I booked this hotel online, it seemed to have ok reviews but we were really disappointed. We actually left and went down the road in the middle of the night in search of another motel. The first thing we noticed was the beds looked to have been slept in, I immediately went and pulled back the sheets to see if the sheets were clean. What I found was long hair all over the sheets and a pillow that looked to have bloodstains on the end of it. Then, I noticed a roach run across the floor. As this was happening I heard my elderly mother scream that a live roach was in the toilet crawling around. NO kidding! I have pictures of it and all the other things. I also had noticed several mattresses in plastic outside the doors of other rooms, wonder what that was about?! The other reviewer wasnt kidding about the roaches! Im seriously not that picky as long as a place is clean. At around 1:30am I was down the road begging another hotel to please have an available room for us as wed just traveled 8 hours. It was horrible to say the least.
Talk about bugs, in fact there is one left under the glass on the nightstand from the previous tenant. How about blood stain on carpet. Or maybe a hair on the clean towel... oh wait dont forget the eyelash extensions behind the night stand next to the alarm clock they knocked off the nightstand... oh ya and a non smoking room should not have a cigarette butt in the chair under the cushion. Looks nice, but looks are deceiving.
Room was fairly clean but old and smelly. Lots of noise coming from the parking lot where other tenants were drinking and partying until late hours. Made a mistake making my reservation online booking an extra day and they would not credit me for another night even though I was planning on staying for 6 months while working in town. Decided to take my business elsewhere after they decided to keep my money even though I didnt stay. $6,000+ mistake for them I guess.
The hotel was chosen by one of the online hotel pickers and it showed that it was in the area we needed and in the price range we liked. It looked a lot cleaner and better in the pictures. The room looked like they had started renovating it but hadnt finished. The shower was as small as Id seen in a hotel. The Towels were very rough. The beds were fine, the TV worked. Dont waste your money on a suite. I dont know who told them that a couch made it a suite.
Positive: We were able to sleep. Negative: There were bugs in the room. We arrived late, but staff was not inattentive, on phone, not helpful. - breakfast was closed down, broken mirror, sticky floor. For star level I didnt expect much, but I did expect clean, bug-free room.
Positive: The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. Negative: This hotel was in disrepair. The toilet wasnt even bolted to the floor; the carpet had rips in it; we got a nonsmoking room that had obviously been smoked in; surfaces had smeared grease rather than being actually clean.
Obvious they recently remodeled inside of rooms. A for effort but within 5 minutes of entering room, I saw more roaches than most PJS have ever seen in their accumulated existence. Immediately had to remove personal items from room. I opened a new roll of toilet paper and a dead cockroach fell out. Luckily I bring extra sheets & blankets so we were able to cover the bed & kinda sleep. To be honest I didnt sleep a wink because I was petrified of what may crawl on me while I did. My husband had to as we are only here for his work & he was exhausted. But this establishment should really shut down and bomb the entire place before they even think about renting another room out. Theres no excuse. Not to mention the room is covered ceiling to floor in animal hair & stank to high hell like dog urine. Ill be making the drive home tonight as opposed to suffering another sleepless night in a literal roach motel.
I was sold a room including breakfast, which the hotel advertised and confirmed several times at the time of the booking. At the time of checking in the young boy at the check-in window told me that breakfast was not available. The young boy instead of helping or try to resolve the issue asked me to leave and when I asked to talk to a manager he didnt want me to engage with the manager. Finally after a while the manager happened to walk by and cancelled the reservations guaranteeing us that no charge will be done on my card as the transaction was cancelled, unfortunately they charge my card even if the cancellation was done well before the allowed time and the manager promised not to and wrote me a cancellation letter and I received a cancellation email.I have to put in a dispute with my credit card company.I tried to call their headquarter and was put on old for a long time.We ended up staying at the nearby Comfort Inn which provided breakfast and an amazing service at the same price of the Quality Inn....Quality......not in my opinion.Beside the misleading information and saling something that they dont have, the young boy at the desk made the all experience much, much worst do to his arrogance and unprofessional behaviour.
Great location, low quality grade room. Clerk charged my card twice for my room and then swiped me for a canceled reservation. A lot going on in the parking lot. A lot of stop and go, pick up and drop off out of 1 room. Didnt meet my expectations at all. I paid 85 for a 39.99 feel and look. Never again. Definitely staying in the $120 and higher club after this experience
The tub was gross. It had a razor cap and a hair tie in the drain, a hole in the wall, as well as burn marks. The sheets on the bed were dirty and had to be replaced when I got here. And then there were bugs on the ac unit. They said the pool was open when it had been closed for months. They also said that there was a hot breakfast which is false and its a grab n go breakfast.
