give back to our community. Youre the best!
This Publix is better than the other one. Prime example: Im not saying I eat Lunchables, but I know for a fact that the other location is out of stock on the ham and cheese Lunchables right now. This location has them. Also, everyone knows that the superior side of the store for the produce department is the left.
I come shopping here all the time. This place is super clean and has some of the friendliest staff. I also like the fact that you dont have to use a shopping cart here...you can use a single basket. The parking lot is both trash and shopping cart free. You can find a parking spot and not have to worry about hitting a shopping cart. I also enjoy dinning in at the deli from time to time. They make some damn good sandwiches. You can also pick up hot meals as well.
Clean store, workers were cleaning here and there. I really like thier sales, and for some reason I like that they change every Wednesday and not on Sunday. Their bogo are actually half off so you only need to purchase 1 items. Which is convenient for me. Cashiers and staff were friendly. Store was stocked, minus a few items that were on sale, but that is expected. Some of the workers on the floor could be a bit more attentive.
This is a really good and clean store, Its hard to give it a rating other than five stars but.... I went in there to get a prepackaged sandwich for my daughter, it said on the package, made fresh. When I got it home and went to doctor it up a little bit, I noticed the lettuce on the sandwich was almost black and the cheese was hard around the edges. This tells me this sandwich was not made fresh that day, it was at least a week old. I guess it was fresh when it was made😊
I was impressed at how many employees this place has been able to retain during this time of political upheaval and by that I mean the fact that our current administration would rather pay people to stay at home then have them go back to work. I saw for employees getting carts out of the parking lot and bringing them back into the store on the Sunday I went there. This must be one of the few grocery stores in this area of Columbus because it was packed it was like Ive never seen before out of shopping center. But everybody in the store was polite and they were all busy and working I come in this Publix because somehow theyve been able to retain all their employees while other places have gone wanting...
I love Publix. The store is so clean and well lit. The food is always good quality and fresh. Fresh fruits. Love all the choices. The pharmacy is amazing. Had a sick little one and they got his medicine ready in less than 15 or 20 minutes. Really were a lifesaver tonight. Very professional and courteous staff.
I gave a 4 because I feel like they shouldve kept the bank inside the store. Other than that I had lunch there. The lady that made my sub made it to perfection. I shouldve gotten her name but I will know her. Shes the one I want to make my sandwiches. I like that you can have your lunch there. Nice atmosphere. The only other concern I had was the straws were loose instead of being individually wrapped. That was unsanitary. Especially with Covid looming.
Very clean and the employees are all so very nice and helpful. So funny my husband and I now make our trip to Publix Saturday nights more like our date night lol. We go and get our favorite ready made meals and a dessert our favorite is Black and white cookies and chocolate lava cake we split really so great!!! And I always get a different sushi and my husband loves the pulled pork meal. We go home and eat and watch a movie. Thank you Publix for our experience. One thing please have more sushi at night. I hate when I go there and you are out of sushi 🍣. My favorite ❤️❤️
If you need a cake for a special reason...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE...Had ordered a Minnie Mouse cake and a small smash cake for 1st birthday...Went to pick it up and was told it was not ready...That if I wanted it..it would at least be 20 min before they were ready...Told the lady that I was suppose to have 2 cakes and they were waiting for me to bring the cake for the party to start..So I said I would wait in the car and to please call me when they were ready...Well 30 min. later I get a call that the decorator had left and she only did the small smash cake..but I was more than welcome to come back tomorrow to get the other one..I was like you guys didnt only mess up once..but you messed up twice...and now I didnt have a cake for the party...I asked for the first names of those involved so I could call corporate and was refused their names...I was told I could get one that is in the window...tried to give me red roses in a corner for a one year olds party...nevertheless no cake for her party..I was also told ..Call corporate...they wont do anything but forward it to us...Cant get thoes pictures or memories back..thanks Publix...Go SOMEWHERE ELES..if you want your precious memories...
Shopped here for decades.Always offering the best variety available in all departments, their return policy guarantees your satisfaction of products.I especially enjoy and appreciate Publix sourcing products locally, reducing carbon energy use.Employees and managers are always busy restocking, providing customer services, cleaning food handling surfaces, making sandwiches with fresh breads, you name it, and they are always pleasant and helpful. I shop a trifecta of Publix locations in the Alabama, Florida, Georgia Triad over all other grocery store chains.
Great choice of fresh produces. And love that they have organic options in produce, meat & dairy. Love their BOGO deals. The store is so clean and organized. The staff are friendly and helpful. When they ran out of ground pork, the butcher was able to ground up some for me. Checkout is quicker than the other big retailers like Walmart. I enjoy shopping here.
One of the cashiers, an older woman with reddish hair, while I was checking out and mentioned that the POS system went to Spanish, went on an unpromtped and unwelcome rant about how people shouldnt speak Spanish in America. If they move to our country, they should speak our language. I wish I was unoriginal in quoting her, but thats verbatim.
I was shopping around just browsing and the ladies in the bakery gave me the best customer service. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products the store had. She offered suggestions to things I might like. I wanted to find a manager to let them know how great she was. Teach the girls in the deli to greet people like this, but avert their eyes.
I have to get money orders quite often and when I come here to customer service to do so, the service is always fast and amazing! I believe it was Heather that helped me the first time a couple weeks ago, and Anthony helped me today. Theyre both just top notch, so polite, professional and kind. Well worth coming here for! 😊
Love Publix! Every time I try another store it is full out disappointment. Went to the Winn Dixie next to Lowe’s off veterans parkway in Columbus and an employee was sleeping right as I walked in the store. This particular Publix is top notch especially the people including the younger kids. Love to see people working hard and taking pride in what they do.
