Needs wider isles and employees always stocking shelves typically where Im shopping. Lower them prices! Ill still keep shopping there though. Miles above kroger
Great neighborhood sized Publix. This store is about half the size of a regular Publix, so the variety isnt there, but it is a cool market. This is much more convenient for us than the larger store in Gainesville.

LOVE Publix. Used them for many years, then I moved. The closest one is 1.5 hrs away. Only get to go on occasion now. Sure do miss them!❤️

Theres daily reports of bare shelves at stores due to the pandemic, inflation, ports. I walked into this specific Publix Supermarket I was impressed with how well stocked their products are and organized it is. Shop here for your grocery needs.

They were more expensive than I expected, having seen a bumper sticker on a car and that being the first time I had ever heard of Publix. I figured they must be something awesome to get that status to be a bumper sticker on sm1s car, however the ppl that work there are very kind and courteous and accommodating in every kind of way. It was quite a pleasurable experience, the only thing I had on the negative side was the prices, but the Cashier Susan? Was absolutely AMAZING. Not often that u meet ppl doing their jobs that didnt completely show that they were there for a paycheck, but not Susan. She was super helpful, patient and so very polite and accommodating, she tried very hard to help in any way she could and went out of her way to make sure we not only felt pleased to be there but went out of her way to have human kindness and compassion. Rare. Id say shes one of those rare breeds and species of human being, the kind that nowadays are extremely hard to come across. I hope they recognize value in employees when its in front of them. I hope she gets as far in her job, pay wise, level of accomplishment wise and on every level that shes appreciated in her work by not only employers but by the customers as well.
Great place to get lunch from the deli. They are quick and you will not end up waiting long which is crucial for a business lunch. Portions are big. Have to be careful with meat and two sides because its easy to eat too much and be sluggish for hours. High quality food and at $7 for a lunch its reasonable. Picnic tables on the side of the building. Good parking. Lots of checkouts. This Publix is the best for lunch cant say the same for others because you may end up waiting line for awhile.

This is a rather small store compared to some of the other Publix Stores Ive shopped in. However, its always been very well stocked and very clean. As well as all employees are nice, very kind & friendly. A family like atmosphere.This store doesnt carry refrigerator dog food like the larger stores.

Got help and bought some groceries. Met the night manager had a pleasant chat ,disappointed that my favorite employee found a position in her field of study and had moved on . I wish Lexi the very best. Publix should have fought harder to keep such a hard working young woman. This store has had a long history of helpful and professional service attendants.Update: 12 21 21 ,Service is even better, everyone in this Publix goes above and beyond! From the manager across the board to every employee on or off duty. They represent professionalism and community-based attitude with the love and friendship that of family.
They are usually very helpful in general. I work for Instacart...and sometimes need the order bagged a certain way...I often have to re-bag several things to be able to get them in my delivery bags....although, I do feel most times now it is due to short staffing, and younger, newer employees that are trying to cope with the learning process while under the pressure of staffing problems. They are all trying to help in the best way they know how....thats what matters.
This is a nice small supermarket with a good selection of products given its size. Excellent fresh produce and a good seafood offering. Let down a little by some indifferent service, although I have to say that there has been a big improvement of late.

This is a smaller size Publix. Friendly people and always willing to help.
The store is small so I cant always of the specific items I want. Im frequently disappointed when I have shopped and remember they have almost NO dairy free ice cream varieties or novelties. But on the good side, the woman in the bakery named Doris is always very pleasant and goes out of her way to help me whenever I have questions or need something in her department. She is a true treasure at this store!
Publix is always amazing. Their stores are impeccable (something other stores could stand to learn from them...), products are always fresh and high quality, and their customer service is consistently outstanding. I cant thing of a single negative thing to say about this or any other Publix.
My experience at Publix is usually great. Publix and all of America is having a hard time. Everyone is trying to get back on our feet. Lines are long everyone is shorthanded. People need too be patient. We all are trying.
I’m driving up that way on the 21st, and I wanted to see if this store carried my coffee creamer. Not only did they have it, (stock was a little low) but the gentleman I spoke with, said he would pull one for me to have while on my vacation!! Now that is GREAT customer service!!