The stay was ok. Its definitely not a 4 or 5 star inn. The room was big. Two king size beds. The bathroom was a nice size. The sink wouldnt drain right. And I did kill to bugs roaches . Not saying its a bug infested inn. They probably came from outside. Other then the few issue. Which wasnt that big of a deal. I would stay again. For the price. Its worth it. Now I would recommend that they have a exterminator come. Just as a safety concern.
Im a member of Choice Hotel, and I see that I going to have to call and complain about this place. I ask to be place in a Hotel when I made my reservation. One of my friends called me and said youre not going to like this, its a Motel. Even though it has been recently remodel his room had a couple roaches. We called the front desk for another room but because of the National Round Up a motorcycle conversion is in the area they were all booked up.
Positive: Price Negative: There were 3 separate men in cars sitting in the parking lot. I told the desk, I was concerned for my safety. The lobby is closed and no breakfast provided- not really a bargain- i almost changed my motel- I woke in the night to see if my car was there
We just needed to stay overnight so overall the place worked for what we needed. That being said, I would not have wanted to stay much longer. The place has potential if it was cleaner and the equipment worked. For me, anytime you walk in a room and it has a smell that is anything other than clean and fresh, it sets a poor tone. The room had a general musty smell and at times we would come back in the room and smell cigarettes but never saw anyone smoking around the area. There was a used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door (not used by us I should clarify). The fridge had a horrible smell and did not work, wasnt cold despite being on the coldest setting when we arrived. The free breakfast coffee, eggs, sausage, and gravy tasted horrible but the waffles were the same batter and cook model we find in all the other motels and tasted good. There were several other breakfast items that were ok. The staff was nice. Im thankful we were able to receive a discount and that the room was not overly priced but I do expect cleanliness and that was certainly lacking. I dont use this to not ever stay in a Quality Inn again, but if back in the area I will certainly not stay at this location again.
We were favorably impressed. Room quiet, clean and well-equipped, check-in easy, able to park directly in front of door to room, and bed comfortable. Room also had a lounge chair with foot stool and a small sofa, both appreciated! Breakfast in the lobby was also very good, both the food and the facility itself. The only negative was that the fridge badly needed defrosting.
One of the nicest and cleanest hotels we have stayed in. Very clean and the staff were all very pleasant. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Decorated very nicely. Also impressed with the breakfast bar. Large variety of foods to choose from. The desk clerk was very conscientious about keeping it stocked and wiping it down. Also I left my favorite pair of earings there. I called when I realized and housekeeping turned them in and I was able to pick them up on my way back home ( We stayed there that night too).I would deffinatly recomend Quality Inn to anyone traveling..
Loved the interaction and care I received both with a late check-in at 11pm and my departure as the front desk staff went out of their way to assist me. I had car trouble, so this was a totally unplanned stay. They cared and it showed. Room was immaculate, updated, comfortable, and welcoming. All amenities in the room where updated. Loved the sheet of paper to write any maintenance issues immediately from the guests who are actually staying in the room - ingenious!
Booked through hotels.com during COVID-times so take this review with a grain of salt. We booked on the highway late, about an hour before arriving around midnight. Hotel said they could not confirm the payment through hotels.com, so asked me to cancel on hotels.com and the hotel would give me a better rate directly. Hotels.com gave me the runaround and would not accept a cancellation, which ended up with the hotel staff talking to the hotels.com reservation support staff directly through my wifes cell phone at 12:30am to sort it out.Would advise against using 3rd parties with this hotel, but otherwise seems like they are willing to give good rates and decent service. Room was decent and comfortable.
Theses are not suites. This is a standard hotel with outside room entrance. The staff was very nice at check in.The rooms where standard outside entrance hotel. Ok rooms but mattress are showing age, could use paint.Other guest: on group standing on 2nd floor walkway smoking blunts and drinking Hennessy (very loud), room next to use introduced herself saying if there anything that we wanted or needed? (Heavy track marks on her arms)Only reason 3 stars staff was good
This place was a little pricier than it was worth, but the room was very nice, bed was amazing compared to your average motel, got a king room and it had 5 pillows, other cheap motels only give 2-3 on a king bed. No bugs, ok towels... Not the best, but definitely not bad at all.
