Hotel seems like a truck stop. It really needs to be renovated. The shower experience in the bathroom felt very weird. The walls are very thin.
I enjoyed my stay and I was glad that there were rooms available after another property canceled my reservation at the last minute.
I thought that something was missing from my room I couldn’t have been more wrong omg but the manager replaced it right in that moment and I did apologize and tried to give it back but he refused I’ve never had that happen. He was the absolute best. Customer service is phenomenal 😀😀😀😀 I will absolutely come back!!! Thanks so much and I would recommend that you stay here and very clean all the staff just great
I Travel the East coast for work. Staying in hotels for 3 weeks to 6 weeks at a time. Of all the hotels I have stayed, this place has been by far the cleanest. They are Def ontop of the cleanliness here. House keeping is on their game. Breakfast in the morning is always on time, thanks to Amanda for always keeping the coffee fresh. 😁 keeping the lobby clean with the amount of people who come through for the breakfast. Always greeting us with her chipper mood and goodmornings. Come stay here, you will not be disappointed.
I’m here for the swift training, housekeeping are on top of their game. The rooms are very clean and the bed are very comfortable. Amanda Is very nice and helpful! The only thing that could use work is the internet service.
The staff are very great people. Amanda was very nice and polite and always have a smile and greets you with a Goodmorning or good evening. Micheal is a nice guy. Made sure your comfortable. Latisha and Neal are the best .also make sure your comfortable.
Last night my 1 year old daughter found a piece of broken beer bottle in our room and was about to eat it!. I called the front desk last night to let them know that we would need to check out at 12 because its a hassle to wrangle a rowdy 1 year old up and they told me that was fine and I told them about the broken glass. Well at 11:30 as I was trying to clean up and pack up housekeeping comes knocking and I tell them that I have til 12 to check out and close my door. Then not 2 mins later a very unpleasant woman named Amanda is telling us to get out and stop being rude to housekeeping. I explain 3 times that we have til 12 yet she insists on kicking us out. Terrible place to stay, terrible management, and a very unwelcoming place if you have kids. 0/10 and I want a refund.
Our stay was nice. The associate who checked us in was very polite and Amanda was also especially polite and helpful when we went to breakfast and checked out. As for our room, the carpet wasn’t super clean, but everything else was fine. The refrigerator temp was also not as cold as it should be. All in all, a nice stay!

I was pleasantly pleased with my two week stay at the Quality Inn & Suites in Bremen Georgia. The staff was awesome. Michael and Debbie at the front desk exceeded all of my expectations. Very nice and extremely helpful.The rooms also exceeded my expectations. They were in great condition and the staff cleaned them daily. I must admit, I had never stayed in one of the Quality Inns before, and I had low expectations, but I was happily pleased to say the least.

This is a reasonably priced stop for a long road trip. The staff is helpful and friendly. Its not fancy, but is clean and comfortable.
Okay, a solid 4.5 out of 5 for the room. This is an old style hotel where your front door goes to the outside world. The breakfast is skimpy and not worth it but I would stay here again
Loved it. The beds were amazing! Clean sheets, super soft pillows, it felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! There was a refrigerator, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, complimentary shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee and a coffeemaker! Also had a beautiful pool! It was so relaxing after all day on the road.
The bottom line is that this Quality Inn is adequate and a one night stay here was quiet and comfortable. So it will do if you are passing through and you limit your expectations. Theres little in the way of adjacent amenities. The front desk staff was friendly and courteous, but the area around the parking lot was terribly littered and with the $25 pet fee, the night spent here was the most expensive on a multi-day trip.

All is good—my only complaint. Wifi was never working. I would get wifi for ten minutes, then lose the connection. Terrible time with the wifi.
My stay was pretty cool and comfortable. I was here for my CDL with Swift. During my stay Debbie was always there for anything me or my classmates needed. Breakfast is good and Amanda keeps the breakfast room clean and fully stocked at all times. My room was clean and the lobby stays clean and smelling fresh.
Quality inn was the best in Bremen great staff and they made my stay very comfortable. They accommodated my needs and was very pleased with service. I’m gone miss the environment very friendly and most definitely one of the cleanest hotel I’ve been too. I really enjoyed my stay.
I expected better from the Choice Hotel brand. This hotel is an older building. It should either be left as a mom & pop motel, or Choice needs to redesign it. The television options and the bed were very nice. Bad coffee.
Great location, close to the Interstate, away from the chaos of big-city establishments. SEVERAL eatery choices nearby (but not really within walking distance).Clean accommodations; very comfortable beds. We got exactly what we wanted - a good nights rest!Happy to report that their breakfast has become a legitimate BREAKFAST again, rather that a mere bottle of water and a paper sack with a pastry in it! Hope to see eggs on the menu again next time.Bathroom was clean, well-lit. We did notice a couple of VERY MINOR issues in the bathroom, and advised the desk staff at checkout. Again - note that these were very minor items, that were most likely corrected by the staff within minutes.We will certainly stay here again on another road trip. Thank you, Staff of QI Bremen.

