Today was my first time ordering lunch online from Publix, so I didnt know what to expect. You will need to ask questions- unless you figure things out on your own, or ask a staff member, who may expect you to know the process. The best thing about todays experience was that this store is close to my workplace. In the future, I think I may consider another option for lunch, when I dont pack one.🤔
Service is always extremely slow and sub par. Seems like this location would be more quicker being it’s in a heavy populated area. Please do better!
After 20 years of shopping at this Publix, today was my last day. The staff is still great, but the management is not up to their previous high standards. Most especially, I see more and more unmasked people shopping there with no attempt to enforce Publix mask policy.
I always shop at Publix but today was an exceptional day. Faith, in the cake department was extremely helpful and professional and I will never forget this shopping experience. Thank Publix

Its a smaller publix but generally well stocked and the staff is friendly and helpful.
I had multiple people ask me if I could find what I was looking for. The one item I couldnt find the person stocking the shelves led me right to. Who would have thought that muffins would be in the frozen food section. Again though, its Publix and not necessarily organized in a logical way. Great people working the store!

The chicken was still warm when I got them and cake slice was still fresh. Self checkout was fine. However keep in mind I did all this shopping about 930 p.m.

Ive used their floral department a few times and they have come through for me everytime. Not only did they put together a beautiful flower arrangement for me but they always do it with a smile. Love this place
The pharmaceutical staff was so helpful and kind. The young woman outstanding with customer service and existence. I was just coming out of the hospital after my daughters surgery,,and left my phone in one of their electronic carts. The managers and clerks even was concerned. The young man in parking lot went back in store, to search the electronic carts. HAKIM was my hero that day.

The staff at Publix Emory Commons are angels!I brought my 5YO in for a flu shot which turned into a 45 minute debacle of trying to get the shot in her.The pharmacist must be the most patient person in the world, and did everything she could to try and make my little one feel comfortable.Another employee told her a sweet story about bravery and yet another employee brought her a balloon.They finally got the shot in among loud shrieks that were likely heard all the way to Fulton county, but the stellar staff at Publix Emory Commons didn’t bat an eyelash.Thank you! I’ll always be a Publix customer.
Disappointed in this store, essentially with being a larger store in the metro area. Out of many items, even after checking with staff. Think I will find a better Publix in the area. I have shopped at Publix quite frequently for 35+ years. My favorite grocery store, but not this one.
No notice after 2 days of my MDcalling in my prescription.I called. Problem with your insurance…they typed in the letter I instead of the numeral one. Why didn’t you text me? ‘. Don’t know’.They also didn’t have one of my prescriptions which I was out of.‘ it will be here in 2 days’Why didn’t you call another Publix and see if they had it?‘We don’t do that’I did get an unconvincing performance of an apology.If incompetence is your thing, these people are for you.

Went to get my flu shot and also received my $10 gift card woohoo. Went straight to the deli to get me my favorite vegetarian sandwich. The pharmacist location was superb the pharmacist administered the flu shot and she was very professional. Went throughout the store checked a couple of sales picked up a couple of things was disappointed that they did not have my favorite diet Sunkist Orange drink. They were completely out of stock. The cashier great customer service. And the young man who packed our groceries was very nice. Love this location we will visit again

Ugh. Really?I went inside in a hurry, grabbed a salad , southern Cobb salad , paid and left . When I opened it , no dressing! Ugh. It is a Very expensive salad and they don’t double check ?
The staff at Publix helped me to get connected with an Uber driver. I had been waiting a very long time for a taxi. One staff member made sure that I had transportation to get home. The other staff member helped me to helped me connect with Uber. I thank Publix for its great customer service and public relations. It was getting late and I was waiting for the cab. Publixs staff was very considerate. Thank you 😊.
I was very pleased with the young man Im the sea food department He was so nice 🙂🙂🙂 had the greatest smile 😂😂😂 on his face. And I was looking for some chilli he told me whiçh Ile it was iñ. Then he went to make sure that he was telling me the right Ile. Wish I had asked him his name because I didnt know that I would have a chance to tell anyone about him. And he was a very handsome young man.