This hotel is comfortable and a good value. Even though there were people out and about when I checked in at 9pm, I had no issues with noise. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom is a bit worn but functional and fine. Have stayed here a few times and will likely continue to do so when in town.
Where do I start🤬. This place is disgusting. I walked in and the maid was behind the closed door on the bed with her husband who doesnt work there doing only God knows what I notify management and she states that this is normal. The owner told my associates that she needing to make sure that her NORMAL customers had a room. Which left us waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes. There were cigarette ashes on the phone in the room, we told management and they said that they arent responsible for cleaning. The door was filthy. They told us to reach behind the refrigerator and plug it in. Then the knob is broken on the microwave. This place was a nightmare.Service was horrible. it will save you a headache if youve never utilize this place... just my opinionWe will never use this place again.
We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel stay. We have stayed at many Clarion brand hotels but this was our first Quality Inn stay. The room was up-to-date and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was actually a hot breakfast that included sausage, scramble eggs and sausage gravy along with the usual bread type hotel breakfasts. The staff was very pleasant and helpful during our stay.
Not terrible, but not worth the price if you have a pet. At $64/$74 a night plus tax, they still charge a per night pet fee of $20While nicer hotels (Candlewood Suites w/kitchennet) at $80 a night only change a one time $20-$50 fee depending on pet size.Rooms have small upgrades but still dated and dirty furniture. I could smell cigarettes and the a/c unit put out a moldy damp smell.
Please do not waste your money on this hotel. There are no non-smoking rooms, based on our stay. The first room smelled like a 1960s ashtray. We were given a second room that was just as bad, complete with a cigarette burn on the bed cover. They tried to tell us we were getting a wonderful room upgrade “with a jacuzzi”...if a yellow jacuzzi, complete with mold in the jets is an upgrade...well, you be the judge. The a/c didn’t work properly, the door to the room was so warped that you could see an inch of sunlight from the doorknob down to the floor - it’s clear that Quality Inn doesn’t believe in quality anymore. Had we not already prepaid, we would just just left immediately. To top it off, the breakfast is pretty much, stale pastries, and fruit that is well past it’s fresh date. I was shocked that this place had any positive reviews at all, based on our experience. We didn’t expect perfection for the price, but we did expect that we would get a functional room that was “non-smoking” as advertised.
I stayed here for one night in October 2019 and it was a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and functioned properly. The front desk person was very pleasant. Not a bad hotel stay for the price. I would stay there again. My only problem with place was the traffic noise affecting the rooms that are facing Margie Drive.
When I checked in the clerk (lady) put my money on the counter instead of handing me back my change. I handed my money to her. Poor customer service that day! The phone in the room didnt work at all! So if I needed to call front desk I couldnt. The breakfast was great (sausage, eggs, waffles, muffins, biscuits, gravy, juice, coffee, fruit shouldve been more fresh though. The room was excellent! I really enjoyed my stay other than the checking in part. Will come again!
Location is ideal, room was ok and a good value. Desk manager was kind and very helpful. What would have made it all even better: It would have been good to know that the fitness center is actually a gym separate from the hotel around the block. Awesome full size gym though! Also the lighting in the bathroom was outrageously dim; I contemplated buying a lamp during the stay Overall nice visit.
I wasnt sure what to expect after I read previous reviews, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The room was updated - nice furniture and updated bathroom. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was simple, but good - eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, pastries, bagels, etc. Id stay there again.
Weve stayed previously at this Quality Inn, and it was just as good as we remembered. The rooms are very clean and spacious, no odors. The staff is very friendly. There are lots of breakfast options, including sausage, eggs, biscuits/gravy, waffles, fruit, yogurt, danish, coffee, and juice. Lobby area and breakfast area are very clean. Coffee is decent. Will definitely stay here again.
Great over-all stay. Plenty, plenty of lighting in parking lot. I appreciate them being a pet friendly motel. Felt pretty comfortable about my daughter taking her dog out to potty late in the night and early in the morning. I was on the balcony the whole time watching her just in case. We had a lot of construction workers staying the same time we were. Felt good about the price because of that. There were many other motels around and Quality had most of the construction workers staying with them. All were very well behaved and friendly. We stayed at the one in Perry, GA. We will probably stay there again.
We didnt spend long in our room, which is usually the case with what we do. The staff was quick and friendly enough. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Internet wasnt the best, but FAR from the worst Ive experienced. Really good accommodations in the Warner Robbins area. I would recommend it.