When they dont send you a link to review your stay, you know something was wrong. If they sent me a link, I would have given them a very good review. (Mistakes happen)Room one, toilet would not flush. Maintenance could not fix. Ill assume housekeeping did not clean the handle or they would have known it did not flush and report it to maintenance. I had to pack up and move to another room. Fridge was warm because it was on 1. It did cool fine when put on 4.Room two, fridge was warm because it was on 1. It did cool fine when put on 4.Super hot water which I like and great pressure. If you are on a low carb diet, bring breakfast. Wi-Fi was weak most of the stay and would kick you off. Pool was unlocked at twelve thirty. I had to go to front desk to get it unlocked.Got woke up at 5am one day and 6am the other. Someone pacing the second floor walk way talking on the phone in front of my room. I banged on the door and scared her away.
The motel lobby was locked when I got there. Room was decent, but not enough receptacles.
Our first room was a nonsmoking room. The minute we opened the door the smell of cigarettes was horrible. Michael at the front desk changed our room without a second thought. He was polite during check in and when we had to switch rooms. Super friendly guy.
I stayed for 3.5 weeks. Housekeeping Services were impeccable. Fresh linen and towels were provided sufficiently, and they cleaned the bathroom everyday. The front desk staff were well informed and provided great customer service! Although there was no hot breakfast due to C-19, they did provide pastries, yogurt, fresh fruit, OJ, Apple Juice, and coffee. Thank you for the wonderful service and Southern hospitality!
This hotel is so quiet I thought we were the only guests here! Also, this is the cleanest hotel around this area! I have no complaints. Debbie is professional AND has a heart of GOLD!
Its was and is very well kept hotel. The staff is very keen on keeping all the rooms cleaned and sanitized. The only drawback is they have no access to the gym while my state was there. The place is fully secured and video monitor. If I had to come back to Atlanta and Im in this area Bremen and Carrollton this will be a hotel to stay at. Not to mention plenty of shopping stores for food clothing and drinks.

Best place I ever stayed in Georgia!! The host and hotel clerk are awesome! Always friendly and made me feel welcome!! I’ve stayed in hotels all across America for my job and by far this one was the best and felt the safest ever! Didn’t even lock my car doors and I stayed for 4 weeks for work!!!! Oh and we gave the manager a nick name!! King BaBa!! Thanks for everything!! Your hotel should be in the newspaper!
Positive: The room was clean and everything worked. This is the 1st motel of several I¿ve stayed in in this area since April that had a nearly complete breakfast available. The staff was also very courteous and helpful.
We stayed here because it was pet friendly and had positive reviews. We were not disappointed! Our stay was fantastic! The staff were welcoming and cheerful, happily helping me change our reservations twice. It is reasonably priced, very clean, and incredibly quiet. So quiet in fact, we slept through the remnants of a hurricane that passed through. We highly recommend staying at the Quality Inn in Bremen, GA!

Debbie was great at the front desk. The rooms are nice. The onsite vending was easy to use and easy to locate and had many different options to choose from. They had toiletries that I forgot to bring and most of them where FREE besides a few things like laundry soap and dryer sheets. Neil was the manager on duty while I was there and was able to answer any and all questions that I had. He showed initiative to take care of the hotel while I was there and had rules to respect me as well as other guests during my stay. Unfortunately the pool was closed while I was there, so I cant say much about the pool but the area looked nice as far as I could see. I had an instance at the hotel where my room smelled of marijuana and the hotel staff was very understanding by offering to take care of the problem as soon as possible and also looked to see who would be a possible suspect for doing it while I was standing at the front desk. They offered to provide me with a different room without any other questions being asked as well as provide me with air fresheners. My overall experience with the hotel was outstanding. It may not look like much from the outside but if given the chance the staff will accommodate any of you needs that they can during your stay. Also all of the hotel staff are very respectful and easy to work with. If you need a hotel in Bremen and looking to keep the cost down I would definitely recommend the Quality Inn & Suites. I called Quality and Latesha answered the phone. She was so sweet. They had a room for the weekend. We arrived really late. The check in was fast. Letesha was very nice. The rooms were very nice and spacious. We loved the pancakes. We dont eat pork but they have sausage. Everything was very nice.

Ive stayed at this location on several occasions. Ive always had great customer service upon checkin. My rooms have always been clean. The beds are very comfortable & pillows are great too. I always wake up feeling well rest & very relaxed. I would have given 5 ⭐ but the refrigerator was not working and I really needed it. Other than that my stay was great. I have always had great customer service upon checkout with Neil. Neil is very polite and I enjoy speaking to him. I will stay there again.

We always enjoy our stay at this particular hotel. The staff remember who we are and the type of room we enjoy staying in. They are pretty nice about letting us have early check ins but not so great about honoring Choice Elite late check out times. The beds and pillows are ALWAYS the thing we look forward to the most as they are so comfortable and soft. Room is always clean and tidy even though they could really use an update bc they are getting a good bit out dated.

Stayed the night here and had no troubles. The hotel is a little dated but very well kept. Your room opens up to the outside which I liked. Beds were comfortable. Had kind of low water pressure in the shower but that didnt bother me much. Plenty of parking. Has a nice outside pool.

Stayed at this hotel while traveling through Georgia and visiting friends. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it had been updated. My King room overlooking the pool boasted a new fridge and microwave, so I was able to store cold water and snacks. Used the small gym room one morning for a good workout and lifted weights - there is enough of a selection to work up a good sweat. High-speed internet was fast with no glitches allowing me to keep up with business contacts. Good choices for breakfast every day including eggs, sausage, pancakes, yogurt, and cereals along with typical continental fare. Coffee was smooth and hot! A great way to start the day.

Nice rooms, nice management...went from 5 stars to 3 when I was outside at 9pm 3 local cops came around the building and said Hey!! I said yes and they asked if I heard gun shots which I responded no...they reworded you didnt hear ..any...gun shots . I said no and they continued sweeping the building. Being nervous now I called the front desk to inquire about this incident to make sure I could go outside again. They responded by saying the cops are still investigating and I should stay in place in room. They never called back and I waited for a hour or so and went about getting some items from my car but this left me with a uneasy feeling that kept me awake most of the night. Upon further reflection, I changed my star rating back to 5 because the rooms were so clean!! The service was nice and professional and it seemed they could have charged me almost double for such service.
Internet Quality is poor. Television was adequate, could use an improvement to provider. Beds however, were great. Comfortable and clean, four pillows of varying hardness. If youre passing through, one night stay, not a bad motel.

