We enjoyed our stay. I requested connecting rooms so that my sons would have room to stretch out, and my husband and I could do the same. It was accommodated. Both rooms were spacious. The young lady at the front desk was extremely friendly and engaging in conversation, so much so that my hubby fussed at me when I got back in the car for being too friendly when were out of town! Restaurants are plentiful in the area, the only downfall is the traffic, but thats not on the hotel!
Started off annoyed after a 16 hour day to come in and they were switching clerks so have to wait 10 minutes. The lady at the desk totally changed my mood as she was a pleasure to deal with and great customer service. The place looked amazingly clean and when I woke up there was an older man sweeping the walls for spider webs and Im sure he has a lot to do with how clean the place is. Wonderfully stay!!!
Had to change my review we use to love this hotel until we got bit up by bed bugs. We went to tell the manager and they made us wait 2 hrs before he even addressed the situation. He came to the room and saw where we were killing them and where we all got bitten up. He claimed we could get a free night in an updated room and was gonna refund us our money for the time we were there. And did not!!! WONT GO ANYMORE MY FAMILY REFUSES TO!!!! MAKE SURE YALL CHECK YOUR BEDS UNDER YOUR SHEETS GOOD.....
Room was perfect and very clean. We just needed a place to stop, take a Zoom meeting and spend the night before our next Zoom meeting at 09:00 in Missouri. Accomodations for downstairs were met with ease as we needed ground floor. Unfortunately we were assigned a room that sounded as if Barnum and Bailey were practicing routines while debating then laughing and debating. The little feet which I dont want to think was a child but with the screaming more then likely was all went on till 11:00. I gave it till then in hopes it might calm down before a call had to be made. Well I finally called and someone promptly went up and said something. The little feet stopped. The noise died down for about 15 minutes and erupted again until 12:30. I want to be clear, I am VERY impressed with JOSEPH and Quality Inn. Situation handled best it could with apologies. Clean and comfortable beds. No noise from highway. Doing awesome remodeling. Even have up to date fitness and front loading washer and dryers. 😉👍
Very clean rooms and the staff are very nice and helpful .I stay there for work and bring my family up to visit every couple weeks . The house keepers are very trust worthy and you dont have to worry about anything missing in your room after they come in and clean it . The staff keeps a good eye on everything in the parking lot and nothing has came up missing out of my work truckAll in all this is a great place to stay 100%Thanks you to all the staff 😀
Very, very, very rude staff. Mother, daughter, Father. All them. They Charged me $500 for my 6 week puppy having a accident in the room and called police cause we took a little bit longer than theyd like to check out & NOT TO MENTION they also swiped my friends Debit card with out authorization which is very illegal. The daughter used awful profanity while working and was very unprofessional during work. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Ever. And my husbands buisness will be reporting them.
This place is better than I could ask for! I am in a hotel 260+ days a year. In the past 3 years this was absolutely my favorite place I’ve stayed. The staff, on all shifts, were impeccable. The room was amazing and even felt clean. Its location is prime! Minutes from downtown, six flags, and I-20/285. There are countless restaurants within walking distance (though traffic does not make very walkable), there’s a Walmart and grocery store within a mile. Everything about this place is wonderful! As I work on the road, bad service/rooms in Hotels really add to my already high stress levels. This affects my life much more than some staying in a Hotel a few weekends a year, so to be able to actually relax after work is so fantastic. The Quality Inn is Austell has truly been an amazing experience. I will remain here for the next 7 weeks, while working in Downtown Atlanta. Along with recommendations to everyone I know coming to stay in the Atlanta area.
I would recommend no one to stay at this hotel. My stay at this hotel was terrible, people were running up and down in front of my room making noise when I complained nothing was done about it. I booked my room for 2 days I was checked out on the first day and all my belongings were removed from the room and I am missing my laptop and very important papers and also some personal.items. housekeeping does not speak any English and they will come in your room and steal your things and say they did not understand. I have stayed at this hotel twice and both times housekeeping harasses you before check out.
The entire place was clean, nice, updated....unlike a lot of places I have stayed in the past. Most places look great online then when you get there its not at all what the pics showed. This one I can say is the first that I actually felt comfortable in the bed because it was not only comfy but very clean had great pillows, 4 on each bed (as it should be) and the comforters were down and bright white and I just simply felt I got my moneys worth.