This is not my first stay at this hotel, but it will likely be my last. Upon arrival, I was greeted by an employee who was clearly less than enthused to be there. We found our room not as clean as it should be. We had to wipe down the toilet before using it and the fridge hadn’t been cleaned out. There were also no linens for the sofa bed and, when I called down to ask to have some brought up, the front desk employee wasn’t terribly happy to have to bring them up to me. The next morning, we were still in the room when housekeeping arrived and they left and never came back. I went down to the front desk when we returned that evening and told the same employee that was there the night before what had happened. Her response was “well, that happens”. She did give me the two towels I asked for, but no apology. I let the gentleman who was working when I checked out about all of this and he did apologize and attempted to make it right. All in all, it wasn’t a terrible stay, but I expect better from this hotel.
The hotel was decent. Probably would never stay again. Some rooms had roaches. Pool was out of order. One person worked lobby at a time. If you try to visit lobby before 6 doors are locked. One set of vending and ice machines. The check in process is fast as well as check out. The breakfast is convenient and has multiple options.
Over the course of the last 5 months . I have booked at this hotel. NEVER have had an issue until this last stay (today). We’ve been renovating our home and since Quality is closer this was my go to hotel. I do not smoke however, I reserved a smoking room due to all rooms being booked for local Homecoming. Room was nice but, not held to other rooms standards. I woke up to a flooded floor and ceiling leaking. I, immediately notify front desk and we were moved (awesome customer service). However, later on this evening I received a call from Lady at front desk stating “ someone above or beside me report they smelled smoke coming from my room” I insured her that no one has smoked or do smoke. She then states “ Will aren’t you the guest from 118” I told her I was however, no one is smoking in the room (it was just me and my 8 year old). This really rubbed me the wrong way. Cigarettes smoke travels , so it could have came from anywhere but, that fact that someone around me “reported smoke” and I came from a smoking room , it was me. I am very offended and will take my choice privileges points else where.
Checked into room, dead tired and went straight to sleep. 2am I wake up to 3 bugs crawling on my leg. I smashed one of them an blood came out of it. I can only assume they were bed bugs because I have never experienced bed bugs or this type of bug and the fact that it had blood in it. When I went the front desk and told them, the girl at the desk said they knew they had a problem. I immediately left and will never return or recommend.
Just stopped in for the night on a business trip to Florida. Comfortable bed, clean room, hot shower, hot complimentary breakfast, clean and well kept pool if that’s your thing, fridge and microwave in the room for anyone with longer stays. All at a great price. I’d definitely stay here again.
The hotel was fine & the people were great. The room was adequate. Little things like the tub - not sure what was on the inside of it. No elevator to the 2nd floor which made it difficult to load & unload everything. Then there was the dog fee of $30 per night per dog. In this day & age of no pet fees, Choice would be wise to rethink the policy. However the grounds were clean.
Our room was not ready when we arrived. The room requested was a handicapped accessible bathroom, two were occupied, and the one we were to get had a problem. The front desk (chelsa?) was very helpful by checking on another room and seening if we could use it for our one night stay. I had hip replacement and wife has knee problems.. The young lady was courteous, helpful and concerning. She even sprayed our room because it appeared someone had been smoking in it. You dont mind some inconvenience when you have helpful, concerned and understanding employees who try to make your stay pleasant.
My son and I stayed for two nights for a bowling tournament. The beds were comfy and we slept great. Coffee at breakfast was very good. I enjoyed the oatmeal, yogurt, and fruit. My son liked the biscuits and gravy and sausage. It was half the price of my original reservation at a different hotel in the area. You cant beat the value.
Location is great. Rooms look as tho they had a face lift. Unfortunately attention was not paid to details when painting. Rooms are large and clean. Overall it is a basic hotel. Pricing is a little high when comparing the price with higher rated hotels on the same block. Over all I would stay there again, but with a newer hotel across the stree for 10 dollars more I may go there. Staff here is extremely friendly. Manager is the best. Very flexible and patient. He is awesome.
Room was very clean and staff was very nice. Breakfast was good and internet was good. The room I was in was a non smoking room. However the room I was in this time and also last summer smelled horrible of cigarette smoke. I let the office know and they said it must be coming in the vents from people outside. Cigarette smoke and the smell of it sets my allergies off bad so the week I stayed both times was miserable because I could not breathe due to smoke. My clothes ended up smelling bad of smoke also. Since this has happened twice I guess I will have to find a new place to stay next summer.