I like Publix, but today idk if they are understaffed or what but I placed an online order for the deli and still had to wait 30 mins for them to make on top of that the sandwich maker seen me waiting and went to help a customer that literally just walked up and placed a order. Kind of rub me the wrong way but it is what it is.
Had to scramble and order a new birthday cake on Friday when the local mom & pop baker I had ordered from originally had to unexpectedly close due to COVID exposure. Publix had my order ready to pick up on Sunday morning at the time I requested, could have it ready earlier if I needed it, and the cake was decorated beautifully and correctly.
Prices are high but a very clean store and the folks our nice

Love the BOGO deals, plus going to Publix always makes me feel fancy, lol. And just look at the amazing cake their bakery made my daughter for her birthday... She wanted an ugly frog cake - apparently this is a thing right now- with mushrooms around the sides and she could not have been happier with her cake on her birthday!
Ive done all my grocery shopping here for more than a decade. I remain amazed at the variety of foods that are available and the prices that in my opinion remain a bargain. I give special applause to the employees. My first job as a kid was in a grocery store, so I know from experience how demanding the work can become. Yet Publix employees remain cheerful and helpful even in the busiest times.

This Publix is small but has GREAT customer service!!! They always greet you with a smile. I usually use the Deli at this location. Ive been going there for years (2005) and I dont have anything bad to say about them. If you want great food for lunch, a great bakery (they have the BEST cakes), and AMAZING customer service come to this Publix!!!

This Publix is my favorite I’ve been to yet! The service was absolutely amazing I felt so welcomed they were really humble. The sandwich I had them make tastes phenomenal. I was super delighted when I saw that they had dragon fruit it is my favorite fruit. All of the isles looks super neat and organized it was easy to find what I needed!
Very limited Publix. First time going there and their refrigeration had failed so there were no deli, or produce items available which is what I came for...the other thing I came for was Happy eggs which I usually get at a different Publix. But the selection/ offering of eggs at this Publix was very small. Not a good experience. Ill not be back unless Im forced to be circumstances.
Always clean, terrific veggies and delicious fruits. Seafood and meats are fresh and taste wonderful. Best steaks in town! Just the size store where you can get everything you want and need without walking several miles.

Normally I wouldnt say anything but when you are called out and embarrassed in front of a cashier and a bagger, its infuriating. Your associate Micheal came to the register after your cashier Michelle called him over. He proceeded to tell me I could not buy all the dog food I had on the conveyer belt. I said there is no limit posted and he smarted off and said everything has a limit with the Pandemic. I have shopped there for over 12 years and I also worked there. I hav never had bad customer service until today. Everytime you put the dog food as BOGO I buy twice what I had today. I seriously doubt Ill come back that was uncalled for and to be honest if I wasnt so tired I would have just walked out and went to Walmart. I doubt you care but if you add up what I spend in there almost daily and a lot once a week you will lose some money. Oh well Ill shop somewhere else.v

I went to this store looking for canning jar lids. I live in Dahlonega, work in Dawsonville and I cannot find lids or pint jars anywhere excet online and I refuse to pay their gouged prices! A manager at this store took me straight to the canning area. They were out of jars and lids, as were all the places i had looked at, but the manager was very nice about helping me.

This is a small Publix, but that is perfect for me. I dont have the time and energy looking for things in a huge store. This location has one of the best bakery departments, and everything Ive bought here has been delicious. I also like their grab and go selections of hot food or food you just have to heat up. I like to have a few things in the fridge that are partially put together already for those nights after a long day. They also have fresh sushi, a great produce department, and I really like their buy one get one free sales. You can get some great deals that way. Today I found some new things to try that will work with my keto program as well. Highly recommend this store!

Publix is an awesome grocery store. I generally love their customer service skills and the way they present themselves as a business in general. BUT, this store didnt seem to get the training that the other stores present effortlessly. I go frequently to buy their fried chicken, and its not uncommon to wait there for about 3-5 minutes just to be acknowledged. Also, they frequently disregard clear requests. This store needs to get their act together.

Andrea was super rude in the deli she walked off and told somebody else to rewrap the wap that she just ripped open and when I ask her to just cut it in half she told me no we dont do that and completely disregarded me and to add insult to injury the store manager completely brushed me off he acted as tho he was in complete shock that andrea would even do something like that he didnt apologize or ask me could he correct it just look me up and down as if I was the issue and the rushed off to the deli with attitude Im never spending my money here again 😒

Today I overheard this exchange between an elderly man and an employee. Apparently he had been talking to her for a while, as he said, Well, I know you have other things you need to be doing. She replied, The most important part of my job is to help you,. This illustrates the great customer service I have had at this store since it opened years ago. Love Publix in general, and love this little store in particular.

