Im very comfortable at this Publix. Not quite as big as some of the other ones, but its well stocked and the employees are very nice!
I would like to tell you this about Publix: 1.- you are always going to go into the store and find something that is buy one get one half off or free! 2.- They have bargains and customer service representatives that could put ChicFila to SHAME, ANYDAY!🙃

I dont normally shop there, although I know usually they are very nice and accommodating. For some reason this time I felt like the cashier just wanted to get me out of there. After paying I had to ask him to push my products to ,he had already rang up another person before I could get mine in the cart. Very disappointed
I love going to public they always got fresh seafood and the fruits of vegetables is fresh and I love their cakes in their cookies and pies oh my goodness

After many years of shopping at Publix, this is the first time I had an issue. Usually I shop at Bradley Park but was in the area so I went to this Publix. A large portion of my order was left behind. I live an hour away so I wasn’t about to drive back. When I called the manager apologized and was dismissive. Typically management would offer some type of resolution, especially for a long standing customer which can be verified since I use the app. I would not recommend this particular Publix due to management.
Always crowded, hard to find a parking spot. Well stocked with much variety Clean, helpful staff. Hardly ever have to wait more than 5 minutes to start checking out.
This is the only supermarket bakery that answered the phone to take my cake request. My daughter loved her cake!!!!
A little expensive but thats world we are living now. Deli section is very popular. Staffs are friendly!
Kudos to Marcus. He walked by and tucked the cord in for a customer using a motorized wheelchair. He did it quickly and wasn’t looking for praise or attention. That is integrity at its finest.
Publix is a great grocery store that I like getting my produce, meat, and bakery items from. I also tend to pick up some BOGO deals when I come across ones that I will need or use in the near future, which is almost every time I go here.Bonus points for having two-seater carts (and plenty of them) for kids, where they can pretend to drive (they love that and its the only cart mine will ride in without arguing)! Bonus points for the free balloon they will give kids. Aaaand bonus points for having recycling drop-off bins, especially for plastic shopping bags.
I cannot remember the Cashiers name but she was the sweetest lady and the bagger Mr.Ron was the sweetest gentleman. They made it a fast and efficient team.
Im giving two stars on a cake we got from the bakery because it was go beautifully decorated but could someone please tell me what has happened with the quality in cakes you buy from Publix.I couldnt believe that cake was so bad.As soon as I cut it it looked dried out.Not the Publix quality Im use to.
Still friendly, helpful people at every level. If I cant find an item, someone is always ready to direct me to location or check for stock in back.
The deli at publix has really gone down in MY opinion...their foods options have diminished....n the deli workers will not substitute various kinds of meats.....I use to go out my way to eat from their deli but they have slowly n surely changed my mindset about that...publix...u have to do better....
The pharmacy is very helpful the pharmacist and the techs are very nice and professional and I definitely enjoy my experience every time!

To say it was crowded on New Years Eve would be an understatement. Parking lot was almost gridlocked. I found a spot in the back of the lot and went in. The staff was friendly and very helpful, despite the number of people in the store.Ill be returning (hopefully itll be less crowded, lol) in the future.
I have been overcharged for items twice in one week. Store is not keeping shelf tags current.
Went to use western union and was dealing with a worker named Ronnie. She was soo sweet and had a whole conversation with me cause it was my birthday month. In the same trip i went a grabbed a few thing for a party and the cashier and bagger ( both woman) so happy and pleasant to deal with. I told them i hope there nifht flies by so they can go home and rest. I love going to this publix. 😘

Fantastic all around. Friendly knowledgeable staff, especially the cashiers and baggers which of course can make or break the whole experience. You may not find any earth shatteringly good deals here but u definitely get what you pay for here and I think a constantly positive experience alongside a good variety of always fresh food in an always clean setting is worth an extra buck or two... Kudos guys, keep it up!
Better quality and freshness for poultry and produce then Wal-Mart but more expensive. Cheaper then Fresh Market but not quite the quality and or freshness. Like the in between

Just visiting the area, the Publix was nice, but my cake I ordered was little hard. It was beautifully decorated but did not meet Publix bakery standard Im accustomed to, it was dry. Ill be back in a few months hopefully, I wont be disappointed again.
I always have a good experience when in Publix. Locations do differ and experience do differ based upon location but this location is usually good. The only downfall is a really slow drive-thru for prescriptions, but I just go in. Selections are usually vast and just right. I have no complaints today and thank you for the pleasant experience.
I Love shopping @ Publix, Im there atleast twice a week, I get my medications there also. The staff is very pleasant, if its a product that they are out of, I get rain checks. Their produce are always fresh, their meat & Seafood are always stocked & I just love the appearance.
Publix is Maisto I love they buy one get one I love the fact that they have multiple Wheelchairs. And they food is fresh. I love big Pharmacy one day I had took my medicine in there to get a better understanding of what I was taking the pharmacist was very helpful in helping me Lotte deals love the cell people are very nice