The hotel staff was friendly and helpful and made up for any shortcomings of the room. Even though the carpet was new, the furniture was old and battered and the coverlet showed stains that made me strip them off and not use them. The location seems to be undergoing renovation, so I am hopeful future stays will be a bit better. I do wish theyd put an ice machine back on the second floor. Since there isnt an elevator, having only one ice machine for the property made for a bit more leg-work. If one is willing to sacrifice a few niceties for a savings of about $30 per night compared to other locations, though, it isnt a bad choice.
Im not sure why this establishment didnt include the fact that thisbtoom was paid for and on the folio it claims they comped the entire stay however that isnt thencase and handed cash to the front desk upon check in and specifically made a point to ensure that the deposit left would be paid towards all rooms and if the comp is as real as it says in thw folio i would prefer if the cash handed was returned back to me as a deposit was left at check in and i am very dissapointed that the management didnt alert or send this folio to email on file. Also i purposely stayed at a choice hotel to get the double points and im very upset that none of the above was taken care of. As a long time choice member and former promotions supporter and as someone who use to sign up members and share all the great benifeits this was not considered. I unfortunately can say that i will not be staying with this quality inn and future rends decisons on others. This was suppose to ve a family holiday get away. And this now has been spoiled. I put alot of faith into choice over the years and between housekeeping knocking on days i was a stayover before i had time to wake up and front desk not adressing ny wake up and in top of that requested a late check out and was denied based on they just dont allow past 12 when being a choice member i have bever been denied past atleast 1. Unfortunately no one really assisted me other than the ine man at desk overnight. Older gentleman who was very nice. Just im unsure why deposit wasnt given back of toom was comped. Management didnt see ot hear from any and no guest satisfaction calls . kinda unfortunate. Sad. Definitely renders another choice hotel in future.
The rooms were clean and updated. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, I accidentally left my wedding ring in the room. I called and spoke to Ed at the front desk. He found my ring for me and secured in the safe for a week until inreturned. VERY TRUSTWORTHY. Thank you to the staff of this quality inn! I would highly recommend!
The room was not clean. The tub and shower were so bad that we would not take a shower. I don’t know if it was black mold or something growing in there and the grips look like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The carpet was fraying and dirty. I took pictures and showed at checkout. Won’t be staying there again on our way back north.
Great stay. Ended up needing another night. Added it for me without having to change rooms. Wasnt feeling well the morning of checkout so called do for late checkout. Gave without any question. Only issue was I guess the message didnt get relayed to housekeeping because they came banging at 11. Told them I had late check out and then someone else tried to come in about 1130. All in all good stay. Will be back.
The room was clean a well cared for. We did not get refills of coffee and disposable cups on the second day and the TP was scant-- Only one roll per day. The roll on was insufficient for even one use so it was scary. The hotel staff was attentive and corrected all deficiencies.
This property is currently going through major upgrades. The suites and rooms are very nice for the price. Rooms are clean. Management and staff are accommodating and friendly. Shopping and dining very close. Area is safe. Internet is super fast and free!!! Hotel was fully booked at the time of my stay and I had no issues streaming videos.
Its okay, it not grand or anything. We use this place for business because we get decent rooms for a decent price. Our Superintendent keeps an eye on the extended stay market in Warner Robbins, Georgia where my company, The Winter Construction Company have a pretty big project within the Robins Air Force Base.
The sheets on the bed had two holes on them from cigarette burns and the replacements were worn and spotted. The desk chair was unstable and I saw two small roaches. The wi-if was decent and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was average. Overall, you get what you pay for. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this hotel.
Positive: THE GUY AT THE FRONT DESK WAS NICE. HE KNEW THAT THE ROOM WAS GARBAGE, AND HE WARNED ME ABOUT THE STAFF NOT DOING THEIR JOB AS FAR AS CLEANING IS CONCERNED. HE SENT ME TO A ROOM THAT HE THOUGHT WAS CLEANED THAT MORNING, BUT THE BED SHEETS WERE FILTHY. Negative: THIS WAS MY WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER. THE 1ST ROOM HAD A ROACH IN THE BED, THE 2ND ONE HAD FILTHY SHEETS, AND THE 3RD WAS SEMI-CLEAN. THERE WERE RANDOM PEOPLE ALL AROUND THE HOTEL HANGING OUT; VERY UNSAFE; NOT FAMILY-FRIENDLY.