Overall this Publix store is better than the one on Panola Rd except the Deli here has a minor flaw that can be corrected very easily.....The Deli in this Publix location need to seriously get the workers who prepare the online orders replaced with better workers since they messed up my online order 2 times recently.In short dont rush these online orders like no one isnt reading what should be prepared in the online orders properly especially the few times so far I been in this Publix more customers show up in line for the Chicken/Lunch-items somewhat more over the Subs sandwiches at this location.1st time they forgot the Tomatoes.2nd time they get Black Pepper seasoning mixed up by adding the WRONG item as you all can see the Black Olives(in the picture) in the sandwich instead of the Black Pepper seasoning, [SMH and Facepalm!]. Any of you see black olives written in the order? NO because thats not what I wanted and It shouldve never been in what I ordered from the deli at this location.Sooo sad shame... This shows that its best to get in line to have your sub sandwiches fixed when you arrive in this Publix location until they get these deli workers coordinated better to do the online orders properly or Replace them with better workers in the Deli area at this location.
I was able to receive my booster and got a good deal on cakes and pies for my holiday party.
Best and safest grocery store around! Everyone wears a mask, both employees and most customers. They have one way aisles to help with physical distancing. The employees are pleasant and friendly and helpful. Love this store. Its not too big, just the right size to be able to find everything you want in one place.

It was my first time ordering from this Publix Super Market. Unfortunately, It wasnt what I expected, but I will know what to do should I submit a lunch order in the future.
The store was clean well stocked. Grabbed a few items we needed. Only employee we interreacted with was the cashier who was pleasant.
This is my first buying food from Publix and the food was labeled incorrectly. I went to the deli to buy some fresh wings, they had some labeled for same date, I visited. It was not what , I expected from Publix.
Publix delayed me today. Caused problems with my transactions and resulted in others who were waiting on me to be late as well. There machine did not process my money order despite having done this with my card multiple times. The customer service representative acted is if it was my bank. There was no problem with my bank!! I had to call 5 times to my bank, placed on hold because they needed to check my debit card for any issues. Then i had to drive to my bank all for them to tell me there was nothing wrong with my bank. It was publix system. And the representative did not even try and find out that it was there system. Ridiculous!!!!
Much better shopping experience than Walmart or Aldi
Cleaning wipes were available at the entrance with the grocery carts. Employees were wearing masks. There is directional signage on the floor, if only the customers would pay attention. They had paper towels this trip, which I havent seen in a while. Plenty of toilet paper. Publix is always well lit, the floors are clean and the produce is fresh. I ❤️ Publix.

The customer service at the deli sucks. It’s usually understaffed which is why we ORDER ONLINE. today we placed an order for a 1:45 pickup. Starting at 2:10 I started standing in line to ask about my order. At 2:25 I FINALLY got waited on. They FORGOT TO PUT THE ORDER IN THE PICKUP AREA. Deli service is the worst part of shopping here.
Ive never been so overwhelmed with the quality of service provided to me by one of the front check out lead. I believe her name was Charmane? ......I was so knocked over by her kindness, I didnt know how to respond. Thank you again.

Consistently slow and unorganized deli.I have ordered subs online multiple times close to an hour in advance and when I arrive no sub has been prepped. Second time I had to wait in line for 20 min to get to order to find that the online order receipt was just sitting on the counter because they were just helping those in line.

Anytime I feel like eating a healthier meal, I like to order my usual herbed albacore with kale salad... and a side of zucchini if they happen to have it that day. If I feel like indulging a little bit, I also love ordering it as a hot plate with their tasty mashed potatoes. When its in season, I always order their watermelon agua fresca, its so refreshing and sweet.

Im not really pleased with my experience here. A few things were priced wrongly, the staff insinuated that I hadnt rang up items/raise prices on clearance items, and refused to uphold the Publix promise on wrongly priced items when they saw the signage. They actually didnt even want to change the price according to the signage, just told me that the guy made a mistake and put it in the wrong place, then expected me to pay the difference. Infuriating. Also, to top this off, apparently THIS Publix doesnt give a complementary Publix balloon to children anymore, and tried to tell me all Publixes stopped doing that because of balloon huffing. I mean seriously? My three year old was really let down at the end of our shopping trip. And after being treated the way I was at the self checkout, I dont want to ever have to buy anything from here again. I know a lot of people like this Publix, but shopping did not feel pleasant for me and my family on this trip. We will not be returning.
Pharmacy was A++++. Fast and friendly service!Follow up a year later- Pharmacist S Kim was great! She made an aggravating situation ( not her fault in any way) bearable! And we left with a smile on our face thanking her a million times!

This Publix is pretty good, it seems a little smaller than some Ive been in but it is clean and well lit. The employees are always polite and helpful. This location also has recycling for plastic bags and paper bags. Overall a nice Publix and very close to Emory U and its surrounding neighborhoods.