Quality Inn & Suites was excellent. Very clean and comfortable. Smoke free and no dust. I checked for the dust because of my bronchitis. Breathing was great lol. The bathroom, sink and toilet was very clean. The beds were fabulous. The microwave and fridge I felt very comfortable using. Great care was taken in keeping the room clean and comfortable.
Very good people with customer service second to none. Even helped us out of a bad situation we experienced with Mr. Patao and Microtel who we believe that he charged a higher price for tthe room that we had reserved for 2 months.
Very nice staff. Allowed us to check in early because we had no power during the hurricane. They let us stay an extra night because our power was still out after the two nights that I booked. Very comfy bed!

We were greeted with a musty urine and smoke smell in our (non smoking) room. There was splatter and drips of what looked like food/drink on the wall, our sink didnt drain properly, the couch had visible stains, one of our pillows had brown streaks on it, there were three tissues in our tissue box, the room was overall dirty, not to mention during covid-19 when they claim they are doing extra cleaning!! We wouldve never stayed here if it wasnt for the reviews and the fact that we had just been driving 8hrs+ with our 15mo old and beyond exhausted. Disappointed is an understatement, we were physically uncomfortable with how disgusting our room was.
After a few other experiences and lots of web time comparing rooms, this is by far my favorite for mommy breaks aka a night out with my friends away from the house and all its responsibilities. Its only 30 mins away from me, the rooms are always clean, the staff is always super friendly, Ive never experienced trouble with staff or others staying, its quiet and peaceful, its convenient if you are a smoker because all you have to do is walk out of the room and stand by the door outside (no ashtrays, but out of common courtesy and decency, you can properly throw it away inside your room after putting it out), if you plan on attending an event at Milltown Music Hall its especially nice because all you have to do is use the staircase between the two properties to get there, and oh yeah the wonderful outside pool!!! With all of this at this price is something you can not beat!!! I promise you that!! I will say that on at least 2 of my stays, I parked in the back close to my room. I noticed there where some individuals (3-5 maybe) gathered between the woods and parking lot. Of course my first reaction isnt the best but then I noticed they had a grill and table set out. As I was unloading my car fully aware and careful of my surroundings, I came to realize that there was absolutely nothing to worry about. They didnt even look my way much less say anything. Afterwards I thought it was a cool thing for them to do.
Lovely!! I was very pleased with my stay at Quality Inn & Suites. I love the privacy and quietness. The room was comfortable and felt like home. Everthing that I needed was within reach. I never had to call the front desk for anything. Customer service was awesome!! I am definitely going back for an awesome stay!!
Clean and the staff is friendly and efficient. My house keeper realized I was a big coffee drinker after I asked her for extra coffee packets so she would leave at least four of them instead of the usual two. I stayed for about two weeks.

I attended trucking school, this was a temporary stay. Some of the occupants were marijuana users...that gave the place a bad smell (at times). Rhe management were excellent, the rooms were clean. The catered to werent good neighboors.
Check in and out was smooth and easy, they had a nice selection of a continental breakfast and I got a King suite which was nice and clean. I got a good sleep. Will definitely stay here again.
Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was nice too. The extra towels I requested at booking were sitting on the bed when we arrived. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was very quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the interstate. There is a pretty good Mexican restaurant close by. HBO and WiFi were great. Breakfast was good and plentiful. I would stay here again.

Front desk person was extremely nice and efficient. Room was LARGE and CLEAN. Water pressure was really low and when it was reported to front desk at check out they said they would have maintenance check it out, (and they sounded sincere). Room smelled a little like the carpet had been cleaned and left too wet and it soured. Room accommodations were very good..nice little table with 2 chairs, also a side chair with an ottoman and the fridge and micro were inside a cabinet which gave more counter space for belongings. Bathroom was CLEAN and the dressing area provided plenty of counter space and room to hang clothes, put suitcase, etc. Having been a G.M. for a national hotel chain several years ago, I know now difficult it can be to keep everything perfect all the time.....especially at such a fair price. While there were a couple small issues, I would still recommend this hotel for anyone on a budget who wanted cleanliness and comfort. Breakfast was the usual....served in a nice area and kept clean. Filled our bellies in the AM.
Great value for the price. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was also quiet. Beds were comfortable and made for a good nights sleep. Even though room doors open directly to the outside (instead of being within the hotel itself), I felt safe. We also traveled with a small dog and the accommodations and grassy areas around the hotel provide great space for her to roam around.Breakfast selection is limited but sufficient for grabbing a quick bite. Hotel is convenient to Carrollton and does have several food choices nearby.
We have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions and have consistently had a wonderful experience. The service is top notch. The staff are all stellar - 100% of them! Neal, the Manager, always makes you feel at home and welcome. The free breakfast is also a highlight. Additionally the location - close to both US 27 and I-20 - make this an ideal location to stay at. I simply cannot recommend this location enough!