ALWAYS VERY CLEAN and thats a BIG DEAL to me. ALL the workers from management, pharmacy dept., deli dept., meat dept., floral dept., cashiers, the stock crew, and the ones who keeps the floors in the store clean are ALWAYS so respectful and helpful if asked. Everytime Ive ever needed help finding something, I never get an attitude from anyone, its always my pleasure maam to me or my pleasure sir to my husband and that means a lot to a customer. Other grocery stores like WALMART Super Centers not Neighborhood Walmart especially needs to get a handle on their workers and Piggly Wiggly especially River Road Piggly Wiggly needs someone from Publix to give them lessons on cleaning their stores and teach ALL of their employees mannerism... Just Sayin!!! Good Job Publix on everything yall do to keep things nice for your customers!!!
We went for sandwiches and they ran out of bread it would be an hour before any bread was ready.
The store is great besides the company itself not organizing their mobile orders placed for the deli. Been a few times Ive arrived after ordering an hour ago and I realize that the staff still doesnt have a defined system where the to-go orders should be setup. This is not just this location it is like this at every other Publix Ive been to doing a mobile order.
What a great place to shop. I love shopping at Publix. A little brief history about myself is I worked at this location back before it moved further down to where its now located. Its never a bad moment and Publix and the staff are always friendly just as I was when I worked here. The environment just makes you want to come back to shop more. Little do people know, when you first walk in grab that Publix magazine because inside it are DEALS. You save so much more shopping the right way when at Publix.

This is my favorite publix in Columbus. They have the best staff and always stocked. Especially with Trappeys Bull hot sauce.
I love shopping at Publix. The produce is fresh and always looks great. They have great sales. The shelves are almost always well stocked. The store is always clean. But above all, the staff is amazing. They are all so friendly and helpful. If they get busy the open registers and keep the wait time in lines down. I have seen every register open the day before Thanksgiving. This location is my favorite. I can only recall one unpleasant experience in the 15+ years I have been shopping here.
Imagine an exciting 13th Social Distancing Birthday Gathering. Ive ordered 3 cakes between April 29 to today using the online system and they came out . June 7th I went in and rushed to pick up my daughters cake. There was no one at the bakery section to retrieve my cake from. I waited a few moments before I was helped. I retrieved the cake and headed to the register. I did not check my cake, because of the accuracy of my prior, until I sat it down on the register to check out. It was then I saw my daughters Birthday message. There was nothing to do except get prepared to present this cake. Needless to say I spent most of afternoon explaining why it looked like they forgot to put her 13th Between happy and

Very cozy and clean there. Its also a little chilly in there too, may want to bring a light jacket or coat if you dont really like being cold. Everything is so organized in there and they have the best products.

I love the different variety of snacks that I can find here. Some flavors there are not available at other grocery stores. The produce might be a little expensive sometimes but is always fresh. I also very much appreciate that they have cashiers, with baggers in almost every cash register.

I love this Grocery Store. Clean and Very Organized! The prices are a little higher, but so are their standards. You pay for what you get. Best Produce Seafood and Meat, by far anywhere. No comparisons. They also have alot of buy1get1 free. Happy Shopping.

I cant get over how horrendous the customer service is here! I guess the reason I can see through it is because Im from Tifton, GA where the best Publix of all is located. I dread coming into this store. Shopping is not a pleasure. You might have one or two who act decent but not one interaction Ive ever had here ever gave me the Publix shopping experience.
It was very welcome and clean. The cashier was very helpful and knowledgeable about the turkey sausage and grounded patties. Very swift and organized. Keep up the great work!!!
Was so impressed that a young lady named Maori remembered me from the last time visiting from FL. My mother is not doing well right now its been rough. On days like that every little kindness helps you get through the day. She went out of her way to get me a bottle of apple juice and did it with a smile that radiated through her mask. Youve got some good people here.
I love Publix because they are the cleanest grocery store chain around. I also like the fact that when something is buy one get one free you can only buy 1 for half price. That works out great for a 1 or 2 person household. They are the only grocery store chain that gives that perk.
I do love to grocery shop at Publix this one, to me, the isles are too small. And with this virus I expected the isles to have more room in the isles. But as always Publix is one the stores I expect to be clean fresh produce. Just a great place to shop.

