By far the worst Ford dealership or any dealership I have ever been too. They lie about repair times, never return calls or answer phones, retract rental promises and overcharged my credit card. On top of that the repair was faulty. If you still decide to use this dealership, you were warned.
Update: I scheduled an appointment in advance. Arrived 30 mins early only to be mistreated by Bob. I have seen him mistreat people before, but today I was the lucky person to deal with him. I requested for the works service. I asked how much and he tells me the new price is $100. I politely went into my car in search for the receipt. He gets an attitude with me because I did not agree that the works should be $100. He proceeds to talk condescending to me about how oil prices are up and I have to pay more. I canceled my appointment and decided to look for Chris (service manager). Well, Chris was on lunch break so I guess I will post the video on social media in hopes this place changes or fires Bob. It saddens me that I decided to give this place another try and this was a complete failure. The service department at Pugmire has completely fallen off.Wow, times have changed. There used to be a time where you could go into this the dealership for a simple oil change. I made an appointment for Tuesday 08/31/2021 at 1:00 PM. I got caught up in traffic and arrived 20 mins late. They told me it would be 2.5-3 hours for my oil change because I was not there exactly at 1PM. I didnt argue. I just politely got in my car and left.I have purchased 2 cars from this place and was planning on purchasing my 3rd vehicle. Now that I know I cant get a simple oil change, I think I should go someplace else.GET IT TOGETHER FORD/LINCOLN.
Incredible group of people! My wife and I were looking for a specific vehicle that we could not find locally. I started my search online and found the exact vehicle pop up right away at this location.I sent a internet inquiry at 8:35am before they even opened and got a call from Helen Pugmire at 8:45 to notify me she had the vehicle. I sent her all the information on my trades and they worked a deal for me site unseen within two hours. One of my trades was a speciality vehicle that was difficult to price.I received a call from Greg Arrington (super nice guy) along with a email deal offer shortly after that and we agreed to the terms so I loaded up my trades and set out for the 4 hour trip Georgia. When I arrived they had my car ready along with all paperwork. The finance manager only recommended the additional add on coverage he felt was necessary for my situation which I appreciated because most of the time they push you for the extended coverage along with 15 other things. I chose the two he recommended as my wife and I had already discussed wanting those particular additional coverage options. He even returned my Uhaul trailer for me so I wouldnt have to attach to my new Navigator. In and out within 45 minutes and driving away.First class place all the way around!
Incredible Customer Service!!!I am currently in the DC/VA area and had the hardest time buying a car here. I wanted to do everything online and no contact- NOT possible in the DMV area as I came to find out after contacting at least 5 dealerships and no one responding to any inquiries.I decided to look for a car in my home city of Atlanta. I wanted a 2020 Ceramic Lincoln Nautilus. I came across Pugmire and sent and inquiry, within 2 minutes I got a phone call from Helen Pugmire-internet sales manager. Helen asked me a few questions about what I wanted and 15 minutes later she sent me a quote and we had a car deal AND get this-Pugmire shipped my car to my home address here in the DMV within 24 hours!Helen, Aaron, Brad, Keavon- Thank you! I appreciated all of you for an absolutely effortless car buying experience- I can tell this is not just a dealership, there is a true sense of community where everyone at this dealership is working on one accord to give the customer an unforgettable experience and you knocked it out of the park!See you guys in 3 years!
(Edited review)I had a bit of trouble getting my 2019 Navigator successfully repaired. My original review was not positive, but I have since discovered that the vehicle industry has had to overcome many of the same obstacles that we have all faced over the last couple of years. Pugmire did an exceptional job with the limited resources they had to work with. Great job and thank you for your thoughtful service!!!
Having been very satisfied with our 2014 MKS, we were ready for another Lincoln and determined an MKX SUV would best meet our needs. We spoke with several very fine dealerships and were treated fairly as we considered various options over several weeks. We decided on an MKX and a particular dealership. However, before going to that dealership, on-line I noticed a particular car at Pugmire. With several gracious emails back and forth with Helen, we decided to drive to Pugmire on our way to the original planned dealership. The car was exactly what we wanted, Helen and salesman, Carl, met us and the deal was done. Of course, it has only been a few days, but we are very pleased. We were treated very well and our 2017 MKX is working very well for us. Thank you, Helen and thank you, Carl.
I own two Lincolns and both are from Pugmire. When you own quality vehicles, you expect quality customer service. Lacy and Rodney are great. They make sure all my concerns are taken care of. And, I cannot forget about Jeffrey, who made sure I got to work on time, after I dropped off my car!Also, I appreciate the complimentary wash and vacuum.