You always worry when booking online, when the hotel price is cheap but the photos they provide are a 100% true representation of what you can expect.The breakfast buffet was decent (you know your grandmother isnt cooking it, so dont go in expecting homemade biscuits & eggs Benedict) .. one morning we had biscuits, eggs and corned beef hash, the next morning biscuits & gravy & eggs. Both were very good.The bathroom was exceptional, granite in the back of the tub surround, very clean and spacious.The King size bed was awesome. Sometimes its hit or miss with hotel beds .. the bed we slept in was almost as nice as mine at home .. and thats saying a lot (mine is super comfy at home .. its a pillow top and I have a 4 foam topper on it). We both slept great! I really liked that there was more than 2 pillows on the bed.Overall .. we were VERY happy with our stay, the breakfast, the king size room, and the price!
This hotel was convenient to the people I needed to see, but it definitely needs to be updated. The furniture seemed old and outdated. The cabinet in our room was broke and it’s door wouldn’t stay closed. The bed was soft which was fine.

This is a nice hotel in a good location off the interstate enough that you dont have the traffic noise but close enough to find easily. Lots of casual dining places close by. The room was clean and comfortable. They could put more bath towels but if you go ask at the front desk they give you more. The breakfast was the usual free breakfast fare. Check in and out was quick.
This is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. All the room are none smoking witch is a plus. Dont have to worry about ppl hanging around outside or ppl coming and going at all hrs of the night so you dont have to worry about Sketchy people because the owner does not allow it. And if you check in During the day you will get to meet Debbie and her warm Southern hospitality. And cant forget about the great breakfast with Biscuit and gravy eggs pancakes and a great cup of coffee or juice to start your day. This is my Quality Inn and suites come stay for a night and it will be your to.
I arrived at 3 for check in and was sent to a dirty room twice, with at total wait time of over two hours, which only allowed me to change clothes prior to the 6 pm meeting and no time for to shower,which is why I arrived at 3pm. Staff was polite and did take $10 off of my bill at checkout. The final room I got was very clean with a comfortable bed and the ratings apply to that room only.
I have stayed at Quality Inns all around the country on business trips and this one has by far been the best! The staff was extremely helpful and their southern hospitality was off the charts. I was checked in by a beautiful young lady named Debbie and she showed me the definition of GREAT Hospitality making this stay away from home feel like I was at home. I highly recommend this Quality Inn and will definitely be back every time I have to come anywhere close to Bremen,Ga.
We had a good overnight stay. The check-in process was excellent and the day shift employee the next morning was very helpful with traveling tips and printed off directions and a map for navigating the Atlanta area.
This is an older facility that has been updated with nice furnishings throughout but still has best prices in the area.. I stayed along with my son, daughter and family, brother/wife and friends on July 3 when we attended the Haralson County Veterans dedication of aircraft in the county memorial park the next day. My son requires mobility accessible facility, which was very nice and spacious. The complimentary breakfast was welcomed by all. David, manager, reserved the room for my son and Denise was very helpful at checkout. I strongly recommend this Quality Inn facility.
Clean, quiet and Neal Patel is a very welcoming manager. Very accommodating and friendly. Left the front desk most informed at any hotel stay on surroundings and groups staying. Older furnishings, but clean. Comfortable beds and quiet. Will be back next year for our family reunion!
Very clean room, kind and friendly staff. My room was beautiful, a set up and experience was like a high priced hotel... was very impressive.
After walking a couple times across the carpet which looked nice were very dirty. This unit was sold to us as a handicap room. This room was on the opposite side of the parking lot. Biggest thing I personally did not like is at this hotel chain doesnt offer veteran disability discount. The fan in the bathroom was a disgrace.
The Hotel overall is well kept, but you can tell that it is an older Hotel. They were relandscaping when we arrived and it looked very nice. The room for being a suite was rather small and the couch was not even a hide-a-bed. If my Grandchildren had wanted to come over there would have not been much room. I will admit though that the bed was excellent. The in and out automobile exits are the same and can be a little hairy if there is a car checking in or out and a car trying to get in and one leaving at the same time. Other than that we had a very pleasant stay.
I wasnt impressed with our stay. I guess it was fair for the price, because Ive definitely paid more for a room. However, the breakfast wasnt really a great selection and was only available until 9. Our room had a terrible mildew-like smell. It was similar to that of clothes that have been left in the washing machine, because they have been forgotten about. The first day, we left the Do Not Disturb sign on the door, so we werent expecting housekeeping to come in while we were out. However, the second day, we did not; and housekeeping had not done anything for our room. Dirty towels on the bathroom floor and full trash cans proved that. I almost forgot to mention the strong smell of weed coming through the vents from some of our lovely neighbors the second night. We survived, of course; but I dont know that I would recommend this hotel or stay here in the future.
Love this property! I will go out of my way to make sure my route works out to where I am able to stop here for the night. I stay at least two weekends a month here for work, always clean rooms, beds are so comfortable, staff is extremely helpful & friendly every time I stay. They are always so welcoming! To all the people leaving bad reviews based on the nazi group that stayed there last weekend, GET A LIFE AND UNDERSTAND DISCRIMINATION IS A CRIME! If the hotel told someone they wouldnt let them stay there because of their religion, beliefs or ethnicity they would be breaking the law and could be sued! This hotel has a 4.7 rating on google... that doesnt happen overnight people! This is a great place to stay, god people, good food for a great price

There was some plaster cracking on the ceiling but it didnt bother me! Beautiful grounds; nice landscaping and clean pool!
The room was nice/clean, staff friendly, price good. We would stay again. But be specific if you need an accessible room because our room booked as accessible did not have any grab bars for shower or toilet and toilet was standard low version.
Hotel was great! Only issue in the room was a somewhat clogged showerhead that limited the strength of the water coming out. Was not a deal breaker, however. Would recommend for a nice, clean and safe stay. The staff was EXCELLENT and extremely helpful! Great quality for a nice price.
This is a real nice property. The beds were comfortable and the room and all items clean. The area was quiet and we got a good nights sleep. It was a little slow trying to check out at 5:00 a.m. in the morning because they use a window and the attendant was setting up the breakfast. I didnt get to stay for breakfast or use the Internet, but would definitely stay here again if passing through.