I shop here frequently for groceries but today I used the pharmacy. I called ahead to check the price and readiness of my prescription. . .Received prompt courteous answers without a hitch. Next, I printed out a discount coupon for the medication which was cheerfully processed. Oh, did I mention how refreshing the diversity of staffing was? Yay Publix!
Publix is one of the few places that still has great customer service. The staff always greets you and asks if you need help. There are normally enough cashiers to handle the traffic, and someone always bags your groceries. Seems that other stores are beginning to make everyone do self checkout and bag their own groceries. In addition to that, they usually stock a wide variety of groceries.
Very clean and nice but imho a little over priced compared to other grocery stores. Also I feel like someone is always watching me and asking if I need anything. I just need to grocery shop in peace 😂 good for people that dont mind paying a little more and like someone able to help them at a grocery store.
Always love Publix. Freash meats, prepared-to-take-and-bake meals are always a nice touch. Employees are friendly and helpful if you ask. It would be good if they would clear the larger aisles (along the back by dairy) of all the extra bins when its holiday time because it gets too congested with the buggies and slow-moving people (bless their hearts). Otherwise, I like it. There was someone with bottles of disinfectant and a rag wiping down carts as you came in and as you go out and return the carts to the entryway. Plenty of check out lines open and the carts are brought in regularly.
We ordering catering for a birthday party and told them we was thinking about using them for our wedding. I got there early and they admitted they didnt complete the order as we ordered it. However they did correct it quickly and made amends for the mishap. I appreciate their effort to make it right. I would recommend them
I love shopping at Publix. The store employees are always so courteous and when you look like a deer caught in the headlights they come to you and offer to help. I like that. Who wouldnt right? The store is always clean and well stocked. They sanitize their carts and all employees wear face masks. Its my favorite place to grocery shop. You gotta love Publix!
Very pleased with my service today! They had a new employee at their deli/prepared food area (David I believe?) very impressed with his attitude and the employee supervising was very professional as well, helped where needed and kept things flowing! Always a good trip to Puplix!
Been shopping here for years with good experience. Today went at 2:00. Got my 2 items for lunch, went to pay. Lines everywhere but especially in the express because someone in both has chosen to go there with 2-10 times the limit. Try another regular line, lane closed. Try another line that the lady is checking someone out, put stuff down, sorry lane is closing. I have 2 items!!Good customer service, not here!!
I have been ordering from this bakery at this Publix for two years now but recently I ordered a cake and the decorations was beautifully done but the cake it’s self tasted really old and steal my guest was complaining about the taste of the cake, I have always had a good experience with this bakery but I don’t know what happened this time.
Amy at the Publix Deli on Bradley Park Drive is the nicest person I’ve ever met. Excellent customer service and a wonderful personality and attitude to match. I’ve never even left a review before, but I felt I needed to because of the experience I just had. I live closer to the Publix on Macon Road (which is also great), but my partner and I agreed that we’d like to shop at the Bradley Park location more often now because of Amy. What an absolute gem.
I had the pleasure of meeting such a great young gentleman today in the deli named Edward. Here was shoop patient with my sub orders making sure to get wack sub right. He also greeted us kindly when approaching to take or order. He is awesome. I also had the privilege of checking out with Janiya, she too made my checkout experience enjoyable. I always love coming to publix because of the people and how clean the store is.
I dont know what the problem was in the deli today but wow.....I was the only customer in line. The other lady was waiting on mash potatoes for her order. One worker was frantically trying to get a to go cantering order ready. As more customers came up to the deli associates seam to be fumbling around. Helping people out of line order ect. I wanted to ask the lady making my sandwich to just listen to what I wanted on it instead of slowing asking me if I wanted this or that interrupting me as I am trying to tell her what I want. By the time someone finally checked me out the lady that was standing there before me was just getting her mashed potatoes.Weird, unorganized and slow =(
I like this Publix. They keep the store quite clean, and the staff are always helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that they dont have the best variety, especially in terms of more international and/or speciality ingredients. I find myself heading to Fresh Market when I need something a little more unconventional.
The workers didnt speak like the other locations. Worst, they place fruit with the rotten side down so youll think they are all ripe. I bought organic peaches almost all were thrown away because of this. This store does not practice good faith towards their customers. Wont ever go here again.
Overall, a good place to shop. Many deals, clean aisles, friendly staff, and great store flow.I recommend buying Publix brands and looking at their deals. They also offer online shopping.4 stars only because cashier told us that our buy one get one boneless skinless chicken breast rain check needed to be redeemed at the meat section. This was not the case.
Went Thursday of last week 5/10. Everything was great until we got to check out. We loaded everything on the belt and the man rang it up. When m husband inserted his card everything was in Spanish, we asked the cashier to change it to English he thought we were crazy and said it was no big deal. He came around to our side and told us what to press, he obviously understood Spanish. Our mistake was not calling the manager asap.
I really like that they always have someone cooking a meal you can try, then if you want to purchase the ingredients to make that meal, they are all conveniently put together in one area. The staff has always been very friendly along with keeping the store nice and clean. 5 stars for you Publix!
Tiana and Morgan were amazing today. We’re always nervous about who’s line we go through when using wic vouchers because I know it can be time consuming sometimes. Jami at customer service even ran to the incoming shipment and found some formula we were missing. I really hope these three get recognized because they made our lives easier today. We certainly appreciate it. We will always shop Bradley park Publix.sincerely,First time parents
Deli there was only 1 employee at the sub station and hot bar ( fried chicken) . When I got in line 2 couples walked away. The employee was doing everything she could to keep everyone happy..2 other customers were waiting for the chicken to get done. Usually Publix doesnt have this situation maybe short on help..