It was so good and the new staff was do nice and friendly!*******Skip to update*******The store is fine. But the Deli is just doing what they want to do. For the third time, sandwiches are not made how Ive ordered them. I ordered online. I was told to bring them back after paying a ride to bring me. After explaining this, I was told to bring them back in the next morning. What am I supposed to eat for dinner? *Shanking my head in disappointment* Just lost a regular customer.*******12min Update*******Molded veggies. Feeling very sick. Will not be returning to deli for sure!
Its always fresh and clean and everyone there is nice from the people in the pharmacy to the managers to the people in the store to the people in the customer service area deli bakery Ive only had a few occasions where people were not in a good mood out of years of going there and that to me is excellent superb service theyre quick getting people through the lines their stores very clean they have the lottery machines and you can buy money orders do Western Union and get some good food and good deals I even get my medication at their pharmacy and they are always quick and nice as well and knowledgeable
Very nice and clean. Publix is like a step up from Walmart in many ways. The only thing I have to say is the staff come off a little creepy always tying to be overly nice and in my business.
I’m here at least once a week! The people who work here are probably some of the nicest people I’ve met since I moved to Columbus back in April.4 stars because my only complaint is I noticed prices are not correct on some products. For example, a product on the shelf would be listed on sale but when I go to check out, it’s really not on sale. This doesn’t happen frequently, but enough times for me to notice.Good parking and they offer pick up services. Clean store and welcoming employees. Thanks Publix!
I stopped by this afternoon around 2 to get a sub. I wasn’t in the best mood to begin with and waiting in line for a pub sub is never fun. A lady named Jewel saw me waiting and stepped up to make my sub. Jewel had the biggest smile and most positive attitude. She was cutting up and laughing all while making my sub “your way” as she said. I left with a smile and a sub today. Thank you Jewel for making my day.

OMG, never have I EVER seen Publix ladies bathroom in such , HORRIBLE conditions. 1st of all, just nasty, 2nd, ONLY 1 toilet available, bc the other one, well lets just say, you didnt want 2 go in the other one. 3rd, tissue all on the floor, 4th, NO tissue to use. But Thank God, for soap and papertowels!!!

Below average customer service in the deli and bakery. Good customer service in the meat dept. Seafood dept is OK. Produce and the rest of the store has good customer service. The pharmacy has good customer service too.

The staff are ALWAYS friendly. Seriously, every person and every time I go in, its great. Ive gotten several good recommendations of products from the cashiers, too. I also get the sushi on occasion and its fresh and yummy. Store is also always clean and bright, which is a big plus for me.

Publix Super Market is a store with impeccable customer service. Another thing I love about Publix is that they carry a large varieties of Imports and Exports, great fruits and vegetables, and things you cant find at other markets. Publix is my kind of place!

Nice produce except the avocados: I have lost track of how many I have bought that had bad spots in them. Love the two for one specials (not buy one get one 50% off) where you can buy only one and get 50% off. Publix continues to be my go to store since they opened at Cross Country.

I literally seen a employee in almost every aisle stocking and willing to help when I had a question including managment! When a line got more than 2 or 3 people someone came from the floor and opened another lane without being called to do so. Great store will definitely be coming back.
Pharmacy desperately needs improvement. I made three separate trips to pick up a med that was out of stock and had to be ordered. I wish I would’ve been told that when I came to drop my prescription off. I came back late the next day... still unavailable. I didn’t get my meds until two days later. Very frustrating! I’ve never had problems before but this exchange was a ridiculous.

Absolutely horrible! I have placed numerous online orders from the deli and not a single one was on time. Multiple times I have waited hours for my orders to be completed. The staff was very rude and did not care. Half the time the order wasn’t correct. The worst publix i have been to

I like this grocery store a lot and everyone is generally kind. The store is very clean. There are good selections and the stock is updated better than the commissary, produce is a lot better than the commissary too. The only downside Ive noticed is that prices are a little higher and the parking lot can be frustrating to exit due to high traffic in area.

I only go there when I am in a bind, as its near my home. The prices are way too high. The commissary on Fort Benning has better quality products and way better prices.

This is my favorite Publix Store here in Columbus.I called the Produce Department today on some Information about a seasonal Item and David the Produce Manager helped me with such kindness and patience.He gave me all the Information I needed and this made me very happy!
Really need to work on the Curbside pickup. Especially since its so congested. Maybe install more pickup spots? Theres only two. My anxiety went through the roof when I tried to pick up my groceries, and no spots were available AT ALL. Total headache.

This is a great store to grab some fresh seafood and vegetables 😋, the customer service is always great the store is always clean, they have a lot of buy one get one free items
The Publix chain typically has higher prices because they tout that shopping is a pleasure by providing high quality food choices, clean and inviting stores, and world class customer service.Unfortunately for the store on Macon Road, they have not upheld the Publix motto.This is the only store in Columbus that falls short.Sure, the store is clean and the food quality is still satisfactory however, the customer service is EXTREMELY lacking.It seems to be over run by a bunch of riff raff from the area. I may as well go shop at Walmart where I can recieve the same shopping experience but at a cheaper price.Management should really look into hiring a different caliber of individual. Perhaps people from different backgrounds because the ones currently employed there are really dragging the store down.