Although the staff was 100% friendly and helpful, this property needs a total remodel. It is dated, dark, run down, and the 2 guest rooms that we had both smelled very musty. We have stayed at Quality Inns before and have never had an experience like this.Again, the staff was so nice . The problem is the property itself.

Ive been staying at this hotel for four years. I wouldnt stay anywhere else when Im in town bc the management and staff there are among the friendliest people Ive met. I travel alot, so when I find a hotel that makes me feel comfortable, I stick with it. I was there last weekend when everyone was in an uproar over some group that stayed at the hotel. I noticed that there was extra staff the whole weekend & police rode around the property about every hour. There was a concert next door at the music hall too so the hotel was pretty full. I thought the staff did an excellent job making sure everyone felt safe, to my knowledge there was no altercations or issues. I dont agree with the beliefs or views of the group that stayed there last weekend but I also know that it is against the law to deny anyone service because of their beliefs, I dont fault the hotel or management for those type of guest staying at their property, their job is to provide a service, which is what they did, discrimination is a serious lawsuit so to everyone leaving bad reviews based on that is ignorant. I love this hotel & appreciate the people who work there. Great place to stay, always clean, big breakfast & perfect location!
Pros:Beds are comfortable, Desk staff and management were great, Pool was clean, Breakfast was tolerable, Food and groceries nearby, Massive list of television stations and free movie channels, Showers were warm and A/C was cold.Cons:First day had a massive spider running along the wall and a cockroach in the bathroom.Ants thrive outside of the rooms. Rooms are cleaned daily but not to a great standard. Cleaning staff worked at inconvenient hours and left trash and debris on the floors, also didnt replace towels or bathroom essentials. Only one washing machine and dryer for entire complex. Exercise room is very limited. Vending is limited to just drinks. NO local nightlife within 20 minutes.
The hotel stay was just fine. The rooms are nice and clean and the staff was nice. My only issue was the other guests. There were people loudly talking outside about 4 rooms down and we all know how noise travels at night, especially after midnight. There were also small children running up and down the walkway yelling after midnight. All I can say is some people have to respect for others.

The room was quiet and the bathroom was very nice for what I paid. Though it is in a small town, they were very nice give me directions on where to go to get what I needed in town for road supplies. The breakfast was on par with the best Ive had without paying 100.00 or more to stay at a more expensive place. I had eggs and waffles, biscuts with gravy, yogurt and juice, and coffee. Very satisfied!
The check-in person was very friendly and efficient. The room was more lovely than I expected and the bed was perfect for me. There was a refrigerator which is always a plus since I travel with snacks ( fruit, drinks, left-overs). I was a little creeped out walking to the room. the lighting is a bit dim between buildings and I wasnt sure if there was a security camera. But all was quiet and the room felt secure. I will definitely stop here again on my way through.
We reserved several rooms for a wedding party. Everyone was helpful and very pleasanr. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Your rate was great. We cant thank you enough for adding to our joy that weekend. To all of your staff huge thank you! you guys were great.
This place is too raggedy to charge a pet fee, the room is already old, stained and dirty. It’s no better than the motel 6. Nor was I told I was being charged a pet fee, he said you have a dog ok and then told me the room was 65 and I ended up being charged 120$ total. Never again. Not worth it.
The location in Bremen GA had lousy toilets. But the biggest concern was the CAMERA mounted on the tv facing the beds! Don’t stay here unless you enjoy your privacy violated by god knows who.
It aint the Ritz but rooms are clean, clean, clean.Price point is about half competitors in the area. Breakfast featured several hot options in addition to the usual. This is an older style hotel where you park outside your room. Like I said, nothing fancy. If you want frills and indoor pool go up to the $150-$200 per night. I stayed one night and it was more than adequate.
I really like this motel. Ive been here a couple weeks because Im going to a short school nearby. The beds are comfortable and each bed has four pillows. The air conditioning works great and the water pressure is strong. The floor in the bathroom and vanity sink area has nice ceramic tile and the countertop on the sink and the shower walls are made of granite. The shower has a curved curtain rod so the shower curtain doesnt touch you while you shower and the shower curtain had magnets on the bottom corners to hold it in place. The bedroom area has a nice wooden dresser for putting your clothing away. The nightstand has a stylish lamp with one power outlet on each end of the lamp base. I plug my phone in there. Each bed has a decorative, wooden, headboard that rises 4 feet above the bed, which makes the room look a lot nicer than other motel rooms. Everything, including the carpeting, looks pretty new and theres no smell when you walk in. Every time, after housekeeping has serviced my room, I find my room clean and back to how it looked the first day. Outside the room, theres a large pool and pool deck. The ice dispensing machines are large and work well. The breakfast is great, in comparison with other motels Ive been to. They serve scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, instant oatmeal, danishes and muffins, yogurt, and juice and coffee. There arent any buildings surrounding the motel, except for a Subway restaurant in the next parking lot next door. Walmart is only a mile away and fast food restaurants are also nearby.
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel during our road trip. Pet fees are kind of high, but theres space to walk your dog right across from the rooms. The beds are super comfy too.Breakfast selection was adequate. Wed probably stay here again.