The stay at this hotel very poor. I would not recommend this hotel. They have roaches. Hair was in the tub when I got ready to shower. Because I seen roaches I put my food in garbage that I received from the restaurant because I wasn’t for sure if the roaches had been on the counter or not.
The staff member name Jayesh that checked me in was soo RUDE. I know it is privately owned but the standards for customer service should be all around. I have stayed at this specific hotel many times and I have never been so dissatisfied with customer service. If it wasn’t for the sweet lady helping me the next morning and fixing the mistakes Jayesh made and proceeded to take his anger out on me about I would not even consider coming back.
Ive stayed at this hotel a few times prior to the pandemic and it was always a greatly run, well staffed, place to stay. Well management changed in December of 2020 and so did everything else!! Sadly. I normally would recommend this place greatly but Im still in the fence with this stay.
I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. The bed smelled like urine and the sheets had urine stains. I was not given a new room because the hotel was booked so I flip the mattress over on the other side and there were two huge blood stains on the mattress. The floor was so dirty that I had to wash my feet before going to bed because they were brown from walking on the carpet. Customer service sucks and I will not be staying at another Quality Inn ever again.
It was not pleasant. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. When I requested a smoke free room. The walls are too thin. I could hear the next room people. The door to room was not air tight. I could see light through it. The bathroom was way too small. The shower needs to be removed. The grout and tile are not secured. There could be mold starting in the shower are because the grout is cracked.
Rooms are always clean and big for the price!! Excellent customer service from all employees at the front desk, even housekeeping. They also helped me save money and walked me through the website, so I could get my membership discount. I will refer everyone to this hotel. Thanks for your professionalism
Avoid this hotel at all costs! Traveling with my girlfriend who is 7 months pregnant and we found a CRACK PIPE above the tv in our room!!! The person at the desk came down and took pictures and said she would have the managercall me. We had to find another hotel at 11PM. Manager never called. No refund yet.Skip this hotel!!
Employees are very helpful and a pleasure to talk with. Everything works great in my room, and room is really nice for the price. A great quality for the price range. House keeping has always cleaned perfect everyday, not missing anything. For my two weeks there its been the best I have stayed in anywhere! Will stay at this location again for sure!
Im giving it 2 stars because while it was clean it didnt feel clean. The beds were uncomfortable and the carpet had a smell. A smell I cant describe. It just always felt moist if that makes sense. The 2 stars are definitely for the front desk staff. They were helpful and always friendly. And did everything in their power to make the stay enjoyable. But you def get what you pay for. They also have a pool with great hours. The breakfast was a little lack luster but did the trick. There are hot and cold options.
This place has bed bugs when you first go in the room looks clean the bed was not made properly it look like someone had been sleeping in it I requested new sheets and those sheets was just as old as the ones on the bed very uncomfortable finally lay down at 1 a.m. a bed bug crawled out because I was sleeping on just the comforter because the sheets were so trifling. I told the front desk I was going to buy my own sheets. Once I seen the bed bug crawl out I had had enough and me and my 10 month old baby checked out of the room at 1 a.m. in the morning worst night ever 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
You could tell our room had been cleaned but was still very dirty....it had been remodeled but looked like kindergartners had done it....there was a hole left in the wall above the vanity, but was stuffed with tissues, walls had been repainted but things werent taken off the wall, they were just painted around. The hairdryer was melted, cracked & missing the screen. Furniture was very old, damaged and need of repair...not to mention dirty. We had to clean the table before we could play cards in it. My older kids were wanting to use the fitness center....which was just another dirty hotel room with a few pieces of equipment in there....but they werent able to use it due to what looked like two street walkers hanging out in there for hours eating burger king and staring them down. Pool area was disgusting....even though they did tell us it wasnt ready for use...but you would think they would at least make it presentable since everyone who drives up to the hotel sees it. Other reviews state, its good for the price....Im not sure how much they paid but I paid almost $100....for $100, I expect clean....I dont have to have updated or fancy, but I do expect clean. If I could give this place no stars, I would. The whole area on that exit was horrible....we received bad service at 3 different fast food places. We definitely wont be back. And I usually always stay at choice hotels, but this one is a disgrace.