Left children’s around 8:30 stressing about getting zofran filled for my daughter before morning in case she gets sick again overnight. We live about an hour away. Passed by this Publix and called them to see if they could fill it before they closed at 9. Pharmacist said to come on so I dropped the rx off at 8:45 and she filled it right then. So much stress relief for me❤️

I love publix and always look forward to shopping there and eating their foods. My husband and I went to get a sub and had a terrible experience. The woman at the counter who made my sandwich puts so much mustard on there like just squeezed the tube for a good min., then doesn’t even spread it at all, she puts fist full of the toppings in there basically making my sandwich impossible to eat and enjoy. My husband informed me later he was hoping she wouldn’t be there because the same thing happened before when ordering a sub. I wish we could say it was just her but the young lady who made my husbands sandwich that night basically did the same. We were very disappointed in something we always look forward to. The people that are making food especially literally right in front of customers should know how to properly make a sandwich.
Great supermarket. The deli is awesome, they typically have good stock of everything I usually buy. Ive noticed that beer is more expensive at Publix than most places. Getting in and out of the shopping center is a little tough depending on which direction youre headed. The lack of a traffic light to turn left on Clairmont Rd. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. The store itself is great.
I am not from this area, but I visit when I am down for school. It was great to see the employees working with a smile on their faces, while giving me a kind word. It is those little things that I look for and that makes my visit wonderful. Thank you so much. Awesome job.
This is one amazing place with amazing people. My daughter was spending her first birthday away at school and another place I ordered some things completely dropped the ball -- among the most incompetent and rudest people Ive had to deal with in quite a while. Then I thought, why not Pubix? They have everything there. I talked to the store manager, James Gehring, and he heard my plight. He and his store pulled together the most epic birthday my daughter could have had and they made it personal by including a card signed by workers in the store. She went from a being bummed to being completed thrilled. This store manager, customer service manager, and others gave me tears. So wonderful to have people on the world like this. This is just one more reason to go to Publix. Their customer service is just awesome.
Normally shop publix on ponce. this store is better stocked than ponce.its roomy and clean. and the folks there are nice.

Overall good but need to have more than one buggy return station in the parking lot. Its really ridiculous to serve a large area such as this and have one buggy station. I see so many buggies sitting in the lot simply because people are parked too far and dont want to walk all the way over to return the buggy.

Always fresh veggies good selection of meats. A bit high on certain staple items and I just noticed another increase. You pay a bit ore here than Kroger or Walmart but again quality is so much better.

First time ever shipping here, actually just stopped to get a sub from the deli, and DJ have the WORST service Ive ever had at a Publix. She was rude, made me repeat myself several times, then rushed me to finish my sentences because she couldnt remember what I said, AND THEN she charged my girlfriend for a whole sub, though she got a half.The extra stars comes from the very nice cashier and woman at customer service whom fixed our issue. The problem, we wont ever go to this location again.
Needs a facelift but always love the bogo at Publix and if you have coupons for those items aaawww yeah!! I didnt find 2 items I wanted to get coz maybe you dont carry them, I asked 2 different associates, and they were both very helpful, but I am pretty sure you didnt have them. The bread at the deli for subs was really crusty and flakey. I had a cold and wanted vapor rub but when I came home, I realized that is was expired since June???? Who is doing inventory?
Staff at the food place are nice but super slow..it took her 40 minutes to make a sandwich only..if they reading it I wanted a sandwich not a separate bread with toppings wrapped on the sides.

2022-06-16I know that there’s not a lot of people working these days ,. But if an order is placed online for the deli department, I’m not exactly sure why it’s not priority when we place orders online.we do that because Our time is short… totally understand if it’s a long line but those people have to wait especially if the person Who ordered online has already paid.. I order my food two hours early and got there still had to wait 20 minutes for a young lady to finish everyone that were already in line. It didn’t matter to her that I paid online already I was told I just have to wait..All I’m asking Is for you guys to prioritize betterThanks

2021-05-17We use the Publix bakery frequently for work occasions. They are prompt, and have excellent service. The staff are willing to help, and even approach you to see if you need help. You never have to search for someone, and they are always so nice.

2022-04-16Publix usually Always gets a 5 STAR...But this Publix fell short.The exterior of the building needs attention.The front doors are not marked properly and the parking lot/ location is Sketchy.It doesnt feel safe and it Definitely Does NOT meet the Excellence that we expect from Publix.

2022-06-21Convenience on a bus line for college students, fancys and flair for foodies, bulk and BOGOs for housewives and 9-5ers. This Publix is well placed on an intersection with lots of restaurants and shopping choices. It is large and well stocked with a better than average exotic and international selection. Above average in speed to open a new lane and minimize check out times. Check out the butcher for a fresh cut to your liking!

2022-01-30They had the lamb that I was looking for! I just hate that some of the staff had their mask up under their nose. Customers arent made to wear a mask either. Lets protect one another.😷 Thats why I gave 3 stars

2022-01-09Its ok. The layout is a bit strange by Publix standards. It was clean and I had a stress-free shopping experience. The parking lot is a bit of a jam so take your time parking. Try to come on the off hours to avoid major parking issues.