This hotel is a bit tucked away but Im glad to of found it. The staff here are always friendly and quick to check in/out . I always feel welcome and that is refreshing after a long work day. The rooms are clean and beds are comfy...a keeper on my go-to list of places to stay.
Me and girlfriend wont to get away for a night but didnt wont to go to Atl for a nice hotel. My mom and dad said that the Quality inn Inn Bremen was a great place this very clean rooms and the southern hospitality I have grown up with in Georgia. So I called and the nicest lady named Debbie got me all set up with a amazing room and a great rate. So if u are looking for a night away thats still clost to town go there. And make sure u ask for Debbie .
We stayed here several years ago, and hesitated to stay here again, first experience was not very good. But they seemed to have updated, new beds, TVs etc... Because we needed to be there several days we decided to give it one more chance. We also used the special for cheaper price to pay upfront. We were glad for the price, great savings. Fridge and microwave in the room was a plus. I was afraid because they say animal charge. But I called and they told me not all rooms are used for animals only a few. No elevator so we asked for first floor. We will stay again.
When making a reservation for a one bight stay on 12/30/2014, I was under the impression that the Carrolton, Ga. motel was located close to I 20. Upon arrival, I discovered that they are located in the town of Carrolton,. which is 10 miles south of I 20. Upon telephoning the Carrolton property, the young lady at the front desk was so helpful. I explained my error in location and she readily assisted me in finding a room at the Bremen,Ga property. Nothing required her to do this, but she advised that she would cancel the reservation with them without any charge. That was so nice of her. I regret having learned her name but she was working at around 1:00 pm on this day. I only hope her employer knows how much I appreciated her assistance.The folks at the Bremen property are equally nice. I thank them for a most pleasant stay and a fine breakfast the next morning.
Coffee pot was broken, people out back smoking, partying and grilling in the grass. All that honestly didnt bother me as much as they trashed the yard with beer bottles. Also, FYI there is a $100 cash deposit to ensure you can refrain from stealing towels and smoking in the room
Rooms where outdated and not very clean, but the price was good. Too many strange people hanging around the grounds of the hotel. Bathroom was nice and updated good shower!
For the price, its a bargain. Close to Atlanta without paying the Atlanta premium. It was clean and fairly quiet. Perfect place to crash overnight for any weary traveler.
Conveniently located off of I-20, with good signage to the location; we easily found it after a long day of driving and business meetings. Several dining options abound within close proximity with varying prices - -most are national chains from Fast Food to Cracker Barrel but even Mexican exists less than a half mile from the hotel. Our business was between Villa Rica, Carrollton, and Bremen. Being able to either go the state routes back to Carrollton, or just hopping on the Interstate to the second exit from our location was great and enabled us to be timely. But the hotel itself was very clean, beds comfortable and water pressure was great for a refreshing stay. More than that, our check in went without a hitch and the front desk staff was smiling, friendly and helpful. All staff we encountered were exceptionally helpful and thoughtful. The breakfast offered options of waffles, eggs, biscuit and sausage gravy along with fresh fruit, yogurt, and classic continental offerings. The dining area was nicely kept and stocked. We were glad we chose this option and will return when we either visit for pleasure as Tanner Park is a gem to behold and the small down town square in Carrollton is also a draw with other dining options available and a great coffee shop, Gallery Row. Additionally, you cant not want to visit McGees Bakery a long time establishment that has relocated close to the big bank off the Town Square - - best pastries and cakes, ever!

Nice room but just standard. Really not worth $80/night (and thats with a military discount). I was told there wasnt a pool but other reviews say there is. The breakfast was described the night before as something that was going to be extravagant but in the morning was anything but. Pancake machine was out, oj was very very watered down, eggs looked like flat rubbery play toys, just horrible breakfast. Probably wouldnt stay again cause its definitely not worth the price.
Bathroom could have used a little maintenance...the tub/shower had nice granite, but the caulking was put on by an amateur - very sloppy. Took away from the beauty of the granite. The door handle needed some repair.*On a bright note...the comforter on the bed is out of this world!! My wife wants to know if she can buy one from you guys!. Very comfortable bed. Also, the breakfast bar was great! I heard the desk clerk tell someone when we checked in that there were no vacancies, yet the bar was well stocked. Had a good night stay...our 3rd time to stay. We make the trip every year to buy decoration flowers at the flea market nearby. See yall next year!

I travel for my job. I have to stay out 2 to 3 nights a week. When Im in the Carollton GA area, I always stay at Quality Inn Bremen. Very clean. Very up to date. Staff is always nice and professional. Great rates. Its my home away from home. Very Quiet. Woods on one side. Empty lot on the other. Flat screen TV, coffee maker, fridge, all the bells and whistles that make you feel at home.
For the money and the age of this hotel I was pleasantly surprised by the Quality of the rooms we rented. The bathrooms were very nicely remodeled and the rooms were very clean. Very nice 4 day business road trip Stay. The staff was always helpful and eager to help in any way.
We always enjoy staying at this Quality Inn. We come to Breman every year that the Oak Ridge Boys are at Milltown Music Hall. This year we attended the New Years Eve party and stayed here. The rooms are always nice, clean, and the staff is always do everything they can to make your stay. In Aug. when we were there for the Oaks, the Breakfast attendant told us that the part of our group that had slept in could still eat even though it was time to stop serving breakfast. I wall always stay here when I am in town.If your looking for a 5 star....this is not for you. But if you want a clean, nice, and comfortable place to stay, this IS for you.