Ive stayed at this hotel in past Im guessing management has changed I book online through choice Im a diamond member was told I had to pay deposit even though paying with card Ive paid a deposit before when paying with cash but never with a card.. I left and even though I booked it 20 mins before I arrived they canceled it but still charged me double for both rooms I booked and paid online. The guy up front was rude wont be back and have reported them.
The room was clean but I booked online and paid in full.. When I arrived I didn’t know I had to pay a cash deposit. The lady at the front desk was so rude. It made me cry. The Gm was very mean. No understanding at all. Customer service horrible. I would never spend money here. I think when you’re spending money. U should be appreciated.
My visit for a family vacation. Out of the 5 rooms 2 of them were in decent condition. This hotel is very old, rooms are small and cramped. A few of the rooms had a horrible smell in it. We complained at the front desk and all they could tell us was to use a freshener to get rid of the smell. The only good was it was close to the theme park, but the area was an old area with homeless people hanging near the hotel. Cheap price yes but cheap isnt always good! Will never nor recommend this hotel to anyone on a budget
This is a hotel I stay at all the time because of the service youre giving the privacy you received when you get in your room anything that you need you receive it immediately no questions asked and its just a great choice for a place to stay if anybodys looking for a good family oriented place to pools clean everythings good and I enjoy my stay there every time
Came down for business and decided that Quality Inn would be a low cost sensible lodging. However, the room was in poor condition, dirty, smelly and bathroom wasn’t clean. It was so bad, my wife and I decided to leave and switch hotels. I am normally not one to leave review comments and generally the type of guy that tends Not to complain but this was beyond the normal threshold. Don’t waste your money.
For the price you really cant beat it. The beds are comfortable, clean and queen size in double rooms. The customer service is good and friendly. Parking lot is well lit at night. They have a decent sized breakfast with pancakes, eggs, sausage, muffins and more. Bathrooms are clean and newly remodeled. Quality Inn and & Suites is a motel with hotel qualities(at motel prices).
This place is great ! I had an incident that happened the first night...but the manager compensated me for that. The rooms are up to date and clean..Breakfast is your traditional continental breakfast with a few perks. The front staff during the weekends and evening is ok.I say this because of my incident. I believe Ashley is the front desk manager which I see why ! Shes cool..calm and collective. Ive always had a friendly experience with her. Location was fine.My overall experience for the price was awesome. This is coming from someone who travels constantly for work.
Once we arrived at 2am 8/31, we noticed that the location was not was expected. The hotel seemed well built on the outside, but once inside, it lacked cleanliness and had a musty smell. We decided that we would get another hotel, but according to the hotel policy and Orbitz policy we may not get that option. After going back and forth with Orbitz and the hotel, we finally were allowed to stay just for the night. My card was ran for the full amount and was told the charge would be reversed. That was NOT THE CASE, my card was charged and the funds held for several days until the refund hit my account 8/6. On top of the pending charge for the one extra night we were not going to be staying. Yes, I received my money back. Yes, the pending charge eventually fell off. The point is, my money was held up for several days, which hindered my vacation.The hotel room I reserved was not available when we arrived. We were even told that the hotel was completely booked. Which I thought was absurd because the parking lot had MAYBE a dozen cars.The hotel front desk clerk was absolutely horrid. She was not understanding or friendly. She treated us like we were the inconvenience because we wanted to switch hotels. AT NO POINT did we express our disappointment with the hotel, but that we just wanted to switch to a hotel closer to the event we would be visiting. Once we were in the room, the floor had a large blood stain, the walls were moldy, there was mold in the bathtub, and the room itself smelled of mold. The only good thing, the bed was super comfortable. A few short hours later, we checked out. The day clerk was nice and more understanding. She even apologized for what happened. I will not recommend this location to anyone; however, other Quality Inn & Suites may be of better quality.
This is a quite nice hotel. The rooms were quite clean and comfortable, with all of the amenities found at typically higher end hotels. One negative was that the room seemed to be freezing at night no matter what the temperature was set to (and it was hot outside when I stayed there.) The breakfast in the morning was very nice and had a baller pancake machine. There were plenty of food options within walking distance which was great. The staff seemed friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for those who are wanting to save some money but also be comfortable.
Check in and getting my room was fast easy and friendly. Got to my room and it was pretty rough. Needs updates bad. Looks like the same bedding has been used for 20 years. The pillows were small flat and all beat out of shape. The walls and tables were all scratched and scuffed. The room was dark. As i got up to leave the next morning i realized how narrow the parking lot was. I have a regular pickup truck and almost couldnt get it out of my parking spot because as the parking lot filled up over night it made it nearly impossible to back out of a slot.