Pugmire Lincoln, specifically the service department, has hands down been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I have been lied to on multiple occasions as far as loaners and expectations. No matter how far in advance we make an appointment, zero expectations are met. An appointment is scheduled and a loaner that will fit my family is reserved, and yet they NEVER bring the correct loaner. This is the second time I have left a review like this. The first time I was told everything will change, please take it down. I did, and find myself here again. If there was an inkling of concern or communication, I wouldn’t be writing this. I have never before dealt with a group of individuals that seem to care as little as the people I have dealt with. Tell me you can’t make it happen. You don’t have access to a car like that. Tell me you don’t like me and just don’t feel like going out of your way to provide a good experience. Just please don’t lie. Please don’t promise something you will not follow through with. If this wasn’t my experience, literally, every time I would not waste my time with this. I just have no other idea of how to get a concern across to an individual that cares.
As a female, I am always apprehensive when taking my car in for service. The services were for an oil change, maintenance and radio static noise. All services were completed to full satisfaction. In fact, my customer service representative was Rick Brown whom I found very professional, had a calm demeanor and provided an explanation on all work estimates. A new battery was required and Rick handled the battery install himself;It didnt take long, as I waited for my car - approximately 4 hours. The lounge was very comfortable an clean; coffee and water is provided. Yes, I had a great experience and many thanks to Rick Brown for making me feel like a valued Lincoln customer. The exterior car wash was nice also.
Helen with Internet Sales was very easy to work with. She always responded to my texts and was willing to help out in any way. They had my car delivered to my driveway within days of purchasing!! The easiest car buying experience ever! Everyone was very helpful and easy to work with. I’d highly recommend Pugmire!
The service team is great. Our check in was easy and the repair went smoothly. Having updates come to us as we relaxed in the waiting area. We then looked around for a new addition when we are ready. We enjoyed our service day with you all. Thank you for an excellent experience

Just purchased a 2021 Aviator a few days ago. Nathan was my sales person. Pleasant experience, went in to buy one and ended up in a lease. I should of stuck with my first plan, we’ll see if it was as good as they made it sound. Either way I enjoy just finally having one.
I absolutely loved my experience at Pugmire Lincoln in Marietta. My husband and I have been looking for a truck for our son and we looked at many dealerships without any results. We called Helen at Pugmire and she worked with us, brought in Sammy, Greg and Keane to help with our questions, our needs and our budget. They treated us like family and we couldn’t have been happier. I know my son is excited to have his first truck!
The experience I had with this dealership was five star. My sales consultant Sammy Davis was such a pleasure to work with, he was kind, professional, patient and knowledgeable. The finance manager Keane made sure I got a great deal. The dealership manager Greg made sure I was taken care of. With such a great experience I will definitely be a loyal customer and make sure to recommend to family and friends.
I would never buy another car from here. I have not had my car for five months (Infinity) and all of a sudden it wont start. I did all the right things checked carfax, looked at the car history, etc. I also get my car services at Pugmire and they just brushed me off and told me to go to an Infinity dealer and began to quote the GA law. I am great at buying cars and never had this problem before. I spoke to the general manager and nothing. I will be contacting the media to do an investigative piece on them. Obviously there were some hidden problems. Car only had 56,000 miles showed no accidents and the maintance was kept up........so I thought!. No more Pugmire for me. DO THE RIGHT THING PUGMIRE. I only gave a 1 star because I had to.
I had a wonderful experience today when purchasing my car from Pugmire! They responded to my request right away and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Sammy and Keane were so helpful and the process was very quick and efficient. I’d strongly recommend these guys if you’re in the market.
Sammy Davis made our Lincoln Navigator purchase one of the best experiences we’ve had buying cars over the past 30 years. He was easy to work with, very helpful, we got a good price and the process went fast and smooth. Not sure what more we could ask for buying a car!
We found our Navigator online and came into the showroom for a test drive. The salesmen we dealt with (Sammy and Carl) we’re both wonderful. Kind, knowledgeable, and no pressure. Sammy stayed very late after hours to get all the paperwork done for our trade and our purchase. We were very pleased with the customer service, the price, and we can’t say enough good things about our Lincoln. We absolutely love it and will be back to Pugmire for our next vehicle for sure!
The staff were friendly. The finance guy was also friendly, and personable, but he tried a hard sell tactic on me, which I dont stand for, so I immediately made the decision to use my own lender.They allowed us to take an unaccompanied test drive to a nearby mechanic, and the vehicle checked out.The used vehicle we purchased appears to have been well repaired (new tires, brakes, rotors, and fluids), and its still doing well a month later.
Helen was very helpful and quickly responded to all of my texts and calls regarding available cars. Sammy was excellent on the sales end, being very accommodating and not too pushy. They also worked on a good price on the car I ended up buying. Highly recommend Pugmire Lincoln!