I used to work the deli in between 2012-2013 prior to my service.During my stay prior to joining SPECWAR we were the pinnacle regarding management of the deli. Our attention to detail was unparalleled regardless of any inefficiencies in ownership. Though Christina is no longer an employee of this store she left a legacy in regards of leadership. I’m addition; the nice lady who cooks the aprons recipes in store is a queen in her own right.

We love Publix, the staff, the quality and the experience. Only the staff is in question. After today we will not be returning to this particular Publix. The people at the check out counter saw fit to mock and embarrass my wife at checkout over a simple misunderstanding. Instead of explaining it they made it seem like she was an idiot and how can she not understand. Unfortunately this was not the first time we have had issues with the staff at this location. We have had a few run ins where people here are just plain Aholes. We will be taking our business to Kroger and Aldi from now on.

Its your normal kind of Publix. The only exceptional part is some of the staff, like Lisa, who go out of their way to make you feel welcome and assist you with your groceries. This Publix is also exceptional in that some of the staff do the opposite of Lisa and go out of their way to make you feel unwelcome, specifically the cashier Sarah. Sarah will comment on your choice of groceries and be consistently unfriendly. I always avoid her line even if it is the shortest. Otherwise this is a fine Publix!

Publiix is by far my favorite grocery store, I began going to publix, when I meet a family that moved here to help set up a publix in Ga. Every thing they said about publix to this day has exceeded every thing, fresh veggies, meats, breads, deli, seafood ,I have totally been disappointed the last 2 visits to the Thompson Bridge location , my visit to the seafood market has been very disappointing, the service person each time failed to aknowledge me, and it appeared to me I was disturbing them and I had to ask if they were working in the seafood dept. person after I was waited on never said a word, I would have thought a thankyou would have been fine, Big P as my grandaughter refers to Publix, please have better customer training in that area, THANK YOU

Horrible horrible service! The cashier and bagger made conversation and welcomed everyone whom was in front and behind me in but when it came to my mom and I we were just ignored. My biggest wonder is why everyone whom was greeted was african american o white American and yet because i am hispanic american and my mom is white american speaking spanish to me we werent. Well horrible service is the short term for my last visit.

Publix carts are too large. They have no small carts at all. Plus at this store the large carts are just about all hard to push. Publix needs to be like the other large Grocers, and incorporate the small carts into their inventory.

Probably the worst Publix deli I have been. Went with my family of five to eat there. No meatballs (and no effort to go get them like other Publix), only 3 pieces of tenders (wait at least 10 minutes to get the rest), only 1 popcorn chicken. On top of that, no place to sit. Not a Publix to me.

2022-04-05I enjoy Publix at the village because theyre close to my home the staff is very friendly, quick and clean. If and when I need something in the meat department broke down and repackage into smaller portion theyre always willing to help. Also for years now my husband has been ordering monterey jack from the Deli sliced and stacked a certain way for as long as I can remember and they get it right every time LOL! Its just a great place that I love to shop! So I give Thanks to the management & staff for being professionals.☆☆☆☆☆

2022-07-04I went to publix today to find no more stock of my favorite cheesecake in the bakery. Jessie (I hope I spelled that right) was SO SWEET. Not only was she super kind and showed phenomenal customer service, but she went as far as making me the cheesecake in less than 3 hours even with a bunch other orders… keep in mind it’s July 4th weekend. It was not at all an emergency, just a craving. She even saved it for me in the back so it wouldn’t be gone when I showed up! I walked out very pleased and my whole day was made because I had my favorite dessert! Thank you again Jessie! She is definitely a gold star and a great asset to the publix company!

2022-06-24Worst publix I’ve been to. Very small, chicken is almost always over cooked etc…I used to work for this company and know aside from basic staff it’s where they transfer managers etc that can’t cut it at the bigger and nicer stores

2022-02-14Lisa in the subs station was such a delight and went out of her way to make sure we were served in a timely manner on Saturday. She worked fast, made sure everything was to our preferences and she made us feel so cared for when she saw we had been waiting. Give that woman a raise 🙌🏻 she was a joy to be served by.