One Of The Employee Tried To Take My Money. She Told Me That My Transaction Didn’t Go Through But It Clearly Saying That It Has Been Taking On My Bank Account. They Need To Do Better Or Tare It Down ASAP
We booked a standard 2 bed non-smoking. When we showed up, the guy offered us smoking room. The place smelled bad and in addition, its a suite with no chair or couch. I told the guy I have children, I dont want a smoking suite and I need to cancel. He told me I had to call my booking agent and blah... blah... blah...still trying to charge me for a night when he was trying to give me something I didnt book.Worst ever. Do NOT GO HERE!
Wasnt a great stay...made a reservation with choice, but when we got here it was a whole different price. No one wanted to accommodate us. Ok the furniture have old fashion furniture in it. Our fridge had hair in it.We stayed for 6 days and we might have saw an housekeeper twice, I had to call for one the first time( we did not have a Do Not Disturb sign out either)then one of the housekeepers tried to bribe my husband with beer. Foreday in the morning it gets hot, like they cut the air off. The toilets was getting stopped up( in our room, and my sister room), the card behind the bed must have a shortage in it because the lamp light kept cutting off and on. When the housekeepers did come they didnt wipe anything, one day they just took the sheets, shook them and put those same sheets back on our bed, the only thing I liked about the hotel was that they have stores and eating places surrounded by them. Maybe I wouldnt be complaining if the hotel was cheap, but they charge you an arm and a leg for that. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, the beds wasnt comfortable, to me it just felt dirty.
I read mixed reviews before I chose this place. My review is based on MY experience here. My truck is broke down in the shop an exit or two away from here. I chose this Quality Inn due to price and location. Im 3 nights into a minimum 4 night stay and Im quite pleased with all aspects of my stay. The staff has been 5 star friendly and helpful. My room, the second one as the first had a lack of hot water problem but I was quickly changed to a different one, was clean and is comfortable. The walls may be a little thin but Im a truck driver, it didnt bother me a bit, Im used to a little noise. I havent tried the breakfast yet so I cant comment on that, maybe tomorrow. The grounds are neat, it was New Years so the pool was covered, numerous restaurant choices and Walmart very close (within walking distance and I felt perfectly safe doing it), more TV channel choices than you probably need. Im quite happy with my choice to stay here and would stay again in a heartbeat. Id even travel a little to stay here, knowing now its living up to its name, Quality Inn. Is it perfect? No, but its beyond what Id expect for the price I paid (walk in price no less) in comparison to other nearby choices.Note: the young homeless girl nearby here apparently is not what she seems. On a record cold night I bought a nice hot Waffle House dinner and large coffee for her and she turned it down. Im a vegetarian and I dont consume caffeine, Im trying to eat healthy. Really? But if you could help me out with some money towards a room... Sorry, dont have any cash... Waffle House and the QI desk says shes been there for years and will likely BE there for years and makes LOTS of money doing what she does... Dont waste yours giving it to her... THIS WAS NOT ON THE MOTEL PROPERTY THOUGH.
The TV was not programmed with Directv remote, so I had to get up and adjust volume. The breakfast was not great, the pancake machine was not working. The hotel was sold out and the manager fail to get machine fixed. My room did not get cleaned until 8pm. There was only 2 housekeepers on duty to clean a hotel that was sold out. Definitely poor management
Clean rooms. Beds were comfortable. Fridge was cold. Tv was large and the remote worked. Shower was hot and the tub drained.Toiletries smelled nice. Pool area was clean. Nicely landscaped. No complaints here. Service was amazing. I was greeted with a smile and hello everytime I saw them. Will return
I would not recommend this place to anyone. I had a problem with bed bugs in my room I called to the front office for someone to come look she came and took pictures and took one with her. She told me the manager says there aren’t any there but they have had complaints before. She informed me the manager said he would refund me $25 and she said she couldn’t tell me what else he said. I sprayed and bagged up all our belongings so that I wouldn’t transport them back to my home. I go to the front desk to speak with the manager and he tells me he never had a complaint before, “I know that’s a lie because the lady told me”. I asked him for a number to corporate he tells me he lives in Rome, Ga and gave me a number and said that his name is Raj and they have the same name and he will take care of it. I called the number while standing there and the manager there cell phone rings and it’s my number showing on his phone. I’m highly pissed at this time because he lied and gave me his number instead of who I was needing to talk with. He then tells me that he can’t give me the mans mumber or that he couldn’t get in touch with them because the number is always busy. The hotel has drunks hanging around andpeople smoking outside the rooms all night. NEVER will I ever stay there again. They lie to cover up everything and knock twice and unlock your door and come straight in.