We cannot say enough GREAT things about Pugmire Lincoln and their team! We were treated with the utmost respect, professionalism and customer service.We are young professionals, and typically get judged on our youth (weve had experiences where no sales professional even approaches us at other dealerships), but weve never felt more valued and respected than we do with Pugmire Lincoln and their team.Carl took great care of us from the beginning and was the IDEAL car salesperson--not at all pushy, very informative about features and options, even pointed out how we could save money! I wish we could buy every car from Carl and the team.On Carls day off, we decided we wanted to move forward. When we called, Helen and Aaron took great care of us and Sammy helped us complete the paperwork that evening to drive home in our new car. Most importantly, it was stressed that they informed Carl right off the bat and that he was still getting credit for the sale--this was told to us ONLY after I said that we felt we were cheating on Carl on his day off!The business has continued to check up on us, has genuinely thanked us for the opportunity and for our business continuously.We cannot say enough good things and would highly recommend!
I drive two and a half hours to be greeted by a man who instantly made me feel like I was wasting his time. Then when I was on the phone with my bank trying to get a loan for the truck, another sales person started showing it to another couple! To me that is SUPER disrespectful! I wont ever be shopping there again!

Wonderful experience purchasing our Aviator. We came in indecisive and our salesman, Sammy, showed us multiple vehicles and was so patient with our indecisiveness all.day.long! This is my first time buying a Lincoln and my experience was at Pugmire was wonderful. My salesman Sammy was very gracious and knowledgeable about the vehicle I test drove. He explained everything about the SUV I bought and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends.
(UPDATED).... Salesman Carl was rude and short. Had no interest in making a deal, just wanted to eat his lunch and demand full price. I was ready to spend $80-90,000 on a brand new Navigator, and they couldn’t be bothered to even talk about pricing. I asked him twice: “you don’t even want to hear my offer?”. Nope. Carl said the price online was the only price. I wasn’t even offered to have a seat while they did paperwork.... So I suggest you don’t waste your time and shop at a friendlier dealership.Update (next day): I went to Angela Krause Lincoln in Alpharetta, and not only did I get a better price, on a more well equipped car (a $6k swing!) I was offered a seat while I waited! Plus a beverage or snack from their concierge. And I was even seated in a private lounge. That’s right, each customer/family is seated in their own lounge (not a cubicle, not a 2 wall ‘office’) while the paperwork is done.This is how you sell luxury cars Pugmire. Take notes.
I do an exhaustive amount of research before I purchase a car. It generally pays to shop around to get the best deal. This is how I came across Pugmire Lincoln.They had the best deal with absolutely no hassle. I never felt like they were hiding anything or trying to take advantage of me. In fact, after a little negotiation, I bought a new car for my wife. It was such a good deal that I flew up from Florida to get the car. They picked me up at the airport and had my paperwork all ready and the car cleaned and gassed up for the long drive home. This is a traditional, professional dealership. Very clean, and nice layout of the showroom and lounge. Sales staff was professional and actually spoke when that made eye contact. Carl was very nice and respectful. He made the purchasing process quite enjoyable. Helen is a gem. She is going to make sure your experience is a good one. I will certainly recommend this dealership and Carl to people I know.
Service and collision repair at this place operate at a snails pace. In the year I have owned my new Lincoln, it has been in the service garage for at least 6 weeks for issues. I am only giving a two because I don’t believe the people want to provide bad or slow service but can’t help themselves. Nobody ever answers the phone when you call service, you have to leave a voice mail every time. Nobody communicates with you with progress updates and they send the vehicle home with insufficient repair and then you have to bring it back a second time. Overall, the management here is horrendous. For a $100k+ vehicle, I shouldnt be so frustrated.
I have enjoyed a many years relationship with Pugmire Lincoln of Mariettaand have found their sales and service to be A-1. The staff are alwaysvery cordial and understanding and there is never any pressure in thesales aspect. I have purchased numerous Lincoln vehicles over the yearsand always receive follow-up information that is very helpful,The Pugmire building has an excellent customer service lounge that makesone feel very comfortable. My husband and I found Pugmire Lincoln online and drove a hour and a half to see a car. From the minute we walked in we felt at home. Bob gets you in and out and keeps in contact with you on the progress of your Auto. The service department goes over and Beyond to try to responsive to your request. They take extreme care and getting your car back to you in Tip-Top shape with no oil smudges and no dings. They check over your vehicle thoroughly before you pick it up. I love the Carnegie service they have which allows you to stay at home while they pick up and deliver your car.