Not to bad. They could use a decent chair to work from like most places have these days. Exhaust fans sound like small aircraft (2out ofo3 rooms ive stayed in ) .More rooms than parking space. Had to rekey every time I left room . But it is a fairly clean place. Pool looks like it would be nice if open.
GREAT!!!! The rooms are clean, beds are nice, a/c works and has an awesome breakfast!!!!! This motel was great to me and my crew! Here is a little background of our situation. I had booked a room at the Econo Lodge in Carrollton, Ga ( I have posted a review on their site to give more information) they had without any real reason cancelled our reservation. So I called this motel to see if I could get some rooms I needed 3 with double beds (everyone was booked) Michael that answered the phone was absolutely AMAZING!!! He not only got me 3 rooms he also got me a discount! When we got to the room Juan was there to check us in he was just as awesome as Michael. Very nice and easy to deal with. The next morning my husband decided that we needed to keep our room for the day because we wasnt leaving to head home until 6 or later. Neal the up front manager was nothing short of professional. He gave me the same rate as Michael had the day before. let me keep my same room and when I explained my situation with the other hotel he apologized on their behalf. HOW AWESOME IS THAT?!?!?!?!?! We travel ALOT and this will definitely be somewhere we will stay again!!!! GREAT EXPERIENCE, GREAT STAFF, AWESOME BREAKFAST, AND CLEAN ROOMS!!!!! #mysavinggrace
Friendly staff. Room was clean & bed was very comfortable. The only issue is that the room smelled like cigarettes. I did not sleep well because of it.
It was raining when I arrived. There was someone (staff member?) wandering about with buckets, looking toward upper floor, I never did figure out what person was doing. Walkway that led toward my room from where I had to park was poorly constructed as water from the rain was gathering in that area with no drainage apparent. I walked through about 1/2 inch deep water. Walked by pool on the way to my room. It was about half full and the water was green with algae and who knows what else, a bit disconcerting, Makes you wonder about how the rest of the building was kept up. Room itself was just fine. No issues. Breakfast was middle of the road I have had better and worse. It was just adequate at best. It was a one night stay so all in all it worked just fine. Dont know that I would stay for an extended period.
Check in was a little rough. Big misunderstanding with night auditor and took awhile to check in. We got to the room. The room was clean n fresh. Ac unit worked perfect. Next morning there is a tap on the door at 8:13 am it was housekeeping. He used his key and opened our door. We had security latch and dead bolt on and housekeeping was able to override our deadbolt. After I saw this I went to check door. Guess what.... the door didnt line up and the dead bolt turned but was not all the way secured bc again the door was not aligneed correctly. I would say overall rms was clean. Just need to work on staff. Both housekeeping and front desk

I always enjoy my stay. Its always very clean. Very up to date. Recently new tile and carpet. Flat screen TV with Direct Tv. Free hot breakfast. The staff is always very nice and professional.

I travel quite a bit. So when I say this was the best staff I have dealt with, its a sincere compliment. From the time I checked in, I was treated with kindness, helpfulness, like you would a friend. The only gripe I have came as far as the pillows and lack of towels in the room. I was in a King suite, but the pillows where the size of a couch throw pillow. There was only 1 large bath towel. Otherwise, everything else was excellent.
After a long day of traveling, and finding no vacancies nearby due to an even nearby in talladega, we got the last room at 2 AM. The lady at the desk was exceptionally nice, she even gave us $20 off. The room was cleaned and the lady who cleaned it left a note, so a big thanks to Amber! And to top it all off the shower was awesome! We probably wont ever need to stay there again, but this was a good ending to a long and tiresome day!
Nicely renovated, staff was friendly, rexonfized me as a diamond elite member. There were spiders in our room and some small bugs but not the creepy kind. It may have been because our room was on the corner lower end. Overall pleasant stay. Would do it again.

This was by far the best Quality Inn in which I have ever stayed. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well kept. Plus, the front desk staff were incredibly helpful with the Choice Rewards program and with my dog who was staying with me.
I stay at this hotel frequently, and I consistently have a good experience. Neal, the Front Desk Manager, is always at the top of his game. He always remembers a face and name, and makes the experience seem personal and welcoming. His leadership is evident in the level of professionalism exhibited by the entire Front Desk team.Over all this is a wonderful, and very cost effective, hotel to stay at when one needs to be in the Bremen area (I have even used this hotel as a base for a commitment in Atlanta although one should take into account traffic issues that can arise when approaching Atlanta via I-20).

Had a Pretty decent stay everything was nice bathroom slightly dirty but it wasnt anything major. Decent price. would definitely reccomend to anyone who doesnt want to stay somewhere nasty but also doesnt wanna pay a bunch extra money.
Hotel has doors to the outside but is well lit. I felt safe and I was a lone. It was clean and comfortable. The cable was good and the internet worked well and the hotel was full.
I was in this location for a month while training for a new career. The front desk staff normally Michael and the Manger Neal, were always pleasant and helpful. The cleaning staff always do a great job. Wonder experience.

Starting with Tiffany at check in this was an Excellent stay. The Hotel was clean, quiet and close to the Interstate. The breakfast was very good and fresh. Check out was fast and I was given a discount because Im Retired Military.
Needs improvements. Repair of lights , Outside grounds were trash was there the entire time we were there. Noise level next store, could hear people arguing at 3 am . having sex Bed head board banking on wall sounds coming through.