They have bed bugs ! I stayed here for one night and my whole body is bitten up I even took pictures and they only refunded me 20% on my $137 bill which I will be spending on creams to relieve the itching as well as getting my car cleaned because I seen one in my car after staying in the hotel !
Its was just ok. The room was fine, but lots of sketchy individuals roaming the parking lot trying to get your attention... most carrying beer. Had to wait on evening desk clerk to finish her personal call before she could get time to check me in. The morning lady was much more pleasant and helpful...
Also, the rooms on this website look nothing like the room we were given. Im not sure where the pictures for this website were taken, but it is not here. I was very unhappy. This is an addendum to my first review. If you are nothappy with the hotel then your money should be refunded, no argument. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a hotel. You get what you pay for.
WORST HOTEL I EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE ! Do not Book this hotel ! The first room I was given had a bad smell & the floor & covers were wet . Then we went to a second room mold was on the chairs . Then the last room had DIRTY SHEETS & DIRTY PILLOWS! Bugs were on the floor ! I just slept in the car because it was that bad . DO NOT BOOK
If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Nasty place..it’s not clean at all. I’m certain a black light would prove that the sheets hadn’t been changed. Blood in the carpet, mold everywhere, musty smell, nasty breakfast, bed bugs, etc etc etc. I seriously don’t know how this place is still open. Just pay the extra $20/$30 & stay at the Comfort Inn.
Do not stay here!! The beds have mold under the mattress, I pulled the couch pull-out bed out and the sheets had not been changed and there was poo with toilet paper wrapped up in it. Also found crystal meth in the drawers! If a child found that it could be deadly!! We got our money back and left
My stay at this hotel was one of the worst I have ever had. To begin with my reservations were made online a week ahead of time and when I arrived I was told, by a front desk clerk that was less than knowledgeable, that my reservation showed as already taken. Fortunate or not, the hotel was not busy and she was able to put my family and I in another room. A room that was somewhat clean but in much need of repair as was most of the hotel! The floor was disgusting, I did not dare go around without socks on. Our room never did get cool, even after leaving it on all day while at six flags. The front desk clerk told us that she would move us but after the long day we had I was just ready to shower and get some sleep. My husband in an effort to get the air flow going checked and cleaned the filter which was two inches thick with dust. The pool was out of order which the front desk employee had no idea why?! Then to top off my wonderful stay, one of the housekeeping employees went to park between my vehicle and another, in the process she hit my vehicle. Both my husband and I were outside to witness this, she backed up and was actually laughing. She pulled into her spot and went to work like nothing had happened. At this time I called the police to get a report. The damage was minimal, a scratch at most but the fact that she didnt apologize or even acknowledge hitting it, angered me. The county officer that responded, after hearing my complaint went in search of the Hispanic woman that hit my vehicle. When he asked for both of our licenses and registration, she showed him what I was assuming was a non US driver license, because he informed her she could not legally drive in Georgia. He also informed her that if she was caught driving she would be arrested, she simply shook her head and responded yes which I assume was all she could say since she did not speak very much English. She did speak well enough however, to tell the officer no, she didnt do when he showed her the scratch. Quality is the last thing that comes to mind when I think of this hotel!
We came for a two day stay to go to Six Flags. We werent expecting much at $67 a night however this was just bad. We are smokers and they do have smoking rooms. These rooms are covered in burn holes from the linens to the floor. The bathtub had burns all over. The fan in the bathroom had dirt hanging from it. The air conditioning made awful noises and both of us woke up with sinus headaches both days, dont know if it is s mold issue. They definitely had water leaks in the ceiling as they had awful patchwork done.Its in a great location and seemed safe. the front desk clerk couldnt even tell us the best way to get to our room. As we came down the exterior stairs the first day it was blocked in with a grocery cart. I saw at least three hotel personnel and no one thought to move it.The cleaning staff are extremely loud and forget that people may be sleeping in the room next to the one their cleaning.All in all wont be staying here again and I highly recommend they look into mold issues or at very least cleaning the half inch of dust out of the AC air filter.