Eh......I was excited that the dealership took appointments because I felt I could get the work done in a timely manner. I had an 11AM appointment for an oil change and diagnostic check (no additional work done) and I left at 3:00. Four hours is a pretty long time for that I would believe with an appointment but that would have been fine if I was told at 2:00 that they were washing my car and bringing it up.I like going to dealers because it is their cars and if there are any recalls etc, it can all be knocked out. But I should have just gone with my reputable mechanic. I was quoted $300 less on the two repairs from the diagnostic from them when I called on the way home with the two codes.I did leave the one additional star because everyone was nice and the fresh baked cupcake in the waiting room was fantastic!!! ..... but it would have just been easier to tell me my car was going to be ready for 30 minutes to and hour instead of telling me they are about to pull up with it. An hour feels long.... but it feels a whole lot longer when you are told 5 minutes.
Unexpected service visit - Low tire pressure light came on, so I went to Pugmire. Good thing I did: 2 nails in one tire! Service tech, Luis, checked all tires, found the issue, explained to me, and was able to replace the tire right away. Always excellent service from these guys. Thats why I come back. Luis was very attentive to my issues and got me on my way with just a little delay. Now I am safely on the road.
Coming to Pugmire was the best decision I made. Don and Aaron are awesome, thank you so much!!!! Although I had credit challenges they worked very hard and was able to get me in a wonderfully fully loaded SUV and within payment price range I wanted! I also want to than Helen Pugmire who encouraged me to come there!
I purchased a 2015 Lincoln Navigator about 3-4 weeks ago. As soon as I drove it off the lot I started to have problems with it. I called several times before the sales manager returned my call. During our conversation he stated he would call me back after he spoke to the service manager. Long story short, the car has a bad torgue converter which will cost me around $2500 to repair. I dont recommend purchasing à vehicle there.
I didn’t purchase a car at Lincoln but I did get my car repaired at their collision after a reck and can I just say everyone there is great. They did a great job on my car and it feels and looks like nothing ever happened! And Cara from the shop did a great job at communicating with me about anything with my car and helped me out when I needed more time with my rental. I would trust the collision shop 100% with any of my vehicles!
I bought a Lincoln in part because of the services including the Lincoln Way app. I scheduled in the app a oil change this morning at 8.00 with a loaner. Not only was my appointment not in the system (they were supposed to turn that off one rep said) if I need a loaner itll be the 3rd week in January at the earliest. So I took off work this morning to drive the 18 miles (and back) from my house through Atlanta morning traffic to be met by this news. So much for the perks of owning a Lincoln.
I took my 2017 MKZ to get a normal routine 50,000 Service(5-28-21). Everything was ok made an appointment and came in to wait on my car. After the service, I paid, got my keys.my MKZ was dirty from oil the The mechanic had in his hands. I didn’t notice at first but when I got 40-50mph and 70-85mph My MKZ starts to vibrate. So I made appointment to have my MKZ looked at(6-2-21). They said it might be my tires need to be rebalanced. It would cost $60. They finished the work. Not telling they fixed it. Just telling how much it cost. So I paid got my key from a guy who was wearing a Hawaiian shirt and shorts. I couldn’t find anything that shows he’s an employee of pugmire. So I really didn’t like that. So I walked to my car and noticed they left the the seat covers and paper in my MKZ. After I left drove my MKZ round and it vibrates more then did before. I don’t think they test drove my MKZ at to see what going on. They just wanted to charge me and get me out of their (2 and half hours later). This place used to be awesome. After 10 years of going to Pugmire and will stop. I really don’t want to say this but I highly recommend going somewhere else.
My husband and I had an awesome experience with Pugmire Lincoln from Mr. Nathan (sales consultant) to Stephen (service advisor) to Brad (financing). Everyone was very helpful and quick to get answers to any question we had concerning our used vehicle. I would recommend anyone that is interested in buying a new or used vehicle to go to Pugmire Lincoln.
We leased our Lincoln MKX from Pugmire. The absolute BEST vehicle we have ever owned. The service we received from Carl and Greg was outstanding. They went above and beyond to find us the vehicle that we wanted. The Pugmire family is by far the best customer service I have ever received when purchasing/leasing a car. The drive we made was well worth it. When the time comes, we will definitely make that drive again for our next vehicle.
I always fall in love with a car and then quickly fall out of love when dealing with a dealers service department. That isnt the case with Pugmire Lincoln. The service guys go above and beyond with customer service, attention to detail and general friendliness. The warranty covered every little thing that came up and they kept me posted on things to check. I dont feel like they are looking for things to sell me like other dealers have done in the past. Service prices are reasonable. Big kudos for the clean comfortable service waiting room. They have comfy chairs and 2 working cubes to plug into. They dont always have water in the fridge but coffee is readily available and the bathrooms are very clean.
I was shopping on the internet for a Navigator at Pugmire. Found one I liked and inquired about. I received a prompt reply from Helen Pugmire that the car was still available. When I arrived at the dealership I was pleasantly surprised that the price was the same as listed on their internet site. Since I moved to Atlanta a few years ago I expected there to be some sort of “dealer adds” or a “service fee” as I have experienced at other dealerships in the area. I found the people working at Pugmire Lincoln were all very straightforward and nice to deal with.