First of all when we walked in our non-smoking room it reeked of the smell of marijuana. Family members on the same floor in the block of reserved rooms had smoke or damp smells too. I brought Lysol from home but we went to Target and purchased cleaning supplies and renuzit air fresheners and placed them around the room. Fortunately, we were out with family most of our stay, so we didnt have to stay in the outdated room other than sleeping and changing. I forgot to bring my own towels, so I have a terrible rash on my chest from the sandpaper like wash cloths provided. At least the bed was comfy. I was really disappointed.
We do not smoke, the room had a strong smoking smell. When I arrived at the office and explained that, they didnt have any others and the solution was for us to spray as often as necessary to kill the odor. I asked for a ground floor room when I made the reservation and they admitted not seeing the comments until late afternoon.
Good location, no customer service. As already stated, I reserved and prepaid for a handicap room. On arrival none was available because 1 was taken and the only other 1 had some issue with plumbing. The man at the front counter did not understand the computer system. He eventually booked me into a ground floor room which was OK. Refrigerator in the room was broken and no one on sight to repair it. There were no warm items at breakfast bar at 9 the next morning and was informed they were already gone and no more would be provided. Not what I am used to with Choice
Friendly people but housekeeping / maintenance is bad. Non smoking rooms smelled of cig smoke, cigarette burns on tub in non smoking room (room 225), cigarette butt in shower drain, dirty wash cloth left in bathroom, broken smoke detector and was moved from first room (room 230) because toilet wasnt bolted to floor. Website posted 24 hour gym they had nothing but vouchers to an offsite gym. Wont make this mistake again!!!! with NO OFFER of discount or refund.
It was ok, price was good, area was good, room had dust bunnies, walls and bathroom needed attention, fridge half worked and didnt cool properly, HVAC had a smell and the vents looked like there was stuff spilled in them, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast had decent selection, eggs and biscuits were cold and rubbery, would have liked to see hard boiled eggs for dietary requirements but I made do. Other than that breakfast was ok.
We stayed for a week. The house cleaning staff did not speak English. We tried to communicate about things, they shrugged there shoulders and indicated they did not speak English. I few times we got thru and we got clean towels. The breakfast was cold and they ran out of coffee a couple of times. There seemed to be people living permently in some of the rooms. Lots of noise outside in the parking lot in the evening. I guess thats it.
Disappointing. Check in took a long time, the clerk was having difficulties with the system and never gave us our AARP discount. Door to room wouldnt close tightly, could see ligh through side, security lock would not engage properly. Bathrooms have been redone nicely, too bad they didnt splurge to get the right color paint for touch up, beds were very comfortable and lots of pillows. Breakfast once again did not live up to expectations. No waffles as advertised, told they were out and we were the first ones at 6 am. Sad because waffles are something I look forward to since I am not a fan of powdered eggs. I asked if they had water and she directed me to the hot water for tea, I told her I wanted cold water to take a pill and she offered to sell me a bottle. When I complained she told me there was a water fountain around the corner. There was a man in a wheelchair who had difficulties getting the milk out of the refrigerator. It was in insulated metal pitchers, dont know why it wasnt set out for breakfast. My guess is it was due to a lazy attendant or lack of service help, probably why no one made the waffle mix. Not a good quality experience.
Im a choice hotels member. I was going from Orlando to Tennessee when I developed truck trouble and had two stop for the night. I found this hotel on my phone advertised at 58.00 for the night . It was 90.10 and the clerk said I could try to book it for that price but it wont go through. Room smells like smoke, toilet ran constantly. Not happy
I stayed here for a week with my mother and two children. If we could have moved to another hotel we wouldve. This hotel should be closed and totally gutted. Despite advertising itself as a non smoking hotel our room reeked of cigarette smoke which transferred to our clothing. In addition to that, there were cigarette burns on the tub. If that wasnt bad enough the tub was so dirty I was in utter disbelief. When I alerted housekeeping a young girl who looked like she was about 16 told me that the tub just had grease stains that could not come out. Dissatisfied with her explanation I sought out management. Someone who appeared to be in charge came in with another man and two ladies from house keeping. He told us he was going to get some kind of chemical to clean it. I said ok. After about 15 minutes of scrubbing I peeked in to see a bunch of dirty suds. At this point I am SMH. I thought it couldnt come off I thought to myself. The tub looked much better than it did before. As they left I thanked the men and the two housekeepers for their service. It was when I prepared to bathe my children that I realized how dirty the floor was. I observed that the bottom of my childrens feet were covered in disgusting black dirt. I was in shock and again SMH. My mom and I thought it best not to complain