First room smelled strongly of paint and I was worried about my son with asthma inhaling the fumes all night. Then, moved to another Non smoking room that smelled of smoke. Asked to be moved again and still smelled. We gave up. The bathtub was missing a drain. The towels and wash clothes looked dingy/dirty. The walls looked filthy (I guess that explains the paint at least). Not what I would expect from a Quality Inn.
Do not waste your money. Was staying for 1 night but got charged on my checking account 3 nights and was told 2-5 days before it would be credited back. No sorry for inconvenience very rude staff. Phone did not have a phone line, tv remote no batteries, 1 outlet to power microwave, coffee maker, lamp and tv so you gotta prioritize which you wanted to use.
Quality Inn & Suites here in Austell, GA has been good to us for over 8 weeks. Ground floor, off to the side room, just like we needed. Doors tend to slam and alert you to your new neighbors but the beds are comfy and they have hot water. Housekeeping is sweet and never bother us during the week since we work night shift. Well call this place home for at least another 3 weeks and Im pretty ok with that.Nice breakfast, close to a Walmart and several restaurants.
Stayed two days while visiting Six Flags and Aquarium. AC worked nicely. Took a day to figure out how to get the refrigerator to cool anything--no markings by what looked to be a potential control knob. The bathroom door locked us out a few times. I had to fix the toilet several times in the night with a broken wire so it could be used by the kids. The first day the pool was closed for maintenance (100 degees outside)--was dirty the next day but was open--so I cleaned it for the kids. The second day the fitness center was closed for maintenance and the clerk was abrupt with my wife about it with no forecast for opening. The sink had water shooting out in every direction besides into the sink. At breakfast, most people who walked in walked right back out again--not a very good selection, and the coffee pot was empty with no one around. Fortunately, IHOP was within a hop skip and a jump of the hotel room to make up for the free breakfast that some many people walked away from. I did sleep well but I would not stay there again.
Right off the interstate. Located behind the IHOP and Hardees in Lithia Springs. Clean room. The bathroom was really nice! Staff was friendly. If you use cash to pay for your room, keep the room clean and damage free! You will get your $50 deposit back at the end of your stay.
I was here 2 weeks ago got a room cause. Was only there 2 HOURS an and checked out.. guy at front desk got mad cause I ask for refund which I didnt get and to top it off he rant my card again as I was leaving.. got charge 218 dollars for a room i didnt even use.. now he been lying saying he cancel payment.. its been 2 weeks...
I accidentally went off and left two king size down pillows worth $50 each, that were in 1100 thread count dark teal pillowcases but housekeeping said they didnt find them. I called back two hours after I checked out but they mysteriously disappeared. You would think they would employ more honest housekeepers. I definitely wont stay there again.
Forgive me. i made a mistake. orbitz was GREAT. orbitz handled things for me as a good company should. i would book with orbitz a milllion more times. orbitz is a great company and i would recommend them for the rest of my life. i love using orbitz. thanks for resolving my issue with this hotel
Room was nice clean and cozy but the staff needs to pay more attention to whom they give rooms. I prebooked then some with a similar name came in be for me and got my booking. Luckly they had another room available but if was handcap there could have been issue from moving me from ground to the second floor.
Stayed here for a weekend at Six Flags. Opened the door to the room and the metal lock broke. Decided to stick it out because other places were sold out. Then was sitting on the bed and a roach crawled across the sink. Went and killed the roach then noticed a bugs nest under the sink near the floor. WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!
Decent accomodations however they have two cheaper options on the same road while I have not been to the Budget Inn I do prefer the staff at the Knights Inn. But both are in a great area much better than Fulton Industrial. So if you can move over this way I would strongly advise it.
The WORST Experience & Hotel ever!!! They charge your card instead of refunding your money.. I have a 84.49, 90.49, & 256.00 charge on my card from them & I only stayed one night at the TRASH BAG. THE MANAGER IS BULLSHIT AS WELL. Steady giving me the run around about my money. My advice to anyone visiting Georgia DO NOT BOOK HERE.