Pugmire Lincolns sales team is so easy to work with and treated us like royalty. We recently bought an MKX and the entire experience from test driving the car to driving it home was delightful. They answered all of our many questions, took their time and never made us feel rushed, were knowledgeable about their products, reasonable in their negotiations, helpful in teaching us how to use all the cool new technology, and offered the best service plan Ive ever heard of in the car industry. We were truly happy that we chose this dealership and felt like VIPs the whole time!
Our experience with Pugmire was excellent. Courteous and friendly staff helped us purchase a used MKX that we found on the internet. We got exactly what we figured we would get for our trade-in and they secured an excellent financing rate. I would do business with them again in the future.
I like that the waiting room had a computer desk with WiFi, coffee and water. I like that the repair work fixed my issue. I also liked the very nice shuttle vehicle and the driver who shuttled me home and back. Lastly I like that the dealership washed my car. The staff were very nice also. They greeted me in the hall way and made me feel very welcomed which I really appreciated.
I live in Central Kentucky and its a 310 mile drive to pugmire Lincoln in Marietta Georgia. It was definitely worth the drive. The dealership was extremely nice and professional. I was treated promptly and courteously by Helen pugmire, my internet sales representative. I was treated equally nice and respectfully by Sammy, my salesperson when I arrive. Brad and finance got me the best rate and even beat my local credit unions. The drive is definitely worth it to this dealership. I again will use them in the future when I trade again.
If I could give no stars I would! The service advisor, Bob Heinze was HORRIBLE! He was very rude, dismissive and borderline disrespectful. It wasn’t until I asked him for his business card that he slightly changed his attitude. I did file a complaint with Lincoln Corporation!
This is by far the best car shopping experience Ive had. Thanks to Carl Moryc for being such patient, informative, and sharp! From our short conversation he know exactly what I was looking for and introduce me to new vehicles and options that I was not aware of. That is how car shopping experience should be! They earn my business and chanced the way I view the Lincoln brand.
First time vehicle purchase in August of 2017 and looking back, I would have not purchased from this dealership. They do not thoroughly inspect vehicles prior to purchase. My vehicle was not properly repaired according to the certified warranty prior to purchase. I even pointed out damage to the door seal and the manager just ordered a small tube of touch up paint. Naively, I accepted it but didnt realize that they should have repaired the seal!!! Ive had to have another dealership make several repairs as it was closer to my home. Additionally, the vehicle was SEVERELY out of alignment when purchased and I ended up having to replace a tire within months after purchase. I had no idea that this was covered under warranty. I apologize for the delayed review but once I spoke with corporate Lincoln about the extent of service I should have received, I had to leave this review. Buyers, consider another dealership for your purchase.Update as of July 2019: I contacted the manager several times and left multiple voicemail messages. Four months is more than enough time to follow up with a customer if a priority. My calls were not returned. I assume the response posted below is more of a formality, as my calls were never returned. I stand by my initial review, as it is more than warranted. Buyers, you have been warned. Shop elsewhere.
Carl Moryc did a great job in ordering and getting vehicle ready for delivery.Brad Benjamin did a great job in completing paperwork in a timely manner and helping with Extended Warranty Coverage. I only used Service Department once with 2019 Nautilus, they did a great job, also. Looking forward to many years of service and support with the 2020 Aviator.
Best Lincoln lease experience yet! ISM Helen, GSM Aaron and SP Sammy all did their part to find the perfect vehicle, stay within budget and provide us with a top notch experience! Our last two were leased from a competitor in Knoxville. We had no idea how bad that competitor was until we reached out to Pugmire on a whim this time. Very trustworthy and a pleasure to work with! The treatment I received from Greg and Austin was horrible.I was treated like I couldn’t afford the car and they gave me a very low price for the car I was trading in I looked it up on Kelly Blue Book it showed 9000 they wanted to give me 3000 because I didn’t do maintenance at Pugmire.My family has bought many cars from Pugmire but will no longer.When Richard passed the integrity of this dealership did too.
My husband and I have always desired family owned dealerships as we feel you get much better customer service and respect. We moved our business to Pugmire after another Lincoln dealer (also family owned) sold out to a big auto group. We were not disappointed.Just purchased our fourth car from Pugmire (three Lincoln Navigators and an MKZ) and have been pleased with the sales reps and general manager Greg Arrington for many years. They are always respectful, fair, work out good deals and have even bought a car from us that my father needed to sell.There is a Ford/Lincoln dealer within five miles of our home....now, Pugmire is 29 miles away but we still bring all of our business to them including regular maintenance. Barry Kelly in the service department has always gone above and beyond to make sure our cars stay in top shape. He works with Ford to ensure our vehicles get any and all necessary updates, benefits and overall service from the company.Want to also give a final shout out to Helen Pugmire (Internet sales) and Austin Pugmire (General manager) as they work very hard to continue their familys tradition of top service and respect for their loyal customers. Bottom line, cant say enough good things about this dealer.