since we had already complained about the tub. We tried to solve the problem by purchasing a swiffer sweeper from Walmart and cleaning the floor ourselves. As if all of this wasnt bad enough, our housekeeper was upset with us for complaining about the bathtub and therefore treated us very poorly. For example she waited nearly all day to pick up our garbage from in front of our room. Also she gave us dirty towels on more than one occasion. It appeared that some of the towels had been dropped and, or stepped on; not to mention the fact that they dont use fabric softener. Their towels felt like brillow pads. The pool was so tiny you would think it would be spotless but instead it was full of bugs that had drowned and other tiny debris particles. When I complained about how dirty it was to another guest, they told me that it was cleaner then than it was the previous evening when he had come. The laundry room stunk of mold and mildew and the washing machine and dryer made my clothes so linty I decided just to rewash them upon arriving home. Also our housekeeper refused to spread our beds, and give us a refill of tissues, and toilet paper. We had to request this service. The breakfast was pretty basic and there was not much variety. Additionally there was an incident in which I observed two moldy bagels on the breakfast tray. I immediately informed a member of the staff who quickly threw all the bagels out and placed fresh ones out.Towards the end of our stay I awoke to the smell of marijuana. I immediately called the front desk to report it. They said they would have someone investigate. Shortly after my phone call the smell subsided. My impression after staying at this hotel is that it has been newly acquired and they are trying to update it. My opinion is that they should close this hotel, make the necessary improvements and then re-open it to the public. However, not before sending their housekeepers to hospitality school so they can learn how to properly clean rooms and wash towels. Also they need to train their housekeepers to be polite and professional. An establishment can only be as good as those who run it! Poor employees equals poor service! The only positive experience we had at this facility was with a young woman by the name of Chelsea. She is the one bright ray of sunshine that this establishment has. She is a keeper! The words warm, courteous, and professional are just a few that describe her personality. I made sure to let her know how much we appreciated her service. I hope that this hotel will turn around and if not may the Lord bless this young woman with a better position elsewhere because she is really an asset!
I would definitely not recommend staying here...I had only one towel and rag that were wet and strewn about the room floor. The room smelled horrible die to an unflushed toilet with hair in the bath tub and on the bathroom floor. No coffee or tea probably due to an unwitting coffee maker.Let alone a broken lamp light in the room attatched to the wall and did not work at all or the banging on the walls that prevented any sleep or constant yelling and loud talking that made it impossible to be comfortable and the WiFi signal was very low and unaccesible...was very disappointed and would never recommend staying there to anyone or anything...what a horrible and traumatizing experience I hope noone else ever has to go through.
I got the room from Priceline on one of their hotel deals. The hotel was rated 2.5. At most, this is 2 and maybe not even that. The exterior is not clean , the design is odd, and the rooms are dated. It is obvious they are trying but the pervasive smell of cigarette smoke is a real turn-off to someone who despises that smell.
We stayed in this particular one because they allow pets. We travel with our dog all the time, usually stay at Best Western, but we wanted to visit the aviation museum in Warner Robins, Ga. and this was close to it. Never again.... Ive had some bad experiences in mote/hotel but this Warner Robins location is absolutely the worst! Never stay at Comfort again... we were DEFINITELY were extremely disappointed!
This is one of the worst places I have stayed. The room was dirty in places it should not have been like the controls for heat and A/C. The room had no TV, so they gave me a discount. Went down for breakfast the next morning and they had trouble keeping up with the demand. When some new gravy came out I went and got some and threw it in the trash because it was ice cold.
NOT Corporate Lodging Friendly (CLC) which is extremely important to people that use ELD devices for work. They DO NOT allow late checkout, even if your a Diamond member which is clearly listed as a perk of being a Diamond member. CLC had reservation on file, clerk claimed there was No reservation on file. CLC guarantees a stay of 24 hours with odd check in/out times but this hotel violates that contract. Noted in our book as a DO NOT STAY motel. Sad we had this problem here when we stay in a motel 6 out of 7 nights a week. Quality Inn is one of our favorites and we have never had this issue before.
We were in Warner Robins to move daughter back to Indiana. I had rooms in a different choice motel but found at the last minute needed another room with smoking. In less than five minutes found and reserved a room using my Choice privileges apt. Enjoyed our two day stay with no concerns.
I been coming to Warner Robins for 2 years now and staying here never no problems until weekend. Left Sunday I notice my neck and arms were inching really bad. Come to find out I had been bitten my bed bugs, I been calling all week to speak to manager but when I call they never in.
