You can find most anything there. The only drawback is that theyre pricey. Beautiful fruit and vegetables.
Typically shopping is a pleasure at Publix but lately there have been gaps in what’s available. I don’t enjoy having to also go to another grocery store because everything I need is not available in one. This never used to be the case, as I could find what I needed at Publix, but now I find I have to go to Kroger as well.
As a Secret Shopper I Never Post Reviews However I have to in this case.. The Pharmacy truly needs an attitude adjustment. Gabriel You truly are the most rudest, arrogant and cocky employee Ive ever come across. Your behavior towards the elderly yesterday was deplorable at best and you be ashamed of yourself! When I asked you your name, you put your fingers in your ear and said I cant hear you..Are you 3 years old?? Truly the worst experience !!
Nice and clean store. They offer lots of low sodium and gluten free options which for me is a must even tho it is expensive.

We love Publix, and the nice lady working the balloons was very sweet to my daughter when she blew up get birthday balloon. Only thing is there was only 2 registers open and long checkout lines, but I know yall are probably having a hard time finding good help, so I dont hold that against yall. Publix is great

When I started coming here to use the pharmacy over 4 years ago I loved it, always timely, friendly and knew what they were doing. It now takes them 2 days to fill a script and then sometimes you may have to call and remind them, its gotten totally insane!
We love Publix.We get our flu shots there every year and they are great with us.The employees are always kind and friendly.They have a Redbox Kiosk there too.Anyone can get some medications free such as blood pressure or antibiotics.They do good things for people at Publix.Thanks Publix 😃👍
This place is great it has everything that i like in a grocery store. Except one thing. The most important thing. Price. I know prices have gone up alot lately but OMG Publix prices are CRAZY.

Sent a friend to order a very very simple grooms cake. Both people she encountered were extremely rude, and unhelpful. They couldn’t give us any answers on what type of cake we could have done Saturday. Pretty disappointed!
Great service, always clean inside and out. The best part is their carts dont squeak or pull to one side.
Employees are unfriendly, never say hello and forget it if you are in a hurry and try to cash out at customer service! Its seems like you are bothering or interrupting them.
I think its kind of unusual that a store that size across the Nation wouldnt have saltine crackers or sausage for frying in a skillet for breakfast what happened there
I ordered slider trays, Italian cheese tray and a fruit tray. All were top quality. The fruit was the perfect ripeness, sandwiches had plenty of meat and the staff at the store were great as well. My only suggestion is to rethink including olives with pits on a meat/cheese tray. That is just a preference for me but not something I would use as a reason to not give 5 stars. I am reviewing the quality of the product and service not my prefrences.
The employees have never been rude only helpful. I enjoy my shopping experience at the Carrollton Publix every time I am there. They have a tremendous variety of meats that are usually fresh. Usually fresh is not more than put out that morning. I have also found the store to be cleaner than others I visit in Carrollton Ga.
I stopped by the bakery, a young man was working he was very nice and very helpful. This young man did have on a hair net,gloves and a face mask... he helped me with the cookies I needed for a sick person in my life. I did not get his name. I just wanted to say Thank you.. I will be back.. I have had Publix cranberry cookies before. For some reason it seems they are super sweet..

I have trouble finding what I need, but after a few trips to Publix I started finding my supplies. Now they have a bread that I have hunted high and low for. I can now make my Cuban sandwiches. If you have never tried one you dont know what youre missing. The also have guava pastries. Their fruits vegetables are always great. Just give them a shot. Dont forget your cuban bread.
I would give it 5 stars, but to many times I have to stand in line, to check out. Aggravating!

The experience in the bakery department was quite amazing! Crystal was so helpful with getting our order correctly for our wedding and went above and beyond with customer service! She even paged the floral department for us. However the floral department was quite a disappointment... We told the florist that we would like some flowers made for a wedding. She immediately replied with, oh, I dont do weddings, theyre just too much. I dont have the help. We werent even questioned on how large the wedding was or anything... So now well go somewhere that can handle flowers for a small wedding.