I had a wonderful experience with Pugmire Lincoln and am so glad I chose to do business with them! I had been searching for a new 2019 Lincoln Navigator and found exactly what I was looking for on Pugmire’s lot. I live in Memphis, TN, but wasn’t having the best experience with the local Memphis Lincoln dealership, so I had ventured out searching online for another dealership. Pugmire was so kind to work with me from a distance and gave me a competitive deal! Carl, Greg and Aaron were professional and made the process simple. You can tell that they are a family owned business by how well they treat their customers. I would definitely do business with them again in the future.
Being an owner of a Suzuki SUV, this Service Center is the closest for my vehicle in this state. Service was point on. Once I identified my problems, everything mentioned was attentioned and resolved. Appointment is best, but drive up available. Everyone was attentive, professional and nice. Love the atmosphere. Will be making plans for my next visit.
They called to say my service was due so schedule a oil change. Upon my arrival they say the my MasterTech plan had expired so would have to pay 49.99 for an oil change. Would have been nice to know when they call so I could have saved a trip. Good news is that the last time Ill use Pugmire.
Bought my first Lincoln from Pugmire a few months ago. Very happy with the buying experience - courtesy, thoroughness of information provided, answers to all my questions, and price. and LOVE my car too :D. Drives just great, great pickup, especially love the turning radius, A/C and heat in seats... overall comfort and performance.
First of all, Helen was fantastic. Just wish she hadnt gone home early.Unless you have perfect credit and are going to purchase a 60k dollar vehicle I wouldnt waste my time going here.I went in to look at a used vehicle they had listed on their website. I was greeted by Carl and thats was the extent of my welcome. I was never offered a beverage or a snack, no one else even offered me a smile.Gets better, go on a test drive of the vehicle I was interested in and Carl couldnt answer one question I had about the car. Carl proceeded to inform me that they dont normally sell cars like this, but since the local used car inventory is low they made an exception.Then the financing fun began. I just had a bankruptcy discharged and they was fully informed of this. The finance manager proceeded to make comments about having Helen come back in to deal with this sale. He was steadily making derogatory remarks about a coworker who wasnt there in front of me. They never negotiated with me or came to terms that was favorable for both parties, just went straight to one bank be causeit was the only bank I had a chance with came back with ludicrous terms of 40% down. I walked away. In no way was I expecting great terms. But I was pre approved the week before at another dealership for zero down and a high interest rate, which is expected, so my options wasnt so dire that I had one choice. I feel like they just didnt want to deal with me or that car. Apparently they want a cash buyer for that car.
Great vibes and service every time I came to visit (3x before purchasing). Mr. Carl was never pushy and very patient while I pondered my big decision. Even on the day of my purchase, I got there 40 minutes before closing, Mr. Carl, Greg and Aaron, all were very patient and never once made me feel like I was holding them up!
Bob was very helpful with the service of my vehicle yesterday. He was very informative of my vehicle needs and provided very professional information. I have been a customer with Pugmire for 19 years now and I have to say that Bob is one of best advisors that I have dealt with.
Purchased an MKX from Pugmire a year ago and customer service was great!Service and Collision departments are terrible. Was told in the past that there are loaners in the event of needing repairs or service but now apparently there is only 1. Also, brought my vehicle in two weeks ago for an estimate on collision and parts have not even been ordered yet..thankfully the vehicle is still driveable because at this rate the vehicle wouldn’t be repaired for a couple of months. I recommend going to Atlanta Road Body Shop!
This collision center does not use genuine parts! They use aftermarket parts! Absolutely never, ever take your car to the collision center here. A nightmare from the beginning. Geico will try and lead you here because they do cheap repairs. This shop has no clue how to fix a vehicle without damaging 2 others things that werent broken in the first place. Please read the reviews about the body shop below. My neighbor stated he had the top of his car damaged while in this shops care. Did they offer to fix it free, yes. But how careless do you have to be to cause damage that wasnt there before. I was quoted 1.5 weeks for my car repair. 3 weeks later and car still is not ready. Not only that, but I was not contacted prior to my car being sent to another location for repairs. I can understand admitting you cant fix it and sending it elsewhere but why not contact the customer first? As far as your claims adjuster. HA. Good luck getting him or her on the phone once your car is already singed over to the shop. If the shop tells you 1 week be prepared for it to take 3. If they tell you 3, dont expect a phone call for at least 2 months. Horrible service! Never come here or trust Geico will send you somewhere qualified. Pick your own repair shop! They only care about how much money they will save on their end!