About my stay at this hotel with my family, I have never stayed in such a bad hotel in my life, nothing works well, a very bad smell in the room, the bathroom curtain smells pee, dust all over the apt, my two year old son was get sick and I went to talk to the manager and he can not do anything, had scheduled to stay 4 days and leaves the second day, will not give me my money back of the two days, no problem, I hope this review help others to not stay in that hotel.
Right in the middle of town. One of the workers did happen to get into an argument with me over ice cream, and she was threatening to call the cops and have my kids taken. Also threaten to slap me, with saying all of this in front of my kids, which is a 2 year old and a 6 month old. Me and manager did talk about the problem, but I wont be putting myself back in the situation again.
I checked in and the lady at front desk was very accommodating they didnt have room I booked but they got me in better room miss Ashley was amazing and house keeping cleaned my room and changed sheets every day with out me asking the lady that did breakfast was very sweet and she kept checking on us I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone
Nice rooms with quality beds... Wi-Fi is very fast and all the HDMI cable ......channels youve ever got at regular price and very close to all the food and grocery attractions... Had problems with my room and I was quickly moved to another room once they knew my situation... Excellent service!!!
I HAD TO STAY HERE 4 NIGHTS ME AND MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO A HOTEL AND IT WAS PERFECT...NOOO COMPLAINTS AT ALL. MICHELLE AND ASHLEY ARE SOOO AMAZING. THE HOUSE KEEPING WAS PERFECT. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT.THIS IS THE PERFECT PLACE TO COME TO.THEY MADE ME SMILE WHEN I WAS GOING THROUGH IT. THEY REALLY CARED ALOT AND WENT OUT THE WAY TO HELP.. THANK YOU ALL
Wifi would not connect, shower was dirty with hair everwhere, towels had an awful order and stains all over, pool was covered during our stay although they said it would be open over the phone, drink machines around the hotel were all out of every drink choice, and said over phone that room would be 50 but when we arrived the price was changed to 85. Gets 2 stars only because I slept good.
BEDBUGS......they dont even deserve 1 star but i had to in order to post this:THIS HOTEL HAS BEDBUGS & THEY DONT ACCOMMODATE THERE GUEST. Wished I could give zero stars the staff is very friendly and helpful but the new owners that’s a different story they have bed bugs in the rooms will not refund guest back when they clearly found bed bugs in the room then will tell the staff that clearly the people brought them with them they are very unprofessional all about the money and don’t care at all about the customers

2022-07-08Front desk employee was so nice and inviting. Great location. Great value for price. Rooms are old and smell a little old but were clean and beds were comfy. Pool did need a good cleaning but a storm had just came through.

2022-04-05I always traveling with my own cleaning supplies and towels, however Rooms are clean, housekeeping come EVERYDAY. Bed very comfortable. Great location Property is very well lit that I felt safe walking to and from my car. Near plenty of restaurants and highway. Not far from Six Flags. Employees were GREAT and very accommodating. Yes there is breakfast provided. Will stay again!!!

2022-07-02The room was clean, no fowl smell. No carpet which I like a lot. The water was hot the shower very nice. The fridge was cold as it should be, bed gets a comfort level of 7. If I’m in the area again, I would stay again. Very good for the money spent.

2022-06-16Other guests love to yell and scream in the parking lot. Room itself was clean... ish. Clean enough for me because Im not picky. Whole place gives kind of a sketchy vibe. Definitely paid too much for what I actually got at around $100/night.

2022-05-21Don’t stay here. The place is not clean at all. Windows & doors need cleaning floor was dirty. I can’t even believe the condition of pillows and towels! It was a terrible experience and the hotel should be ashamed for providing such a low quality of service. The desk attendant was nice but everything else left you feeling like you needed to bathe in disinfectant.

2021-12-21The locks on the door were not stable had to tighten screws with my pocket knife. Hotels should provide a temporary home away from home it was not cozy or warm feeling at all. The shower looked and felt so uncomfortable I didn’t use it. Other guest stood outside my room door talking all night. It felt dingy and not a place that I would stay in again location or brand the price does not match the quality. Definitely feel like I payed for a late check in rather than a quality room.

2021-12-28The staff is very helpful at this hotel and tend to every single need of their guests. Numerous food places are within a 5-minute walking distance. The rooms are very clean with modern furniture, as well.