It reminded me of United Supermarkets from Texas. Which meant it had foods I could eat with my allergies and chopped onions so we wouldnt worry about hurting our hands.And they offer to take groceries to the car as well.
This is a great Publix, but a cashier named Laquisha was having an attitude. When my mother and I were at the register, she didnt say nothing to us not a single word nor the total of the things we bought. But with the person behind us she did talk and smile when it was there turn to be at the register. This person should not be up there in the register if she is like that.
It is always an awesome experience when I go to Publix. The staff is friendly helpful!
Publix is a wonderful super market. The store is VERY clean. The shelves are always stocked. They have a deli counter, you can order 1 sandwich or party trays. The bakery has a verity of breads, donuts to beautiful birthday cakes. You can also chose a hot lunch to go. Seafood and a great meat dept. The butchers will come out if you have a question or a special order. The prices are reasonable, they have specials Wednesday thru Tuesday, pick up the ad in the store. And a well staffed pharmacy. A very pleasant shopping experience. This store is on Macon Rd, Cross Country Plaza. 8am--9pm
The deli is nasty they need to deep clean everything there are so many flies and I am not convinced they are taking proper care of the cut/sliced deli meat. I really hope they fix this problem. If this continues I will have to find a different store to purchase my sandwich materials from. It is uncalled for and disgusting.
I loooove Publix produce and deli section. They are always fresh. The only con is them being more expensive compared to other grocery store chains. Employees are always helpful, and smiling.

Stopped in and had a sub sandwich fixed. You need to try the Jerk Turkey with gouda cheese, spinach, tomato, black olives, jalapenos, onion, and banana pepper,on Italian 5 grain bread with Honey Mustard!!!
They have great fresh produce. Huge selection of flowers and balloons for Valentines. Including mini rose plants and orchids so the flowers wont just die and will live as long as they care for it like love. Great meat and wine selection also. Even a bunch of wines on sale at front of store. They also have a Redbox inside for a romantic movie night. And dont forget the cupcakes and chocolate!
During a recent all day event at a pet retailer in Cross Country Plaza, I ventured into this Public in search of a quick bite during my lunch break. I followed my nose to the hot food deli and my taste buds and tummy were not disappointed! The chicken tenders were lightly battered, not at all greasy, and very fresh..but the highest praise goes to the mashed potatoes..obviously NOT from a box and loaded with homemade flavor!! The rest of the store was customarily SUPERB as is the Publix way so it seems.
I ordered a sandwich online from the Deli and they were very nice but everyone else was very rude. This was by far my worst experience at a Publix store.

Beware... I got pick pocketed at this Publix and employees didn’t seem to care. People are rude, stand too close, and I believe this is the worst Publix I have ever visited. I will be going the extra distance to a different Publix from now on.

Very clean. They had more than 4 cashiers on staff and I was able to get in and out quickly.
This location should really learn how to bag grocery items. Why would you put my bread in a bad with heavy things like cans etc. Then when I ask for you to put my items in another bag you just go about your way. I dont work at Publix I should have to bag my own items if so someone give me a check. I already have a full time job and an part time business they need to be trained better.
Always a great shopping experience, usually on the go, good grocery selection.
Everyone was polite the atmosphere was great the lightings great just an all-around great time

2022-03-10This place is clean and fully stocked. The cashier work fast and are friendly but here is the BUT. The deli staff is VERY Slow. Dont come and try to get a Sub at 5-7 oclock. You may have to just get the pre-cut meat and make it yourself. Its like that everyday and doesnt waiver from this VERY SLOW.

2022-04-27Everyone here is over worked and for themselves. No one works together everyone is to busy to see when an employee needs helps. And no one know when to put the items down and help a customer or and employee. Horrible bakery and deli. The only good thing here is the over priced flowers and even that is over priced quality. Negative star ⭐

2022-05-13Like the most supermarkets I visited in the U.S., it was huge in size compared to the markets in Germany. Well I entered looking for chocolate eclairs and was successful. The eclairs are no longer being offered at the local donut shops.

2022-04-21We use this Publix location for a majority of our groceries. Anecdotally, they are always out of the Ham and Cheese Lunchables, and their Deli department employees are very inconsistent when it comes to slicing lunch meat. We like ours sliced either thin or shredded, and there are some individuals who will refuse to change the setting. Overall, though, the store is clean and the associates are friendly.

2022-04-22Ive always enjoyed a publix sub until today. The deli area behind the counter completely disgusting. Noone changing gloves, washing hands or even wiping the counter down after each make. And on top of that the big black male is extremely aggressive like a rabid dog, yelling at people. His body hair not covered with a hair net. I expect more from a high chain shopping center.

2022-05-12I loved not having to go to the tag office and stand in line to get my car tag. Publix has a kiosk. Its quick and easy.