My 2020 Aviator was just returned to me AGAIN. This vehicle has less than 3K miles, had it since June. Combine with 3 or 4 issues for repairs, the Black Label services does not work on this vehicle. It was dirty upon returned. Dealership/Service department does not meet level of price market for this vehicle.
First let me say tgank you to all of the phenominal staff for getting us into our new to us Lincoln MKZ 3.7. My husbands retirement car of his dreams and hes in love. Our sales person Mr. Nathan was a great help in having us decide and the top of the cake was Aaron our finance guy. Aaron got us a deal that only God Himself could have put together. We moved to Georgia last year July and God blessed us them with a beautiful home. Now our blessings still flow through these uncertain times and we were blessed with a new car. Unethical used dealership. This place will rip you off if youre a first time buyer. My son bought a used truck here and the interest rate and nickel and dime items on the loan are despicable. I am having him pay off for a few months and then re-fi to get away from the sour deal they gave him. - Also told him that he HAD to finance through them. No going outside allowed. Caveat Emptor!

The service Bob Heinze and Rodney Bartholomew provide is like no other service I have received anywhere. Ive owned my MKZ since 2010. Any issue there was, resolved... and during regular maintenance - they are just plain friendly. Today, I am so grateful as they received me in without an appointment due to an issue I experienced the day before. I was planning on going out of town that after noon. They took the car to the back and had it resolved in less than 20 minutes. This type of care/service is very much appreciated. Thank you!
My truck that I had for 13 years was rear ended and totaled. I was heartbroken that I had to get a new vehicle (New or new to me). I visited Pugmire when I started my search and there was no pressure to buy that day. I visited many different dealerships and test drove numerous vehicles after that but returned to Pugmire. Pugmire made the process easy and stress free. I highly recommend them!!! I even was a lifelong Chevy/GMC fan but switched to Ford because of Pugmire!!!
I was sent by referral to Greg. The process was seamless and I felt he went out of his way to find what I was looking for. He actually brought a car in all the way from Pennsylvania. Also I was pre-approved with financing but Greg was able to find me a lower rate. I will buy all my future Lincolns from this dealership.
This is for the collision department only:Terrible experience, no communication whatsoever.Took them 2 weeks to repair a scratch and I am still waiting.So if you plan on taking your car there for anything bigger than a scratch and minor dings you should probably go somewhere else because judging by the time it is taking them to fix my car, it will take them months to fix something bigger than a scratch.Left my car on Tuesday the 18th and they told me it was going to be done by that weekend, it is now Friday 28th and they are telling me that it might not get done today because quality assurance from my insurance company told them to fix one more thing that they missed, so 10 days for a scratch and it wasnt even done properly.Every time I asked for status, they told me there is something going on with the paint (what that something is, no one knows), next time I called they told me (something was holding them back and were running a little behind schedule, again with the something).Next time I called they told me the car is ready but they are waiting for Geicos quality assurance to review it (yesterday) and that they would call me when the car was ready to go. Nobody called me, so I dropped by after work only to find out that they had already left.Today I called and they told me that Geico would be there around noon to review it and approve it. I called them again because it is 3pm now and hadnt received a callback from them, they told me that Geico is right now doing its inspection but told them something is missing (need to touch up one spot) so 10 days and could not get it right the first time and in those 10 days I received 0 calls from them to inform me of the reason of the delay. Every time I had to call them and they would tell me something is going on with no specific as to why they were taking so long.Terrible experience, do yourselves a favor and shop around before going here, especially if its something really noticeable it will probably take them months and you will get no status updates.
Nearly impossible to schedule appointments. They are not prepared, when you arrive timely. Vehicle sat over 1/2 prior to being moved from check in area. Couldn’t multitask. The overall experience is lacking compared to BMW, Lexus, or Mercedes luxury brands. They charge luxury price for ford experience. They simply do not value the customers’ time and take them for granted.
Everyone inside of the sales office are great! The service department, not so much. I have been having issues with my 2017 MKZ. They told me that what I am experiencing is “normal”. I have had the car since 11/16. It is not normal. It just started happening. Then the service manager said that I would have to let the problem get worse, before they can pinpoint the problem. That’s basically telling me, they won’t be able to solve it until possibly something tragic happens. I do not understand why something else can not be done. Why do I have to break down in the middle of the road or something much more worse, before the problem is rectified? I will NEVER purchase another lincoln again, because of this. I spent A LOT of money for a vehicle that is not working properly, and they won’t even fix it. Customer service means EVERYTHING.
Carl Moryc extremely rude, and unprofessional. I was pointing out A lot of broken items inside the vehicle and his response was “it’s used of course it has broken things are you interested in the car or not” Drove an hour to view the vehicle. Total ball bag wasting my time.