The actual store itself is very well kept up with, my problem stems from the deli, my last 4 purchases from the deli have all been horrible. The salads having rotten lettuce in them and the sandwiches having nothing but bread and cheese in them. Would definitely recommend Krogers or Ingles delies over the public one any day of the week.
I needed a bewbie cake for a friends ta ta to these ta tas party! Double mastectomy. The associate in the bakery under my insistent direction took two macaroons and some icing and fashioned the perfect topper for the scrumptious Chantilly cake!Good sports! And the cute girls at checkout laughed at all my jokes! 😜

I visited the pharmacy! My prescription was ready. My checkout was simple and no long wait.
Due to the virus issue I have found it necessary to ask for special services a couple of times at the store at McIntosh Plaza. This week Natasha an associate in the deli department was extremely helpful in my ordering and then providing a sandwich tray for me to pick up. Since I am in the very high risk group for the virus, I asked if she could possibly gather a very few items for me to pick up so that I would not need to shop. She took the time to ask her assistant manager for permission and assured me she would do what she could. When I arrived for the pickup, Natasha was actually at the customer service desk and recognized my name and immediately said she would get the tray and I saw the other items there on the CS desk. The Assistant Manager walked by and directed me to an open register and personally rang up my purchase. Both these employees went beyond what would have been normally expected to make my visit as safe and expeditious as possible and I want to be sure the manager Zack Hicks knows what good employees he has. Thank you.
I really enjoy shopping at Publix because I use alot of coupons and Publix lets you use manufacturer coupons and Theirs together and you can save an enormous amount of money that way. Also I keep my coupons until the product it is for goes on sale. By doing that and combining the coupons, you can get some items free or for just pennies. In the state of Ga Publix doesnt require you to purchase 2 products with the bogo items. This is another way to really save on products as well. But if you have coupons and it is an bogo item you can get by with paying very little again. Publix will allow their coupons to be used up to 6 times in one transaction. Again racking up on savings.You can go to all the trouble if your coupon is out of date. So watch that expiration date!!!
Id like to give Publix five stars, but unfortunately four will do. I love Publix and the customer service is great. The only thing going against the Carrollton Publix is that theres a lack of offering on items. I hope in time they expand them again. Otherwise a normally quick, shopping pleasure.

Consistently wonderful! I love to come here for lunch and grab something fresh from the bakery on the way out! The store is always very clean, and the staff is always super helpful and friendly. If theyre out of something you want someone will always check the back for you, and if they stop carrying something you can ask about it and theres a good chance theyll restock it! Absolutely fantastic!

As with all Publix, the store looked bright, fresh and clean. Everything was well organized. I needed help in the produce section and the associate that helped me went above and beyond. He was stocking the shelves and he said took the time to point me in the right direction and actually show me where three of the items I needed were located. This is why I love Publix. Their customer service is always exceptional and the store is always spotless.

Today’s experience with the pharmacy: called at 10:30am asking if they could transfer a prescription from another local drug store as Publix’s GoodRx price was much better. At that time I was told it was a two hour wait. So I waited 5 1/2 hours before going to pick up the prescription and it’s still another 30-35 minutes???? How is that?? Usually service is excellent. When I asked about the wait time difference between when I called and now the clerk just said they’ve been busy. Well, if they’ve been busy since 10:30am, please don’t quote a wait time of two hours.

Pharmacy staff was extremely courteous. I dropped of prescriptions, thought I wouldnt be back till the next day to get them, found out I had more time to run errands than I thought, and Publix got my medicines ready for pickup within the hour. I was very impressed.

This is the worst Publix Ive ever been in. I really used to like it, nice atmosphere..etc. however, today was a different story. The employees were unfriendly and rude. The only polite employee was our cashier. Villa Rica is better.

Publix is our familys favorite place to get cakes for birthdays and special events. Not sure why but we just enjoy the flavor and texture the best. The store is always clean, produce is fresh, and the service is great.
This store has messed my cake orders up several times and then on my daughters Senior Prom, they completely messed her flower order up. Katie and her helper that works in that Department was very rude and NOT helpful at all. Everything she told me when I ordered them in the phone were not at all like they gave me when I got there. They were not willing to help make things better either. The manager was not helpful, just kept making excuses for them. I have gave them way too many chances thinking things would be better and nothing changed. I will not be shopping at Publix anymore.

This Publix is great about coming to my car with me to take the riding cart back in. Not t all are consistent doing this. But I live all Publix stores because they employee mentally and physically challenged and elderly. And the employees prove they are very capable.

Great deli, but ordering a sub in a timely manner is almost impossible. If you order online, no one sees the order come in, and they make it when you get there. If you come in store, even with no line, it takes upwards of twenty minutes to get your order. God forbid you have more than one sub.This has happened every single time I have ordered a sub at this location - about every two weeks.