2022-04-18Ive literally shopped at this Publix location since the day it opened. Its been a wonderful place to shop over the years. There has been many good managers over 25+ years, but Josh (sorry I dont know his last name) always goes above & beyond to help with anything he can. He truly puts the customers first! The only negative change, Ive noticed over the last year or two, is the quality of the produce has declined a bit. I could always count on Publix to have the best produce in any local grocery store. This, unfortunately has changed. Its not terrible, its just not the first-rate produce it used to be. I still love this store and hold out hope that the produce will improve.....I also miss the Special Request Shelves That was soooo amazing, and truly unique & special for all customers! It was so impressive what products they could find! I would love to see them bring it back!

2022-04-30Always well maintained store. Enjoy the sandwiches from the deli. May experience a small wait at the deli due to lines but is definitely worth the wait for a hot or cold sandwich. Better then going to any subway. Favorite sandwich from there is the buffalo chicken.

2022-04-10I love this Publix! It has everything, like all the special kinds of foods, all kinds of deserts, etc and I love the way it is setup. All the employees are really nice at this location. I wish they had a few self check out lines because this store seems to always be busy and have lines.

2022-06-28Called to check-in they had a certain cake in the display, the sweet girl in the bakery said there were 2 offered to pull 1 for me & have it ready when I got there. She pulled it & had it ready for me when I arrived.. She was so kind & helpful. Publix bakery is the BEST!!!

2022-06-04Great location for the store it is very clean in the inside, and in the parking lot. The prices are always great, and exotic options is plentiful. This location always have the biggest variety of coke products. They always have a good sale throughout the week. The reason for 3 stars is the smell that hit your nose as soon as you come through the door, like spoiled meat. It reminds me of another local grocery store i wont go into because of that smell. This isnt my publix I normally shop at, I was just making a quick stop. On my trip I also observed an elderly employee pushing buggies, we felt so bad for her.

2022-06-07I absolutely Publix and the Pharmacy. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and respectful. The staff is knowledgeable of everything they do. I transferred all my prescriptions to Publix about three or four mths ago and have been very happy since.

2019-12-03Good selection of produce, baked goods, meats. Ok selection of “organic” foods. The staff are courteous and polite. Often has hard to find items in stock. The big issue-the aisles are very narrow. This is not helped by the fact that the employees with large carts/racks, etc. are stocking shelves at one if the busiest times of day. I wish Publix would renovate this store, make it larger, and the aisles wider.

2022-05-27I love shopping at Publix on Bradley Parkway. The store is always well stocked and clean. The staff is amazing! I drive past two other Publix to shop at this location. 17 miles one way. They are building a new one at the end of 80 and Beaver Run. I am looking forward to visiting it when it open since it will be 10 miles from home.