Went in to get my 2016 Lincoln navigator checked out for a bearing noise. The car had 6000 miles fully under Lincoln warranty. They refused to fix it saying its the tie rod, they will have to fix that before changing bearing. Took my car to another Lincoln dealer they changed it and no questions asked.
We purchase our Lincoln Town Car at pugmire Lincoln and it was by far the best car buying experience that weve ever had. I would advise anyone that is in the market looking for a Lincoln to stop by pugmire Lincoln and ask for Keane Carten which was the best car salesperson Ive ever run into. He knows his products and takes the time to cater to your needs and wants.
This dealership is a joke! They said they would update my Lincoln MKT for free because I had other service done. They told me to come back on a Wednesday at 10:30. When I got there the story was different they tried to make me pay for the update. Nowhere near the Ultimate Experience! I am very disappointed in this Lincoln dealership! I will never visit there again!
I dealt with brad on a BMW X6 truck and i had been having trouble getting this truck literally for 2 years and im not sure how he did it but it got done and it didn’t take long i want to thank brad so much for helping me get into the vehicle i had been wanting for a while

2022-02-27Purchased a 2016 Lincoln Navigator L Reserve 4x4 on May 2021 with 87000 miles on it. Great deal (best price). Found vehicle online (I live 5 hours away from Atlanta, GA in Jacksonville, FL area) and the car was the only one I found that had all the options I wanted. They were prompt, straight forward and worked with me with my trade in as well. First time I saw the vehicle in person was the day of the sale when I drove 5 hours to pick it up. It was as exactly as expected and described. I would recommend them. Its been a daily driver over 9 months and no issues to date.

2022-07-15Motorcraft battery went bad 18 months after buying it at Pugmire. Car would barely start- 1 of the 6 water resivoirs was completely empty. It was just an hours time after calling Bernard that I was back on the road with a new replacement battery at no charge! And they washed my vehicle! Awesome!

Nice dealership and long-term folks working there who remember you and treat you like friends. Sammy Davis was a great sales person - be sure to ask for him!We bought our Lincoln Aviator Black Label Grand Touring from them, and couldnt be happier with the service. The times weve need to have the car serviced, they were always on time and communicated all along the process (pick up, loaner drop-off, etc).

2022-03-17I contacted Pugmire two days ago with interest in three vehicles listed on their site. The prices were noticeably lower than other dealers I had looked in to. One of the vehicles was in Cartersville, GA and needed to be transported to Marietta, GA so I could see it with the other two. They made me feel like it was no trouble at all to accommodate that request. Today I went to view the vehicles and drove away in the one I chose within a very reasonable amount of time. I was impressed by the responsiveness, attitude, and level of service they provided all the way around. I found them to be trustworthy, reliable, and proactive. I typically remove the branded license plate cover from a new car first thing but I will be happy to keep this one on and advertise for Pugmire.

2022-05-25Purchased a 2022 Lincoln Navigator from Helen and Sammy at Pugmire Lincoln and was very pleased with how they handled every part of the deal, including delivering the vehicle to me 500 miles away. After talking with several other dealers in larger markets, who are trying to take advantage of this tight market and were charging MSRP plus $5,000 or more, Helen was a straight shooter and got me the vehicle I wanted faster and cheaper than every other dealer I talked to with zero hassle. My only regret is I didnt find them sooner! I would definitely recommend Pugmire to any prospective Lincoln buyer.

2022-02-13I cant tell you how refreshing it is to walk into a dealership without having the feeling of having entered a conglomerate with no clear personable environment. Especially a dealership that is so established as Pugmire Lincoln. No sooner than walking through the door I was greeted by Nathan Hemphill. Not with your generic scripted greeting but with a friendly warm reception. I conveyed to Nathan that I had spoken with Helen earlier about a used Town Car. No sooner had I said that Helen comes to the showroom and introduces herself and shakes my hand as well. Helen is not just another employee of the dealership she is a Pugmire. Helen handed me over to Nathan and we worked through the deal as if we were old friends. From there the paper work and associated documentation was handled by Keane Carten. Again it was not your typical mundane process. It was professional, precise, and very comfortable. This is hands down the best experience I have encountered purchasing a vehicle. 2022-06-22After having 2 appointments canceled by Hennessey Lincoln I was beyond frustrated and thought I would never get my trunk fixed.However, both Bill Garner and Bob in the service department were beyond amazing at Pugmeire. Not only did they work with me to still get me a loaner when I had to make emergency trip out of town, but they let me have to loaner one extra day since I had to be somewhere when they planned to drop my car off. The people in the service department, whether be the ladies you talk to when you first call the service department, or the people who work on your cars, or even the people drive the loaners are ALL extremely nice here. I would definitely take my car back here. They were prompt in ordering the parts for my vehicle and getting it back to me as quick as possible.