I arrived at the hotel without a reservation. Presented my Choice Privileges Gold Card and asked if I could make a reservation in their business center. The desk person on duty said NO. That is for registered guests only. I had to go to a McDonalds nearby to hook up my lap top to make my reservation. Very inconvenient and time consuming.And on Sat. Morning while eating my breakfast, I was surprised to see the breakfast attendant clearing the breakfast at 9AM without asking any of the 10 guests in the room if they would like anything before she started putting things away.Nice Motel, but not user friendly.
THIS IS THE CLEANEST, NICEST, AND BEST HOTEL I STAY IN, I GO OUT OF MY WAY TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL. THE STAFF IS NICE, THE FOOD IS GREAT AND THE ROOMS ARE CLEAN. THE PARKING SPACES ARE CIGARETTE BUTT FREE, ROOMS ARE SMOKE FREE. IF YOU ARE IN THE AREA AND NEED A PLACE TO STAY CHECK IT OUT..YOU WILL LOVE IT
No room to park, outdated facilities, room was disgusting, service was poor
Very nice and clean. The hotels computer were down when we arrived and the front desk young lady handled it in a very competent and professional manner and got us checked in without any delay on our part. We highly recommend this hotel.
Went to Bremen, Ga. for a funeral stayed the night here, beds are soft had to fix the TV since the last guest there must have brought a gaming console with them and forgot to change the channel back from HDMI 2 back to TV. Went to the bathroom and while the door wouldnt lock and the inside handle was broken, the door was swollen so it would at least shut tight. Overall good for a one night stay. Only minor inconveniences.
Im a truck driver and I have stayed here over 100 times in the past 4 years and I havent ever had a problem that the staff didnt bend over backwards to remedy . Out of every Hotel Ive ever stayed in this would be my first choice. Its a shame that people are leaving bad reviews for this hotel over something out of their control. We live in a free country and it would be illegal for anyone at this hotel to refuse someone from staying here due to their beliefs. To the people that are leaving the reviews saying theyre harboring these people if yall would be the first ones to file a lawsuit if someone refused you something because they didnt believe what you believe. Ive been to this hotel many times and the managment and hstaff are some of the most kind and friendly people Ive ever met in my life and yall are wrong to attack him because he has to obey the laws that our government put in place. And thats the reason that on the registration form it does not ask about any of your beliefs or preferences
This is a clean comfortable hotel and the staff were very friendly. If you are going to Milltown Music Hall I recommend staying here. You can walk to the venue and not get in all the traffic. We enjoyed our stay here very much and will be staying here in the future when we come to events at Milltown. The price is very reasonable for the quality comfort and service.
The rooms seem clean but the hotel overall could use a facelift. The bottom of the bathroom door drags the floor and the room doesnt smell as fresh as you would like. But for the price it works.
We had a great stay and loved our room. Debbie at the front desk was amazing. so helpful and friendly!! We will be back

Quality Inn has been a safe comfortable Haven for us coming from the storm from Florida. They saved our room for us since we did not arrive until 2 a.m. we have had a comfortable stay and everyone is so kind. Thank you Quality Inn!

2022-05-04I had the pleasure of staying here and it was a pleasantly surprising experience. Due my attendance of Swift Academy’s Truck driving school I stayed here for a little over 3 weeks and gotten used to the accommodations; nice water pressure in the shower, comfortable beds, soft linens, clean facilities and nice staff. Every more I had the continental breakfast of pancakes and Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches (just just got a waffle maker too) I would recommend to anyone that needed a spot passing through the area.

2022-04-27Pretty decent hotel for the price.Pros:-clean room-comfortable bed-decent amenities-thick walls/ very quiet-polite hotel staff-thick, comfortable pillowsCons:-shower water never really got hot-water pressure is lacking-could use some updating.Other than that, was a pleasant experience, especially for the price.

2022-06-21This was a nice place to stay on a trip across the country. I am not always crazy about hotels with doors on the outside, but I felt very safe at this location. The staff was very nice, and the rooms were very clean

2022-07-14I was driving through the state and decided to call and see if they had rooms but more importantly I wanted to know if they had parking for tractor trailers the young lady At the counter stated that they had parking for trucks.. I wound up having to park At the entrance of the hotel Which is not a big deal but they really didnt have parking for tractor trailers.. She checks me in and tells me that my room is the furthest one in the whole hotel.. I asked her if she had a room that was closer and she stated that she was almost booked.. I didnt really think about it but when I got to my room and saw how far it was I decided to call her back and see if she had other rooms available. Being that she stated that she was almost booked.. I asked her if she had a closer room And she said she was almost booked agan. Long story short I asked her if she could put me in a different room and she told me that I COULD LEAVE! if I didnt want to Is stay in the room I was at.. I know that people nowadays are overworked But I was not mean to the girl at all I was just trying to get a better and closer the room.. Thats just not the way you do business! I may or may not contact corporate well see tomorrow when I talk to the manager.. Theres a good chance Im not gonna call corporate.people like that get what they deserve and I dont mean anything bad but theyll get the same treatment one day 💯Xs

2022-06-10It was ok. Online looks better than actual rooms and online said a king size bed with pull out sofa but only have 2 queens. Fridge and microwave were little rustic lol. Parking is limited and tight.

2022-06-29This hotel is way overpriced for what you get. The room I received had completely wet carpet and we were unable to walk across the floor in bare feet. Poor air quality likely to the wet carpeting. Was awake all night due to tge reaction my head and sinuses were having to the awful air stale quality. Air conditioning was not cool enough and mostly just felt like stale bad air blowing out. Would not recommend.

2021-12-31Comfy bed, extremely excellent staff (every last one of them, including the manager), very good price, I felt anyway, and the room was clean and ready when I arrived.I had the pleasure of meeting Amanda, Neal, Debbie, latisha and Michael, like I said, they made it homey. Will recommend as well.