My favorite market! Amazing customer service from the cahiers they know how to engage the customer while checking out. Today I had the best experiece with the young lady slicing my deli ham & cheese. She was friendly and I only purchased the cheese because she suggested it. I usually dread the women slicing meat not friendly at all! I will always look for the cute petite brunette with the friendly smile! I always go over my budget in Publix but its well worth it. From the produce to the fully stocked shelves. I can not complain. Dont forget the bakery! Always on point & the best doughnuts ever! Seafood & meat department always fresh & clean. This Publix is great.

Wanted to get a couple sandwiches from the deli but only one person working in the deli. Waited 20 minutes and did the rest of my shopping. When I got back to the line, the same customer was still being helped so I checked out without the sandwiches. Cashier was friendly though.
I only shop public when they have their buy one get one, and usually when I want a sub. However the last few times Ive been in for a sub. After getting home to eat it realize the bread has been hard as a rock. I doubt i will be going back for their subs.
Publix is not the place to shop - switch to Kroger! Last week I was in publix for prescriptions and wanted to pick up some deli. I went to the counter and there were two people working there. No customers, just working on their orders I guess. Anyway they made me wait and wait (for what I am not sure). This is NOT customer service. Customers standing in front of you should always be the priority. Anyway this is the funny part. I go and find the Manager and tell how disappointed I am I cant spend money with him, he just looks at me, he never said ONE word. LOL - that seals the deal it is KROGER!!!!!! for me.

Everyone knows that Publixs pricing is among the highest of all supermarket chains. Now, the home delivery service that they have just rolled out has higher prices than in-store prices on many items, They dont offer that information on a product by product basis, you just have to figure it out. This is in addition to the minimum order and delivery fee.
Lousy. They didnt put all the chicken in the box I brought (said 8 got 6). Called store and they couldnt care less. Would give -10.

2022-02-19Publix always has the best selection of fresh produce. It is a little more expensive but is worth the price compared to what you get other places. The buy one get one sales are the best!! The staff is super friendly and very helpful. If you dont see something you want ask, if they dont have it, then chances are they can order it for you.

2022-04-15The store itself is nice and clean, but my issue is more with the staff. I use wic for my kids and people should never feel uncomfortable using wic, but almost ecru time I go the cashier either doesnt know how to do it properly so we have to argue or get the manager and its embarrassing. Some of the managers Ive experienced werent very friendly.I always have anxiety as they make it uncomfortable

2022-05-10I usually dont shop here for groceries only because I take advantage of the kroger gas points. But when I shop here it is usually to get their deli sub sandwiches or to buy flowers. Their deli is great for a quick lunch grab or to find a good deal for a fresh family dinner. Also the flower section has a huge variety of fresh cut flowers along with potted plants.

2022-03-30Horrible deli experience, there were 3 people making sandwiches, they took forever, could have went to subway for faster service. They were out of alot of stuff, one worker clocked out and left us standing there waiting to be helped. One worker walked behind the counter pick scabs on her face or popping pimples. That just turned my stomach and I walked out of line. Worst deli experience.

2022-05-30On Saturday 5/28/2022, my husband and encountered 2 managers having a causal conversation (NOT WORK RELATED) at a closed register. We were standing beside them due to it happening at a register. The cashier from our line was struggling to ring up a birthday cake for the customer in front of us. She and the bagger tried to figure it out and finally the bagger walks over to the two managers for assistance. They look at him and continue talking!! He continued to stand there without interrupting while never being acknowledging his presence. Absolutely nothing was said until my husband and I both hollered excuse me! They both finally turned around and started doing their job. The sad part is the bagger appeared to have some type of autism and the fact your conversation was more important than acknowledging your worker is disgusting. Not only was the bagger ignored you caused the cashier to form a line that could have been avoided of you werent ignoring your responsibilities. This also caused another manager to open a register to help get the line back down. A mess!

2022-06-22Publix is the only 5 star supermarket in existence. However; Ill only give it 4 Stars. Why? Cause almost each time I shop there, you must stand in line, with one, or two cashiers, and then....and only then...they will open up a third, but the damage is already done, making people stand in line, b4 some manager, steps in. This is wrong, walmart was real bad at one time, seems like publix is following in those ugly footsteps!🙁

2022-06-15Prices are high and the store is so small and crowded. Their deli and produce have some good selections and their cake is tasty.