The rudest desk clerk named Shantel. Tried to turn my 18 year old son away at 1230 in the morning after he had been driving for 3 hours after I had been told he would be able to check in after I paid on line. Wanted him to have to go to ATM in the middle of the night to get cash to pay. I am sorry but Marriot, Holiday Inn Country Inn and Fairfield have always allowed me to pay on line and them to check in. I will never reccomend this place. Price is never worth safety and welcoming. Get it together. Three different people I spoke with aznd she was the only one who refused him. Maybe she doesnt need to be the gate keeper to youe guests having a great experience
I traveled from North Carolina and reserved a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch I was assured that the room would be Available but it was in fact not available.there is no pull out, I requested to check in at 10 am and staff failed to tell me that check in time was 2pm ,my family and I just got into town after a 8 hr drive overnight .i waited until 12 and our room was ready so that was nice but during my time waiting I thought a dip in the pool was a good idea until I seen how dirty is was

2022-05-29The price is among the lowest in the area for a room, however there are many reasons. WE did sleep well in a quiet room. The room was clean, but the water handle in the shower literally fell off and you had to hold it tight to the joint to turn on water. There were many old cigarette burns on the tub. The pictures of breakfast on the website were not what was supplied to us. No hot foods unless you count the one waffle maker. A few things in wrappers - nothing fresh except the bananas.

2022-05-06The room is clean but my non-smoking room has a strong, distinct cigarette smoke odor. Theres even a car scent thing (think of the trees you hang from your rearview mirror) stuck in the a/c unit like they were trying to cover it up. I guess thats what I get for not getting a smoke free hotel.

2022-01-17The staff was friendly. My room was okay, a little rundown, but didn’t appear gross. First night was fine. Second night, I did see a roach in the bathroom, so, I was uncomfortable the rest of the night. I’m not sure why that problem hasn’t been addressed yet, but I won’t be staying there, again.

2022-02-04Positive: The staff is always very friendly0 Negative: I stay here many times for work but these last 2 stays have been not so good. My sheets had multiple burn holes in them and it scraped ur skin which made it very uncomfortable, the bath mat towel had some many holes, stuff like this is unexceptable

2022-03-09Absolutely TERRIBLE! DO NOT ever stay at this hotel! Rooms were dirty, smelly, sockets coming out of the walls, toilet coming off its mount and sticky substance all over the floor, bed was broken and sagging, breakfast was a complete joke, no coffee in the room!

2022-06-04My stay was horrible...upon arrival youre charged an additional $100 for deposit which is not mentioned during reservation...youre not allowed to enter the building and greeted at a window after ringing a doorbell and waiting for someone to come (this was at 6:30p)...the clerk takes your info (dl & cc) and go into the building behind a desk where you cant see her or what is going on with your information...she then advised she needed to make copies per the hotel policy and went down a hallway with my information where I could not see her...after receiving keys to a room we opened the door to an unmade bed and someone belongings...thank God no one was in there bc this couldve went wrong...upon returning to the clerk to advise she advised they had no more king rooms available and all queens were booked with the exception of 4 which were reserved...she then contacted a manager and advised him/her of the situation to see if I could be refunded...whomever she was speaking with was asking questions about how long had it been since I checked in and could I have used the room and asking for a refund when I literally had just walked from the office back to my vehicle and in the room...after she spoke with them I was advised I couldnt get the refund, but was given a king suite...lets just say this was worse...as I was walking from the office to the room there were soiled mattress on the side of the building with a strong odor...this room was worse than finding an unmade room...the sofa was stained and had food crumbs on it...the shower had a ring around it as if it hadnt been cleaned and looked as if someone had put a hole in the side of it and it was repaired with putty...at this point we just needed to change into proper attire for the event and was already late after spending almost 40 min to get a room...once returning to place food in the the refrigerator it had a terrible smell...the desk had dust all over it...there was a white substance sprinkled on the floor along the headboard along the top part of the bed that was notice as my fiance begin itching before leaving...the pipes in the room popped everytime someone used some type of water throughout the 3.5h we attempted to stay...we left the hotel at 5am to get back on the road...Ive never had this experience with choice hotels and think this is VERY UNACCEPTABLE...the only think positive I can say is the mattress were comfy, but overall Im very disappointed

2022-03-05Worst HOTEL STAY of my life! NO plans to ever stay there again. NO plans to refer this to any friends or family, complete waste of money, would gladly demand a complete refund of my money.
